Abstract

Indonesia is entering a new era in state wealth management through Danantara, a national investment institution expected to serve as a strategic instrument for economic development and improving public welfare. Danantara is designed to optimize state assets, accelerate economic development, and enhance Indonesia’s global competitiveness. This study aims to explore the potential and challenges in the implementation of Danantara as an instrument for national economic restructuring and redistribution. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a literature review that includes academic references, policy documents, and international case studies. The findings indicate that Danantara holds significant potential in strengthening the national economy, improving asset management efficiency, and attracting strategic investments. However, challenges such as the potential for political intervention, governance inefficiency, and the risks of corruption and nepotism remain significant barriers. With the implementation of good governance and sustainable investment strategies, Danantara has the potential to become a key pillar in national economic development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perceptions of the Sweta Timur community regarding the use of the BRImo application as a digital financial service in the era of digital transformation. The background of this research is based on the rapid development of information technology, which has driven the banking sector to innovate in providing digital-based financial services that are easily accessible, fast, secure, and efficient. BRImo, as one of Bank Rakyat Indonesia's (BRI) digital innovations, exists to meet the community's need for easy financial transactions within a single, integrated platform. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach to in-depth explore the community's views, experiences, and perceptions regarding the use of the BRImo application. The study took place in the Sweta Timur community, Cakranegara District, Mataram City, considering the area's diverse socioeconomic conditions and relatively advanced level of digital service adoption. The study was scheduled for October to December 2025. Informants were selected using a purposive sampling technique, with participants selected based on specific criteria: residing in the Sweta Timur community, being at least 17 years old, and having experience using BRImo. Five informants with varying occupational and educational backgrounds were selected, including civil servants (PNS), private sector employees, traders, and students. This diversity is expected to provide a representative picture of perceptions regarding digital financial services within the community. Data collection was conducted using three techniques: in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation study. Interviews aimed to uncover user perceptions, motivations, and experiences; observation was used to directly observe application usage behavior; and documentation served to supplement the data through written sources such as application guides and supporting literature. Data validity was tested using triangulation techniques, both in terms of source and method, to ensure the validity and reliability of the findings. Data analysis referred to the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and iterative drawing of conclusions and verification until data saturation was reached. The results showed that residents of the East Sweta neighborhood have a positive perception of the use of the BRImo application. BRImo is considered to provide easy access, fast service, and a comprehensive range of features that support daily financial activities. From a security perspective, the public has considerable trust in BRImo's data protection system, which features PIN, OTP, and biometric authentication, although some still have concerns about technical glitches and potential cybercrime. In terms of benefits, BRImo is considered to help improve time efficiency, simplify financial management, and reduce dependence on conventional banking services. Furthermore, external factors such as social influence, promotion, and digital literacy also play a role in people's decision to use BRImo. Overall, this study concludes that BRImo is a key driver in driving the digitalization of the banking sector and expanding financial inclusion. The study also recommends that Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) continue to improve system quality, expand service features, strengthen digital security, and develop strategies to increase digital literacy so that BRImo becomes more inclusive and able to reach all levels of society in the digital era. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the implementation process of a digital sales recording system and its impact on financial transparency and efficiency at Toko ERnama Kosmetik. Before adopting the digital system, all transaction records were manually documented using notebooks and handwritten receipts, which often led to recording errors, delayed reporting, and difficulties in tracking sales data. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to collect data related to the store’s operational activities. The results indicate that the implementation of an application-based sales recording system significantly improves the efficiency and accuracy of financial documentation. Data compilation becomes faster, recording errors are reduced by more than 80%, and financial reports can be accessed automatically and in real time. Furthermore, the digital system enhances financial transparency and accountability since every transaction is systematically recorded and easily traceable. The study concludes that the digitalization of sales recording plays a crucial role in establishing a more professional, efficient, and data-driven management system for small and medium enterprises MSMEs Keywords: Digitalization, Financial Transparency, Information System, MSMEs, Sales Recordi

Abstract

The US–China trade war has created substantial uncertainty in the global economy, influencing investment patterns in emerging markets such as Indonesia. This study examines how financial literacy, risk perception, and locus of control shape Indonesian investors’ decisions when choosing between risky and safe assets during this period of economic volatility. By focusing on behavior displayed throughout the trade war, the research highlights how investors weigh potential risks against expected returns amid heightened market instability. Using a quantitative approach, the study employs multiple regression analysis to assess the extent to which these psychological and economic factors affect investment choices. The findings aim to deepen the understanding of investor behavior in times of crisis and provide practical insights for both individual and institutional investors navigating uncertain conditions. Furthermore, the results contribute to the broader field of behavioral finance by illustrating how cognitive and psychological traits influence investment strategies. Insights from this study may assist policymakers, financial advisors, and investors in developing more informed approaches to managing portfolios during periods of global economic disruption.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of TikTok Shop has transformed social commerce in Indonesia, yet consumer retention—particularly in beauty product purchases—remains a challenge as most users make impulse-driven first purchases but do not consistently buy again. This gap highlights the need to understand whether convenience alone is sufficient to influence long-term consumer behavior. This study examines how convenience motivation shapes repurchase intention within the TikTok Affiliate ecosystem and evaluates the mediating role of customer satisfaction. A quantitative approach was applied using PLS-SEM with 205 Indonesian TikTok users who had purchased beauty products through affiliate links. The results show that convenience motivation significantly enhances customer satisfaction, indicating that seamless navigation and effortless purchasing contribute to positive user experiences. However, convenience has a weaker direct influence on repurchase intention, suggesting that ease of use alone does not guarantee loyalty in a highly dynamic beauty market. Customer satisfaction emerges as a key mechanism that connects convenience with repeat purchase behavior, demonstrating a significant mediating effect. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how functional simplicity and emotional fulfillment jointly drive consumer decisions in social commerce. The study offers practical insights for brands and creators to focus not only on providing convenience but also on enhancing satisfaction through credible communication, engaging content, and consistent product value.
