Abstract

Millennial has its own character of thinking, because when compared to the previous generation who carried out the process of adaptation to the development of information technology, millennial grew and lived with the technology. They thrive with memes, digital markets, electronic money, and social media networks. Virality makes something quickly famous and quickly forgotten, collective memory is limited to how long digital traces can last on the internet. On the basis of that problem, this study was prepared with the question "What is the character of millennial leadership based on the organizational culture of the natural ecosystems they have built?” The purpose of this study is to understand the cultural character of millennial organizations based on their natural ecosystem so that they influence the lead character. This study uses a qualitative method with close observation within a certain period of time for several millennial adolescents involved in the organization as the main sample, categorized based on their level of exposure to the internet. The expected outcome of this research is a deep understanding of how millennial organizational culture influences the character of its leadership.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the desire of the researchers to find out how much influence the Work from Home policy has on the effectiveness and productivity of work, especially for workers in the Tangerang area The dependent factor studied was the Work from Home policy as the independent variable (Y), while the independent factors were effectiveness (X1) and work productivity (X2). The resulting t value for the work effectiveness variable is 0.647 with sig 0.519. The results of this significance analysis are greater than 0.05, so it means that individually the work effectiveness variable does not have an impact due to the WFH policy. The resulting t value for work productivity variable is 6.103 with sig 0.000. The results of this significant analysis are smaller than 0.05, meaning that individually the work productivity variable has a significant impact on the implementation of WFH policies. The results obtained in this study are based on the SPSS calculation, the F count is 19.504 with F sig. 0,000 where F sig. 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, so Ho is rejected. It can be interpreted that simultaneously work effectiveness (X1) and work productivity (X2) have a significant impact on the implementation of WFH policy (Y). This calculation also forms the equation Y = 9,112 + 0.108 X1 + 0.681 X2 + e. The R square value obtained from the SPSS calculation of 0.236 (23.6%) can be interpreted that work effectiveness (X1) and work productivity (X2) explain the impact of variations in the variable implementation of WFH policy (Y) by 23.6% and the rest is influenced other independent variables amounted to 76.4%.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a fairly good level of investment from year to year, based on KSEI 2020 data. This indicates that Indonesia's business opportunities are quite promising. This increase in investment was also followed by technological developments in the financial sector as we know fintech. The results of this fintech product have been widely used by many groups, especially for investment activities. This is one of the driving points for increasing investment in Indonesia. In general, investments are usually made by people who have sufficient literacy skills. Because various experiences state that someone who has good financial literacy will be able to make good decisions in terms of finances that have both short and long term impacts. However, the current condition has a different pattern where even without financial literacy the cloud community is currently able to invest even if they only get a little information. This research was conducted to see and explain the phenomena that occurred and provide confirmation that the shift in perspective patterns occurred. The result of the research states that financial literacy does not influence a person in making decisions, while fintech is a factor that influences someone in making investment decisions.

Abstract

This study discusses the perception of security, ease of transaction, and ease of shopping for purchasing decisions, as well as the implications of purchasing decisions on Geraipedia customer satisfaction. This research discusses some of the problems that Geraipedia has experienced. The first problem is related to security, namely the leakage of Geraipedia user data circulating in the media. This has been acknowledged by Geraipedia, that it was true that 91 million customer data has been leaked. The data includes encrypted customer passwords, customer names, e-mail addresses, date of birth, and telephone numbers. Second, Geraipedia itself had a problem with an error payment system. Transactions made by customers are considered unsuccessful. However, the solutions provided by Geraipedia are unclear, not detailed, and unresponsive so that the customer shopping experience is not good. If the above problems are not resolved, then other problems arise related to transaction security, ease of transactions, and customer shopping experience. These problems will affect customer purchasing decisions on Geraipedia, so this customer purchase decision will affect Geraipedia customer satisfaction. The first hypothesis in this study is the influence of security perceptions on purchasing decisions on Geraipedia. The results showed that the security perception variable had no effect on the purchasing decision variable with a t-statistic of 0.318 <1.96 and a significance value of 0.750> 0.05. The second hypothesis in this study is the effect of ease of transaction on purchasing decisions on Geraipedia. The results showed that the variable transaction ease had an effect on the purchasing decision variable with a t-statistic of 5.843> 1.96 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. The third hypothesis in this study is the influence of shopping experience on purchasing decisions on Geraipedia. The results showed that the shopping experience variable had a positive effect on the purchasing decision variable with a t-statistic of 7.898> 1.96 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. The fourth hypothesis in this study is the influence of purchasing decisions on customer satisfaction in Geraipedia. The results showed that the purchasing decision variable had an influence on the customer satisfaction variable with a t-statistic of 12.197> 1.96, with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the compensation and supervisor support variables mediated by job satisfaction affect employee retention at PT Pradu. The population in this study were 55 employees of the non-academic division. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, namely the sampling technique where the number was the same as the population. The type of data used in this study uses primary data which is done by distributing questionnaires directly to Pradu employees. The research data analysis technique used structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.2.7 program. The results of data analysis found that the R-square of the compensation and supervisor support variables in explaining the job satisfaction variable was 0.701 or about 70% and 30% was explained by other factors outside of this study. While the compensation variable, supervisor support, and job satisfaction in explaining the employee retention variable amounted to 0.325 or about 32.5% and 67.5% was explained by other factors outside of this study. A total of 5 hypotheses were accepted and 2 hypotheses were rejected after testing with the limit of t-statistics> t-table 1.96 and P-Value

Abstract

The basis of research aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially on the factors that trigger online purchase decisions made. This study is a comparative study because it compares the effect of Online Promotion (X1) and Lifestyle (X2) Online Purchasing Decisions (Y) between the areas of Tangerang City and South Tangerang. The research questionnaire was distributed within 11 days and obtained 165 valid respondents. The questionnaire was processed using the SPSS 20 program, and from the validity test results it turns out that only 38 statements are valid. From other test results, it was found that the statement was constant, normally distributed and did not occure heteroscedastidity and multicollinearity in the two regression equations formed in each region. The relationship between variables in each region is not very strong. The results obtained are that all hypotheses are proven, namely: Online Promotion and Lifestyle Influence on Purchasing Decisions, as well as proven that there are differences in influencing factors in the two regions. The difference that occurs is in Tangerang City the dominant purchasing decision is influenced by the Online Promotion offered, while in South Tangerang the two factors affect equally.
