Optimal: Jurnal Ekonomi dan Kewirausahaan adalah jurnal ilmiah yang bertujuan memajukan dan menyebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuan di bidang ekonomi, manajemen, dan kewirausahaan. Artikel yang dimuat berasal dari hasil penelitian adaptasi ilmu dan hasil pemikiran dari perkembangan ilmu yang dimaksud. Jurnal ini ditujukan kepada para pelaku ekonomi, mahasiswa , dan dosen. Jurnal ini terbit setiap dua kali dalam satu tahun. Jurnal ini terbit pertama kali pada tahun 2007 dan mengalami tidak terbit dari tahun 2012-2015. Terbit kembali tahun 2016 hingga sekarang.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT Syncrum Logistics Employees. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires with a total sample of 60 respondents and using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linier regression tests. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously variable motivation and discipline affect the performance of PT Syncrum Logistics employees. This is evidenced from the results of the simultaneous test ( F Test) and the result of the Partial Test (t Test) also showing significant values of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the test result from this study state that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of motivation and work discipline on the performance of the PT Syncrum Logistics Keywords: motivation, discipline, performance

Pemimpin multi talenta sangat dibutuhkan di era milenium saat ini. Untuk mendapatkannya, tidak jarang perusahaan harus mencarinya dari luar organisasi, walau pun cara ini mengundang pro dan kontra. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pendahuluan yang dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif, dalam hal ini metode studi kasus, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh para pemimpin dari luar organisasi pada penerimaan dan komitmen karyawan. Data diperoleh dari suatu institusi pendidikan tinggai di Indonesia melaluil diskusi kelompok terfokus (focus group discussion). Responden diambil dari berbagai lapisan manajerial dan non-manajerial. Data dianalisis melalui analisis tematik. Selain itu, dilakukan pula perbandingan antar kelompok manajerial dan non-manajerial untuk mengetahui perbedaan penerimaan dan komitmen karyawan di kelompok yang berbeda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin dari luar organisasi mempengaruhi penerimaan dan komitmen karyawan. Selain itu, responden manajer dan non-manajer menunjukkan perhatian yang berbeda. Para manajer memiliki perhatian mengenai dampak para pemimpin dari luar organisasi pada organisasi dimana mereka bekerja, sementara para non-manajer menaruh perhatian pada pengaruh pemimpin dari luar organisasi pada kepentingan pribadi mereka. This research is related to a program that regulates good governance (good governance) with the application of transparent and accountable budget management principles to increase public participation in Bekasi City, while this study aims to discuss performance-oriented, employment variables the same and increase community expectations and answer this research regarding direct conversations to respondents who are in the field using data collected using questionnaires and a list of questions that have been done compiled using a privately managed mode, the questions asked are questions that are asked directly face-to-face for respondents in this case is the City of Bekasi government in the budget and community, so the level of questionnaire questions (response rate) is 100%, while the number of respondents is 90 people and carried out in September-November 2016 results from this research, positive and good budget workers can be known. While performance evaluation gets a negative response, this is related to the government budget increase, the Bekasi City Government is very much needed to get community support and participation. Peranan perempuan dalam perekonomian di Kalimantan barat menjadi penting dengan kelebihan yang dimilikinya untuk menopang pertumbuhan dan pembangunan ekonomi yang akan berdampak terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat Kalimantan barat. Populasi dan pengumpulan sampel dilakukan di 4 lokasi yaitu yaitu Kota Pontianak, Kabupaten Kubu Raya, Kabupaten Mempawah, dan Kota Singkawang sebanyak 67 Responden, Metode penelitian menggunakan uji regresi sederhana, uji t dan korelasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar UMKM perempuan dalam mempengaruhi kesejahteraan masyarakat yang ada di Kalimantan Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan UMKM perempuan berpengaruh positif sebesar 0.444 terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat Kalimantan Barat dan memiliki hubungan korelasi cukup kuat.

A competitive business environment makes the company maximize employee performance with high work standards. This has a bad impact when the pressure that occurs makes employees feel the workload carried out exceeds their capacity (work overload). This should be watched out because it can result in work exhaustion and a desire to move. In this study, the industry is seen as a job that puts high pressure on employees. This study aims to examine whether there is an influence between workload on turnover intention which is mediated by work exhaustion in production section employees at PT. Alas Petala Makmur. The sampling technique uses proportionate stratified random sampling technique with a sample of 119 respondents. This study uses AMOS (Analysi Moment of Structure) software version 16.0 for windows. The results showed that workload does not directly affect turnover intention but workload affects work fatigue and work fatigue affects turnover intention and mediates work load against turnover intention.

Nowadays in the globalization era, particularry in Indonesia, the dense population is accompanied byincreasingly complex needs and various human activities in carrying out mobility whether doingwork, school, tourism, research or traveling. Thus, smartphone enhancements to accessories becomeone of the important daily needs. This situation eventually led to increasingly fierce competitionbetween outlets and companies that manufacture, distribute, and sell smartphone devices oraccessories in the existence of competing companies providing the best service to attract consumers.This study aims to build customer loyalty through price and trust using mediating variables, namelycustomer satisfaction. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sampleof 85 respondents. Data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis and path analysiswith the application of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS 21.00). The study result showedthere is an indirect relationship smaller in value than a direct relationship, meaning that loyalty doesnot mediate the relationship between price and customer satisfaction and indirect relationships are lessvaluable than a direct relationship, meaning loyalty does not mediate the relationship of trust withcustomer satisfaction

Poverty is an urgent problem to be overcome immediately because not only includes economicproblems but also social problems and domestic political instability. Poor population is the populationwho are unable to meet the minimum basic food and non-food needs. This study aims to analyze thefactors that affect poverty in Indonesia and analyze rice policy, economic growth and fiscal policy onpoverty alleviation in Indonesia. This research method used multiple regression analysis with timeseries data from 1988 - 2017. The results showed that statistically, the coefficient of determination(R2) was quite high. Based on the F-statistic test, all independent variables simultaneously have asignificant effect on the dependent variable. Based on partial siginification test, Indonesian riceproduction variable, Indonesian total rice import variable, government purchase price variable on ricecommodity and economic growth variables respectively have a significant effect on poverty variable.The elasticity values of Indonesian rice production variable, Indonesian total rice import variable,government purchase price variable on rice commodity and economic growth variable has elasticityvalues that are inelastic. While the variable government spending on infrastructure has no effect on thepoverty variable.

The aim of this study was to improve company performance using a balance score card (BSC) with support from the customer's perspective.Internal business perspective and learning and growth perspective. The data source used is primary data and secondary data. The data is processed by measuring the achievement of the weighted performance that has been set and compared with the realization of its performance. Based on the results of BSC calculations, it is known that the performance of PT Ju Won from the customer's perspective is obtained from the customer retention value of 83.3%, meaning that the company has succeeded in retaining old customers with very good value. In the perspective of internal business processes, the value of 75% manufacturing cycle efficiency based on this value is quite good because it exceeds 50%.From the learning and growth perspective, it is found that employee turnover is 7.2%, which means that employee turnover is quite high, employee turnover value is high, it will add costs for recruitment, training costs and the adaptation process.

Terdapat 213 perusahaan nonkeuangan yang melakukan IPO mulai tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2018, dan perusahaan yang mengalami Overpricing terdapat 23 perusahaan atau sebesar 11% memberikan return awal (initial return) yang negatif. Tahun 2013 menjadi tahun terbanyak yang mengalami overpricing. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa harga saham pada saat penawaran perdana dapat dikatakan mahal atau tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kondisi pasar, financial laverage, profitabilitas dan alokasi dana IPO terhadap overpricing pada perusahaan nonkeuangan yang melakukan IPO di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian menggunakan perusahaan nonkeuangan tahun selama 8 tahun berjumlah 213 perusahaan dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling method dan terpilih sebanyak 20 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang dipilih adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kondisi pasar, financial laverage dan alokasi dana IPO tidak berpengaruh terhadap overpricing, sedangkan variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap overpricing. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi profitabilitas perusahaan menunjukkan tingginya kemampuan perusahaan untuk menghasilkan laba sehingga dapat dilihat investor sebagai perusahaan yang menguntungkan. Hal ini dapat mengurangi ketidakpastian IPO dalam menentukan harga saham yang wajar sehingga dapat menurunkan tingkat overpricing.

The large market demand for the processed sago has an economic impact on the Jaya Village. It showed from increasingly amount of demand and decision to buy flavored sago. Higher buying decision on flavored sago was allegedly influenced by the marketing mix factors applied by Tagafura Joint Farmer Groups from Jaya District, Tidore. Therefore, this study aimed to find out the effect of the marketing mix on the purchase decision of flavored sago from Tagafura Joint Farmer Groups. The location of this study was selected purposively, namely in Jaya District, North Tidore, Tidore. This study was conducted from August to December 2018. The primary data in this study was the result of questionnaires that were distributed to 30 respondents chosen using the saturated sample technique. The data was analyzed using tests of validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, determination, simple linear regression, and t-test to test the hypothesis. The results showed that the applied marketing mix factors had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of flavored sago from Tagafura Joint Farmer Groups in Jaya, Tidore.
