Artikel yang dimuat berasal dari hasil penelitian adaptasi ilmu dan hasil pemikiran dari perkembangan ilmu yang dimaksud. Jurnal ini ditujukan kepada para pelaku ekonomi, mahasiswa , dan dosen. Jurnal ini terbit setiap dua kali dalam satu tahun. Jurnal ini terbit pertama kali pada tahun 2007 dan mengalami tidak terbit dari tahun 2012-2015. Terbit kembali tahun 2016 hingga sekarang.

Abstract

Employee satisfaction can improve organizational performance. There are various factors that can influence employee satisfaction, such as compensation and work discipline. This study purposed to analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on job satisfaction at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Bekasi. There are 150 permanent employees at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Bekasi that used as a population. The study was carried out in 2019 on a convenience sample of 109 respondents. The data analysis used statistical tests with Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) 23 program. This research model used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that compensation and work discipline had significant effect on job satisfaction at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Bekasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat isu mengenai keinginan untuk berhenti dari pekerjaannya dari karyawan kalangan milenial dan non milenial pada PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan person organization fit terhadap intention to quit dengan usia sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan yang telah di rekrut oleh perusahaan PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry selama dua tahun terakhir (2018-2019). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, yakni teknik pengambilan sampel secara acak melalui penyebaran kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data penelitian secara tidak langsung atau melalui google form. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square dengan program statistik Smart PLS versi 3 (for student). Hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa komitmen organisasi dan person organization fit tidak berpengaruh terhadap intention to quit secara parsial, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap intention to quit secara parsial, dan usia tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan person organization fit terhadap intention to quit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study the motivation organizations change and organizations development on the performance of employees of PT Metindo Erasakti, The population in this study is a permanent company, PT Metindo Erasakti, which collected 130 people with a sample of 98 people. For data analysis using statistical tests and calculations using multiple regression with the Product Statistics Service and Solution 23 (SPSS) program. The results of statistical research on the results of research organizations change and organizations development on the performance of employees of PT Metindo Erasakti, this is evidenced by the value of t arithmetic β1 (4,754) with a significance level of 0.000 <α = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, and the value of t arithmetic β2 (3,093) with a significant level of 0,001 <α = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The multiple regression equation is obtained with the positive regression coefficients β1 and β2, which means that organizational change and organizational development variable increase the performance results will increase. For the coefficient of determination (KD) = 38,0% means organizational change and organizational development for the performance of employees together with ownership of 38,0% while the remaining 62,0% (100% - 38,0%) is needed by the lying factor. Abstract

Financial distress is a decline in the company's financial condition that occurred before bankruptcy. This research was conducted to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, activity leverage and agency cost on financial distress. This research was conducted at retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The sample used in this study were 14 companies selected using purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis. The results of the analysis of this study state that liquidity and leverage have a positive effect on financial distress, activity has a negative effect on financial distress, profitability and agency costs have no effect on financial distress.Keywords: profitability; liquidity; leverag; activity; agency cos; financial distress.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the most important assets of a company. Improving the quality of human resources aims to improve employee performance in a productive and professional manner. Employee contributions can have an impact on the company because if an employee performs well, they will also make a good contribution. The company's provision of salaries in the form of incentives and training is aimed at improving the performance of Branch Office of Bank Syariah Mandiri’s employees at Balikapapn. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of incentives and training on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods with a number of respondents up to 45 employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri. This study uses multiple linear regression. In some cases, incentives have no effect on employee performance, while the provision of training has a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial attitudes, entrepreneurial traits, and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions of students majoring in OTKP SMK Ipiems Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. This type of research data is primary data derived from direct observation and questionnaire answers. The place for conducting this research is at SMK Ipiems Surabaya. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Total 56 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. Data analysis used classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS application. The results of this study state that there is no influence of entrepreneurship attitude and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurship intention. The proof is from the results of the T test, where in the SPSS output table it is known that the t value of the entrepreneurship attitude variable is 0.288 <t table 2.019 and the t value of the entrepreneurship education variable is 0.784 <t table 2.019. Meanwhile, perceived desirability has an effect on entrepreneurship intention. The proof is through the results of the T test on the SPSS output table, it is obtained that the t value of the perceived desirability variable is 2.683> t table 2.019.

Abstract

Adanya GoFood, membuat pekerjaan menjadi lebih efisien, karena masyarakat dapat memperoleh makanan yang diinginkan melalui handphone dimanapun berada, baik di rumah, maupun di luar rumah. Dari kualitas layanan yang dapat memenuhi keinginan dan harapan serta kepercayaan, akan berdampak kepada terciptanya kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Kualitas Layanan dan Kepercayaan Konsumen terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan yang berimplikasi pada Loyalitas Pelanggan GoFood di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengolahan data Smart PLS 3. Sampel yang digunakan 100 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian dan kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepercayaan Konsumen terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan; ada pengaruh Kepercayaan Konsumen dan Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan; Kepuasan Pelanggan memediasi antara Kualitas Layanan dan Loyalitas Pelanggan; Kualitas Layanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, dan Kepuasan Pelanggan tidak memediasi antara Kepercayaan Konsumen dan Loyalitas Pelanggan. Hasil penelitian dapat menjadi masukan bagi manajemen GoFood dan mitra GoFood.

Abstract

This study mainly discusses about tourism marketing with the purpose to investigate and determine the effect of Dilan 1990 movie on visit intention to Bandung. The aims of this study also to find out the different impact of visit intention after Dilan 1990 movie during pandemic COVID-19 with perceived risk as moderation. This type of research was exploratory research and used quantitative analysis. Data processing used SEM-PLS analysis techniques and the results of this study indicated that Dilan 1990 movie had a positive and significant effect to visit intention. However, between Dilan 1990 movie and visit intention to Bandung had no effect on perceived risk moderation

Abstract

This study aims to see the role of job satisfaction on discipline and work environment on work performance. In this study, the population and sample were employees and lecturers of Amik Sigma Palembang, amounting to 11 employees and 24 lecturers, so a total of 35 people. The analysis technique in this study used the Sobel Test. The results showed that the job satisfaction variable could not mediate the influence of work discipline and work environment variables on work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work capability, service procedures and service quality on service satisfaction in the Sub Division of Finance, Faculty of Sports Science, Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). Quantitative research is used in research. The number of respondents to the study was 248 persons and taken with simple random sampling techniques. The questionnaire, interview, and observation methods are methods in collecting data for this research. The results found that work capability has a significance of 0.000, service procedures have a significance of 0.001, and service quality has a significance of 0.000. Thus, all independent variables, namely work capability, service procedures, and quality of service, significantly influence the satisfaction of financial services in the Sub Division of Finance at Faculty of Sports Science, UNNES. Service satisfaction will create customer trust, so institutions need to pay attention to the components that affect it, such as the work capabilities of employees, service procedures, and quality of service. Therefore, this research dramatically contributes to the sustainability of quality services and satisfies customers at the Faculty of Sports Sciences, UNNES.
