Abstract

Abstract. This study tries to analyze the financial performance of regional governments after fiscal decentralization by analyzing the financial ratios in the regional budget realization reports for 17 districts / cities in Southeast Sulawesi for the 2015-2018 period. The measurement results show that the ratio of fiscal decentralization is still very low below 20%, financial dependence on the central government is also very high followed by ineffective PAD management. The findings indicate that in general the existence of fiscal decentralization does not encourage regional independence, especially in districts / cities in Southeast Sulawesi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of financial literacy as measured through financial behavior, attitude and skills towards the consumptive behavior of housewives in the city of Tasikmalaya. This research has a type of survey with an asociative causality characteristic that aims to be descriptive and verificative. The object of this study is a housewife in the city of Tasikmalaya, due to the unknown population size, the researchers used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique with 200 respondents. The approach used to determine the relationship between these latent variables is the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with the Bootstrap parameter estimation method. The results of the research show that financial behavior has a positive effect on consumptive behavior, the more positive a person's behavior in managing finances, the more aware of the consumptive behavior they are doing. Financial attitude has a positive effect on consumptive behavior, someone who understands how to spend, save, hoard and dispose of their money will be able to predict what they need or what is important for consumption. Financial skills influence consumptive behavior, the better the skills, the better the ability to make the right decisions in consuming something..

Abstract

: The development of the world and technology in this era have begun to accelerate and become more complex. The presence of digital financial services makes life simpler for individuals, as even financial institutions are gradually adapting to the digitalization process. In 2007, the number of users of financial technology reached 7%; in 2011, it increased by 20%; in 2014, it increased by 36%; and by 2017, it reached 78%. Consequently, there is no doubt that this has become a requirement for human beings, particularly generations Z and Y, when conducting purchasing and selling transactions, transfers, etc. This condition is certainly intriguing to discuss, as there are differences between generation Z and generation Y in their use of financial technology facilities and services; therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the generational differences that have an impact on Digital Financial Literacy. This study aimed to identify generational disparities in digital financial literacy based on age, gender, income, and marital status. This quantitative study employed a certain type of data collection using an online questionnaire through a Google form. There is a total of 226 respondent samples that can be analysed. In this research, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was used to analysed the data. With the results of the research, it is necessary to increase learning about digital financial literacy, as well as to differentiate practical litis for employees, entrepreneurs, and students. Furthermore, it is necessary to optimize the factors that are highly significant and have a positive coefficient in digital financial literacy, including education level, income, occupation, and gender. In order to enhance digital financial literacy, socioeconomic and demographic factors must also be taken into account.

Abstract

Invetment decision for an investor is influenced by various factors. Ideally, investors need to have various considerations before they finally make an investment. The importance of knowing the factors that shape the decision to choose stocks for investors in Indonesia is the purpose of this research. There were 185 respondents who fulfilled the purposive sampling technique as a sample collection technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire as primary data. The data analysis technique was carried out by factor analysis with the principle component analysis approach and SPSS as a research tool. The stages of factor analysis are carried out by compiling a correlation matrix, extraction factors, rotation factors, and naming factors. The result is that there are two factors that are generated as forming factors for investing in stocks in Indonesia, namely investment management experience; investment management knowledge.

Abstract

Assessing the financial performance of local governments can be done by looking at their performance, one of which is through the Budget Realization Report. . In this study, the researchers took the research locus at the Secretariat of the DPRD of North Nias Regency, which is the body that carries out the function of supporting local government finances. The main tasks of the North Nias DPRD Secretariat are to carry out secretarial administration, financial administration, support the implementation of the duties and functions of the Regional People's Representative Council and provide and coordinate the experts needed by the Regional House of Representatives in accordance with the regional financial capacity. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The sample in this study is the 2022 Budget Realization Report for the DPRD Secretariat of North Nias Regency.

Abstract

Abstract. This research was conducted to see the impact of road sector DAK allocation on regional road conditions, with DAK allocation, the regions will be able to handle road sections so that there will be additional stability of regional roads in the 2015-2019 period. The methodology used in this study uses analysis. The variables in this study were determined to analyze secondary data, while the variables determined were the DAK Allocation for Roads (X) or the independent variable and the dependent variable (Y), based on the research objective, to determine the impact of DAK allocation for the Road Sector with steady road conditions. Regions from 2015 to 2019. The results of the research are not known that the availability of DAK in the road sector has a positive and significant effect on the Stability of Regional Roads, this can be seen from the significant value (0.000) less than 0.05 and t-count (- 5.707) greater than the t-table -2,785. While the linear regression results show the constant (α) = -0.058 means that even though the DAK road allocation variable with road conditions is zero, the constant is still -0.058. The coefficient β (X) = -0.120 means that if the DAK Sector allocation is increased, the road conditions will increase by -0.120. This is because the total allocation tends to decrease while the total length does not experience an increase while the number of DAK recipients continues to increase. Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Dampak alokasi DAK Bidang jalan terhadap kondisi jalan daerah, dengan pemanfaatan alokasi DAK maka daerah akan dapat melakukan penanganan ruas jalan sehingga akan terjadi penambahan kemantapan jalan daerah dalam kurun waktu 2015-2019, metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi. Variabel pada penelitian ini ditentukan guna menganalisis data sekunder, adapun variabel ditentukan adalah variabel Alokasi DAK Bidang Jalan (X) atau variabel independent dan variabel Kondisi Jalan Mantap variabel dependen (Y) berdasarkan tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui dampak alokasi DAK Bidang Jalan dengan kondisi jalan mantap daerah tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2019. Hasil penelitian diketahui terdapat Variabel alokasi DAK Bidang jalan berpengaruh secara Positif dan dan signifikan terhadap Kondisi Kemantapan Jalan Daerah, hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan t-hitung (-5,707) lebih besar dibandingkan t-tabel -2,785. Sedangkan hasil regresi linier menunjukkan konstanta (α) = -0,058 artinya walaupun variabel Alokasi DAK Jalan dengan Kondisi Mantap jalan sebesar nol maka konstanta tetap sebesar -0,058. Koefisien β (X) = -0,120 artinya jika alokasi DAK Bidang Jalan ditingkatkan maka akan berdampak terhadap kondisi jalan akan meningkat sebesar -0,120. hal ini dikarenakan total alokasi yang cenderung mengalami penurunan sedangkan total Panjang tidak mantap mengalami kenaikan sedangkan jumlah penerima DAK terus mengalami kenaikan.

Abstract

Abstract. Green Siak well known as policy breakthrough which was popularized by Siak Regent in 2016. That district has a wealth of natural resources, and part of the Riau Province which is known for its intensive activities of forest and land- based extractive industry, that policy has considered as an anti-mainstream and has a strong stand for environmental protection and preservation. When the Siak District Mid-Term Development Plan for the period 2016-2021 was enacted, Green Siak had not yet been established as a policy and had no formulated goals, targets and road map. As a result, Green Siak has not been integrated into the five-year local development plan. Finally, in 2018 Green Siak was officially stipulated as a policy in the form of a Regent Regulation, which was followed by a roadmap plan through a Regent Decree in 2019. Since it was formulated as an idea until it was stipulated as a policy, Green Siak has been implemented with the support of programs, activities, and budget allocations every year an average of 2 percent to 3.1 percent of the regional expenditure. Upon further analysis, the financed activities were not fully relevant and contributed significantly to Green Siak’s performance targets. . Abstrak. Siak Hijau merupakan suatu terobosan kebijakan yang dipopulerkan oleh Bupati Siak sejak tahun 2016 silam. Sebagai daerah yang memiliki kekayaan sumber daya alam, dan merupakan bagian dari Provinsi Riau yang dikenal dengan intesitas kegiatan industri ekstraktif berbasis hutan dan lahan, kebijakan tersebut dinilai berani melawan arus dan memiliki keberpihakan yang kuat terhadap perlindungan dan pelestarian lingkungan hidup. Ketika Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah Kabupaten Siak periode 2016-2021 ditetapkan, Siak Hijau belum ditetapkan sebagai kebijakan dan belum memiliki rumusan tujuan, sasaran, target dan peta jalan. Akibatnya Siak Hijau belum terintegrasi dalam rencana pembangunan lima tahunan tersebut. Akhirnya pada tahun 2018 Siak Hijau resmi ditetapkan sebagai kebijakan dalam bentuk Peraturan Bupati, yang disusul dengan penetapan peta jalan melalui Keputusan Bupati tahun 2019. Sejak hadir dalam bentuk gagasan sampai ditetapkan dalam kebijakan, Siak Hijau telah dilaksanakan secara bertahap dengan dukungan program, kegiatan dan alokasi anggaran setiap tahun rata-rata 2 persen sampai 3,1 persen dari total belanja daerah. Setelah ditelaah lebih jauh, kegiatan-kegiatan yang dibiayai tersebut tidak sepenuhnya relevan dan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap target kinerja Siak Hijau.

Abstract

Abstract Regional property needs to be managed properly and well-organized to support the implementation of regional autonomy. The implementation of redeployment is an important step in the management of regional property because if there are regional property that is not required for the implementation of regional government duties, it can be redeployed. The redeployment process of regional property lead to obliteration from the list of regional property. This research aims to find out how the accountability for redeployment and obliteration of regional property in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Bali Province. This research is qualitative, that is a method intended for social science research by collecting and analyzing data in the form of words both spoken and written from the informant. The informants in this study counted 5 peoples with data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, data analysis, and drawing conclusions and verification. Data validity testing is done through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results showed that BPKAD Bali Province has fulfilled 3 accountabilities, that are Law, Honesty and Policy. Meanwhile, what has not been fulfilled is process and program accountability. Recommendation to Sub-Redeployment department of BPKAD is to prioritizes communication between the implementer and the community, BPKAD should give an clear explanation of the procedure to the grant applicant regarding the submission of a recommendation request from the DPRD and an explanation of the condition of the goods to the auction participant and also provides an understanding that the auction winner receives the vehicle in any condition. Abstrak. Barang milik daerah perlu dikelola secara tertib dan teratur untuk mendukung penyelenggaraan otonomi daerah. Pelaksanaan pemindahtanganan merupakan langkah penting dalam kegiatan pengelolaan barang milik daerah karena apabila terdapat barang milik daerah yang tidak diperlukan bagi penyelenggaraan tugas pemerintahan daerah maka dapat dipindahtangankan. Pelaksanaan pemindahtanganan atas barang milik daerah menyebabkan adanya penghapusan dari daftar barang milik daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana akuntabilitas pemindahtanganan dan penghapusan barang milik daerah di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Provinsi Bali. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yaitu metode yang diperuntukan bagi penelitian ilmu-ilmu sosial dengan cara pengumpulan dan penganalisisan data yang berupa kata-kata baik itu lisan maupun tulisan dari informan. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisa melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, analisis data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Pengujian keabsahan data dilakukan melalui kredibilitas, transferability, depenability, dan konfirmability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BPKAD Provinsi Bali telah memenuhi 3 Akuntabilitas yaitu Hukum, Kejujuran dan Kebijakan. Sedangkan yang belum terpenuhi adalah akuntabilitas proses dan program. Sub. Bidang Pemindahtanganan BPKAD disarankan untuk mengutamakan komunikasi antar pelaksana dan masyarakat, penjelasan tentang prosedur kepada pemohon hibah tentang pengajuan permohonan rekomendasi dari DPRD dan penjelasan kondisi barang kepada peserta lelang dan juga memberikan pemahaman bahwa pemenang lelang menerima kendaraan dalam kondisi apapun.

Abstract

Abstract: Social commerce can be explained as a trading activity mediated by social media, which has emerged as a recent innovation in e-commerce. Facebook has developed the concept of social commerce on its platform. This research aims to determine the effect of content on purchase intentions on Facebook, where initial trust and ongoing trust are mediating variables in people of Manadonese descent, with a total sample of 162 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods using SEM-PLS. Based on the findings of this research, content quality influences bold purchase intentions on Facebook, and bold trust, which consists of initial trust and ongoing trust, partially mediates content on purchase intentions. So, business actors dare not only improve the quality of content but also need to build online trust, namely initial trust and ongoing trust to increase purchasing intentions.   Abstrak:  Perdagangan social dapat dijelaskan sebagai suatu aktivitas perdagangan yang dimediasi oleh media sosial, yang muncul sebagai inovasi terkini dalam e-commerce. Facebook telah mengembangkan konsep perdagangan sosial di platformnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konten terhadap niat beli di facebook dimana kepercayaan awal dan kepercayaan berkelanjutan sebagai variable mediasi pada orang keturunan manado, dengan total sampel sebanyak 162 Responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini kualitas konten berpengaruh terhadap niat beli secara daring di Facebook juga kepercayaan daring yang terdiri dari kepercayaan awal dan kepercayaan berkelanjutan memediasi secara parsial konten terhadap niat beli. Sehingga, para pelaku usaha daring tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas konten situs namun perlu membangun kepercayaan online yaitu kepercayaan awal dan kepercayaan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan niat beli.

Abstract

Abstract.  The purpose of this research is to determine Spiritual Leadership, Organizational Commitment to Job Satisfaction at FEB UHAMKA. The population in this study was 66 FEB UHAMKA teaching staff and the sample used was 66 respondents. This research method uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection tool and a Likert scale to measure the variables involved. The collected data was analyzed using the multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results of the study with a confidence level of 5% showed that there were several findings, namely partially (t test), it was found that Spiritual Leadership had a negative but not significant influence on Job Satisfaction . Meanwhile, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction. Simultaneously (F test), Spiritual Leadership and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction. This means that these two variables jointly contribute to increasing the level of employee job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and Likert scales, as well as data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software. The results of the research show that Organizational Commitment has a significant influence in increasing Job Satisfaction, while Spiritual Leadership does not have a significant influence individually, but together with Organizational Commitment, both contribute positively to employee Job Satisfaction.   Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Spiritual Leadership, Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pada FEB UHAMKA. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga pengajar FEB UHAMKA sebanyak 66 orang dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 66 responden. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dan skala Likert untuk mengukur variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian dengan tingkat kepercayaan sebesar 5% menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa temuan yaitu secara parsial (uji t), ditemukan bahwa Spiritual Leadership memiliki pengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Sementara itu, Komitmen Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Secara simultan (uji F), Spiritual Leadership dan Komitmen Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Artinya, kedua variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan skala Likert, serta analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan software SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen Organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan Kepuasan Kerja, sementara Spiritual Leadership tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara individual, tetapi bersama dengan Komitmen Organisasi, keduanya berkontribusi positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan.
