Abstract

AbstractHajj Bailout Funds is a consumptive financing aimed at customers to fulfill the initial deposit costs of the Hajj Implementation Costs (BPIH) determined by the Indonesian Ministry of Religion through the Integrated Hajj Computerized System (SISKOHAT), to obtain the seat number for the pilgrimage using the Qard contract and Ijarah. The Government's basis for issuing financing products for the Hajj Bailout Fund is based on the fatwa of the National Sharia Council (DSN) MUI No.29 / DSN-MUI / VI / 2002 dated June 26, 2002 concerning Financing of Hajj Arrangements by LKS (Islamic Financial Institutions).This study found that the garbage can method used only solves various problems that are on the surface, not solving a variety of other more complex problems. Among them is the problem of the pilgrimage interest which is increasing every year not accompanied by the improvement of Hajj supporting facilities; lodging, catering, passport and visa management which are often hampered by poor bureaucracy, separation of operators and regulators in carrying out hajj and the like. Overall the process of organizing the pilgrimage from year to year increasingly shows significant changes.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas pengembangan pendidikan Islam di era 4.0 dengan menggunakan metode dekskriptif analitik. Pendekatan yang dipakai adalah pendekatan ilmu pendidikan, sejarah dan komparatif. Studi ini menemukan bahwa pengembangan pendidikan Islam di era 4.0 Era yang melahirkan fenomena disruption ini menuntut dunia pendidikan Islam untuk turut menyesuaikan diri. Pendidikan Islam kini dihadapkan pada tantangan, tuntutan, dan kebutuhan baru yang belum pernah ada sebelumnya. Langkah-langkah kongkrit bagi pendidikan Islam agar mampu tetap bersaing di era disrupsi ini. Langkah solutifnya adalah dengan turut mendisrupsikan diri, dengan pembaruan dan inovasi terhadap sistem, tata kelola, kurikulum, kompetensi sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, budaya, etos kerja, mutu guru, proses belajar mengajar, serta manajemen pengelolaan, dengan mengembangkan sistem pelayanan baru berbasis digital. Sehingga warga lembaga pendidikan Islam dapat dengan leluasa mengakses segala keperluan terkait pendidikan dan layanan administrasi. Jika tidak demikian, pendidikan Islam semakin tertinggal dan usang.  Tanpa harus lepas dari indentitas sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam yang mempunyai karakteristik dan berpegang teguh pada kaidah al-muhafadhah ‘ala al-qadim ash-shalih wa al-ahdzu bi al-jadid alashlah, yaitu menjaga tradisi keagamaan Islam dengan teguh melestarikan segudang khazanahnya dan memakai metode, manajerial, maupun pembelajaran modern yang baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menekankan metode observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan subyek penelitian yang dipilih secara sengaja. Subyek penelitian yang dianggap relevan dalam penelitian ini adalah para tokoh Agama, para tokoh budaya, tokoh intelektual dan akademisi dan tokoh pejabat pemerintah. Secara umum bahwa nilai perekat dalam simbol budaya lokal Tokoh Agama di Palangka Raya adalah pola interaksi “solidaritas integratif”, hal tersebut ditandai dengan beberapa nilai perekat  dalam simbol bahasa budaya lokal di Palangka Raya yaitu: Nilai Belom Bahadat, nilai budaya yang selalu menjunjung adat. memiliki rasa kebersamaan dalam membangun solidaritas, keterbukaan dan ketulusan  dalam melayani tamu sebagai wujud masyarakat plural, kemudian saling menghargai persatuan dan kesatuan serta perbedaan masing-masing agama, karena perbedaan  merupakan sunnatullah dan keniscayaan yang tidak mungkin diabaikan. Semangat  gotong royong, musyawarah dan  kesetaraan  sebagai wujud dari  budaya huma betangyang menjadi budaya masyarakat Dayak. Adil Ka’talino, yaitu menghargai keadilan dan kebenaran, membangun keseraian, keselarasan dan kesimbangan  sebagai tradisi turun temurun yang telah diwariskan dari generasi terdahulu. Nilai Belom Penyang Simpei, yaitu hidup damai dan sejahtera sebagai implementasi dari harmonisasi budaya Dayak. Nilai spiritualitas Pancasila, sebagai simpul perekat semangat kebangsaan berdasarkan kearifan budaya lokal dan kekuatan integratif budaya nasional Pancasila, sehingga Palangka Raya Kalimantan Tengah dikenal dengan motto, “Bumi Tambun Bungai Bumi Pancasila, Bhinneka Tungggal Ika.”Kata Kunci: nilai perekat, simbol budaya, tokoh agama. ABSTRACTThis research is a field research by emphasizing the method of observation and in-depth interviews with deliberately selected research subjects. Research subjects deemed relevant in this study were religious leaders, cultural leaders, intellectual and academic figures and government official figures. In general, the value of adhesive in local cultural symbols Religious Leaders in Palangka Raya is a pattern of interaction “integrative solidarity”, it is marked by some adhesive values in local cultural symbols in Palangka Raya, namely: Belom Bahadat values, cultural values that always uphold custom. have a sense of togetherness in building solidarity, openness and sincerity in serving guests as a form of plural society, then respecting the unity and unity and differences of each religion, because differences are sunnatullah and inevitability that cannot be ignored. The spirit of mutual cooperation, deliberation and equality as a form of betang huma culture which became the culture of the Dayak community. Adil Ka'talino, which values justice and truth, builds harmony, harmony and balance as a hereditary tradition that has been passed down from previous generations. The value of the Simpang Penyang Simpei, which is to live in peace and prosperity as an implementation of the harmonization of Dayak culture. The value of Pancasila spirituality, as the glue of national spirit, is based on local cultural wisdom and the integrative power of the Pancasila national culture, so Palangka Raya in Central Kalimantan is known for its motto, “Bumi Tambun Bungai Bumi Pancasila, Bhinneka Tungggal Ika.”Keywords: adhesive values, cultural symbols, religious leaders.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang pendekatan antropologi dalam studi islam untuk mengkaji hubungan agama dengan pranata sosial masyarakat. Dasar dari penulisan ini adalah menjelaskan peran pendekatan antropologi dalam mengkaji dan menganalisis fenomena gejala perilaku manusia dalam masyarakat agama islam. Artikel ini merupakan tulisan yang berbasis literatur dengan menghimpun informasi yang dinilai relevan dengan topik dan masalah yag menjadi objek kajian. Hasil dari analisis menjelaskan bahwa melalui pendekatan antropologi  dapat diketahui aspek berupa doktrin-doktrin dan fenomenaa-fenomena keagamaan yang tidak terlepas dari jaringan institusi atau kelembagaan sosial kemasyarakatan yang mendukung keberadaan sebuah praktik kebudayaan maupun budaya keagamaan.

Abstract

This research is a study of sharia reasoning regarding fidyah or relief from not carrying out Ramadan fasting in the study of maqashid al-syariah al-iqtishadiyah, by knowing the objectives, secrets and virtues, as well as their context in the development and economic development of the people. This research is library research with a multi-approach study of the concept of fidyah according to Islam, then looks at the implementation of fasting fidyah through maqashid al-sharia and in an economic context. This research uses a conceptual, historical, and contextual approach. The results of this study Allah wants ease of worship, especially in fasting by not forcing servants to fast for the elderly, such as the elderly or the elderly, pregnant and nursing mothers, people who experience illness with very little hope of recovery, and people who work hard. The obligation of fidyah be paid by feeding the poor and needy in a dose of one mudd or equal to 15 tahil or 567 grams or it can also be converted into staple food. Fidyah payments can be made at any time, if it is delayed then the payment will be doubled. According to the maqashid sharia, fidyah is a form of benefit and goodness given by God to his servants with regard to three elements of care, namely religion, soul and wealth. The release of wealth to elderly Muslims, fidyah also gave birth to an indication as an instrument and potential as well as economic development for the people, especially the poor. the implementation of fidyah has value, wisdom, and benefit to the giver and recipient of fidyah

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang tokoh-tokoh teolog wanita dalam konteks wanita muslim dalam melihat penafsiran-penafsiran terhadap sumber utama Islam yakni Al-Qur’an, Hadis, dan hukum syari’at islam. Metode Hermeneutik menjadi metode yang digunakan oleh para teolog muslim wanita dengan melakukan gerakan pembaruan terhadap tafsiran Al-Qur’an. Artikel ini menggunakan jenis penelitian riset kepustakaan atau library research, metode penelitian kepustakaan atau perpustakaan, dengan menggunakan sumber data primer berupa buku  Muslima Theology: The Voice of Muslim Women Theologians. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat kelemahan dalam kajian teolog muslim wanita. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari rekonstruksi yang dibangun didominasi pada letupan-letupan kesetaraan gender akan tetapi belum menyentuh pada aspek teologi secara murni. Hal ini juga menjadikan kedudukan teologi muslim wanita masih dalam perdebatan, karena karya yang dihasilkan oleh para muslim wanita ini masih jauh dari kata jelas dan kokoh.

Abstract

Currently, the world is faced with problems that affect all sectors including education with the covid-19 outbreak. So the teacher has extra work so that the educational process runs optimally by using several teaching methods that are by current conditions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which the efforts or roles of teachers in meeting the learning needs of students. In the learning process that is carried out outside the classroom, it is intended that all the needs of students, such as academic, psychological, and comfortable needs can be met. The method in this study used a data-based qualitative descriptive method. The author analyzes the needs of students in the learning process amid the Covid-19 pandemic and the learning strategies used by teachers in meeting the learning needs of students. Researchers analyzed how the strategies used by teachers at SD Negeri 66 Gantarang in meeting the learning needs of participants so that the learning needs of students could be met.

Abstract

Islamic religion with the most adherents in Indonesia. As a religion, Islam always answers and suits the needs of the times. How Islam is a religion that regulates the whole concept of humanity in goodness. In a more privacy-based scope of benefit, namely the election of leaders, is also governed by Islam. In the concept of leadership, Islam also explains in the Qur'an and the Hadith by narrating the history of the prophets when leading their people, or other figures such as the king of Zulkwarna or others. It should be underlined, it can be seen that implicitly, Islam appoints men to lead, this is a tradition later on and until now. This is the question, how does Islam appoint men to be leaders? Is it because of trust. In this discourse, the writer deliberately seeks to know whether this tradition is realized by the community, or only sees from another paradigm. This background is applied through research in TanjungJabung Timur, Jambi Province. In order to measure how much the enthusiasm of this tradition is applied or abandoned by the community.

Abstract

Most of the world community has become a modern society, modernization has a positive impact in facilitating daily activities, and it is closely related to consumer behavior (consumerism) which is embraced by the society consciously or unconsciously. This research describes how Islam views the consumerism. The method that used in this research is descriptive qualitative, which describes the phenomena that exist about consumerism in Islamic perspective. The type of qualitative research that used in this study is the study of documents or texts, which are studies of written documentary material in the form of textbooks, manuscripts, articles, and its kind. Data analysis procedure before in the field is to analyze result on the preliminary observational study. The analysis during the field uses Miles and Huberman's model analysis, which suggests that the activities and analysis of qualitative data are carried out interactively and continuously until completion, thus the data is already saturated. Data analysis consist data collection, data reduction, data presentation, andanalysis/conclusion. The results shows that consumerism is excessive andirrational consumption behavior that prioritizes desires rather than needs by not prioritizing benefits that tend to be wasteful, satisfaction, and self-recognition. For Islamic perspective, consumerism is forbidden because it belongs to excessive behavior, is only oriented to worldly satisfaction and arrogance. Islam teaches consumption behavior that embraces the understanding of balance in various aspects, according to needs and has a value of benefits in accordance with rationality, which means that if properly understood the concept of consumption taught by Islam then humans can limit their desires in accordance with the needs and benefits that lead to the reduced behavior wasteful, miserly, and arrogant behavior. Abstract

Nowadays, there are enormous challenges toward this era, especially the young generation between 20 and first 30 years old who will face a quarter-life crisis phase in which one of the causes is literate or not literate to finance. The grand objective of this research is to analyze gender, income per month, and marital status toward the awareness level to sharia financial literacy in the quarter-life crisis phase for IAIN Palangka Raya Alumni on 2010-2015. Primary data applied in this study are compiled from questionnaires and interviews with mixed methods. This research uses multiple regression with SPSS application, while the interview data uses descriptive analysis. The result reveals that gender and income per month have no significant influence on the awareness level of sharia financial literacy, but marital status has a significant influence on the awareness level of sharia financial literacy for IAIN Palangka Raya Alumni on 2010-2015.
