Ganaya: Jurnal Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora is a journal published by Jayapangus Press which contains the results of research in the field of social sciences and humanities. <![CDATA[The research have a mean to finding an implement and achievement, active role of farmers and the role of field assistants related to the IPDMIP kegiatan which caryying by analyzing the influence of the active role of farmers, field assistants, as well as kegiatan implementation in achieving it. This research is to implement by carrying in the Way Khilau and Way Mada Irrigation Areas in Way Khilau District, Pesawaran Regency which was carried out in April 2022. The adjustment for location of this research with sampling, namely purposive sampling involving 91 farmers as respondents. The analysis itself applies the Path Analysis. Result of this research is if the implementation of the IPDMIP kegiatan is in the low category, the achievement of the kegiatan can still be said to be quite successful, and the active role of the respondents in this case the farmers involved in the IPDMIP kegiatan are iincluding in high class with field assistants who are included in in the high category for the role as a provider of education and innovation, role as a facilitation provider and executor of supervision in medium class and mediation implementer which is included in the low classification. The active role, the role of field assistants as well as kegiatan implementation have had an influence on the achievement of the IPDMIP kegiatan in Way Khilau District, Pesawaran Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[This literature study focuses on work from home and employee productivity. The strategy used is using the SLR as an instrument for searching research data, then bibliometric literature as a data processor which is analyzed by the VOSviewer software. VOSviewer software analysis techniques are used to analyze articles that have been collected through the Scopus database which are taken as researchers' references. The findings of these articles were referenced from 2013 to 2023 with a total of 547 articles, and only 161 articles were analyzed. Then the scientists continued to clarify the description of the results by using the VOSviewer software in examining co-authorship, co-accurance and citation. This literature study, in totality, presents a more accurate bibliographical objective for future researchers according to the themes discussed. Work from home (WFH) is a work process that is flexible and automatic and provides flexibility for employees to work using telecommuting, teleworking and remote work by utilizing modern digital technology tools as a bridge to work. Work from home (WFH) can be done by all men and women, from 25 to 60 years old. Working flexibly in the "New Normal" focuses on employee work productivity in the potential to work from home more towards working in a work life balance (WLB) which aims to balance work responsibilities and balance life time so as to reduce emotional fatigue from work stress, impact on performance satisfaction whose results affect the size of the wage/salary by obtaining work rewards from the company. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of exports and imports before and after the COVID-19 Pandemic. The decline in export-import activities due to the COVID-19 pandemic has hurt Indonesia, where exports in 2020 compared to 2019 have decreased by 2.68 percent. In addition there are war between Rusia and Ukraine which gives effect to our Intrenational trade. This research was conducted using a quantitative method with export, import and economic growth variables in Indonesia from 2018 to 2020 by using data panel regression methods. Data was obtained from various sources in the form of journals and books along with publication data from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics. The results of the study show economic growth affected by exports and import by 76.25%. Exports have a negative and significant effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, imports have a positive and significant effect on economic growth. Exports and imports of goods and services during the pandemic era had a major impact on the Indonesia economy, proven by the 2.07% decline in gross domestic product in 2020. War Russia and Ukraine did not have a big impact because it benefited Indonesia in terms of oil exports to international markets, but the quality of goods and services needed to be improved in order to compete in international markets. And imports need to be controlled so that the balance of trade is not disrupted and the production of goods and services in Indonesia is still fulfilled.]]>

<![CDATA[The present research investigates the function of urban diplomacy in promoting sustainable initiatives in the swiftly urbanising setting of Indonesia. The study concentrates on the way urban networks facilitate the dissemination of knowledge, resources, and optimal practises among local administrations. Through the examination of diverse urban networks, including inter-city partnerships, cross-border municipal networks, and regional programmes, this study underscores their role in bolstering local capabilities and advancing sustainable urban development strategies in domains such as waste disposal, ecological infrastructure, and climate change resilience. Furthermore, the research investigates the supportive function of the national government of Indonesia in urban networks and city diplomacy endeavours, showcasing its dedication to urban sustainability via policies and international collaborative endeavours. The study highlights the capacity of urban networks and city diplomacy to promote global sustainability in Indonesia. It proposes that cultivating strong urban networks and efficient city diplomacy can substantially aid in achieving a sustainable future for both the country and the regional.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to examine the potential issue of a global recession which has an impact on the potential for a food recession after the pandemic hit Indonesia. In order to make the discussion more focused, this study focuses on the policy and strategy efforts of the local government of Lingga Regency in terms of food security to overcome the food crisis. The research method uses a qualitative approach with research subjects selected using purposive sampling. The research results show that the local government's efforts to realize regional food security are realized by making regional policies to guarantee sustainable agricultural land so that land allotment is only for agriculture to prevent land conversion. This is also to realize agricultural development planning under the 2016-2021 Lingga Regency Regional Medium-Term Development Plan focusing on agricultural development with the Agrominapolitan program, which will continue in the following regional leadership. In the effort to regional food security, the contribution of the community, mainly subsistence farmers, has had a significant impact in supporting food supply for the Lingga district, which so far has been very dependent on food supplies from other regions, so that food shortages have become high, especially during specific climate changes. ]]>

<![CDATA[Studies related to international security that focus on conflict issues, military strategy and nuclear weapons became relevant during the ongoing Cold War. However after the Cold War, issues such as nuclear strategy were no longer a major problem, instead issues like economic, technological, social and human rights became more relevant. Thus, the urgency of describing North Korea’s post-Cold War nuclear strategy and it’s impacts on security stability in East Asia is an interesting discussion. This study aims to describe how North Korea's nuclear strategy post-Cold War and how it affects the security stability of East Asia. Method applied is qualitative with a case study approach which will be anaylzed using the deterrence theory and securit dilemma. The results of the research show that North Korea's post-Cold War nuclear strategy has affected security stability in the East Asia region, which is shown from the responses of Japan, South Korea, and China which experienced a security dilemma from North Korea's nuclear proliferation deterrence. North Korea's post-Cold War nuclear strategy by carrying out nuclear proliferation ultimately created a security dilemma in the East Asian region.]]>

<![CDATA[The relevance of the field of psychology in the tourism sector has become the focus of research by researchers. This study aims to analyze the development of psychology research in the field of tourism using a bibliometric approach. The data used are articles published from various sources from 2018 to 2022 with the theme of tourism psychology. Data collection and analysis were carried out using the Publish or Perish (PoP) application with the Google Scholar database. The research data was analyzed using the VoS Viewer application. The results of the analysis show that in the 2018–2022 period, there were 441 published articles regarding the interrelationship of psychology and tourism. The total citations for these articles reached 1649. The most cited articles were those written by Jiang, et al. in 2019, with a total of 200 citations. Data mapping based on co-word analysis revealed that there were 12 clusters that formed research groups with interrelated topics. In addition, the grouping based on co-author analysis shows that there are four clusters that reflect the collaboration between authors in this research field. Thus, this study provides an overview of the development of psychology research in the field of tourism using bibliometric analysis. From several existing research topics, future research can be carried out, such as the topic of tourism psychology related to social media, tourism psychology related to the content, psychologically what underlies people's desire to travel religiously, and topics related to innovation in tourism psychology. This information can be the basis for understanding research trends, collaborations between researchers, and research topics that are most relevant in relation to the psychology of tourism.]]>

<![CDATA[The Non-Fungible Token is an opportunity for artists to introduce their digital works to the general public, but it can also become a real threat to artists' attempts to commercialize their digital arts. This research aims to complement the studies regarding prevention and law enforcement related to copyright infringement of Non-Fungible Token assets. The research method used by the author in this article is normative juridical research supplemented by interviews, and this research uses a statute approach that is carried out by examining all laws and regulations related to the copyright of a work. The Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency cooperates with the Ministry of Communication and Information in terms of prevention by blocking content and data. Another preventive measure is for artists to register with and join the Collective Management Institute (LMK). In addition, special laws and regulations are needed that regulate the protection of Non-Fungible Token assets, as well as the role of copyright law enforcement agencies and the public, to minimize the occurrence of violations in the realm of copyright.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the main issues in human development is the issue of gender, where gender equality is a strategy that can be used to encourage the development of a region. Various government efforts have been made to achieve gender equality even though there are still disparities that exist between women and men in various fields. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the Gender Development Index in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in 2017-2021 by using the variables Gender Ratio, Women's Involvement in Parliament, Female Labor Force Participation Rate, and Women's Per Capita Expenditures. The data used in this study is secondary data and the method used is panel data regression through the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach. The results of this study indicate that the ratio of sex and expenditure per capita of women has no effect on the Gender Development Index (GDI). Meanwhile, the variables that have a positive effect on GDI in the Regency/City of the Special Region of Yogyakarta in 2017-2021 are Women's Involvement in Parliament and the Level of Participation in the Women's Labor Force. From this research it is hoped that it can help the government in its efforts to achieve gender equality and the government needs to pay attention again to issues of gender equality in the Special Region of Yogyakarta both in terms of labor, education, and in other fields so that there are no development gaps that occur between women and men.]]>

Digital marketing gives buyers access to all information about products and allows them to make buying and selling transactions online. In addition, as a seller, you will be able to monitor and satisfy your wants and needs without time or geographic boundaries. Digital marketing is able to make two-way communication to create awareness and community involvement for certain products and brands. This study aims to see how far marketing innovation is carried out by MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises), especially with the use of digital technology. This research is a library research reviewing or discussing previous journals or research related to the topics discussed. The data analysis process was carried out by trivaluating data from journals, books, and other reference sources that were used as literature. The implementation of the digital marketing concept is a hope to develop the economic power of small, medium and small businesses. MSMEs can take advantage of digital technology, especially community networks for marketing their products. In addition to the low cost that does not require special skills, this marketing can reach consumers directly in an effective and efficient manner. The challenge is that sellers and buyers must keep abreast of digital technology developments to make buying and selling transactions easier.
