Abstract

Abstract-This study analysed the effects of circular economy, supply chain management innovation and sustainability on organisation performance. A total of 163 respondents, who are public sector employees in Bandung City, participated in this study. The hypotheses were tested using the descriptive and verification research methods. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and structural equation modelling analysis through the LISREL programme was employed. Results indicated that circular economy and supply chain management innovation significantly and positively influence organisation performance. Similarly, supply chain management innovation significantly and positively influences sustainability, which also significantly and positively influences organisation performance.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah memberikan dampak yang cukup besar di segala bidang, seperti bidang ekonomi, sosial, politik, budaya, pariwisata, dan pendidikan. Salah satu dampak di bidang pendidikan adalah kegiatan belajar-mengajar yang dilakukan secara online atau daring. Sistem belajar online ini memberikan dampak yang kurang baik bagi para pelaku pendidikan. Permasalahan pendidikan yang sedang terjadi di Perumahan Permata Selingsing II, Desa Cepaka, Kecamatan Kediri, Kabupaten Tabanan, Bali, antara lain; kurangnya pendampingan kepada siswa SD saat belajar online, kurangnya kreativitas siswa, dan kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap upaya pencegahan penyebaran virus Covid-19. Program pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dilaksankan antara lain; pendampingan belajar Bahasa Inggris kepada siswa SD, penyuluhan tentang upaya-upaya pencegahan Covid-19, dan kegiatan praktik membuat kerajinan tangan dan melukis masker. Tujuan dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SD tentang materi Bahasa Inggris di sekolah, memahami cara pencegahan penyebaran virus Covid-19, dan meningkatkan kreativitas siswa SD. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan program ini adalah metode penyuluhan dan praktik. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mampu membantu siswa SD untuk memahami materi Bahasa Inggris dengan lebih baik dengan hasil berupa persentase peningkatan nilai sebesar 25,6%, siswa memahami informasi penting mengenai Covid-19, dan telah berhasil meningkatkan kreativitas siswa SD.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 melanda Indonesia sejak bulan Maret 2021. Dampak yang ditimbulkan pandemi COVID-19 ini cukup serius melanda seluruh lapisan masyarakat, tidak terkecuali pelaku UMKM. Seluruh kegiatan UMKM mengalami keterbatasan dikarenakan adanya peraturan pemerintah terkait pembatasan jam operasional. Masyarakat pun diminta untuk berdiam diri di rumah apabila tidak memiliki kegiatan yang mendesak serta senantiasa menerapkan social distancing atau jaga jarak. Saat ini, UMKM tidak hanya dihadapkan dengan persaingan antar UMKM saja, melainkan bagaimana strategi agar tetap bisa bersaing di masa pandemi. Mengedukasi UMKM Gandhi's Laundrymart tentang bagaimana cara berjualan di E-commerce yaitu shopee dalam rangka memasarkan produk secara online. Mengedukasi UMKM Gandhi's Laundrymart tentang cara mengoptimalkan penggunaan media sosial Instagram dan Tiktok serta bagaimana membuat postingan Instagram dan konten Tiktok yang menarik. Mengedukasi UMKM Gandhi's Laundrymart tentang cara bertransaksi dengan dompet digital seperti “DANA”.

Abstract

Facing intense business competition, understanding consumer behavior is crucial. This research aims to identify the influence of location, product variety, and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Warung Mina Dalung. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The research results show that location has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, meaning that the better the location, the purchasing decisions at Warung Mina Dalung will also increase. Product variations have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, meaning that the better the product variations, the purchasing decisions at Warung Mina Dalung will also increase. Electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Warung Mina Dalung consumers, meaning that as electronic word of mouth increases, purchasing decisions for Warung Mina Dalung employees will increase. Companies are advised to evaluate locations, survey satisfaction, product variety, quality, supplier collaboration, and increase e-WOM through interesting content on social media. In the next research, consider the variables of price, promotion and consumer satisfaction, and compare them with similar stalls.

Abstract

The decision to stay can arise when the hotel is felt to be able to provide a sense of satisfaction and comfort guests while staying at a hotel. The factors that influence the decision to stay are interior design, brand image and quality of service on the decision of guests to stay at Mailaku Guest House. The population in this study is prospective guests or guests who have stayed at Mailaku Guest House totaling 160 people. The sample used in this study is purposive sampling because it uses several appropriate criteria and has been determined by the author. The method in this study used observation, interviews and questionnaires. This study used SPSS version 26. The results in this study show that partially interior design variables have a positive and significant effect on guests' decision to stay, brand image variables have a positive and significant effect on guests' decision to stay and service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on guests' decision to stay. The variables of interior design, brand image and service quality together affect the decision of guests to stay.

Abstract

The purchasing decision is a complex process that involves identifying needs, evaluating alternatives, selecting products or services, and making a purchase. There are several factors that influence purchasing decisions, such as service quality, price perception, and sales promotion. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality, price perception, and sales promotion on purchasing decisions at PT Tiara Indah Abadi Piaggio Vespa Gianyar. The population of this study is 106 consumers of PT Tiara Indah Abadi Piaggio Vespa Gianyar in September 2023. The study uses a census sampling technique, and the data collection methods include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 26 for windows. The results show that service quality and price perception variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the sales promotion variable has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang kerap dihadapi oleh masyarakat yaitu sampah. Rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pemilahan sampah menjadikan permasalahan sampah tidak kunjung usai. Upaya efektif yang dapat dilakukan dalam mengurangi jumlah sampah salah satunya penerapan pengolahan sampah berbasis 3R. Dari  kegiatan pengolahan sampah 3R yaitu reuse, dapat dilakukan dengan pengolahan barang bekas menjadi suatu yang lebih bermanfaat misalnya celengan yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana menabung. Tujuan dilaksanakannya program kerja ini, yaitu agar pemahaman mengenai pengolahan sampah berbasis 3R dan pentingnya menabung dapat diterapkan oleh adik-adik sekolah dasar. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat kali ini sosialisasi dan pendampingan menjadi metode yang dipilih. Dari kegiatan ini diperoleh hasil yaitu pada tahap evaluasi diberikan kuesioner yang diisi oleh 50 peserta, dimana hasil tersebut menunjukan mayoritas peserta memilih jawaban sangat setuju dari setiap pertanyaan. Maka dapat disimpulkan program kerja yang kami lakukan sangat bermanfaat serta berjalan dengan sangat baik.

Abstract

Indonesia mempunyai kekayaan alam yang melimpah dan beraneka ragam tanaman obat tumbuh di Indonesia. Kekayaan alam ini bermanfaat besar bagi kesehatan masyarakat. Beberapa penelitian membuktikan bahwa Indonesia sangat berpotensi sebagai tempat tumbuh dan berkembangnya bahan obat terhadap masyarakat. Salah satu tumbuhan yang dapat dimanfaatkan baik sebagai bahan makanan maupun obat-obatan ialah tanaman kelor (Moringa oleifera L.). Tanaman kelor termasuk ke dalam familia Moringaceae dan memiliki banyak sebutan seperti kelor, marangghi, moltong, kelo, keloro, kawano, dan ongge. Tanaman kelor mengandung lebih dari 90 jenis nutrisi berupa vitamin esensial, mineral, asam amino, antipenuaan, dan antiinflamasi. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu agar warga bisa mengubah hidupnya dapat gemar dan rutin akan mengkonsumsi minuman obat tradisional khususnya jamu untuk menambah zat gizi dan nutrisi serta menjaga kesehatan daya tahan tubuh. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan melalui 4 tahapan yaitu : observasi, persiapan dan perancangan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari program kerja pengabdian masyarakat terkait dengan pembuatan jamu tradisional dalam bentuk pudding di Pondok Harmoni berjalan cukup baik, warga mengapresiasikan kegiatan yang kami selenggarakan. Setelah dilakukannya kegiatan ini diharapkan masyarakat di wilayah pondok harmoni di Dusun Siladan mulai memanfaatkan hasil alam sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai produk yang menyehatkan.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the effecttof the hearthhprogrammon maternal behaviorrin preventing stunting. Ethics clearance has been received from the Ethics Committee in Kupang. This study used a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of thirty people who were randomly selected. They are toddlers who live with their parents in Kuanheun Village. Stunting prevention behavior was obtained through interviews using a questionnaire. The children's weight and height were measured before and after the hearth program. This activity is carried out twice for three months by involving all participants. Data analysis used a paired t-test. The research showed that the hearth program had an effect on the mother's behavior. This study has not fully implemented the positive deviance approach. It will be better to applied for the next program. So the researchers can use this method with a better initial investigation and involve the community and all community leaders.

Abstract

Pelita Air Service Denpasar is an airline company that faces tight competition in the national aviation industry, so it needs to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty which can be formed through service quality and appropriate priceperceptions. This research aims to determine the role of customer satisfaction in mediating the influence of service quality andprice perception on customer loyalty. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative design. The sample taken was 100 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling, so that the respondents were customers of PT. PelitaAir Service Denpasar. The data collection method in this research isquestionnaires. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this research show that 55.2% of the variation in customer loyalty of PT. Pelita Air Service Denpasar is influenced by service quality, price perception and customer satisfaction. Based on hypothesis testing in path analysis, the resultsobtained are: (1) service quality and price perception have a positive effect on customer satisfaction; (2) service quality, priceperception, and customer satisfaction have a positive effect on customer loyalty; (3) customer satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of service quality and price perception on customer loyalty at PT. Pelita Air Service Denpasar.
