Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence perceived ease of use has on repurchase intention through perceived usefulness as an intermediary variable in the Tiket.com business. The Tiket.com application requires customers to continue making purchases through the application by understanding how easy it is to interact and use the application according to their needs. This study uses a quantitative method with the Nonprobability Sampling technique on 200 consumers who have previously used and made transactions on the Tiket.com application. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between perceived convenience on perceived benefits, perceived convenience has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions, perceived benefits have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions, and the effect of perceived convenience on repurchase intentions through perceived benefits. The R-Square value on the Repurchase Intention variable is 83.3% which can be explained by the Perceived Ease of Use variable and the Perceived Usefulness variable can be explained by 86.3% by the Perceived Ease of Use variable and the rest is influenced by other variables not explained in this study .

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to find out how the training in human resource development is carried out by the Nias Heritage Museum. This institution is the only museum that is a place for preserving Nias culture in the Nias Islands. Apart from that, the Nias Heritage Museum also has several business units such as: Lodging (Guesthouse), Café Museum, Rental hall (meeting room), production of Nias traditional medicine, zoo (mini zoo), so that the people in it play a role in services to guests/visitors. So this research will explain the urgency of training in human resource development at the Nias Heritage Museum. The type of research conducted is qualitative research and is descriptive in nature, namely research that describes the urgency of training in human resource development. Data collected by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study show that training in human resource development at the Nias Heritage Museum tends to be carried out in the form of briefings or sharing sessions, but this is not optimal in developing human resources at the Nias Heritage Museum, while the implementation of formal training is carried out in certain situations when management identifies serious weaknesses in certain business units.

Abstract

Abstract. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a serious impact on poverty in Nias District. This research explores the strategies adopted by the Nias Regency Government in overcoming post-pandemic poverty, taking into account the management ecological perspective. The choice of this topic is based on the urgency of tackling poverty as a socio-economic impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a qualitative approach, including in-depth interviews with stakeholders and the public as well as direct observation. The results of the study revealed that the local government of Nias Regency has implemented various strategies, such as strengthening the local economy, providing social assistance to the community. Management ecology is integrated into the strategy, with a focus on sustainable natural resource management and active community participation. The results of this study underscore the importance of a poverty alleviation strategy by the Nias district government. Implementation of an ecology-based strategy can increase community resilience to the poverty crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as create jobs and community economic recovery. This conclusion emphasizes the need for a holistic approach in post-pandemic policies to ensure economic, social and environmental sustainability in Nias District .

Abstract

Abstract. Implementation planning is everything that is prepared from the start before the activity or activities will be carried out to achieve certain goals. The problem in this research is that the implementation of employee recruitment planning at the Nias Heritage Museum was not analyzed or not predicted correctly, looking at the pluses and minuses of employee recruitment, where they did not carry out health tests, did not carry out intelligence tests and did not schedule announcements of accepted or rejected results. The aim of this research is to: 1) Understand the implementation of employee recruitment planning at the Nias Heritage Museum, Gunungsitoli City. 2) Knowing the procedures for implementing employee recruitment planning at the Nias Heritage Museum, Gunungsitoli City and 3) Knowing the obstacles to implementing employee recruitment planning at the Nias Heritage Museum, Gunungsitoli City. The theory used in this research uses the concept of Sri Budi Cantika Yuli quoted by Reinaldi Irvan (2014). The type of research used is qualitative research. The informants in this research were the Director and HRD of the Nias Heritage Museum who carried out observations, interviews and documentation as well as data analysis by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of employee recruitment planning at the Nias Heritage Museum has not been optimal, where the implementation of employee recruitment planning is only carried out by determining the number and qualifications, aptitude tests, interviews and filling out application forms and assessing whether the results are accepted or rejected using procedures for setting goals in recruitment planning. employees reported to the Trustees of the MPN Foundation, determining recruitment requirements in accordance with Article 12 of the requirements for accepting employees of the Nias Heritage Museum, implementing employee recruitment planning adjusted to needs, implementing employee recruitment planning adjusted to skills, experience and education, determining recruitment time, determining costs, conducting evaluations employee recruitment planning and experiencing obstacles where assessing prospective employees does not match the expected skills and lack of exploring information and potential possessed by prospective employees which results in work results not being optimal. So this needs to be evaluated regarding the needs and qualities of those who will be recruited by the Nias Heritage Museum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah disiplin kerja dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Kecamatan Kedungwaringin di Jl. Raya Kedoeng Gedeh No.10 – 17540. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode triangulasi dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja pegawai dilihat dari empat indikator melalui ketepatan waktu, penggunaan peralatan kantor, tanggung jawab yang tinggi, dan taat terhadap aturan kantor sedangkan untuk kualitas pelayanan diketahui dari lima dimensi melalui berwujud, kehandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, dan empati. Disiplin kerja pegawai dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Kecamatan Kedungwaringin masih belum berjalan dengan maksimal hal ini diketahui dari permasalahan yang terjadi, sebaiknya Kecamatan Kedungwaringin perlu evaluasi terhadap para pegawai selama proses pelayanan dan evaluasi terhadap masyarakat dalam bentuk laporan atau pandangan masyarakat dalam selama proses pelayanan, dan perlu ditingkatkan lagi sarana dan prasarana yang lebih baik guna membantu proses pelayanan.Kata kunci:  Disiplin kerja, Kualitas pelayanan, Pelayanan publik

Abstract

This study examines the effect of competence and supervision on employee productivity at PT. A B C. The data used in this study is primary data, namely responses to questionnaires from 30 respondents. The method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. Simultaneous test results state that competence and supervision together have a significant effect on employee productivity. This is because the company provides work in accordance with the skills possessed by employees and in their work, superiors supervise so as to reduce errors that occur. The results of partial competency testing have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. This means that the work given to employees is in accordance with the competencies possessed by employees who can support company goals. The results of the partial test of supervision have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. This variable has a very significant effect on productivity, which proves that the company carries out good supervision, without supervision from the manager/superior, the plans that have been set will be difficult to implement properly by subordinates and this variable is a finding in research. The results of the determination test obtained an adjusted R square value of 0.308 meaning that competence and supervision have an influence contribution of 30.8% on employee productivity, while the remaining 69.2% of the productivity variable is contributed by other variables not examined. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to describe the profile of consumers who buy and use an electric car with the Wuling Air brand in Bandung. The various advantages offered by electric cars compared to manual cars show that sales of this brand of electric cars are increasing every year, and purchasing behavior to use electric cars in selected consumer segments using the Empathy Map method through interviews to obtain information from the consumer's perspective. Descriptive analysis is used through the indicators in the Empathy Map method to explain that this segment is active, agile, and intelligent in planning the operational costs of traveling with their personal vehicles, travel time, and ease of use. Hopefully, this scientific article can become input for the following action for electric vehicle brand owners and governments who want to encourage more use of environmentally friendly electric cars. Abstrak. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui gambaran profil konsumen yang memutuskan membeli dan menggunakan mobil listrik dengan merek Wuling Air yang ada di Kota Bandung. Berbagai keuntungan yang ditawarkan mobil listrik dibandingkan mobil manual memang menunjukkan penjualan mobil listrik merek ini meningkat setiap tahunnya. Perilaku pembelian hingga penggunaan mobil listrik di segmen konsumen yang dipilihkan menggunakan metode Peta Empati melalui wawancara untuk mendapatkan informasi melalui perspektif konsumen tersebut. Analisis deskriptif digunakan melalui indikator-indikator dalam metode Peta Empati menjelaskan bahwa segmen ini adalah mereka yang aktif, lincah, dan pintar dalam merencanakan biaya operasional perjalanan dengan kendaraan pribadi mereka, waktu tempuh, dan kemudahan selama penggunaan. Artikel ilmiah ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan untuk aksi berikutnya bagi para pemilik merek kendaraan listrik dan pemerintah yang ingin mendorong lebih banyak penggunaan mobil listrik yang ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Abstract: In recent years, the competition in the manufacturing industry has become more intense, and the situation of manufacturing companies has become more difficult. This study chooses PT UNIHAN as a case study to understand the reasons why it still survives in the electronics manufacturing industry. This article is mainly based on interviews, supplemented by file notes and observations to collect data, through qualitative research, to analyze the latent variables that enable PT UNIHAN to gain a competitive advantage and how these latent variables contribute to its competitive advantage. Finally, the researchers found lean supply chain management, cost control, continuous R&D, specialized engineers team, accommodating production capacity, quality control, aggressive exploring market segmentations, integrated management systems, and focused human welfare as the main nine factors that contribute to PT UNIHAN’s competitive advantage. This research can provide some references for disadvantaged companies to enhance their competitive advantages. The mini-model theory can also be used as a new reference for academic research. Abstrak:  Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, persaingan di industri manufaktur semakin ketat, dan situasi perusahaan manufaktur menjadi semakin sulit. Penelitian ini memilih PT UNIHAN sebagai studi kasus untuk memahami alasan mengapa masih bertahan di industri manufaktur elektronik. Artikel ini terutama didasarkan pada wawancara, dilengkapi dengan catatan file dan observasi untuk mengumpulkan data, melalui penelitian kualitatif, untuk menganalisis variabel laten yang memungkinkan PT UNIHAN memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif dan bagaimana variabel laten tersebut berkontribusi terhadap keunggulan kompetitifnya. Terakhir, para peneliti menemukan manajemen rantai pasokan yang ramping, pengendalian biaya, penelitian dan pengembangan yang berkesinambungan, tim insinyur yang terspesialisasi, mengakomodasi kapasitas produksi, pengendalian kualitas, eksplorasi segmentasi pasar yang agresif, sistem manajemen yang terintegrasi, dan kesejahteraan manusia yang terfokus merupakan sembilan faktor utama yang berkontribusi terhadap kesuksesan PT UNIHAN. keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan beberapa referensi bagi perusahaan-perusahaan yang kurang beruntung untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitifnya. Teori mini model juga dapat dijadikan referensi baru dalam penelitian akademis

Abstract

Abstract Public service innovation in era of rapid development with technology and information that guides local governments to provide improvements in the quality of public services to improving people's welfare. The central government through the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) is holding the 2022 Public Service Innovation Competition Series (KIPP) as a form of support and encouragement for public service innovation that deserves appreciation. One of the most interesting public service innovations is IDe AsSalam, innovation to save waste as capital stock in improving the local economy. Through the perspective of New Public Governance (NPG), this innovation can be considered as a form of community involvement in decision making and sustainable use of local resources. The purpose of this research to analyzes IDe AsSalam from NPG and discusses challenges faced in implementing innovation. This research used qualitative approach and data were collected through observations with literature review. In the end, IDe AsSalam can be considered as positive innovation and has potential to strengthen community involvement in waste management with sustainable decision-making at the local level. However, to maximize the potential for this innovation requires cooperation and support from various parties, including the government, society and other stakeholders. Abstract

Abstract. In Indonesia, the automotive industry is still the pillar of the manufacturing sector. However, the automotive industry faces major challenges, especially in developing environmentally friendly automotive products and supply chains for domestic and global needs. The EV supply chain is becoming more challenging to mass-produce. This research will develop a model that will lead to a lean supply chain in the EV industry in Indonesia as an effort to develop EV in the world. Qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach is used in this study. Case studies on five companies in the EV industry in Indonesia were selected for investigation by collecting various kinds of information from annual reports and other literature which were then processed to obtain a solution so that the problems revealed could be resolved. Lean supply chain management systems are able to add value for customers and for the business and are customer driven. In addition to developing the supply chain on the production side, the accessibility of electricity supply must also be considered when EVs are widely used by the public. Abstrak.  Di Indonesia, industri otomotif masih menjadi penopang sektor manufaktur. Namun industri otomotif menghadapi tantangan besar, terutama dalam mengembangkan produk dan rantai pasok otomotif ramah lingkungan untuk kebutuhan domestik dan global. Rantai pasokan kendaraan listrik menjadi lebih menantang untuk diproduksi secara massal. Penelitian ini akan mengembangkan model yang akan mengarah pada lean supply chain pada industri EV di Indonesia sebagai upaya pengembangan EV di dunia. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Studi kasus terhadap lima perusahaan industri EV di Indonesia dipilih untuk diselidiki dengan mengumpulkan berbagai macam informasi dari laporan tahunan dan literatur lainnya yang kemudian diolah untuk mendapatkan solusi sehingga permasalahan yang terungkap dapat diselesaikan. Sistem manajemen rantai pasokan yang ramping mampu memberikan nilai tambah bagi pelanggan dan bisnis serta didorong oleh pelanggan. Selain pengembangan rantai pasok di sisi produksi, aksesibilitas pasokan listrik juga harus diperhatikan ketika EV banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat.
