Abstract

Indonesia Anti Doping Organization (IADO) telah merilis pengumuman atlet yang terkena doping pada tahun 2023, ada tiga cabang olahraga yang dianggap melakukan pelanggaran terhadap peraturan anti-doping yaitu cabang olahraga binaraga, akuatik, dan taekwondo. Faktor yang mempengaruhi atlet untuk menggunakan zat terlarang guna meningkatkan performa dikarenakan tekanan untuk berprestasi dan tingkat kompetisi yang tinggi, tekanan dari pelatih atau tim, finansial, kurangnya pendidikan dan kesadaran, kurangnya pengawasan dan penegakan hukum yang efektif, dan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang alternatif yang aman. Psikolog olahraga dapat melakukan pendampingan psikologi pada atlet yang mendapatkan hukuman dari kasus doping sebagai upaya pencegahan terulangnya insiden doping dengan memberikan pendidikan dan informasi, konseling, pengembangan keterampilan koping dan manajemen stres, kognitif perilaku, dukungan sosial, terapi kognitif, penanganan tekanan media, pemahaman etika dan tanggung jawab, serta bimbingan karir dan pemetaan tujuan untuk perencanaan masa depan.Upaya kolaboratif antara psikolog olahraga, pelatih, dan pihak-pihak terkait lainnya menjadi krusial dalam menciptakan lingkungan olahraga yang mendukung perkembangan atlet secara holistik, mengurangi tekanan yang tidak sehat, dan meminimalkan risiko penyalahgunaan zat terlarang demi mencapai tingkat performa yang optimal dengan cara-cara yang etis dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Students introduced to movement learning, including locomotor, non-locomotor, and manipulative learning, at the beginning of the school year through physical education. public's perception of today's educational landscape reveals that people think schools with an A accreditation are of a higher caliber than those with a lesser one. There has never been any research done on the gross motor skill level of low grade students at SDN Wagir District, Malang Regency, according to findings of interviews with PJOK teachers at the A-accredited school. Seeing that the gross motor skills of low class students were unknown, the researchers used this as the main background to determine the quality of students' motor skills in low class students at A-accredited SDN, Wagir District, Malang Regency. The aim of the research is to explain the level of gross motor skills of low grade students. This research concept uses a survey method combined with quantitative descriptive methods. With a sample size of 168 students, Gross Motor Development Test-2 (TGMD-2) was the instrument utilized. With a score of 90.0111, the study's findings indicate that low class students' gross motor skills fall into the average category. In the meantime, the standard deviation value received an 8.0230 score

Abstract

The primary objective of the study is to assess the efficacy of teaching fundamental movements using traditional Acehnese sports among elementary school children. This study employs descriptive quantitative research methodologies. The participants in this study consisted of primary school pupils from upper and lower socioeconomic classes. The study included 35 students, and its efficacy was tested. The findings of this study indicate that kids in primary school might enhance their fundamental motions by utilizing traditional Acehnese games. This can be demonstrated by the disparity between the average pretest and posttest scores, which amounts to 19.34286. This discrepancy reflects the variation in scores obtained from the fundamental movement ability test. Moreover, the key finding from this data set is the computed t value of 68.864 with degrees of freedom (df) equal to 34, resulting in an associated table value of 2.032. When comparing the estimated t value to the t table, it is found that the sig value or the p-value is 0.000, which is greater than 0.05. Therefore, the null hypothesis (H0) is discarded. Consequently, there are disparities in the outcomes of the fundamental movement aptitude tests conducted on the experimental population before (pretest) and following (posttest) therapy utilizing the basic motion learning model derived from traditional Acehnese games. The novel aspect of acquiring fundamental movements through traditional Acehnese games serves as both a means of learning these motions and a platform for understanding the inherent values inside these games

Abstract

This research aims to improve pencak silat learning abilities through a group work approach in class XI 2 SMA N 10 Semarang. The method used is classroom action research (PTK) with a quantitative approach. The research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The research results show that learning pencak silat using the Teaching at the Right Level (TARL) approach can improve student learning outcomes. Data on the completeness of student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle, after cycle 1, and after cycle 2 showed a significant increase. Thus, the TARL method is effective in improving the ability of class XI 2 students at SMA N 10 Semarang in learning pencak silat.

Abstract

Chairunissa Fajrin Batubara 41182191200091. This thesis is entitled “The Effect of Arm Muscle Power Training on 50 Meter Freestyle Swimming Speed at Estrakurikuler Swimming Smp Al-Muslim”. Physical Education Health and Recreation Study Program. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Islamic University 45 Bekasi. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of arm muscle power training on 50-meter freestyle swimming speed in Al-Muslim Junior High School swimming extracurricular members. The method used in this study was experimental using a one group pretest-posttest design. The population used in this study were members of the Al-Muslim Junior High School Swimming Extracurricular. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with this technique, the number of samples obtained was 10 members of the Al-Muslim Junior High School Swimming Extracurricular. From statistical calculations, it can be seen that the value of the data obtained from the arm muscle power test shows the average results of the pretest 40.27 and posttest 37.01, and for the difference in test results which is 3.26. It can be seen from the results of the T test with the value of T count 9.31> T Table 1.833 and a significant value of α = 0.05%. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant effect of arm muscle power training on 50 meter freestyle swimming speed at Al-Muslim Junior High School swimming extracurriculars.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Triangle Run training on the endurance of football extracurricular members at SMAN 1 Pebayuran. The method used was an experiment with a pre-test and post-test design in one group. The sample for this study consisted of 11 students who were active members of the football extracurricular. The instrument used to measure endurance is the Bleep Test. The research results showed a significant increase in students' endurance after undergoing Triangle Run training for one month. The average increase in students' endurance capacity is shown through test results which show positive changes in VO2max values. Hypothesis testing using the t-test method produces a calculated t-value of 13.5, which is greater than the t-table of 1.812, so it can be concluded that Triangle Run training has a significant impact on increasing endurance. This research makes an important contribution to the development of physical training methods, especially in increasing the physical endurance of football players at school level. These results can be a reference for trainers and related agencies to implement Triangle Run training as part of their routine training program.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of down passing training using a wall target on the down passing ability of volleyball extracurricular students at SMPIT Nurul Ihsan. The research method used was an experiment with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The research subjects were 15 students who actively participated in volleyball extracurriculars at SMPIT Nurul Ihsan. The data collection instrument uses the AAHPER test to measure bottom passing ability before and after practice. The results of the study showed a significant increase in down passing ability after being given training using a wall target. Hypothesis testing using the t-test shows a calculated t value of 8.33 with a t table of 1.761, so it can be concluded that down passing training using a wall target is effective in improving students' down passing ability. This research provides an important contribution for volleyball coaches in designing more effective training programs to improve players' basic skills.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether the teaching games for understanding approach can improve the learning outcomes of the forehand lob badminton game in class V.C students at Pulogebang 01 State Elementary School, East Jakarta. The method used in this research is classroom action research, while the subjects in this research are students from class V.C of Pulogebang 01 State Elementary School, East Jakarta. 32 people. The results of the research showed an increase in learning outcomes for the forehand lob shot in badminton. Initial observations showed that only 15 students (46.88%) achieved the KKM score. In cycle 1 there was a significant increase in the results showing that 21 students (65.63%) achieved the KKM score. Meanwhile, in cycle 2, the results obtained were 26 students (81.25%) who achieved the KKM score. In cycle 2 the results achieved were in accordance with the target, namely 75% of students had achieved the KKM score, in this case 81.25% of students had achieved the  KKM score. , so it was not continued in cycle III.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the unknown profile of body composition and cardiorespiratory endurance of West Java pencak silat athletes. This research is a descriptive research on the level of physical fitness. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of body composition and cardiorespiratory endurance profiles of West Java regional martial arts athletes. This type of research is descriptive research that aims to determine the profile of body composition and cardiorespiratory endurance of West Java regional pencak silat athletes. The method used in this research is survey. The test instrument uses BIA scales which will measure BMI, visceral fat, body fat and skeletal muscel and endurance tests using the bleep test instrument. The population in this study were West Java regional pencak silat athletes and used total sampling, namely 9 male athletes and 9 female athletes. The technique used in analyzing research data is to use descriptive statistics with descriptive analysis method of percentage analysis. From the results of the study the authors obtained the results of body fat there are 17% of athletes have high body fat and there are 83% of athletes have normal body fat with an average value of 19.6, visceral fat 11% of athletes have high visceral fat and there are 89% of athletes have normal visceral fat with an average value of 5.0, BMI there are 17% of athletes have excessive BMI and there are 83% of athletes have normal BMI with an average BMI of 22.7. Skeletal muscle there are 17% of athletes have high skeletal muscle and there are 83% of athletes have normal skeletal muscle with an average value of 32.2. Vo2Max there are 100% of athletes have high Vo2Max with an average value of 52.4. It can be concluded that the body composition and cardiorespiratory endurance of West Java regional pencak silat athletes are very good and ideal It is important for athletes and coaches to maintain ideal physical condition in order to get maximum results.

Abstract

Body mass index is commonly used to determine an individual's weight category. However, combining body mass index with body fat percentage provides a more accurate picture of adiposity. Body mass index also influences cardiovascular endurance (VO2Max). One method to improve cardiovascular endurance is through dancing using various choreographies and predetermined tempos. Dancing is the expression of the human soul translated into symbolic movements based on the creator's imagination. This research aims to analyze the body mass index, body fat percentage, and cardiovascular endurance level (VO2Max) of members of the Tradisi Tantya Widyawara Tunggulwulung dance troupe in Malang City. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive with a survey and cross-sectional approach. The research subjects consist of 11 active members of the dance troupe. The results of the research show that the participants' body mass index falls within the ideal weight category, body fat percentage is normal, and cardiovascular endurance level (VO2Max) is classified as excellent.
