Abstract

Sports scheduling is a branch of optimization in operations research. sports scheduling has various constraints that are challenging for researchers to solve. International Timetabling Competition (ITC) 2021 is an optimization competition that provides sports scheduling problems. The main problem at ITC 2021 is determining the right schedule for a match. A schedule is feasible if it does not violate the existing hard constraints. The construction of a feasible initial solution can now be done using a constraint programming algorithm or an integer programming algorithm. However, both algorithms are quite complicated to implement. This research focuses on establishing a feasible initial solution in a way that is easy to implement. The method used is by optimizing hard constraint violations using the Late Acceptance Hill Climbing (LAHC) algorithm and Tabu Search with a Hyper-Heuristic framework that involves low level heuristics (LLH). The algorithm is run maximum with a time limit of 6 hours for each data. The results of the optimization of hard constraint violations using the LAHC algorithm and tabu search can produce a feasible initial solution of 44.44% or 24 of the 54 total datasets.

Abstract

Ttraveling thief problem is a combination of the traveling salesman problem and the knapsack problem. traveling thief problem itself is an NP-Hard problem, so most of the problems are solved using a heuristic algorithm and it continues to grow over time. The algorithm used in this study is simple random for the selection of low level heuristics (LLH) and tree physiology optimization (TPO) for the move acceptance step using the Hyper-Heuristics model.. In previous research, the TPO algorithm is able to produce competitive values ​​with good computation time, while Hyper-Heuristics modeling can produce consistent values ​​on various data. The research was started by modeling the TPO algorithm into Hyper-Heuristics and tested it with data from TSPLib. From the results of the trials conducted, it can be seen how the performance of the new algorithm on the data being tested. Based on the results obtained from this study, it can be concluded that the LLH TPO algorithm can process TTP data with sizes below 100 quite well, as evidenced by better results than the previous genetic programming based hyper-heuristic (GPHS) method, but the data above 100 LLH TPO performance decreased when compared to the GPHS method.

Abstract

ELTIBIZ Training Center is one of the training institutions engaged in non-formal education that has used information systems and information technology to make organizational performance more effective, efficient and increase competitiveness. The IS/IT strategy is needed to facilitate the management of information by the organization in winning the competition with competitors. In this study, IS/IT strategic planning uses the Ward and Peppard method starting from the process of analyzing the condition of the external and internal business environment, as well as the external and internal IS/IT environment. The analysis process uses SWOT analysis techniques, Value Chain analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis, technology trend analysis and Mcfarlan's Strategic Grid matrix. The IS/IT strategic plan produced in this study includes an IS strategy in the form of a portofolio of future applications that can support business processes, an IS/IT management strategy in the form of a proposed system application development. The IS/IT strategic plan is written into an information system development roadmap as an implementation reference for the ELTIBIZ Training Center in the future whose implementation plan will be carried out within the next 5 (five) years. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menciptakan teknologi website sebagai media informasi efektif yang terhubung ke jaringan internet sehingga dapat diakses setiap saat. Permerintah Kota Singkawang dengan alamat domain https://portal.singkawangkota.go.id/ turut memanfaatkan teknologi website sebagai salah satu wadah dalam memberikan layanan dan informasi kepada masyarakat, namun dalam implementasi dan pemanfaatan masih terdapat berapa kekurangan dan kelemahan, berdasarkan instruksi presiden nomor 3 tahun 2003 tentang kebijakan dan strategi national pengembangan e-Goverenment. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kualitas informasi dan memberikan rekomendasi kepada Pemerintah Kota Singkawang sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan informasi yang berkualitas. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui studi literatur, artikel, jurnal serta pengamatan langsung dari situs web Pemerintah Kota Singkawang dan diukur menggunakan 10 (sepuluh) indikator kualitas informasi. Hasil penelitian dari evaluasi kualitas informasi pada situs web menyimpulkan bahwa Pemerintahan Kota Singkawang sudah cukup baik menyediakan informasi berkualitas serta konten yang relevan dan sudah memenuhi standar minimum yang ditentukan Depkominfo. Akan tetapi masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan seperti gangguan teknis tautan error, page not found, halaman kosong atau tidak lengkap sehingga dari kekurangan dan kelemahan tersebut diberikan rekomendasi saran untuk melakukan perbaikan dan peningkatan kulitas informasi.

Abstract

PT SJP adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distributor semen. Perusahaan ini memiliki permasalahan yang terjadi pada saat proses pemberian bonus karyawan yaitu membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama proses perhitungan karena jumlah karyawan yang cukup banyak dan perhitungan masih dilakukan secara manual. Hasil perhitungan juga tidak transparan dan ada kriteria yang terkadang tidak diperhitungkan perusahaan. Untuk itu dibuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu perusahaan dalam proses perhitungan bonus karyawan berdasarkan kriteria yang diinginkan perusahan dan menentukan nominal bonus karyawan berdasarkan perhitungan dengan metode Weighted Product (WP). Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan metodologi iteratif, dibangun berbasis website menggunakan Visual Studio Code dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, serta MySQL sebagai DBMSnya. Sistem pendukung keputusan pemberian bonus karyawan ini dapat mengatasi masalah penentuan bonus karyawan dan mempercepat proses perhitungan bonus karyawan di PT SJP.

Abstract

By following the technological advamces in this world, most people want to do everything easily, practically. without interfering with the work they are doing during the current pandemic, technology is also urgently needed by large companies where many of the workers are at home (Work From Home), so the place for the big company is just a big empty and abandoned building. To anticipate abandoned buildings, it is necessary to do cross checks periodically so that the buildings are kept clean and to make it easier for us to do cross checks, using Internet Of Things (IoT) technology. By observing and analyzing it, a Dust and Temperature Monitoring System was created. created using Telegram. That's where this tool is directed so that we can continue to monitor the situation of the building remotely in real time.

Abstract

Zazi Laundry is a clothes washing service provider that was established in April 2018 and is located in Sumberanyar Village, Paiton District, has a strategic location so that every day many use Zazi Laundry services every day. Zazi laundry provides a fairly good service to customers, but currently Zazi laundry still uses a manual system and has not used an adequate service system, so to store data it still uses books. With a system that is still manual, it makes it difficult for employees or employees to make reports and customer data stored in the book is difficult to find and transactions carried out take a long time because they have to do calculations manually. Based on the problems described, it is necessary to have a Laundry Service Application System at Zazi Laundry Web-Based and Nexmo SMS API using the waterfall model development method that can simplify and speed up employees in performing services and make it easier for customers to get information related to picking up laundry and available packages. The waterfall model provides a sequential software lifeflow approach starting from the analysis, design, coding, testing, and support stages. With this application, it is hoped that services at Zazi Laundry will be more effective and efficient and make it easier for officers to confirm to customers.

Abstract

Network security at this time is really needed, because at this time a lot of data from internet users has been stolen and used for things that are not good, therefore one solution to prevent data theft from happening is security on a web. enhanced to prevent data theft by hackers. HTTPS is a web protocol that until now is applied to all webs and has also become the standard for a web where HTTPS is the safest part of HTTP, by using HTTPS on the web data such as email and passwords will become more secure, but of course even if the web already uses HTTPS, but there are always loopholes that hackers can exploit to steal information from their targets. This study will show that even though the web has used the HTTPS protocol which is the safest part of HTTP, hackers can still steal data by lowering the web protocol that should be HTTPS to HTTP with sniffing techniques assisted by Bettercap tools.

Abstract

Public service is an important thing that must be considered in the development of an autonomous region, because it is directly related to the welfare of the community as well as in accordance with basic reforms in the field of government. However, community services in the Sumberanyar village, especially in terms of complaints such as complaints about social assistance, infrastructure and other complaints are still done manually and have not used an adequate system, where the Sumberanyar village community needs to come to the village office to convey their aspirations and complaints and in Sumberanyar village there is no means to convey aspirations and complaints so that public aspirations or complaints cannot be carried out optimally and data on community complaints are not well documented. Therefore, it is necessary to have an application that can make it easier for the community to make complaints, the Android-based information system for community service in Sumberanyar village, Paiton district, is a solution to overcome the problems that have been described. This application is built using the Waterfall SLDC (Software Development Life Cycle) model and it is hoped that by conducting this research, benefits can be obtained such as making it easier for the Sumberanyar village community to express their aspirations and complaints, especially about social assistance, infrastructure and others

Abstract

Public service is a task that must be carried out by the government. However, community services in Sumberanyar Village, especially in responding to aspirations and complaints such as complaints about social assistance, infrastructure and other complaints are still done manually and have not been published properly, one of the factors is time. The distance from their home address to the village office is a barrier factor for them and the size of the source area is an obstacle and the community has to wait a long time for their complaints to be processed. Therefore, it is necessary to have an application that can facilitate the community in carrying out aspirations services, the web-based application for monitoring community services in Sumberanyar Village, Paiton District, is a solution to overcome the problems that have been described. This application was built using the Waterfall SLDC (Software Development Life Cycle) model and it is hoped that by doing this research benefits can be taken such as making it easier for village officials to respond to village community service aspirations.
