Abstract

In an effort to improve the welfare of the community as a non-governmental organization and see the potential it has, as well as the needs of the community, the presence of "SETANGA LESTARI" BUMDES in Sebente Village Teriak District is the government's support in the effort to empower rural communities for a better life. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in efforts to improve the local economy, knowing what the problems and obstacles faced by the Village-Owned Enterprises, in Sebente Village, Teriak District, Bengkayang Regency. Descriptive qualitative research, with various stages including finding literature that is in accordance with the problem and the topic in accordance with the object to be studied, field observations, permission to related parties to complete the instrument until the completion stage, the data is analyzed, and the next stage the data is reduced, then validated so that research is perfect. The results of the study concluded that the BUMDES had not yet had a positive impact on improving the welfare of the village community, as there were still some people in the preprosperous category.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to obtain the value of the relationship between the roles of female Buddhist college employees on participation as members of the Buddhist college employees employee cooperative in Tangerang. As for the background of this research is the enormous role of cooperatives, especially in Indonesia in advancing the family economy. In addition, the condition of women working in Indonesia is increasingly having a very helpful role for the family economy. The data in this study are the result data from questionnaires conducted by the research team. This research uses descriptive analysis method where the results of this study provide an overview of the phenomenon of the object of research. This study uses relationship analysis and t test and r test in data processing. The respondents who were studied from the age side, most were in the productive age between 20 - 45 years old or as much as 86.50%. Of the educational structure 73% of respondents have education with a bachelor to doctoral level. The calculation result of simple correlation (r) shows the correlation value of 0.326. This shows the correlation between the role of female employees with the role of members of the Buddhist college employees cooperative in Tangerang does not have a correlation even though the degree of relationship shown shows a positive number. Hypothesis testing in this study shows a significance value> 0.05 then Ho is accepted, meaning that no significant correlation is described between the role of female employees with the roles or functions of members of the Buddhist college employees cooperative in Tangerang. The conclusion from this study is that there is no relationship between the role of female college employees and their participation as members of the Buddhist employee cooperative in Tangerang.

Abstract

Performance appraisal is a planned process and must be carried out periodically to measure the success of the education and learning process. The author limits the discussion in this article to the aspects that must be assessed for educators and education personnel. The current problems are the absence of segregation of the assessed aspects, there are not any standardized of scoring system, and determination of benchmarks used in the assessment. The results of the performance assessment lie with the appraiser who assesses the teaching staff and education staff objectively and not subjectively based on the aspects that must be assessed. The success of the education and teaching process lies in the contribution of the teaching and education personnel performance according to predetermined standards.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Droom Store strategy in winning business competition in Lazada E-Commerce and increasing customer satisfaction. The analytical approach used is to use a qualitative approach. Where the owner of Drooms Store used as key informants with data collection using triangulation techniques. The results of research at Drooms Store using the techniques above, strategies that can win business competition in Lazada E-Commerce are product selection strategies which are the basis of product sales in which there are product research activities, namely where the seller determines the scale of the benefits of a product. product, then the price of the product, and also the target market. Product advertising strategy which is the second stage after the product selection strategy where this product advertising strategy can reach consumers and attract consumers to buy products. Then there is a product promotion strategy that aims to boost sellers to increase. A business analysis strategy that aims to control the business at Drooms Store . In other words, Lazada's E-commerce for the strategy that we will use has been very well supported by Lazada

Abstract

The role of a shipping service company is very important to the development of the society and lifestyle of today, the role as a media distribution of goods. With the delivery service is very easy for consumers to fulfill their needs, but it can save time and also make consumers feel happy things can be done easily. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Experiential Marketing, E-Service Quality (Web based Tracking System) and trust in customer satisfaction in service users J&T Express in Pasuruan whose results can be used as an evaluation of J&T Express to improve its performance. The population in this research is a customer who has been delivering goods at J&T Express in Pasuruan. The number of samples in this study used Machin formula and was found to be 132 respondents or a service user of J&T Express in Pasuruan. The results of this study show that Experiential Marketing, E-Service Quality and trust have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, so that J&T Express is expected to develop and as well as maintain Experiential Marketing, EService Quality and customer confidence so that later to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted at companies engaged in the property, real estate & building construction sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.In this study using purposive sample method as a sampling method. The number of samples used was 6 companies with research data conducted from 2014 to 2018 so that 30 observational data were obtained. In testing the hypothesis in this study carried out in six ways, namely the regression model test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and test the coefficient of determination.From the results of this study it can be concluded that simultaneously all variables have a significant effect on firm value. The results of the regression analysis show an adjusted value of 0.486599, which means that the variation of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margi, Return on Equity and Earning per Share can explain 48.66% of the variation in firm value. While the remaining 51.34% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality on buying interest during the Covid 19 pandemic, trust in buying interest during the Covid 19 pandemic, ease of purchase interest during the Covid 19 pandemic, perceived usefulness of purchase interest during the Covid 19 pandemic, and prices on buying interest. The sampling method used was purposive side method, obtained a sample of 140 respondents. Methods of data analysis are using multiple linear regression, T test and F test for data processing using SPSS version 25. The results of this study prove that trust and convenience have a significant effect on buying interest during the Covid 19 pandemic, while product quality, perceived usefulness and price have no effect on purchase intention during the Covid 19 pandemic. While simultaneously have a significant effect on purchase interest in the future

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) The Effect of Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance of oil processing companies in Balikpapan; 2) Effect of Transactional Leadership Style on Employee Performance of oil processing companies in Balikpapan; 3) Transformational Leadership Style on Quality of Work Life of oil processing companies in Balikpapan; 4) Effect of Transactional Leadership Style on Quality of Work Life of oil processing companies in Balikpapan. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 80 respondent nurses' employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and purposive sampling methods. Data analysis techniques in this study used Simple Linear Regression. The results showed the Transformational Leadership Style affects the Employee Performance of oil processing companies in Balikpapan(H1); the Transactional Leadership Style affects the Performance of Employees of oil processing companies in Balikpapan(H2). From these results, it can be concluded that all indicators have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Level of Financial Soundness on Financial Performance in Cement Companies that are Go Public Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Analysis of the level of financial health using the Altman Z-Score with several ratios, namely the ratio of Working Capital to Total Assets (X1), the ratio of retained earnings to total assets (X2), the ratio of EBIT to Total Assets (X3), the ratio of stock market value to book value ofabilities (X4), the ratio of Sales to Total Assets (X5) to the dependent variable on Financial Performance (Return on Assets). The data analysis technique used in this research is the Altman Z-Score with the criteria for bankruptcy and to find its effect with the panel data regression model assisted by E-Views software. The results of the calculation and analysis of the Z-Score criteria in cement companies in Indonesia, it is known that there is no cement company whose company finances are stated in a healthy condition. One company is prone to bankruptcy (gray zone) while the rest according to the Z-Score criteria are bankrupt. Furthermore, based on the panel data regression examiner simultaneously the five independent variables on financial performance (Y), while partially the working capital ratio to total assets (X1) affects financial performance (Y), the retained earnings ratio to total assets (X2) has no effect on Financial performance (Y), EBIT ratio to total assets (X3) affects financial performance (Y), stock market value ratio to book value of liabilities (X4) has no effect on financial performance (Y), Sales to Total Assets ratio (X5) affect financial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this analysis is to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on money circulation in Indonesia. Analysis is seen from the side of money circulating in the community based on Bank Indonesia (BI) data, the policies are taken by the government and the impacts that occur in society as a result of the policies. This research is a descriptive study, because it only observes secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia since the Covid-19 case began until the end of the study, namely the Bank Indonesia Circulation Money analysis data from December 2019 to April 2020. Then the data is analyzed first combining it with government policy data and data on the impact of Covid-19 on the business world. The results obtained from the analysis conducted are an increase in the money supply and a decrease in electronic money issued by banks. This is due to a decrease in time deposits (Rupiah and Forex), conditions occur because the effect of the number of companies that are doing Termination Employment and pay for employee severance. Government policies by closing shopping centers, the tourism sector and other policies also contribute to create conditions that make people have to convert their time deposits into savings so that they are easy to use if needed.
