<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the social and economic conditions of women household heads after divorce. The method used in this study is to use a qualitative approach with fenomenology method with primary data collection through in-depth interviews with women heads of households in Harapan Jaya Village,South Panjang, Panjang District, Bandar Lampung with data analysis conducted descriptively. The results shown that divorce had a profound impact on the socio-economic conditions of woman household heads. This can be seen in the decline in family income and the presence of negative labeling on the status of a widow. To overcome this problem, women head of households do adaptation patterns to improve social conditions and increase income to meet needs. The adaptation patterns include being active in village activities, entrepreneurship and working as a laborer. By doing this adaptation pattern, it is expected that the quality of life of women household heads will be better and more independent.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to analyze the correlation between satisfaction, trust, and loyalty of online shopping users in the midst of COVID-19 Pandemic. This research was conducted at Parepare of South Sulawesi. The sample of this research was fifty people having the hobby with online shopping. Data were analyzed using correlation test. The result of this research found that there are strong positive correlations between customers satisfaction, trust, and loyalty amidst of pandemic. It reveals that the increase of satisfaction and trust relates to the loyalty of online shopping users.]]>

<![CDATA[Aan Secret Waterfall tourism object has interesting potential to be visited by tourist. This tourist attraction presents the beauty of a waterfall and also offers a very beautifull cliff view coupled with the condition of Aan Village which is still beautifull and views of rice fields, as well as hills and the sea visible from a distance. However, this tourist attraction still needs to be reorganized and revamped. The level of tourist visits is still not optimal. This is due to a lack of marketing communication. The purpose of this study was to see digital based marketing communications for the Aan Secret Waterfall tourist attraction. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, data collection using interview techniques, observation, and documentation, checking the validity of the data using triangulation of the sources and techniques. The results of this study indicate that the management uses digital media, namely social media such as facebook, Instagram, and youtube in conducting marketing communications, but managing this digital media is still not optimal. Creating attractive content and consistency is needed in marketing communications through digital media to attract tourist.]]>

<![CDATA[The sensitive issue of SARA is widely used in the political world. Both by politicians themselves and by the media. One of the uses of SARA issues in political news by the media is as a frame. Framing in political news has a negative tendency to overthrow a politician not far from the value of SARA as a minority. The framing of political news about SARA is examined in this study. This research examines the SARA frame in the news of Prabowo's appointment as the Indonesian defense minister. News that is the object of research are those published online by major media on their websites from 21 October 2019 to 27 October 2019. Namely since Prabowo was invited to the presidential palace until a week he served as the Indonesian defense minister. The research findings show that most of the news that is the object of the research has a Reject Prabowo frame.]]>

<![CDATA[Human life is always under the influence of its culture. Although it is realized that culture is a product of humans in interacting with the environment and nature. However, the existence of culture is one of the fundamental aspects of human life in building their civilization. A culture that is continuously maintained always has cognitive value in it. Therefore, it is important to study the cognitive value of Mosehe Wonua as a cultural form of the Wundulako people. The purpose of this study was to analyze the cognitive value of the Mosehe Wonua ritual as a cultural adaptation model for the Mekongga community in Wundulako District. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using three ways, namely interviews, observation, and document study. Based on the research results, it is known that the existing traditions and culture include the mosehe wonua ritual ceremony as an effort to purify the village / country in order to avoid catastrophe and disease outbreaks. The mosehe wonua ritual ceremony plays an important role in the life of the Mekongga ethnic community in Wundulako Village, Wundulako District, Kolaka Regency. The mosehe wonua ritual ceremony which the Mekongga community carries out every year has several cognitive values, namely: 1) cognitive values as the principle of community religiosity, 2) cognitive values as a medium for character education, 3) cognitive values as the identity of the Mekongga community, and 4) cognitive values as media of community cooperation. These values are used by the Mekongga community in Wundulako as a unit when there are conflicts and conflicts. On the other hand, the mosehe wonua ritual is also used as a ritual to repel reinforcements such as during disease outbreaks or natural disasters]]>

<![CDATA[One of the series of Betawi traditional marriages is Seserahan. Seserahan is an event where the prospective groom gives things to the woman that has meaning. The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive description of Seserahan and its symbolic meaning. This study uses a qualitative method. Data were collected using observation and interviews with informants and continued by analyzing Symbolic Interaction theory. The findings in the field show that Seserahan has differences in terms of what is written in the Betawi marriage book which is written in general even though the purpose is the same. In Seserahan, the prospective groom gives Seserahan objects to the woman which are divided into three categories, namely Compulsory, Customary, and Sunnah (may or may not be implemented). Mandatory objects are symbols of the groom's seriousness towards a wife based on religion, Customary objects are symbols of strengthening the bonds of brotherhood which indicate the distinctive characteristics of Betawi culture, Sunnah objects are symbols of prosperity and gratitude to face the household. <![CDATA[One of a way to deal with the demographic bonus is to prepare the human resources well. Today's adolescents will be working and professional in a few years. Unfortunately, adolescents who behave aggressively, instead, involve themselves in dangerous actions that distance them from the qualities that are expected to face the demographic bonus. Previous research has shown that emotional and social intelligence can help adolescents to reduce aggression and behave in a more appropriate manner. This research is aimed to develop a social-emotional intelligence training module and validating the module. The module was compiled through a literature study and then validated by three experts, namely (1) an emotional intelligence coach and trainer, (2) the principal, and (3) the teacher. The three experts shared information that this module was appropriate for training social-emotional skills in adolescents. The researchers concluded that this module can be used as character training material for adolescents. Researchers suggest that this module should also be tested directly on adolescents.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze Jambi City government policies towards regional international cooperation and explain the authority of local governments in cooperating with foreign parties through international agreements in the context of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and to examine the implementation of international agreements made by local governments as a form of autonomy. area. This research was conducted using qualitative and normative juridical research methods. The type of data used consists of primary data, secondary data, tertiary data. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and literature study. All data collected were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the interim research show that the local government of the city of Jambi has carried out various international collaborations in various fields. However, the policies taken towards international cooperation have not been maximal. In addition, local governments are also given the authority to be able to carry out international cooperation with foreign parties. This international cooperation uses international treaty instruments. This collaboration aims to empower regional potential, improve public services, and improve the welfare of local communities, especially those in the city of Jambi. The purpose of this International Cooperation is to create opportunities for local communities to take part in taking part in the regional development process. <![CDATA[This research enriches the existing debate by taking a study to evaluate the policy for handling the Covid-19 pandemic in the City of Surabaya based on the Health Quarantine Law. The research question to be raised is how the Regional Government of Surabaya City implements the policy options available in the Quarantine Law in order to reduce the rate of spread of Covid-19 in its jurisdiction. Surabaya City Government can be said to have adequate financial resources and work programs to carry out tracking, tracing and testing of the population in the city of Surabaya. However, although formally a number of institutional aspects have been designed, there are still several obstacles, namely the ineffective use of the budget and the behavior of individuals who are less aware of the threat of Covid-19. This study suggests the need for massive institutional penetration to break the chain of disease spread by involving community participation.]]>
