Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of facilities and location on the decision to visit the resinda sport club karawang. The method used in this research is verification with a quantitative approach. The samples used were 376 samples. The sampling technique used in this study is a simple random sampling technique , because all related populations have the opportunity and opportunity to be selected as samples. The result of this research is that there is a correlation between facilities and location which has a positive correlation of 0.712 or in the strong category. Partial Effect of Facilities on Visiting Decisions produces a value of 0.295 or 29.5%. Partial Effect of Location on Visiting Decisions produces a value of 0.292 or 29.2%. Simultaneous influence of Facilities and Locations on Visiting Decisions resulted in a value of 0.587 or 58.7%, while the remaining 41.3% were other variables not examined in this study .

Abstract

The study of the factors that affect the accountability of the performance of government agencies is still an important issue in determining strategies to achieve the vision, mission, goals, and objectives. This study aims to develop a previous empirical research model regarding implementing e-government, internal control systems on performance accountability. Research data was obtained from the questionnaire answers to 50 Civil Servants working at the Transportation Agency City of Pekanbaru. The sample was selected with the criteria set by the purposive sampling method, and the data were analyzed by multiple linear regression. Data processing uses SPSS version 25. The results show that the implementation of e-government and internal control systems partially and simultaneously affects the accountability of the performance of the Transportation Agency City of Pekanbaru.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the influence and trustworthiness of purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace. The method used in this research is to use verification with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 400 of the total Lazada Indonesia e-commerce visitors. The sampling technique used is non- probability sampling with incidental sampling method. Analysis of the data used is using path analysis with partial and simultaneous hypotheses. The results of this study are that there is a partial influence between Sales Promotion (X1) on Purchase Decisions (Y). there is a partial influence between Trust (X2) on the Purchase Decision (Y) of the Lazada marketplace . There is a simultaneous influence between sales promotion (X1) and trust (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) Lazada marketplace.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, explain and analyze a phenomenon about the influence of viral marketing and consumptive behavior on purchasing decisions for Camille Beauty skincare products. This examination is an illustrative quantitative methodology. The examining method in this study utilized purposive testing with 384 respondents, in particular Instagram adherents @camille.beauty. In this review, the information utilized were Scale Reach Examination and Way Examination procedures with the assistance of the Technique for Succesive Span (MSI) , Microsoft Succeed 2016 and SPSS rendition 16. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to define the factors that influence the Mixed Mutual Funds including the Jakarta Interbank Offered Rate and the Composite Stock Price Index. The research method used is purposive sampling by taking data on price movements of mutual funds published by PT Ashmore Asset Management Indonesia Tbk where Mutual funds originating from the period January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 and listed on the IDX, consist of 245 daily data. The test method used is descriptive statistical method using sample data from JCI and JIBOR where the results obtained from the calculation of this analysis are JCI and JIBOR have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Net Asset Value of Mutual Funds, with a coefficient of determination close to 0.6526 or 65, 26%, which means that NAV is influenced by the movement of JCI and JIBOR. While the remaining 34.74% is explained by variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of benefits and satisfaction on the interest in sustainable use of the GoPay digital wallet. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive and verification approach. The sample used in this study was 384 using a sampling technique using non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is analysis with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. testing is assisted by the SPSS tool. The result of this study is that there is a correlation between perceived benefits and satisfaction has a fairly strong relationship. Partially, perceived benefits have an effect of 12.9% and satisfaction has an effect of 12.6% on interest in use. Perceived benefits and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on interest in sustainable use.

Abstract

Semiotic is study of sign. The signs deliver communicative message through verbal (gestures and utterance) or non-verbal information (body language) that leads viewers comprehend the message well. Based on the type, sign divided into three, they are icon, index and symbol. This research analyzes three types of sign, icon, index, symbol on cigarette advertisement. The data of this research are cigarette advertisements which consist of 2 different cigarette brands from two biggest cigarette companies in Indonesia Djarum and Gudang Garam. Those data are then classified into sign (icon, symbol and index). This research applied descriptive qualitative method. To classify the type of sign, the researcher used Pierce theory (Coleman, 2017). Based on the analysis on cigarettes advertisement, each advertisement contains own icon, index, symbol meaning. The icons in the cigarettes advertisement consisted of pictures of human, things and cigarettes product’s logos. While the indexes found in television cigarettes advertisement were mostly the pictures of the human attitude, things, and slogan or the cigarettes brands. From the icon, index, symbol, it can be seen the male characters as their theme. The men's characters used as the theme of cigarettes advertisement are brave, tough, masculine, fond of challenges and strong.

Abstract

The definition of oleochemicals is a source of chemicals made from natural oils or fats, derived from animals or plants. Oleochemicals derived from palm oil are fatty alchohols and acid which are currently widely used. The purpose of this research is to develop model of diamond clusters from Porter to see the competitiveness of industries based on fatty acids and fatty alcohols derived from palm oil in Indonesia. From this research, data is generated showing that based on the model used, namely the industrial competitiveness model, there are several sub-factors with "good" status and other sub-factors with "bad" status. In shaping the competitiveness of the palm oil-based fatty acid and fatty alcohol industry in Indonesia, the “good” sub-factor is used. while the weakness that comes from the "bad" sub-factor can reduce the competitiveness of the palm oil-based fatty acid and alcohol, so it is necessary to maximize the good sub-factors.

Abstract

Kegiatan bisnis yang dilakukan oleh suatu Entitas atau Perusahaan berperan penting terhadap perkembangan perekonomian di Indonesia. Pengambilan keputusan keuangan perusahaan sebagai kunci utama khususnya pada struktur modal dengan melakukan pembiayaan aktiva dan melakukan peningkatan modal bisnis suatu perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk memberikan analisis perhitungan mengenai 3 buah variabel yaitu struktur modal, profitabilitas dan likuiditas. Variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah struktur modal sedangkan variabel independen adalah profitabilitas dan likuiditas. Metode yang digunakan secara kuantitatif dengan asumsi regresi linear. Populasi berdasarkan perusahaan yang masuk dalam LQ45 tahun 2021. Sampel yang diambil berupa sampel purposive sampling. Analisis penelitian menjelaskan bahwa profitabilitas dan likuiditas berpengaruh negatif terhadap struktur modal, sehingga kinerja keuangan tergantung sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bahwa kondisi dan situasi perusahaan mempunyai struktur yang berbeda-beda, walaupun perusahaan termasuk di LQ 45 tetapi tidak menutup kemungkinan perubahan hasil mengenai likuiditas dan profitabilitas tidak bisa sama dengan penelitian sebelumnya.
