Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of brand image and price on purchasing decisions for fast food restaurants A&W KarawanG. The research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods, namely: collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses and making conclusions and suggestions. Samples were collected using the Slovin formula and probability sampling technique using simple random sampling which then resulted in 347 samples from 2,612 populations. The analytical technique used is the technique of scale range analysis and path analysis with the help of the Method of Successive Interval (MSI), Microsoft Excel 2010 computer program and SPSS version 25 application. 1,266 with agreed criteria. The price shows an average value of 1,258 with agreed criteria. Purchasing Decision shows an average value of 1,241 with the criteria for agreeing. The correlation coefficient between the Brand Image and Price variables obtained a value of 0.530 which means it has a moderate, positive and significant correlation level between Brand Image and Price. The partial effect of Price on Purchase Decisions is 0.133, which is greater than Brand Image, which has a value of 0.059. So it can be stated that the price contributes more to the Purchase Decision compared to the Brand Image. The simultaneous influence of Brand Image and Price on Purchasing Decisions is 19.2% while the remaining 80.8% is another variable not examined.

Abstract

The main goal of investors in investing in the capital market, especially the stock market, of course, investors want a high level of return with minimal risk. Therefore, an investor needs information to analyze the fundamentals of a company using the company's financial data. This study uses inflation risk variables as a moderating effect, profitability and managerial ownership as independent variables, and debt as a mediating variable. The data used is secondary data using 20 manufacturing companies in the consumer good industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2019 period with 80 samples used. In processing the data, the programs used are SPSS version 24 and the Sobel Test Online Calculator. Based on the coefficient of determination test, the value of R2 indicates that the dependent variable can be explained by 12.8% by the independent variable. Based on the results of the F test, all dependent variables have an influence on the independent variables. However, the results of the t test show that only profitability and managerial ownership have a positive and significant effect on stock returns, while debt has no significant effect on stock returns. The results of the t-test also show that profitability and managerial ownership have a strengthening effect on stock returns with debt as a mediating variable. Meanwhile, the moderating effect of inflation risk on the effect of profitability and managerial ownership also shows a strong and significant result on stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), And Price To Book Value (PBV) Against Stock Returns in Automotive Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021.This research was conducted using quantitative methods with a descriptive, verification approach. The sample of this research is 5 companies from 13 companies, with a total of 25 samples obtained by purpose sampling technique. The information examination method utilized in this study is various straight relapse investigation with PC program devices utilizing Microsoft Succeed 2010 and the IBM SPSS Measurements form 25 application.The consequences of this concentrate to some degree show that the EPS variable makes a positive difference, while the PER and PBV factors meaningfully affect Stock Return . At the same time, EPS, PER, and PBV have a beneficial outcome of 62.3% on Stock Return while the leftover 37.7% is impacted by factors not inspected.

Abstract

Dampak Marketing Terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Peci Batik Jogokariyan Yogyakarta dalam hal ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar baik parsial (sendiri-sendiri) maupun simultan (bersama-sama) antara produk, harga, distribusi dan promosi mempengaruhi terhadap pendapatan usaha peci batik jogokariyan Penelitian ini dilakukan Peci Batik Jogokariyan Yogyakarta dengan menyebar kuensioner pertanyaan sedangkan sampel penelitian digunakan dengan Random Simpel Sampling. R2 84,4% sumbangan produk, harga, distribusi dan promosi terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Peci Batik Jogokariyan Yogyakarta sebesar 84.4 sisanya 15,6% dijelaskan fakto lain. F hitung > F tabel (128.419 > 3,87 sig 0.000 < 0.05, produk, harga, distribusi dan promosi secara simultan (bersama-sama) menpunyai hubungan positif dan mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Peci Batik Jogokariyan Yogyakarta. Dan nilai t hitung produk 2.602 > ttabel 1.661 dan sig .0011 < 0.05, nilai t hitung harga 2.111 > ttabel 1.661 dan sig 0037 < 0.05, nilai t hitung distribusi 6.101. > ttabel 1.661 dan sig 0000 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung promosi 6.648. > ttabel 1.661 dan sig 0000 < 0.05, produk, harga, distribusi dan promosi secara parsial (sendiri-sendiri) mempunyai hubungan positif dan mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Peci Batik Jogokariyan Yogyakarta

Abstract

This study aim to determine the effect of promotion, workload, and work environment on employee loyalty at PT. Sahassa Prima Niaga. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with sample of 54 respondents and data processing carried out using the SPSS 25 program. From the results analysis obtained multiple linear equation Y = 0.300 + 0.330X1 + 0.297X2 + 0.450X3. From the analysis coefficient of determination obtained relationship between independent variable and dependent variable, determination value promotion is 22.2% and remaining 77.8% is influenced by other factors. The value of determining workload is 27.3% and remaining 72.7% is influenced by other factors. The work environment determination value is 32.8% and remaining 67.2% is influenced by other factors. Based on hypothesis test, it obtained that tcount for promotion is 1,719, tcount for workload is 2.413, and tcount for work environment is 2.276 with ttable of 2. So it can be conclud for the workload and work environment variables H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, while for the promotion variable H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. From the results of the F test, it is obtained that Fcount for promotion is 16.131 with significance level of 0.000, Fcount for workload is 10,945 with a significance level of 0.000, and Fcount for the work environment is 9.622 with a significance level of 0.000 where the value is greater than Ftable of 2.79. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted because Fcount > Ftable and significant level is less than 0.05.

Abstract

in this study aims to determine how big the relationship between satisfaction, motivation, the teaching profession and the provision of financial compensation partially or simultaneously on performance. The method of data collection is by distributing questionnaires to private school teachers in Tangerang City directly. The t-test shows that the magnitude of the Satisfaction Variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect (t-count Satisfaction 1.977. > ttable 1.65 and .0049 <0.05 on Performance, Motivation Variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect (t value of motivation 3519 > t table 1.65 and 0.0001 <0.05 on performance, the variable of the teaching profession (X3) has a positive and significant effect (the t-count value of the teaching profession is 3.664. > t-count) tables 1.65 and .0000 <0.05 the financial compensation performance variable (X4) has a positive and significant effect (t value 9.748 > t table 1.65 and 0.00000 <0.05 on performance and for the F test results, the results for the calculated F value are 94,925 with a significance value of 0.000 so that the calculated F value > F table or 94.925 > 3.87 or the significance level (sig) 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous influence between ionic satisfaction, motivation, the teaching profession and the competence of providing financial satisfaction on performance and the value of R2 y

Abstract

Berdasarkan maraknya kejadian negatif yang terjadi sehubungan dengan keberadaan aplikasi pinjaman online dimana masyarakat banyak yang terjerat dengan pinjaman online (pinjol) dan tidak dapat menyelesaikan pengembalian pinjaman dikarenakan tingginya bunga yang dikenakan. Maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat mengenai keberadaan aplikasi pinjol. Penelitian kualitatif bersifat eksploratif dengan melakukan survey dan dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu maka responden yang digunakan hanya 47 orang (melebihi batas maksimal sebanyak 30 responden). Dan dengan menggunakan tabel distibusi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar responden : (1) kurang tertarik dengan adanya pinjol, (2) merasa proses peminjaman sangat mudah,(3)keberadaan pinjol sangat membantu, (4) merasa bunganya terlalu tinggi, (5) merasa data-data pribadi yang diberikan kepada aplikasi tidak aman tersimpan dan (6) jika melakukan pinjaman, maka penggunaan dana pasti akan sesuai dengan tujuan meminjam.

Abstract

This study discusses whether charismatic leadership style, job training, and job self-efficacy affect job satisfaction at PT. Wijaya Steelindo. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of charismatic leadership style, job training and job self-efficacy on job satisfaction at PT. Wijaya Steelindo. This testing procedure utilizes non-likelihood examining and acquired upwards of 144 individuals who are workers of PT. Wijaya Steelindo. Abstract

Kesejahteraan pekerja menentukan tingkat keberhasilan perusahaan untuk tumbuh dan berkembang. Diperlukan perhatian akan kesejahteraan pekerja terutama dari aspek gaji, pendidikan, dan kesehatan yang mampu mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh dari gaji, pendidikan, dan kesehatan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Industri Marmer UD. Surya Onix. Data primer didapatkan dari hasil kuisioneryang dibagikan kepada responden kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan alat SPSS-25. penelitian ini menemukan beberapa hal. Temuan pertama, secara parsial tingkat upah memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pada Industri Marmer UD. Surya Onix, sedangkan tingkat pendidikan dan kesehatan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pada Industri Marmer UD. Surya Onix. Namun, secara simultan ditemukan pengaruh dari tingkat upah/gaji, pendidikan, dan kesehatan terhadap kinerja pada Industri Marmer UD. Surya Onix sebesar 63%.
