Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan kompetensi Sumberdaya manusia pada perusahaan industri yang menerapkan standar ISO 9001 : 2105. Salah satu dari sepuluh klausul ISO 9001 : 2015 adalah performance evaluation. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang disebar pada tiga unit kerja (circular, extruder, dan finishing) untuk 60 responden di divisi karung plastik. Kuesioner dirancang sesuai dengan standar ISO 9001 : 2015 yang telah disesuaikan dengan kondisi operasional perusahaan. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif, membandingkan standar kompetensi yang disyaratkan perusahaan dengan kondisi lapangan yang diekspresikan melalui jawaban responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Radar Chart, Diagram Pareto dan Diagram Fishbone. Aspek penelitian ini meliputi kompetensi kemampuan membuat perencanaan kerja, syarat jabatan dan kinerja. Hasil temuan penelitian ini adalah secara umum penerapan ISO 9001 : 2015 yang disesuaikan dengan operasional PT. X telah dilaksanakan dengan baik khususnya pada Departemen Produksi Divisi Karung Plastik. Kondisi lapangan menunjukkan bahwa 3 (tiga) jenis kompetensi yang diteliti pada tiga unit kerja (circular, extruder dan finishing) karung plastik yaitu kompetensi kemampuan membuat perencanaan, syarat jabatan dan kineja memiliki skor kompetensi “mendekati kompeten” rata-rata diatas 4 dari 5 skala tingkat kompetensi. Terdapat beberapa aspek kompetensi yang perlu ditingkatkan nilainya yaitu aspek tingkat kegagalan, aspek disiplin penggunaan standar K3, aspek saling bekerja dalam bimbingan dan aspek pemahaman efek kegagalan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKThe problem in this research is how big partially and simultaneously influence the quality of service to customer satisfaction at Jaguar Gym Sidoarjo, as well as service quality variables Which most dominant influence on customer satisfaction at Jaguar Gym Sidoarjo.Based on the research results, obtained regression equation as follows: Y = 3.025 + 0.138 + 0.197 X1 + 0.183 X2 + 0,142 X3 X5 + X4 + 0.175 E. Of the acquisition value equation of multiple linear regression model, there are five variables showed a positive coefficient value (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy), it shows the influence of service quality that is strong enough to customer satisfaction. Keofisien of determination of 0.362, which means that 36.2% variable service quality affects customer satisfaction, while 63.8% are influenced by variables Llain not studied. Based on the results of the multiple correlation coefficient R of 0.602 mind, which means showing that the proportion of the relationship between all the variables of service quality jointly influence on consumer satisfaction and is very strong and positive at 60.2% and the remaining 39.8% influenced by variables investigated. Result research partial test (t test) indicates there is one variable that had no significant effect (tangible) and four other variables (reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) significantly affects satisfaction konsumen.Hasil simultaneous test (F test ) shows that there is significant influence jointly between the variable quality of service (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) to customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the significant value of 0.000. The survey results revealed that the largest beta value contained in the variable reliability of 0,197. So variable reliability has the most dominant influence on consumer satisfaction. Kata Kunci :  Tangible, reliability, reponsiveness, assurance, empathy.

Abstract

Dari hasil perhitungan perencana dengan Network Planing PERT dan CPM di Kota Surabaya, di temukan adanya perbedaan waktu dan biaya sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan metode Network Planing yang awalnya proyek membutuhkan waktu 133 hari dengan total biaya Rp. 345.300.000,- menjadi 113,01 hari dengan Total biaya Rp. 323.300.000, dan hasil dari menggunakan percepatan waktu dan biaya adalah 101 hari dengan biaya Rp. 330.000.000,-. Dengan menggunakan analisis Network Planing PERT, maka di ketahui bahwa waktu estimasi penyelesain proyek adalah 113 hari dengan total biaya proyek Rp. 323.300.000,- dan varian proyek 2,27, apabila batas maksimal proyek 133 hari maka probabilitas proyek selesai adah 99,99% dengan sisa waktu 20 hari.Kata Kunci : Waktu, Biaya, PERT,CPM, Network Planing.

Abstract

AbstractCoffee Toffee can be used for meetings or other events. In terms of service Coffee Toffee has an excellent barista and knowledgeable about coffee, cozy atmosphere equipped with various facilities, making Coffee Toffee as a place for those who want to refresh the mind while relaxing and enjoy a cup of cappucino, latte or espresso. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price perception to customer satisfaction with perceived value as intervening variable at Coffee Toffee Jatim ExpoThis research belongs to the type of causal research. The population used is Coffee Toffee East Java Expo Surabaya customers who have purchased Service Quality from Coffee Toffee Jatim Expo Surabaya, while the sample used in this research is 120 people taken by using purposive sampling sampling technique. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software.The results in this study indicate that (1) there is influence but not significant from service quality from Coffee Toffee Java Expo Surabaya to perceived value; (2) there is influence but not significant from service quality from Coffee Toffee Jatim Expo Surabaya to customer satisfaction; (3) there is influence Price Perception from Coffee Toffee Jatim Expo Surabaya to perceived value; (4) there is influence of price perception from Coffee Toffee Jatim Expo Surabaya to customer satisfaction; and (5) there is influence perceived value from Coffee Toffee Jatim Expo Surabaya to customer satisfaction. Kata kunci: service quality, price perception, perceived value, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan data primer dengan metode kuisioner pada PT. Apie Indo Karunia Sidoarjo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan jumlah responden sebanyak 67 orang. Alat uji di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda yang meliputi: Uji F, Uji t dan Uji koefisien determinasi R2 . Data di dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan software SPSS Versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai Signifikansinya sebesar (0,045 < 0,05) dengan t hitung yang lebih besar dari pada t tabel (2,046 > 1,997). Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansinya sebesar (0,000 < 0,05) dan t hitung yang lebih besar dari t tabel (5,941 > 1,997). Secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari F hitung yang lebih besar dari F tabel (36,668 > 3,14) dengan signifikansinya sebesar 0,000.Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The problems to be studied in this research is the relationship between a teacher's performance against incentives. The core of this study is focused on one of thefactors that affect the performance of a teacher that is an incentive. Based on the above,the purpose of this research is to know is there any incentive effect on the performanceand motivation of teachers at MTs Nurul Huda Sedati. The results using the F testknown that Incentive (X1), and motivation (X2) has positive influence on performance(Y), with a significance level of less than 0.05. Effect of incentives (X1), and motivation(X2) on the performance (Y) shows the positive direction, meaning that the higher theincentive (X1) and motivation (X2) is good, the higher performance of a given teacher.This incentive is a component that is worth more to the teachers at MTs Nurul HudaKalanganyar Sedati, they should each teacher must provide performance that isproportional as experts and motivate yourself and comrade in order to create arelationship of positive feedback between teacher one with teachers the others and thecreation of a good cooperation in education.Keywords: incentive, motivation and performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze variables that related to investment decisions and corporate values of companies which listed at Bursa Efek Indonesia. Samples of this research are; (1) PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, (2) PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk, (3) PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, (4) PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, selected by purposive sampling. Analysis of this research using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that the effect Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on profitability, investment decision and value of the firm is significant, Macro Economy to profitability is not significant, Macro Economy to investment decision and value of the firm is significant, Size to profitability and value of the firm is significant, Size to investment decision is not significant. Profitability to investment decision and value of the firm is significant. Investment decision to value of the firm is significant. Financial decision as a moderator variable on profitability linkage to investment decision is not significant. Abstract

Penelitian ini menemukan pengaruh ROA, ROE, NPM, OPM, GPM, dan AG terhadap return saham. Objeknya adalah indeks LQ-45 yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, kami menemukan 43 perusahaan dari LQ-45 yang telah memenuhi persyaratan untuk diteliti diperoleh. Data yang akan diteliti diambil dari laporan keuangan yang dikumpulkan dari Bursa Efek Indonesia dari 2014 hingga 2016. Analisis regresi berganda diterapkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ROA, ROE, NPM, OPM, GPM, dan AG secara simultan mempengaruhi return saham. Hal ini disebabkan oleh semua variabel independensi semakin tinggi sehingga akan berpengaruh positif terhadap laba yang dicapai oleh perusahaan. Menurut hasil, semoga investor lebih tertarik menginvestasikan modalnya ke saham perusahaan yang untung tinggi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Investment Decision on Firm’s Value through Firm Performance. The object of this research was mining companies listed on Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) during 2016-2018. Firm’s value as dependent variable measured by PBV and EPS. The independent variable in this research is investment decision measured by PER and MBVA. Then, intervening variable is firm performance measured by ROA and ROE. Data analysis techniques use Partial Least Square (PLS) and from data processing and hypothesis testing, produced 3 accepted hypothesis and 1 hypothesis is rejected. The results of this study were (1) Investment decision has no effect on firm value, (2) Investment decision has positive effect on firm performance, (3) Firm performance has positive effect on firm’s value, (4) Firm performance has mediating effect on the relationship between investment decision and firm’s value.Kata Kunci : Investment Decision, Firm Performance, and Firm’s Value.

Abstract

ABSTRAKConsumer satisfaction can be realized well if the company is able to provide quality service and product diversity that consumers expect. The higher the quality of service received then the consumer will be satisfied, so that the consumer will be a permanent consumer in the company. Similarly, the King Shop as a provider of photocopying and stationery products located in Malang are also trying to improve the quality of service and product diversity in accordance with consumer expectations. So the purpose in doing research is to determine the effect of service quality and product diversity to customer satisfaction either simultaneously or partially, to know which influence is most dominant between service quality and product quality to customer satisfaction. The study was conducted at the Poor King Shop. The sample used in this study amounted to 60 respondents. The method used in this sampling is to use probability sampling. Data testing techniques used in this research include the validity test, reliability test with Alpha Cronbach. The method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis to test and prove research hypothesis using computer application program SPSS Version 21. Based on the results of data analysis, the multiple linear regression equation obtained is as follows: Y = 7.446 + 0.207X.1 + 0.482X.2. From multiple linear regression equation can be known variables of service quality and product diversity have an effect on signifikan to consumer satisfaction at king store in malang. Result of t test, have positive and significant effect to consumer satisfaction because t count bigger than t table. Results simultaneously with the F test shows that all independent variables significantly influence customer satisfaction because f count is greater than f table. Therefore H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. The value of multiple determinant coefficient (R Square) of 0.432 indicates that 56.8% of customer satisfaction variables can be explained by independent variables of service quality and product diversity, while the rest of 43.2% is explained by other variables. Keywords: service quality, product diversity, customer satisfaction
