This research is motivated by the low learning of class VI students of SD Negeri 5 Seraya Barat on the subject of Hinduism Education, this is thought to be caused by several factors, including: learning that is still theoretical so students will easily feel bored and bored in receiving learning and learning teachers dominate the activities, so that they can eliminate the enthusiasm of students towards the learning material of Hinduism Education. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles with the aim of increasing the activities and learning outcomes of Hinduism Education. The subjects of this research were 12th grade students of SD Negeri 5 Seraya Barat, consisting of 7 female students and 5 male students. Data is collected by observing activity and test results. The collected data is then analyzed using descriptive qualitative statistics. The results showed that the application of Think Talk Write (TTW) learning strategies in learning Hinduism Education can improve student activities and learning outcomes, namely student learning activities in Cycle I were 10.33 while student learning activities in cycle II were 14.00. Thus an increase of 3.67 from cycle I to cycle II, while on student learning outcomes in the first cycle is 79.58 and student learning outcomes in the second cycle is 88.33. Thus an increase of 8.75 from cycle I to cycle II. Based on these results, a number of suggestions can be recommended, namely: (1) Hinduism Education Teachers are expected to implement Think Talk Write (TTW) learning strategies in motivating students to improve learning achievement and (2) school principals are expected to fulfill learning facilities, such as books - Hinduism Education Books so that learning can run more optimally, (3) the application of Think Talk Write (TTW) learning strategies in this study is only limited to Cadhu Sakti material, it is suggested to future researchers to try to apply to different material and classes of this study

This study aims to improve the learning process by improving Class III Learning Outcomes of Class III Students of SD Negeri 6 Subagan Odd Semester 2017/2018 Academic Year through "The Use of Concrete Media Assisted Experimental Methods. The research of classroom action was designed in two cycles. Each cycle is carried out in four stages, namely: planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were third grade students of SD Negeri 6 Subagan in the year 2017/2018 in the odd semester with a total of 17 students. The object of this research is the learning outcomes of science in material objects and changes in matter. Science learning outcomes data were collected by using learning outcomes tests Data were collected using the test method. All data collected was analyzed descriptively. The criteria for success of action if the average science learning outcomes of students are at least 70 with classical completeness of at least 85%. The results of the study show that the use of concrete media assisted experimental methods can improve science learning outcomes of Class III Students of SD Negeri 6 Subagan Odd Semester 2017/2018 Academic Year. This can be seen from the results of the analysis of learning outcomes data which reached 68.82 with sufficient categories in the first cycle and then in the second cycle an increase of 12.36 to 81.18 with a good category. In addition, learning completeness increased by 29.42% from 64.70% to 94.12%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of an experimental method assisted with concrete media can improve the science learning outcomes of third grade students of SD Negeri 6 Subagan in the odd semester of the 2017/2018 school year and some suggestions can be recommended: 1) To increase student learning ) To the teachers to try to manage learning by selecting and using relevant media, 3) To the school especially the headmaster to be more motivating and provide the widest opportunity for teachers in managing learning as effectively as possible by utilizing innovative learning media and relevant in creating a conducive learning atmosphere.

This Classroom Action Research aims to describe the process of using quantum learning that can improve student learning outcomes and to analyze improvement in student learning outcomes after the use of concrete teaching aids. Classroom Action Research Procedures are carried out through a grooved process consisting of 4 stages, namely: 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) Observation, and 4) reflection. From the data analysis it is known that in each cycle there is an increase in completeness of student learning outcomes. In the initial study, students who achieved completeness were only 45%. In the first cycle the number of students who achieved completeness increased by 14% from the initial study to 59% and in the second cycle it increased to 100%. The same thing also happened to the sincerity of student learning. Based on the results of this research data analysis it can be concluded that the use of concrete teaching aids can improve the learning outcomes of Class II SD students in science learning the concept of the main parts of animals and plants.

This study aims to improve understanding of concepts through the Implementation of the Cooperative Type STAD Learning Model. This study is a classroom action research (CAR) which is designed through two cycles. The design of each cycle consists of the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Each cycle is carried out in 3 times face to face in class and ends with a final cycle test. The subjects of this study were students in grade IV semester I of the 2016/2017 Year of Learning in SD Negeri 3 Tista, totaling 11 students. The data collected in this study is data about understanding basic concepts. Data understanding concepts are collected through quizzes at each meeting and concept understanding tests carried out at the end of the learning cycle. Furthermore, the collected data is analyzed before it is compiled into a report in the form of class action research. Implementation STAD type cooperative learning model can improve understanding, results and learning achievements of the basic concepts of Upakara yadnya fourth grade students of Semester I 2016/2017 Year of Learning SD Negeri 3 Tista. This can be seen from the average understanding of the basic concepts of Upakara Yadnya Hinduism Education by students in the first cycle has an average of 79.97 in the category of incomplete, but after learning Hinduism in the second cycle with the Cooperative learning model of fourth grade students has an average of 91.43 with a Completed category. The results of this study prove that the Cooperative learning model greatly influences the efforts of students to achieve achievement in learning the basic concepts of upakara in the education of Hinduism in SD Negeri 3 Tista.

This study aims to (1) find out the increase in Mathematics learning outcomes in class II semester II of SD Negeri 4 Pertima in the 2016/2017 school year after the application of contextual learning and (2) to know the increase in learning activities in class II semester II of Pertima 4 2016/2017 lessons after the application of contextual learning. The results showed that the application of contextual learning can improve learning activities and learning outcomes of Mathematics in third grade students in the second semester of the academic year 2016/2017 in SD Negeri 4 Pertima. The average value of learning activities in the first cycle was 7.23 and the percentage of learning activities in the first cycle was 51.64% included in the less category. The average value of learning activities in the second cycle is 10.58 and the percentage of learning activities in the second cycle is 75.57%, included in the Good category. The average value of learning outcomes in the first cycle was 62.63 and the percentage of learning outcomes in the first cycle of 62.63% belonged to the sufficient category. The average value of learning outcomes in the second cycle is 87.25 and the percentage of learning outcomes in the second cycle is 87.25% included in the excellent category. Learning completeness in the first cycle of 75% experienced an increase in the second cycle to 100%. Based on the results of these studies it can be concluded that contextual learning can improve the activities and mathematics learning outcomes of students in grade III semester II SD Negeri 4 Pertima

This research investigates the improvement of students’ vocabulary ability by applying Keyword Technique at class XI MIA 2 of SMA Negeri 5 Kendari. It aims to find out whether teaching vocabulary by employing the Keyword technique can improve the students’ vocabulary ability or not. This research focuses on solving the students’ problem vocabulary in definition (find out and recognize the meaning of the word) as the major problem in that class based on the preliminary research. This research used a classroom action research (CAR) as a method which requires four stages such as planning, action, observation and reflection. Two cycles are administrated during the application of this research, where each of them consists of three meetings. In collecting data and information, researcher uses some instrument such as field note and vocabulary test. The planned target of this study is 75% of the students can obtain the bench score 75 at minimum. As a result, students’ vocabulary improved after applying keyword as a strategy of learning in the classroom.

This study was conducted on the bases of the preliminary study in SMP Negeri 2 Unaaha in which the researcher found that about 27,3% of the students in Grade VIIIb had lack ability in vocabulary. As an attempt to overcome the students’ difficulty in vocabulary mastery, the researcher/teacher gave audio visual. This study took the design of classroom action research because it was aimed at improving the existing condition in carrying out this study, the researcher acted as an observer. Design of this study was an action research the study was carried out in two cycles containing of four steps such as planning, action, observation and reflection. The subject of the study was all students of Grade VIIIb which consist of 22 students who registered in the academic year 2016/2017. The date were collected through three research istruments: vocabulary test, observation sheet, and field note. All of the date were analyzed, and the result of the analysis was compared to the criteria of success defined in this study to see whether yes or not they were achieved. The target of the study was students comprehended the vocabulary if minimally 75% of them got standard score 65. The result of the study showed that by giving audio visual could improve the students’ vocabulary mastery. It indicated that students at Grade VIIIb of SMP Negeri 2 Unaaha achieved the target on cycle II. It means that students’ vocabulary mastery could be improved by giving audio visual. In the cycle I, students who got standard score ≥65 only 54,6%. It means that not got standard indicator of successfulness. Then researcher continued the research at the cycle II for got standard score ≥65 only 81,9%. It means that got standard indicator of successfulness. This result indicated that by giving audio visual could improve students’ vocabulary mastery.

This study aims to improve the ability to write poetry with Quantum Learning techniques in class VIII B Wawotobi 3 Public Middle School. 2017/2018 Academic Year. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The place of this research is located in Wawotobi 3 Public Middle School. This research was conducted in class VIII B of Wawotobi 3 Public Middle School Academic Year 2017/2018, the subjects in this study were 16 people. The indicator of success in implementing this class action is that students achieve individual learning completeness when they have reached a minimum score of 67 and classical learning completeness is achieved when it has reached the value of 80% of students have achieved individual completeness. At the pretest activities the student learning outcomes were 946, with an average of 59.12, the first cycle increased to 1014, with an average value of 63.37, the second cycle increased to 1214, the average value was 76, and in the post-test scores students increased to 1369 with an average of 85. The percentage increase in learning activities of students in cycle I and cycle II can be seen from the increase in the percentage of the results of observation of student learning activities from the first cycle of 65% and increased in the second cycle by 90%. Information can be obtained that the number of students completing learning in the first cycle is 10 students, while in the second cycle there are 18 students. This shows that the difference in the increase in the number of students in cycle I and cycle II is 4 students or 50%. The number of students who did not complete in cycle I were 5 students and in cycle II there were 1 student. Student differences that did not complete between cycle I and cycle II were 4 students or 83.33%. The conclusion of this study is that the indicators of success in this study have been achieved, that is, at least 80% of students have reached 67. This means that the action hypothesis has been answered, namely by implementing the Quantum Learning learning model activities and learning outcomes of class VIII B SMP Negeri 3 Wawotobi can be improved.

To improve students' mathematics learning outcomes, one of them needs to be improved on the quality of mathematics learning in elementary school. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes from cognitive aspects. The subjects of this class action research are Class VI Semester II students at SD Negeri 1 Seraya with a total of 21 people. Whereas the object of research is student learning outcomes from cognitive aspects. Learning outcomes are collected by a description test. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. From the results of data processing obtained the first cycle the average student learning outcomes are 64.3, 64% absorptive capacity and 62% learning completeness which are classified as incomplete. In the second cycle student learning outcomes amounted to 86.9, absorption of 87% and 95% learning completeness classified as complete. Learning completeness in learning is achieved when students have reached the demands of curriculum, namely the average grade value of at least 65, 65% absorption power and 85% learning completeness. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the use of concrete media can improve learning outcomes from cognitive aspects in mathematics. This is evidenced by the increasing learning outcomes of Class VI students in Semester II at SD Negeri 1 Seraya while with an increase in absorption from the pre-cycle of 55%, the first cycle was 64% to 87% in the second cycle. Similarly, student learning completeness increased from the initial state of 33%, to 62% in the first cycle to reach 95% in the second cycle. From the results of the Classroom Action Research, researchers will continue similar activities to improve the quality of learning in schools.

Principal leadership is an attitude carried out by the principal which includes actions to influence and direct the teacher in improving the effective learning process at school. Teacher's Work Discipline is a form of obedience to the behavior of a teacher in complying with the rules and provisions that have to do with activities in the school. The objectives of this study are: to determine the effect of principals' leadership on the work discipline of social studies teachers in Ternate 3 Public High School, while the research method used in research uses survey types or quantative research methods with steps or stages in the form of pre-field and field stages. Based on the results of statistical analysis using the product moment correlation formula and to test the significance of the correlation (r) obtained, it must be consulted first with the values of (r) prodect-moment. Therefore, the degree of freedom (db) must be determined first, namely by the formula: db = N-1 thus db = 9 - 1 = 8. Based on the statistical test, it is obtained that r count is greater than r table, that is 0.75> 0.666 means that based on empirical data as a result of testing in the field there is a positive and significant relationship, it is estimated that the leadership of the principal has a relationship or influence on the work discipline of social studies teachers Ternate City. Thus it can be estimated that if the leadership of the school leader gets better, the better the discipline of working teachers in schools, and vice versa.
