Abstract

The growing development of technology can lead to competition between entrepreneurs in the field of tourism, precisely in online travel as a Traveloka, Agoda, Booking.com etc and the increasing number of competitors creates intense competition and causes travel entrepreneurs to compete to provide quality and the best services for consumers using sophisticated systems and technology that will produce online travel companies. to be better, in this study the author has its own meaning, namely to identify things that can have an impact related to the variables brand satisfaction, brand image, brand value, perceived quality, perceived value as independent variables and brand trust as intervening variables and brand loyalty as dependent variables. The researcher's analysis suggests that this study obtained a total of 319 respondents and used a quantitative analysis method using the SPSS and Smart PLS applications. no significant effect. Furthermore, direct testing shows that the only significant variables are brand trust-brand loyalty and perceived value-brand trust and in indirect testing that the only significant variable is Perceived Value -> Brand Trust -> Brand Loyalty. keywords : Brand satisfaction, Brand image, Brand value, Perceived quality, Brand perceived value, Brand trust, Brand loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how interested young people are in investing by the influence of any knowledge and information they got about the investment itself through the increasing use technology and social media. The study was carried out using quantitative methods as questionnaires distributed to adolescents born in Indonesia between 1996 and 2009. It is hoped that this research will reveal the impact of social media and technology on young investor’s investment interest.

Abstract

Abstract: Small and Medium Entreprise (SME) is dominant business sector in Indonesia. The emergency of innovativeness among SME is necessary for surviving and sustaining competitive advantage in digitalization era and pandemic Covid – 19. Knowledge is valuable resourcess to create organizational innovation and knowledge structure can be enhanced through knowledge sharing behavior. Unfortunately, knowledge sharing may not enhance innovation in several organization. Thus, this study purpose is to examine the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior with organizational climate as moderator. This study used partial least square analysis with 97 responden from 45 SME in Indonesia. The findings reveal that knowlegde sharing behavior affect innovative work behavior. in SME with innovativeness, afiliatation and supportve climate, knowlegde sharing behavior effect on innovative work behavior is higher. This study provide evidence that konwledge sharing behavior should be considered to improve organizational innovation. furthermore, SME’ Owner should promote innovativeness and supportive climate to enhance knowledge sharing effect on innovative behavior. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and employee engagement on employee performance at PT. Sulawesi Mineral Earth. The sample in this study consisted of 70 respondents. the hypothesis was tested with multiple linear regression analysis using the SMART PLS Application. The results of the research on the influence of organizational culture on employee performance have a significant positive effect on employee performance, employee engagement has a positive effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate and explore the relationship between work life balance factors and stress levels with employee performance at the IKA PUTRA LUWU EAST rice factory. In this study, 126 people have been selected as sample. This hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis using the SMART PLS application. The results showed that work life balance and work stress levels had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Kata Kunci : Work Life Balance, Work Setres, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of e-wom, life style, trust, and content marketing on purchasing decisions. The total number of the population in this study is unknown, so the sample was taken using a non-probability sample and a total of 150 respondents were obtained. Hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Model technique. Based on the research results, e-wom has a direct significant effect on purchasing decisions, life style has a direct significant effect on purchasing decisions, trust has a direct significant effect on purchasing decisions, and content marketing has a direct significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on changing patterns of activity in society. Previously, various activities could be carried out freely, now apart from having to comply with health protocols, there are also mobility restrictions. Of course, this is one of the drivers of digitization in almost all sectors. No exception, the payment system. This study aims to see the effect of security, ease of use, and privacy concern on repurchase intention mediated by a trust to Go- Pay e-wallet users in Surabaya. The population in this study is the millennial generation, Go- Pay digital wallet users in Surabaya, with a sample of 385 respondents. This study uses data collection through an online survey via a google form. This non-probability sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that security, ease of use, and privacy significantly influence repurchase intentions mediated by trust in Go-Pay digital wallet users in the city of Surabaya. The results of this study can be used as a theoretical basis to increase the repurchase intention of e-wallets by creating trust in users, increasing the security of e-wallet applications, and the ease of use of e-wallets, and expanding the protection of data privacy of Go-Pay e-wallet users.

Abstract

Abstract. The research objectives are 1). To analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on student ethical behavior 2). To analyze the effect of intellectual intelligence on students' ethical behavior. 3). To analyze the effect of Equity Sensitivity on student ethical behavior 4). To analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and equity sensitivity simultaneously on students' ethical behavior. The population of this study were all undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics and Business in the Management Study Program class of 2021 with a total of 75 people who were still active in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The sample used in this study were all undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics and Business Management Study Program class of 2021 who were still active in the 2021/2022 academic year, due to the relatively small population of 75 people, the sampling technique used in This research is a saturated sampling technique (census).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline andmotivation on employee productivity at PT. Esta Venture Fund Palopo City. To find out the effect of compensation on employee productivity at PT. Esta Venture Fund Palopo City. To find out the effect of work discipline on employee productivity at PT. Esta Venture Fund Palopo City. To find out the effect of motivation on employee productivity at PT. Esta Venture Fund Palopo City. This type of research used quantitative research, the respondents in this research are all employees of PT. Esta Venture Fund Palopo City as much 29 people and data processing using multiple linear regression. Based on research that has been carried out on several tests of the variables studied, the following conclusions can be drawn: The results of the study explained that (1) Simultaneously the variables of compensation, work discipline and motivation have a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Esta Venture Fund Palopo City. (2) Partially the compensation variable has no significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Esta Venture Fund Palopo City. (3) Partially the variable of work discipline has a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Esta Venture Fund Palopo City. (4) Partially the motivation variable does not have a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Esta Venture Fund Palopo City.
