Abstract

Seed qualify is one that determines the productivity of soybean. Quality seeds obtained through a series of seed technology activities starting from seed production, seed processing, seed testing, certification of seeds to seed storage. Storage of seeds is one of the soy harvest handling of the whole technology is important to maintain seed quality. The main objective of seed storage is to maintain the viability of the seeds along as possible and to maintain the fsiologis quality of seeds during the period storage by inhibiting the deterioration speed of the seed. Factors that influence the viability of seeds during storage is divided into internal and external factors. Internal factors include genetic trait, the power to grow and Vigor, skin conditions and initial seed moisture content. External factors such as packaging of seeds, gas composition, temperature and humidity save space.

Abstract

Broadcasting belongs to the regulating class. This is why vested interests are attached to it. In concrete, there are three major groups that can be identified: The state, the market, and the civil society. Along with the wind of democracy, accured ideas on building an auxiliary state agency outside the governmental structure to regulate broadcasting which in turn gave birth to KPI. Aware of the rising interest disputes, the main problem that wants to be discussed is the problems faced by KPI in the Indonesian formal legal system seen from its historical background in order to understand the conditions of KPI today and predict its condition in the future. The type of study used in this research is qualitative, subjected at group units based on the critical paradigm with multiple case analysis. Based on the research result the Indonesian public administration has not yet been able to adopt a thorough institutional reformation in the broadcasting world which is represented by KPI. The problem lies in the natural characteristic of each interest group that haven’t found a middle way to balance their positions. As a result, disputes are unavoidable and keep conflicting. In turn, to maintain the existence of KPI, the body itself must actively accelerate the awareness and movement of the civil society without neglecting the importance to continue lobying and peacefully negotiating with the state and the market.

Abstract

The achievement of regional development goals are effected by several factors, one of them is the good regional plan. The Good regional plan is indicated by the identified location of the problems, namely Locus. And the identified problems, namely Focus. The Locus and Focus plan are useful for guidance for practices and calculating the limited financial resources. The Locus and Focus are useful too for integrated development regional program, in order to get the effectiveness of the problems solving

Abstract

Partnership is a cooperation among enterprises in business sectors: government, private, including cooperative sectors, in which each actor gains benefit from the scheme. Technically, partner relationship can be carried out through nucleus-plasma relationship, sub-contracting, trading, franchise/licensing, sub-distributing, and other forms. Partner relationship among large, medium, and small business units is considered as the most suitable form in accord with the ideas of Chapter 33rd of the 1945 Basic Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as elaborated by Law of Republic of Indonesia Number 9, Year 1995 concerning Small Business or well known as the Partnership Law. By the above partnership pattern caul relationship some aggregate amount of added values or profit margins from the business system can simultaneously and proportionally or properly be distributed to the actors in respective business linkage and cycles hence improves and betters the terms of trade among the business.

Abstract

Decentralization of education has provided the base of information on what happens in the sector of education as the consequences of regional autonomy. The policy of decentralization for primary and middle-level education has been commenced since 2001, by handing over the authority for running the management of the education to the local government at sub-urban and municipal level.

Abstract

Konsep Total Quality Management (TQM) sudah dikenal di Indonesia sejak tahun 1980 dan hingga kini sudah diterapkan oleh berbagai perusahaan di Indonesia. Akan tetapi implementasi TQM di organisasi pemerintah (publik) hingga kini masih terhambat oleh beberapa hal seperti budaya birokrasi, banyaknya peran yang dijalankan birokrasi, terbatasnya SDM maupun rendahnya komitmen pimpinan. Abstract

One of the most important determinants of manajerial effectiveness for a leader is success in organizing and influencing subordinates for keeping institution ( or office ) assets. The present research examine the correlations between leadership and operative accounting in Universitas Islam “ 45 “ Bekasi with the sample consisted of 17 leaders and 40 accounting/finance staffs. This research find aut that 0,109 correlation coefficient (r). This study also conclude that there is a weak correlation between leadership and operative accounting.

Abstract

Diabetes is not a new disease. Egyptians in 1552 BC have recognized it. The symptom occurs in high frequency of urinating, rapid loss of body weight, and pain. They named it Poliuria. In 400 BC, an Indian writer, Sushrutha, named it a honey urine disease. It was in 200 BC that this disease is called Diabetes Mellitus for the first time. Diabetes is a bully for many sufferers. Unfortunately, most of them do not realize it. Even the limit of blood sugar in more than 80% of the sufferers is not well-controlled. Based on the result of a test and measurement carried out to 63 Unisma workers, it can be concluded as this: the condition of blood sugar limit in their bodies is commonly well; it means that they are not diabetic. Instead, most of them have the amount of blood sugar below normal level. And it is as dangerous as having diabetes itself.
