Abstract

Picnicker is a startup that is engaged in tourism where its services provide information for tourists who want to find it easy to find information and gain access to local tourist attractions by purchasing tickets online and validating entry to tourist attractions without queuing to reduce the risk of contracting Covid-19 in the middle of the world. pandemic. The current problem is that the Picnicker startup requires a platform that can accommodate a collection of information about tourist destinations, tourist locations, and tourist attraction tickets in forming a product that will be built to achieve a minimum viable product (MVP), which of course has aspects, one of which is the User Interface and User Experience. This study uses the Design Thinking method which there are 5 stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. In addition, the reason for using the Design Thinking method is because of the process of creating new innovative ideas to solve problems in developing new application products and for measuring user experience using the HEART Metric framework developed by Google to measure the level of success of UX on a product. Based on the analysis and design of the user interface and user experience at the Picnicker startup with a user persona approach based on design thinking, the success of User Experience carried out using the Google Heart Metric Framework was 0.762 and greater than r-table 0.284 by performing a reliable test using Cronbach Alpha which is shown to 23 questions and from the Heart Metric Framework indicators there are 5 indicators, namely happiness, engagement, adaptation, retention, and task success where the average percentage is 55.1%, which means that overall the results obtained indicate that users are acceptable and get a range of the good one.

Abstract

The PLN Mobile application was created to make it easier for people to access services from anywhere. This application has been increasingly used since the Covid-19 pandemic. To find whether the user is satisfied with the application or not, it is necessary to do an analysis. The results can be used for further application development. On this occasion, the analysis uses the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. This study aims to determine whether the five factors possessed by EUCS (content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness) influence the satisfaction of PLN Mobile application users in Palembang City. The research sample used is PLN Mobile users in Palembang City. Analysis of data from the questionnaire results using SPSS shows that the five EUCS variables both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction with the PLN Mobile application.

Abstract

Twitter is a social media that is most often used by internet users to exchange opinions on various topics, discuss news or current issues and even share personal life. Without realizing it, what happens when communicating using social media is indirect communication, so that other users who see or read only know from written tweets without knowing the user's expression. Knowing someone's question or statement on social media regarding POLRI requires pre-processing and analysis of tweets written by Twitter users discussing this matter. This study aims to analyze the level of public trust in POLRI using the Multiclass Support Vector Machine (SVM) method on Twitter social media by classifying tweets. The data used in this study are 4200 tweets which are divided into 80% training data, and 20% test data, from each of the 3 classes namely positive, negative and neutral. Based on the results of research and testing of the SVM method to classify the level of public trust in POLRI with Indonesian language tweets using TF-IDF feature extraction, it is concluded that the use of the SVM method has an accuracy value of 94.79, 95% precision, 95% recall and 95% precision. F1-Score which means good. in the study of the classification of the level of public trust in POLRI using Indonesian-language Tweets.

Abstract

PT Indotirta Sriwijaya Perkasa is a company in the production and trade of bottled Demineral Water which uses the ISX application to help manage sales invoices, taxes, travel letters, notes, and reports. based on the results of interviews with users, the ISX application still has shortcomings and obstacles, namely there are features that have no function but are on the display so that it looks a lot of features that must be filled in by the user, and users mention when using the application the eyes become bored because the application is not full of various colors. To overcome these problems, an analysis will be carried out measuring the user experience of the ISX application using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method which can produce recommendations to improve the quality of the ISX application user experience. To analyze the data, Data Analysis Tools version 11 is used as a user experience measurement tool. This study uses a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 35 ISX application user respondents. The results obtained are positive evaluation results from the mean and variance, and in the Benchmark data there are 4 Below Average scales, 1 Bad scale, and 1 Above Average scale.

Abstract

PT. GBR is a company in the field of men's haircut services with the brand name X Barbershop which has a vision becoming the number one company that houses the best barbershops and barbershop franchises in Indonesia. Companies have utilized IT in their business processes, however, to further enhance their competitive advantage, a plan is needed to maximize the utilization of IT in order to achieve the vision desired by the company. IS planning strategy research was carried out using the Ward and Peppard method to analyze the company’s internal and external environment. The tools used are SWOT, BSC, CSF, PESTEL. The results of this research is a Future Application Portfolio and application proposals are divided into four quadrants, namely Key Operational including SI Kepegawaian, Absensi Fingerprint, SI Manajemen, SI Keuangan, Support including E-Learning, Cloud Backup, Strategic including CRM, SI Survei Kepuasan Pelanggan, and High Potential including SI Jaminan Mutu. Abstract

Birds are members of a group of vertebrate animals that have feathers and wings. There is so much diversity of birds in Indonesia that it is difficult to distinguish certain types of birds. However, with the development of technology today, we can now distinguish between types of birds and technology. Classification of birds can be done to distinguish the various types of birds that exist in Indonesia so that to distinguish birds that at first glance look similar will be more effective with this classification. In this study, bird species were classified using the 400 Bird Species – Classification dataset which was filtered only for birds in Indonesia and obtained a dataset of 63 bird species with a total of 9.445 iamges consisting of 8.185 training images and 1.260 test images. The classification of this bird species was carried out using the CNN method, the model was formed using the ResNet-50 architecture. Furthermore, the training process is carried out with ADAM and SGD optimizers to see the maximum results, and obtained an accuracy value of 98% with the SGD optimizer with 10 epoch

Abstract

Corn is included in the category of fruit that farmers have planted since ancient times using the instinct method in determining the soil content of corn plants. Along with the development of the times, farmers used a soil meter to measure soil pH, humidity, and lighting. However, there are areas for improvement in the microcontroller in the form of data that needs to be stored. So farmers need calculations to measure soil pH, water pH, and humidity. Monitoring is carried out by storing data to continuously know the level of its value. Based on these problems, through this research, an application for monitoring soil content, moisture content and soil moisture for corn fields through a microcontroller-based web was made, and data collection was carried out in the farmer's field in Batu Ampar village covering an area of 10,000 meters2. The microcontroller's data follows field conditions, the results of calculations using web. At the same time, the web page can be viewed by farmers. Besides being able to monitor soil and water, farmers can see the location of the soil whose data was taken on the free user maps page and choose a marker, then the name of the place, address, date and time of the pH results have been monitored will appear. For further research development, the authors suggest minimizing the cost of making a microcontroller, adding sensors, and hosting web pages so that they can be viewed in the form of a mobile web application.

Abstract

DCK adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang distributor alat berat. Perusahaan ini sudah memanfaatkan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi yang cukup memadai untuk membantu kegiatan operasional, agar kebih maksimal maka dibutuhkan perencanaan strategis SI/TI yang baik sehingga kinerja akan menjadi lebih meningkat dan tujuan perusahaan tercapai. Adapun penyusunan dokumen perencanaan strategis SI/TI dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard serta tools yang digunakan untuk melakukan lingkungan bisnis, SI dan TI baik internal maupun eksternal yaitu SWOT, Value Chain, dan PESTEL. Hasil analisis tersebut menghasilkan usulan rencana strategis sistem informasi yang dipetakan dalam bentuk future application portofolio yang dapat dijadikan sebagai landasan pengembangan sistem dan perencanaan strategis manajemen, strategi SI pada usulan portofolio, dan strategi TI berupa usulan arsitektur jaringan komputer baru untuk dapat membantu perusahaan merealisasikan tujuannya.

Abstract

The development of a wireless sensor network prototype as a monitoring system for environmental conditions in buildings is made to see and monitor sensors working inside the building centrally. This system uses several sensors such as DHT 11, MQ7. The ESP32 microcontroller is used as a gateway that collects data from sensor nodes by utilizing BLE communication media. Data from the gateway will be sent via wi-fi which will be displayed on a Grafana-based website. In this study, this implementation can be applied and used to monitor the state of the building by displaying temperature data and carbon dioxide levels.

Abstract

Peran teknologi makin besar karena hampir semua kegiatan bisnis dalam organisasi dapat dilakukan melalui perantara teknologi informasi Salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berupa website, yang dimana website tersebut berisi informasi tertentu yang bisa kita akses secara online. Namun banyak website yang kurang berkualitas atau informasi yang di berikan tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan harapan pengguna. Salah satu instansi pemerintah yang menggunakan teknologi informasi berbasis website yaitu Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palembang,dimana Dinas Kesehatan ini juga digunakan sebagai salah satu sarana untuk melaporkan hasil monitoring kegiatan. Namun sejak awal dijalankan yaitu tahun 2009 website Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palembang belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi website sehingga pihak Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palembang tidak tahu bagaimana kualitas website tersebut menurut penggunanya serta adanya kritik pengguna mengenai kendala up to date dan server lag . penelitian ini menganalisis dan mengukur kualitas website Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palembang berdasarkan sudut pandang pengguna. Data pengguna didapatkan dengan dilakukannya penyebaran kuisioner berdasarkan 3 dimensi pada webqual yaitu dimensi usability, information dan service interaction quality. Kemudian hasil dari kuisioner tersebut dianalisis dengan metode Importance – Performance Analysis (IPA) dihitung dengan menggunakan Software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) dalam pengolahan data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rata – rata nilai kesenjangan (GAP) pada website Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palembang menunjukkan hasil negative (<0) yaitu sebesar -0.51. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kinerja website Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palembang masih kurang dan belum memenuhi harapan pengguna. Dari hasil analisis kuadran IPA dapat disimpulkan bahwa atribut yang diperlukan untuk dilakukan pebaikan kualitas adalah atribut kuadran pertama, dengan terdapatnya atribut ini dikira sangat penting bagi pengguna namun pengguna tersebut merasa tidak puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Dinkes harus melakukan perbaikan terhadap atribut tersebut guna meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna.
