Abstrak: Di era modern dan canggih saat ini, Masyarakat memiliki akses di berbagai sumber berita. Salah satu problem yang ada yaitu bagaimana masyarakat menggunakan etika jurnalistik saat meliput di media sosial, terutama bagi mereka yang bukan berprofesi sebagai jurnalis. Salah satunya akun media sosial yang lagi naik daun yaitu Akun Instagram @News Sumbar adalah outlet berita profesional dan platform untuk jurnalisme warga. Manajer akun Instagram @NewsSumbar melakukan pencarian informasi dan berita sendiri dan menerima konten yang dikirimkan masyarakat untuk akun tersebut. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menyelidiki dan mengungkap bagaimana implementasinya dalam beretika. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Studi pustaka adalah metode yang digunakan penelitian dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data dan analisis isi dengan model analisis wacana VAN DIJK digunakan dalam penelitian menganalisis data. berita yang diposting pada akun Instagram @NewsSumbar telah menerapkan prinsip kebebasan bertanggung jawab dan etika jurnalistik fairness Akun Instagramnya @NewsSumbar masih bermasalah dalam etika komunikasi Islam, kritik konstruktif serta akurasinya dalam menyebarkan berita. Idealnya check dan rechek perlu dilakukan untuk jurnalis, juga keadilan dan kesopanan dalam membuat berita. One of the problems that exists is how people use journalistic ethics when reporting on social media, especially for those who are not journalists by profession. One of them is a social media account that is on the rise, namely the Instagram account @News West Sumatra is a professional news outlet and platform for citizen journalism. Instagram account managers @NewsSumbar do their own information and news searches and receive content that the public submits for the account. The purpose of this study is to investigate and reveal how it is implemented in ethics. The methods used are interviews, observations, and documentation. Literature study is the method used by the research in this study. Data analysis techniques and content analysis with the VAN DIJK discourse analysis model are used in data analysis research. news posted on @NewsSumbar Instagram account has applied the principles of freedom of responsibility and journalistic ethics fairness His Instagram account @NewsSumbar still problematic in the ethics of Islamic communication, constructive criticism and accuracy in spreading the news. Abstrak: Salah satu bentuk pengembangan inteletualitas mahasiswa salah satunya adalah di bidang Jurnalistik, yang hal ini dikalangan mahasiswa itu dikenal pers. jurnalistik merupakan proses mencari, mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mendistribusikan informasi kepada publik melalui media tentang kejadian sehari-hari. Karena jurnalisme lebih mengandalkan pengalaman langsung di lapangan, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa mahasiswa jurusan ilmu komunikasi tidak asing lagi dengan istilah tersebut. Mahasiswa yang berada dalam situasi seperti ini tentu saja membutuhkan tempat yang dapat mendukung upaya jurnalistik mereka. Dalam organisasi, mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan keterampilan yang sudah mereka miliki. Untuk membantu pengembangan keterampilan jurnalistik praktis, CRN TV dirancang untuk mahasiswa ilmu komunikasi di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan memberikan gambaran umum tentang pentingnya CRN TV bagi mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. Dalam hal ini betapa pentingnya organisasi ini bagi mahasiswa yang ingin meningkatkan keterampilan hidup mereka. Mahasiswa yang mempelajari Ilmu, khususnya mereka yang memiliki bakat jurnalistik, dapat memilih organisasi CRN TV untuk mengembangkan keterampilan mereka lebih lanjut. CRN TV membantu mahasiswa mendapatkan pengalaman langsung yang tidak mungkin mereka dapatkan saat belajar di kelas dengan berfokus pada bidang jurnalistik, penyiaran (broadcasting), hubungan masyarakat, dan desain grafis Keterlibatan CRN TV dalam Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi sangat menguntungkan bagi mahasiswa yang ingin memperdalam pengetahuan dan kemahiran mereka dalam bidang jurnalistik, penyiaran, hubungan masyarakat, dan desain grafis. Since journalism relies more on hands-on experience in the field, it is safe to say that communication science majors are familiar with the term. Student's in this situation obviously need a place that can support their journalistic efforts. In organizations, students can enhance the skills they already have. To aid in the development of practical journalism skills, CRN TV is designed for communication science students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra's Faculty of Social Sciences. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach and gave an overview of the significance of CRN TV to communication science students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra's Faculty of Social Sciences. The outcomes demonstrated how crucial the organization is for students who desire to improve their life skills. Students studying communication science at UIN North Sumatra's Faculty of Social Sciences, particularly those with journalism talents, might choose the CRN TV organization to further develop their skills. CRN TV helps students get hands-on experience they would not have otherwise had while learning in the classroom by focusing on the fields of journalism, broadcasting, public relations, and graphic design. Students studying communication science at UIN North Sumatra's Faculty of Social Sciences benefit from CRN TV's support in honing their journalistic talents as well as their knowledge of leadership, how to interview sources, how to build confidence, time management, and responsibility skills. The involvement of CRN TV in the Faculty of Social Sciences Communication Studies Program, is especially advantageous for students who want to deepen their knowledge of and proficiency in the domains of journalism, broadcasting, public relations, and graphic design. Abstract: This study aims to determine the strategy used by the HMI FIS UINSU Commissariat in recruiting new members at the Faculty of Social Sciences and also some of the inhibiting factors. The main source or primary research data is obtained from several sources related to the member recruitment process. While the techniques used for data collection are interviews, observation and documentation. analyzed by reducing the data into a conclusion. Abstract: After the declaration as a 2024 presidential candidate by one of the parties, Anies Baswedan's name became inseparable from the media spotlight and even became a public discussion. Anies' presence which is in the spotlight from various media can shape Anies' political image which cannot be separated from the role of the media in constructing news discourse. Image is the impression that someone has of something, in this case a political figure. The purpose of this research is to find out how CNNIndonesia.com's framing affects Anies Baswedan's political image after his declaration as a presidential candidate for 2024. The analytical method used is a qualitative approach using Robert N. Entman's framing analysis technique with the object of analysis in six news stories from 3-8 October 2022 on CNNIndonesia .com. The results obtained from this study show that, first of all, Anies' image is constructed as a leader who must focus on his position and work. The second news framing Anies' positive image as a leader who is able to carry out two mandates at once and not shirk responsibility. The third news framing Anies as a leader who is clean, honest and wise in dealing with problems. The fourth news framing Anies as a populist leader. The fifth news framing Anies as a political figure who still lacks support. The sixth news, framing Anies' image as a leader who is clean from corruption cases. Abstract: This study aims to explain the Childfree Agreement in the Ulama Perspective of Medan City. According to the Islamic religion, marriage is something noble and sacred which is one of the muamalah which has the value of worshiping Allah and carrying out the sunnah of the Prophet. Childfree marriage, namely marriage with the husband and wife's agreement and agreement not to have children during the marriage. The method used in this research is normative legal research method. The formulation of the problem that will be discussed in the research, What is meant by Chlidfree, How is the Agreement of Ulama of Medan City towards Childfree. The results of the study note that childfree or childless marriage agreements are seen in the principles of Islamic symbols, until now there has been no argument against not having a child in marriage, but it is recommended by religion to have a child, in this regard the Medan city clerics took one of a source explaining about Childfree written by Sheikh Syauqi Ibrahim Alam from Dar Ifta Egypt, issued a fatwa number 4713, 5 February 2019 regarding the presence of offspring in the family. First, in Islam there is no statement in the Qur'an or Hadith that obliges husband and wife to have children. Second, there is an agreement between husband and wife not to have children. The reason is, being a parent is not a trivial thing, there is a big responsibility. Third, the unwillingness to have children, according to Sheikh Ibrahim Alam, is analogous to the case of azal or termination of intercourse before reaching an orgasm so that the husband's sperm comes out outside the wife's vaginal opening. the view of Medan city scholars is that it is permissible to practice Childfree, because until now there is no argument or one text (Al Ashlu) which clearly prohibits a husband and wife from not having a child and in Al ibahah that it is permissible for a husband and wife to choose between doing or not making an agreement to have children in marriage, and is only limited to a recommendation to have a child so that the case can be seen from Islamic law maslahah mursalah which means regardless or free from information indicating whether Childfree is permissible or not. marriages that practice Chlidfree do not have texts (Al Ibahah) or arguments that clearly prohibit not having a child in marriage, but what is recommended by religion to have a child. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penulisan.Paper ini adalah kajian terkait dengan kajian management sumber daya manusia dan islamic velue: perspketif integrasi interkoneksi, dalam dimensi keilmuan kita dalam kajian Islam ada dua mazhab keilmuan, yang pertama adalah Islamisasi ilmu ala al-Faruqi dan ilmuisasi Islam ala Kuntowojoyo dan terakhir adalah integrasi interkoneksi ala Amin Adullah, selama ini dalam kajian keilmuan sering kali integrasi hanya soal menempelkan kajian umum ke Islam, jadi ilmu Islam hanya sekedar baju yang di tempelkan dan itu sudah terlabel Islam, padahal sejatinya seharusnya lebih dari itu, integrasi adalah proses di mana menyatu semua velue dengan basis filsafat keilmuan yang ada, teori di ambil titik maksudnya / titik Maqasid dalam kajian Islam, titik maghza dalam kajian al-Quran, kita meyakini bahwa al-Quran sebagai hudan adalah bentuk nyata dari integrasi Islam dan umum, maka tidak ada sebenarnya ilmu di luar Islam dan semua ilmu hadir dan datang dari Islam, paper ini akan melakukan kajian terhadap teori-teori MSDM dan kajian islamic velue dengan dimensi atau perspektif Integrasi interkoneksi. Abstrak: Perjanjian perkawinan adalah salah satu bentuk dari perjanjian yang dibuat antara satu pihak dengan pihak lainnya atas persetujuan bersama sebelum mengadakan sebuah akad pernikahan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah berusaha menjelaskan tentang praktik perjanjian lisan pra nikah di Kelurahan Hinai Kiri Kecamatan Secanggang Kabupaten Langkat dalam Perspektif Hukum Islam dan Hukum Keluarga di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian empiris (lapangan). Dalam penelitian ini ada dua rumusan masalah yang coba untuk di pecahkan. Pertama, bagaimana praktik perjanjian lisan pra nikah di Kelurahan Hinai Kiri Kecamatan Secanggang Kabupaten Langkat. Kedua, bagaimana praktik perjanjian lisan pra nikah yang terjadi di Kelurahan Hinai Kiri Kecamatan Secanggang dikaji dalam perspektif hukum Islam dan Hukum Keluarga di Indonesia. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah praktik perjanjian pra nikah yang terjadi dilakukan hanya dengan lisan dan komitmen bersama pasutri, yang di saksikan oleh masing-masing keluarga, namun tidak dicatat. Isi perjanjian pra nikah setidaknya ada enam diantaranya adalah mengharamkan perselingkuhan, menolak adanya poligami dengan alasan apapun dan mengharamkan adanya kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Isi perjanjian perkawian tersebut dalam perspektif Hukum Islam dan Hukum Keluarga menurut pendapat Imam Syafiâ€™i bahwa perjanjian tersebut boleh untuk dibatalkan jika melanggar hukum Islam dan pendapat Ibnu Qudamah jika perjanjian tersebut tidak di penuhi oleh suami, meskipun terkesan tidak sesuai dengan hukum Islam seperti melarang poligami dan istri boleh untuk minta cerai, karena menolak perjanjian tersebut. Dalam prespektif hukum keluarga, menurut pasal 29 ayat 2 Undang-undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan bahwa perjanjian tersebut tidak dapat di sahkkan bila mana melanggar batas-batas hukum, agama dan kesusilaan. Kemudian dalam pasal 45 ayat 2 Kompilasi Hukum Islam bahwa perjanjian tersebut tidak dapat di sahkkan bila mana melanggar hukum Islam. The purpose of this study is to try to explain the practice of pre-marital oral agreements in Hinai Kiri Village, Secanggang District, Langkat Regency in the Perspective of Islamic Law and Family Law in Indonesia. This type of research is empirical research (field). In this research, there are two problem formulations that are trying to be solved. First, how is the practice of pre-marital oral agreements in Hinai Kiri Village, Secanggang District, Langkat Regency. Second, how is the practice of pre-marital oral agreements that occurred in Hinai Kiri Village, Secanggang District studied in the perspective of Islamic law and family law in Indonesia. The findings in this study are that the practice of prenuptial agreements that occur is carried out only by word of mouth and the joint commitment of the couple, which is witnessed by each family, but not recorded. The contents of the prenuptial agreement are at least six of which prohibit adultery, refuse polygamy for any reason and prohibit domestic violence. The contents of the marriage agreement in the perspective of Islamic Law and Family Law in the opinion of Imam Syafi'i that the agreement may be canceled if it violates Islamic law and Ibn Qudamah's opinion if the agreement is not fulfilled by the husband, even though it seems inconsistent with Islamic law such as prohibiting polygamy and the wife is allowed to ask for a divorce, because she refuses the agreement. In the perspective of family law, according to article 29 paragraph 2 of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage that the agreement cannot be ratified if it violates the boundaries of law, religion and decency. Then in article 45 paragraph 2 of the Compilation of Islamic Law that the agreement cannot be ratified if it violates Islamic law. Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana seorang laki-laki yang ingin mengkhitbah seorang wanita memberitahu penyakit mental yang dideritanya. Hal ini merupakan satu hal yang sangat penting untuk tercapai nya tujuan perkawinan. terlebih khitbah ini adalah satu proses awal dengan tujuan yang mulia, maka harus dibarengi dengan hal-hal yang baik pula Dalam artikel ini pokok permasalahan yang akan dibahas adalah bagaimana hukum pelamar untuk memberitahuan tentang penyakit mental perspektif ulama Darul Ifthaâ€™ al Mishriyyah dan bagaimana metode pengeluaran fatwa yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif, fokus kajian pada penelitian ini adalah fatwa dari lembaga fatwa mesir yaitu Darul ifthaâ€™ Almishriyyah. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sesuai dengan fatwa Darul Iftha, Almishriyyah, hukum pelamar untuk memberitahukan tentang penyakit mental saat melamar itu bervariasi, tergantung dari pada penyakitnya dan tingkat keparahannya dan pengaruh nya terhadap perkawinan, dapat menjadi wajib memberitahunya dan dapat menjadi mubah. The results of this study concluded that according to Darul Iftha's fatwa; Almishriyyah law applicants to notify about mental illness when applying it varies, depending on the disease and its severity and its impact on marriage, can be obliged to notify him and can be mubah. Di Indonesia anak yang menderita risiko stunting mencapai angka 21,6%, maka karena hal ini pemerintah melalui BKKBN membuat sebuah aplikasi Elsimil (Elektronik Siap Nikah, Siap Hamil) guna untuk mencegah dan menurunkan angka stunting. Yaitu dengan menjadikan sertifikat Elsimil sebagai salah satu syarat mendaftarkan pernikahan di Kantor Urusan Agama. Maka pada penelitian ini penulis ingin meneliti lebih dalam mengenai apakah ketentuan ini bertentangan dengan maqashid syariâ€™ah ataukah sejalan, pada penelitian ini juga penulis melakukan studi lapangan di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Medan Tembung untuk mengetahui apakah aplikasi ini sudah di Implementasikan ataukah belum. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian yuridis empiris dengan menggunakan dua sumber data yaitu primer dan juga sekunder. Serta dalam pengumpulan data ini penulis menggunakan buku-buku dan literatur, serta melakukan wawancara terhadap beberapa narasumber. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Medan Tembung penggunaan Elsimil sebagai salah satu syarat pendaftaran pernikahan belum terimplementasi secara keseluruhan, ada yang sudah menggunakan dan ada juga yang sama sekali belum mengetahui terkait keberadaan Elsimil ini. Menurut perspektif maqashid syariâ€™ah penerapan sertifikat Elsimil sebagai salah satu syarat untuk mendaftarkan pernikahan dipandang sejalan dengan tujuan yang ada dalam maqashid syariâ€™ah yaitu untuk melindugi 5 hal dasar berupa, agama, akal, jiwa, harta dan juga keturunan. Kata kunci : Stunting, Elsimil, Implementasi, KUA Abstract: Stunting is a condition characterized by a childâ€™s lack of height when compared to children of his age, while this is due to a lack of nutrition during the childâ€™s growth period. In Indonesia, the risk of stunting is 21.6%, so because of this the government, through the BKKBN, has created an Elsimil application (Electronic Ready to Marry, Ready to Get Pregnant) to prevent and reduce stunting. Namely by making the Elsimil certificate one of the requirements for registering a marriage at the Office of Religious Affairs. So in this study the authors wanted to examine more deeply about whether this provision contradicts the maqasid shariâ€™ah or is it in line, in this study the authors also conducted a field study at the Medan Tembung District Office of Religious Affairs to find out whether this application had been implemented or not. This research is included in empirical juridical research using two sources of data, namely primary and secondary. As well as in collecting this data the author uses books and literature, and conducts interviews with several informants. The results of this study are that in the Office of Religious Affairs in Medan Tembung District, the use of Elsimil as one of the requirements for marriage registration has not been fully implemented, some have used it and some have not even known about Elsimilâ€™s existence. According to the maqashid syariâ€™ah perspective, the application of the Elsimil certificate as a condition for registering a marriage is seen as being in line with the objectives contained in the maqasid syariâ€™ah, namely to protect 5 basic things in the form of religion, mind, soul, property and also offspring.
