Abstract

Changes in consumer behavior in shopping from buying in stores to buying online make companies need to create e-commerce systems that are more attractive to customers. Companies in this case need to know how online consumer shopping styles (internet shopper lifestyle) relate to their attitudes towards online shopping. Online shopping already exists in Indonesia, but consumers are not used to shopping online. However, this reality changed after the development of e-commerce where many consumers shop online from various online sites. The aim of this research is to look at the internet shopper lifestyle towards attitude toward online shopping. Internet shopper lifestyle is seen from several dimensions such as perceived enjoyment, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, compatibility, perceived information security and perceived social pressure. Researchers will examine a sample of people from Greater Bandung through an online questionnaire regarding their attitudes towards online shopping. The results showed that perceived information security and perceived enjoyment had no effect on attitude toward advertising, while perceived ease of use, perceived compatibility, perceived social pressure, and perceived usefulness had an effect on attitude toward advertising. Abstract

This study aims to empirically prove the effect of cash flow rights and the separation of cash flow rights and control rights on accrual earnings management and real earnings management. This research uses multiple linear regression method. The research sample was 157 business entities listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018. This study found that cash flow rights had a significant negative effect on accruals earnings management when business entities experienced profits and had no significant positive effect on real earnings management. This study also found that the separation of cash flow rights and control rights did not have a significant positive effect on accrual earnings management and did not have a significant negative effect on real earnings management. Finally, this study found that the separation of cash flow rights and control rights has no positive significant effect on accrual earnings management when cash flow rights are low and has no significant negative effect on real earnings management when cash flow rights are low.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain how Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior form financial capabilities in Creative SMEs in South Sulawesi. The type of research that will be used in this study is the Explanatory Type. This research is a causality research where there is a causal relationship between two or more variables. The questionnaires distributed in this study were 100 and the response rate was 100% and the questionnaires that were feasible to analyze were 100 questionnaires. The method of data analysis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis). The research data was processed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program. By using data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior have an influence in shaping the financial capabilities of Creative SMEs in South Sulawesi.

Abstract

The potential for enhanced performance within the textile and apparel sector has the capacity to bolster the competitiveness of Indonesia's industry. This study examines the impact of innovation capability and market responsiveness on the adoption of supply chain financing through supply chain integration in the textile and apparel manufacturing sector in Indonesia. A sample of one hundred thirty-five managers from textile and apparel manufacturing companies was selected using random sampling methodology. Subsequently, the collected data was subjected to analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The empirical findings suggest a positive relationship between the ability to innovate and the ability to respond to market dynamics, and the likelihood of adopting supply chain financing. The research findings has the capability to provide significant insights to managers operating within the textile and apparel manufacturing industry in Indonesia, so helping them to improve business performance and strengthen their competitive advantage.

Abstract

Abstract. The research aims to examine the effect of providing assistance with the Hope Family Program (PKH) on community welfare. The research was conducted at Community RW.26 Kelurahan Baktijaya Kecamatan Sukmajaya, Depok City Which received assistance from the Family Hope Program (PKH). The research method used is quantitative methods with a sampling Technique of the number of informants 17 beneficary families of the family hope program assistance. Data Collection techniques used by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis Technique is using simple linear regression method. The result showed that PKH implementation had an effect on people’s welfare

Abstract

According to the ministry of industry, Agung Gumiwang said that the textile and apparel industry is one of the priority sectors in the Indonesia 4.0 marketing program which is important to develop, where in 2020 the export performance of textiles and clothing in 2020 reached 10.62 billion and contributed to the gross domestic product of non-oil and gas processing of 6.76% (Kontan.co.id, 2021). Research on intention to use m-commerce apparel is important because consumers have received stimulus from products that have been seen by individuals, so this will cause individual anxiety to use the product and will cause anxiety to make purchases. Customer retention affects the continuity of business relationships between customers and companies from either services or products. This research uses Uniqlo website user objects in Indonesia, this research is a modification of Chi's research model (2018) which has the variables of website visual appeal, clothing visual appeal, website information quality, web response time, web security, brand trust, satisfaction and intention to use clothing and the research model from Mahmoud (2018) uses conflict handling and customer retention variables. The research model uses SEM and AMOS software, the results of the study show that all hypotheses are positively supported.

Abstract

This research was conducted because sales of Avoskin products decreased in August 2022. In the skincare product category, Avoskin ranks fifth among local competitors. As a result, purchase intention and sales for Avoskin decreased because it was still inferior to similar competitors. The aim of this research was to determine the significant influence of the results of Electronic word of Mouth and Brand Image variables on Purchase Intention. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 115 respondents aged 16-29 years, active TikTok social media users who knew @avoskinbeauty TikTok accounts, domiciled in JABODETABEK and Bandung City. Data testing was carried out using the SEM (Structural Equation modeling) method using SmartPLS 3.0 for Windows software. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between Electronic Word of Mouth and Brand Image on Purchase Intention. The research recommendation for Avoskin is to increase Purchase Intention by working with more popular TikTok influencers. In addition, if the next research uses topics related to electronic word of mouth variables, brand image, and purchase intention, it is expected to develop the use of other social media and different objects.

Abstract

Abstract. This research is intended to find out how the role of financial management oversight is on the effectiveness of budget use at the PPKAD Office of the City of Gunungsitoli so that what was previously planned can be achieved properly. This study uses the method of reviewing the literature. In this study the sampling technique is to use a saturated sample, namely where the entire population is used as a sample. So that the samples in this study were all Civil Servants of the PPKAD Service in Gunungsitoli City, totaling 41 people. The role of supervising financial management is very useful in the process of using the budget as is the case with the PPKAD Office of the City of Gunungsitoli where the implementation of the function and role of supervision on management effectiveness, especially in the financial sector, has been well implemented. Management of the budget (financial) at the PPKAD Office of the City of Gunungsitoli starting from the preparation of the budget to the monitoring objectives has been carried out properly; and Information on management oversight of financial management on the effectiveness of budget use at the PPKAD Office of the City of Gunungsitoli has been carried out well and this has become a benchmark for the development of its tasks/activities in the future.   Abstrak. Penelitian ini dimaksud untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan pengawasan pengelolaan keuangan terhadap efektivitas penggunaan anggaran pada Dinas PPKAD Kota Gunungsitoli sehingga apa yang direncanakan sebelumnya dapat tercapai dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengkajian terhadap literatur.   Dalam penelitian ini teknik penarikan sampel yaitu menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Sehingga yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas PPKAD Kota Gunungsitoli yang berjumlah 41 orang. Peranan pengawasan pengelolaan keuangan sangat berguna di dalam proses penggunaan anggaran seperti halnya pada Dinas PPKAD Kota Gunungsitoli dimana penerapan fungsi dan peranan pengawasan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan khususnya dibidang keuangan telah terlaksana dengan baik. Pengelolaan anggaran (keuangan) pada Dinas PPKAD Kota Gunungsitoli mulai dari penyusunan anggaran hingga tujuan pengawasannya telah terlaksana dengan baik; dan Informasi manajemen pengawasan pengelolaan keuangan terhadap efektivitas penggunaan anggaran pada Dinas PPKAD Kota Gunungsitoli terlaksana dengan baik dan ini menjadi tolok ukur pengembangan tugas-tugas/aktivitasnya dimasa mendatang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Green Marketing and Brand Awareness on Purchase Intention through the Environment Attitude of students of Management Study Program-S1, University of Nias. The appropriate analysis technique used is a structural equation model (SEM) based on variance or partial least squares (PLS) with smartPLS 4.0 software. Respondents to this study were 99 students of the Management Study Program-S1 Nias University TA.2020/2021 who were determined using the simple random sampling method. The stages of data testing are validity test, reliability test, termination coefficient test and hypothesis test. Based on the results of data analysis and research discussion, it can be concluded that Green Marketing has a significant influence on Environment Attitude, Brand Awareness has a significant influence on Environment Attitude, Green Marketing has no significant influence on Purchase intention, Brand Awareness has a significant influence on Purchase intention, Environment Attitude does not have a significant effect on Purchase intention, Brand Awareness has a significant influence on Purchase intention through Environment Attitude and Green Marketing does not have a significant effect on Purchase intention through Environment Attitude.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to determine the effect of financial performance, firm size, and share ownership on environmental performance based on the Environmental Performance Rating Program in Environmental Management (PROPER) at mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2012 to 2016. This research uses quantitative method. The population in this research are 41 mining sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange and the number of samples in this research are 36 selected using purposive sampling method. The hypothesis in this research are tested using multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate that profitability and firm size have a significant effect on PROPER-based environmental performance, while liquidity and share ownership have no significant effect on PROPER-based environmental performance.
