Abstract

Once the prospection of sharia trading in the capital market must be supported with a level of knowledge in analyzing the stocks that will be traded. Therefore there is an in-depth knowledge of the analysis of sharia stocks before making transactions on the sharia capital market and needed a deepening of understanding on fundamental and technical analysis to achieve optimal profit in the purchase or sale of Sharia stocks. This research aims to determine the influence of the knowledge level of fundamental analysis in the Continuity of investing in sharia stocks. Influence the level of technical analysis in the continuation of Continuity to invest in sharia stocks and the effect of the knowledge level of fundamental and technical analysis simultaneously on the Continuity of investing in sharia stocks. The research method used in this research is to use a quantitative approach. The result of the study was on a partial (independent) fundamental analysis level (X1) test for the variable Continuity of investing (Y). The influence of Knowledge level technical analysis (X2) partially against the Continuity of investing (Y), both get the result of a  tcount  <  Ttable, OR a significant > 0.05. Zero hypotheses (H0) received, and an alternate hypothesis (HA) is rejected, which means variable X does Not affect the variable Y. Similar results are also obtained From simultaneous calculations (together).

Abstract

Manusia diciptakan saling berpasangan. Hal ini merupakan fitrah yang diciptakan oleh Allah Swt. Untuk menyatukannya, dihimpun dalam suatu ikatan pernikahan. Namun di era sekarang, urgensi pernikahan seakan ternodai dan terabaikan. Generasi muda lebih memilih gaya hidup yang menyalahi agama di antaranya komunitas LGBT dan seks bebas yang semakin marak bermunculan. Salah satu daerah yang menjadi sorotan adalah Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur. Mirisnya fenomena LGBT dan seks bebas yang merambah pada generasi muda ini, menuntut berbagai pihak melakukan upaya preventif salah satunya melalui peran orang tua dalam menghadirkan sexual quotient. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang sexual quotient guna menjadi solusi dalam mencegah LGBT dan seks bebas melalui peran keluarga. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Larangan LGBT dan seks bebas telah termuat jelas di dalam Al-Qurán sebagaimana larangan pada kaum Nabi Luth; (2) Gender dan seksual manusia selalu mengalami perkembangan dari anak-anak hingga dewasa sehingga memerlukan upaya pengarahan yang tepat; (3) Sexual Quotient (Kecerdasan Seksual) dapat menjadi solusi untuk mencegah LGBT dan seks bebas melalui pendidikan seks yang diberikan orang tua di antaranya mengajarkan anak meminta izin, memisahkan tempat tidur anak, membiasakan anak menjaga pandangan dan menutup aurat.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the media of comics in improving reading skills of Pagesangan School students. The method used in this research is qualitative-phenomenological method. Data collection uses unstructured interviews and direct observation with the subjects of two participants. The results of interviews with participants obtained information about various feelings, perceptions, experiences and knowledge about comic media in improving reading skills, comic media is very influential in improving reading skills because the pictures are interesting and easily understood by students. The results of the study are expected to be a reference for teaching materials for formal and non-formal schools.

Abstract

Child victims of child trafficking in Indonesia need to take action that leads to forms of defense, assistance, protection, and support from various parties. Law number 21 of 2017 concerning the eradication of the criminal act of trafficking in persons in article 35 explains that during the process of investigation, prosecution, and examination at court proceedings, witnesses and/or victims have the right to be accompanied by an advocate and/or other companion needed. The purpose of this paper is to provide an advocacy concept for child victims of child trafficking, for the realization of legal protection. This research is normative legal research using a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. Meanwhile, the results of this study reveal that the concept of advocacy for child victims of child trafficking consists of legal consultation, legal assistance, and legal protection. Meanwhile, the rights of children who are victims of child trafficking that need to be given are reparation rights, compensation rights, restitution rights, and rehabilitation rights.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial statements at IAIN Palangka Raya for three periods, namely the 2016-2018 period. This analysis was conducted to determine the financial performance of higher education when viewed from the ROA. It is fitting that the performance of IAIN Palangka Raya is carried out in accordance with Islamic law. In addition to providing information on financial conditions, the results of financial ratio analysis can also be used as a basis for decision making, especially to improve the financial condition of IAIN Palangka Raya in the future. The financial statements will be analyzed using financial ratio analysis, including: liquidity ratios, debt to equity ratios and debt to income ratios. Comparisons are also made using Sharia provisions. The results obtained from this study are that in the 2016-2018 period the value of the IAIN Palangka Raya financial ratio analysis is still very good. When viewed from the results of the t test, the liquidity ratio, debt to equity ratio and debt to income ratio have a partially positive and significant effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, if viewed from the results of the F test, the liquidity ratio, debt to equity ratio and debt to income ratio have a positive and significant effect simultaneously or together on financial performance in the IAIN Palangka Raya environment. So it can be said that IAIN Palangka Raya has performed well and is in accordance with sharia provisions.

Abstract

The rapid science in the modern era, provides significant changes for humans, both in the fields of economics, politics, culture, environment, society, education, and even religion. The 19th century is a century of science that is growing rapidly, this can be seen from the emergence of various scientists who provide concepts, theories based on philosophy with basic ontology, epistemology, and axiology as a contribution to the development of science. One of them, the scientist known as the father of sociology, was Auguste Comte a scientist from France. Comte is famous for its philosophy of postivism because of the many references by scientists in the contemporary era. This is based on the calculation of the success of designing the social structure of modern humans with three stages of law, but one side of the theory he produced has eliminated the fundamental value in humans, namely eliminating the metaphysical basis. In a three-stage law, more concerned with physical values than metaphysical values, this will result in a society that abandons religion and even eliminates the existence of God. The thoughts produced by Comte are thoughts originating from the west, where the basic West is relativism so if viewed from an Islamic point of view this theory will produce atheists and eliminate the sanctity of religion. In Islam religion and society are inseparable because religion is a guideline that is used as a basis in people's lives based on the values of the Qur'an and Sunnah. Therefore in this paper we will study more deeply the criticisms of Aguste Comte's thinking, using qualitative research types, with descriptive analysis methods and theological philosophical approaches.

Abstract

The development of science that is so fast result in changing human religion, either in the economic, social, political, technological or educational realms. Therefore, boarding school which is an Islamic educational institution must be aware of the existence of this phenomenon by making improvements on the human resources order, which is supported by the application of good and effective human resource management patterns so that later boarding school graduates are not only considered to have mastered religious knowledge but also to compete outside the Islamic realm. This research aims to explain, that boarding schools as an Islamic educational institution that has long been present in the archipelago, is able to compete with other formal educational institutions. That is by continuing to try to modernize the pattern of education and integrate with various activities that practice the ability of students, so that they can become students who have expertise not only in the religious field, but also in the non-religious realm. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. Data obtained by conducting interviews and direct observations at the Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School, While the data analysis technique uses a hermeneutics approach that uses a thorough understanding and interpretation. The results of this research show that the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School Nurul Huda has attempted to develop the professionalism of students by coordinate their education systems to meet the needs and demands of the times. This can be seen by the existence of programs outside the core learning in boarding school. Among them in the form of Graphic Design, Screen Printing Clothes and Scientific Work.

Abstract

Zam-zam water is water that appeared in the period of Prophet Ismail as., Long before the birth of Prophet Muhammad SAW. Zam-zam water has received testimony and direct justification from the Prophet Muhammad as the best water on earth which contains many benefits. Explicitly, the properties of zam-zam water are listed in the hadith, which is considered authentic quality according to scholars. The article examines the existence of zam-zam water from a hadith perspective and a scientific perspective. In the hadith perspective. This article also examines the benefits of Zamzam water, through a scientific approach, zam-zam water will be more deeply researched so that a scientific fact can be found that the substances contained and molecules arranged in zam-zam water is better than other substances or water molecules. . So, the Prophet Muhammad's justification for zam-zam water is proven by the truth of the facts of modern scientific research.

Abstract

Hate speech is a lively reprehensible phenomenon on Indonesian social media, the impact of danger if it is not addressed wisely, through its circular related hate speech has been affirmed if hate speech is not handled properly and immediately, it can undermine the principle of the nation and nation with diversity. and protect the diversity of groups in this nation, especially in the era of people who have not fully matured in understanding democracy and difference. The attitude of carrying out hate speech also actually contradicts the ethics of communicating in Islam. One of the communication models taught is by a weak attitude or qaullan layyina. The Qur'an also teaches humans to communicate well, so that a harmonious relationship is created between the messenger and the recipient of the message, and the messages conveyed in the communication can be understood.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the implications that can arise from the dichotomy of science. Namely the emergence of a gap between the source of knowledge in the form of religious knowledge and general knowledge. Proponents of the religious knowledge only consider the divine source valid in the form of scriptures and prophetic traditions and reject non-scriptural sources as an authoritative source to explain true truth. On the other hand, secular scientists only consider valid information obtained through sensory observation. The method used in this study is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation analysis and focused group discussion. This research shows that there is really no sorting of science and religion. The research findings provide an overview of science and the knowledge of religion is integral. If science is addressed with a dichotomy, it will certainly give birth to different thoughts in building world civilization.
