Abstract

This study aims to examine how experiential marketing and social media marketing jointly influence students’ university decisions within Indonesia’s increasingly competitive private higher education sector. Private universities face persistent challenges in attracting prospective students as traditional promotional approaches have become less effective among digitally oriented youth. This creates an urgent need to understand how emotionally engaging experiences and authentic digital interactions shape enrollment decisions. Although prior studies have examined these variables separately, limited research integrates them within a single explanatory framework capable of capturing their synergistic effect. Using a quantitative survey design, data were collected from 150 students who had engaged with both campus experiences and social media promotions. A structured Likert-scale questionnaire measured three constructs, and reliability, validity, and multiple regression analyses were performed using JASP. The results show that experiential marketing and social media marketing significantly influence university decision-making, with social media marketing exerting a slightly stronger effect.

Abstract

The Independent Accreditation Institute for Engineering Study Programs (LAM Teknik) operates in a highly dynamic environment, characterized by changes in national regulations (SN Dikti, Permendiktisaintek No. 39 of 2025) and global pressures (Washington Accord standards, etc.). This study analyzes strategies for building organizational agility to respond to these changes. Through a literature and qualitative study approach, it was found that organizational transformation requires a shift from mere administrative compliance to the development of purpose-based and skill-based capabilities. The discussion highlights the application of the "People Management Wheel" framework to manage dualistic tensions, the integration of "Green Human Resource Management (GHRM)" to strengthen organizational culture, and the adoption of "Entrepreneurial Leadership" to navigate uncertainty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, WorkMotivation, and Work–Life Balance on the Performance of the Brimob Corps Members ofPaniki Dua in Manado City, North Sulawesi. The background of this research stems from theneed to understand the dynamics of police officers’ performance, which is shaped by variousinternal and external organizational factors. The performance of police personnel—especiallyBrimob members who face high-risk duties—depends greatly on the leadership patternsapplied within the unit, the strength of the organizational culture, the level of workmotivation, and the members’ ability to balance demanding job responsibilities with theirpersonal lives. Therefore, this study is crucial for providing empirical insights into the keyfactors that determine performance improvement in the field. The research employed a quantitative approach using survey techniques, with questionnairesdistributed to 100 Brimob members as the research sample. The collected data were thenanalyzed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software to examinestatistical relationships and effects among the variables. This approach was chosen to ensureobjective, measurable, and scientifically accountable results. The findings show thatLeadership Style has a significant but negative influence on member performance. Thisindicates that the leadership approach currently applied has not fully succeeded in enhancingperformance and may even create pressure or discomfort among members. In contrast,Organizational Culture is found to have a significant and positive effect on performance, demonstrating that a conducive work environment, strong organizational values, and well-structured work systems can effectively enhance members’ productivity. Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Work-Life Balance,Performance, SPSS – IBM SPSS software

Abstract

Technology provides convenience and efficiency that can optimize the tasks of Posyandu cadres, one of the implementations is digital recording. However, in practice, recording Posyandu activities is still done manually, using register books that take a long time, are prone to errors, and are difficult to analyze quickly. The problems of Posyandu cadres in digital technology in Baros District face obstacles such as lack of digital literacy of cadres, limited devices and internet networks, and the lack of ongoing platform technical training, so that cadres return to manual formats and through G Forms due to the absence of a routine monitoring & evaluation system. A comprehensive approach is needed to optimize the role of cadres through the use of technology to bridge the information gap between cadres and the community through platforms and social media, thereby increasing public awareness of preventive health and encouraging healthy behavior changes. This study aims to improve innovation in the use of digital technology by Posyandu cadres in an effort to strengthen and develop public health. The research method used is a mixed-methods method that is able to examine in depth the effectiveness and obstacles to the use of digital technology by Posyandu cadres. A different approach from other studies This study specifically explores how Posyandu cadres in Baros District utilize digital technology, social media and the SIPOSMI application in health services. This study will contribute to strengthening empirical evidence related to strategies, effectiveness, and perceptions of the use of digital technology in Posyandu services.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, motivation, leadership, and work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at the National Narcotics Board (BNN) of North Sulawesi Province. This research employs a quantitative explanatory method using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS) approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to all employees of BNN North Sulawesi Province and processed using SmartPLS software. The results indicate that motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while competence and leadership have no significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, competence and job satisfaction significantly affect employee performance, whereas motivation, leadership, and work environment show no direct effect. However, job satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between motivation and work environment with performance, but not between competence or leadership and performance. These findings confirm that job satisfaction plays a crucial psychological mediating role linking individual and environmental factors to employee performance. Intrinsic motivation, a supportive work environment, and emotionally engaged leadership are proven to enhance performance more effectively than structural control alone. Theoretically, the study reinforces Herzberg’s, Locke’s, and Spencer’s frameworks in the public-sector context and contributes an empirical model of satisfaction-based employee performance, which is highly relevant for government institutions such as National Narcotics Board (BNN) North Sulawesi.

Abstract

Increasing industrial competition requires companies to improve employee performance through effective human resource management. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), leadership style, and work culture are important factors that are presumed to influence employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of SOPs, leadership style, and work culture on employee performance at PT Sasa Inti Minahasa Selatan, particularly in the Finished Goods Warehouse division. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 60 respondents selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that SOPs, leadership style, and work culture partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, these three variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.602 indicates that 60.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by SOPs, leadership style, and work culture, while the remaining 39.8% is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings confirm that consistent implementation of SOPs, effective leadership, and a supportive work culture play an important role in improving employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the gap between international and national aviation security regulations and field-level operational practices through a multi-perspective study. Adopting a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis at Sam Ratulangi International Airport, Manado. The findings reveal the existence of "conditional compliance," which is influenced by internal factors such as personnel fatigue and external factors such as throughput pressure. The primary results formulate the "Operational Deviation Cascade Model," which explains the process of procedural inconsistency resulting from the interaction between workload and weak supervision. Furthermore, this research formulates the "Stopping Point Model" as a transition mechanism where service orientation must completely cease to be replaced by absolute security control when anomalies occur. The integration of Service Quality Theory and Operation Management Theory is proposed as a systemic framework to bridge the 20.61% compliance gap identified in the security audit. This study provides a practical contribution to airport management in designing adaptive security policies based on human factor mitigation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high level of employee turnover fluctuations that impact the company's operational stability. The main objective of this study is to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention with burnout as a mediating variable. This type of research is quantitative with an associative approach conducted at CV. Coto Maros Berkah, Manado City. The population in this study amounted to 38 employees, and the sampling technique used the census method (saturation sampling) so that all members of the population became respondents. Data collection was carried out through questionnaire distribution and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and burnout. Conversely, burnout has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Another important finding proves that burnout significantly mediates the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention.
