Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the views of scholars in Meranti Village, Meranti District, Asahan District on the use of inheritance for a death feast. The method used in this research is field research methods to collect qualitative data. Research data collection is done through observation, interviews, and analysis of documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out through qualitative analysis because this study refers to the theories contained in the Koran and the opinions expressed by the scholars regarding the use of heirs' inheritance for death feasts. The results of this study indicate that in the Meranti sub-district, Asahan Regency, the use of heirs' inheritance that is not in accordance with Islamic teachings, for example, is used for a death feast which is considered a tradition. In Islam the tradition may be maintained if it does not conflict with Islamic teachings, but the death feast which is considered a tradition turns out to be contrary to the teachings of the Islamic religion which was perfectly brought by the Prophet Muhammad. However, this is also still happening among the people in Meranti Village, Meranti District, Asahan District. In the view of Islam, holding a death feast involving the property of the deceased, inheritance and property of orphans is not required but holding a spirit feast like the practice of some people in which the family of the dead provides food to those who visit it is not a mistake from the side of syarak, even considered as good deeds if the goal is to agree to pray and ask for mercy from Allah swt for the dead, on the condition that the feast is not held for riya purposes but sincerely because of Allah. Abstract: This study aims to determine the Public Relations strategy of BNN North Labuhanbatu Regency in tackling Narcotics abuse in Parpaudangan Village. descriptive method with a qualitative approach This research was conducted at the BNN agency in North Labuhanbatu Regency which made Parpaudangan Village, Kualuh Hulu District, North Labuhanbatu Regency a target for cleaning up narcotics abuse. In this study, the informants were divided into two parts, namely key informants and supporting informants. Meanwhile, supporting informants such as the subdivision head. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. that the role of the North Labuhanbatu National Narcotics Agency in overcoming Narcotics abuse in Parpaudangan Village, especially in the field of prevention, is in accordance with the programs and activities owned by BNN Labuhanbatu Utara by looking at the facts on the ground. Abstract

Abstract: Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) activities are one of the business fields that can develop and be consistent in the national economy. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are a good starting point for the formation or creation of jobs that are planned either by individuals, the private sector or even individuals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interpersonal communication on interpersonal communication behavior for people in the city of Medan. The method used is descriptive qualitative descriptive narrative. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that interpersonal communication behavior influences the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Medan City supported by four factors, namely audience, media, messages and communicators. The community's interpersonal communication behavior in determining the audience by collecting data on micro, small and medium entrepreneurs (MSMEs) is then selected according to the criteria included in fostering development programs. The media used are group media, print media, and online media to communicate information and knowledge to business owners. Then the influence in determining the communicators are people who have knowledge about MSMEsand are selected according to their experience and expertise. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out how CV Travel Odan's marketing pattern improves the quality of service to tourists in Batubara Regency. As a theoretical basis in analyzing the problems in this qualitative research, theories about marketing communications and tourists are used, so that researchers are required to obtain data and information by conducting in-depth interviews and observations. This research uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. The informants in the study were CV Travel Odan workers and tourists who used CV Travel Odan's services. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation, using a phenomenological study approach, namely researchers trying to find the meaning of marketing communication phenomena used by CV Travel Odan. The data analysis used by the researcher is descriptive analysis, which summarizes all the data that has been collected from the interviews. The results of this study indicate that to improve service quality CV Travel Odan will increase consumer confidence by conducting persuasive communication, repositioning strategies and strategies to provide extra services for tourists. Abstract

Abstract: Islamic religious guidance is expected to enable convicts to be able to develop the quality of life and life, both as individuals and as members of society, so that after leaving the Penitentiary they will have the provision of knowledge, faith and become fully human beings who can carry out a better life in society. In carrying out the research, a descriptive research method was used where the data used used population and sample data where convicts were the population in Class I Correctional Institutions in Tangerang, while the samples were prisoners who participated in Islamic religious training in Class II B Correctional Institutions in Indramayu. Then to support the research, data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and literature studies. Finally, it can be concluded that religion is a very important need for humans, with religion humans have a way of life as a provision to face problems in their lives. With the development of the Islamic religion at Class II B Penitentiary in Indramayu, it is hoped that convicts will understand Islam, repent and practice it in daily life and be aware of mistakes that can harm society and themselves. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan prosedur pembelajaran dengan media modul interaktif pada mata kuliah semantic. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian R & D (Reasearch and Development) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik yang dilakukan dalam pengumpulan data yang digunakan wawancara dan Kuesioner (angket). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Melalui data diperoleh dari validasi yang dilakukan oleh dosen ahli desain media dan ahli materi. Temuan penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa Mata Kuliah Semantik desain pembelajaran yang dibuat layak diteraapkan kepada mahasiswa untuk menambah inovasi pembelajaran yang lebih menarik untuk menambah minat mahasiswa dalam menjalankan kegiatan mata kuliah. Modul yang dikembangkan pada materi semantik ini sangat layak digunakan. Persentase kelayakan yang diperoleh sebesar 81,5%. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Pengembangan, Modul, Sematik Abstract: This study aims to develop learning procedures with interactive module media in semantics courses. The method used in this research is research using research methods R & D (Research and Development) with a quantitative approach. The techniques used in data collection used interviews and questionnaires (questionnaires). The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. Through data obtained from validation carried out by lecturers of media design experts and material experts. The research findings indicate that the Semantics course design learning is feasible to apply to students to add more interesting learning innovations to increase student interest in carrying out course activities. The module developed on this semantic material is very feasible to use. The percentage of eligibility obtained was 81.5%. Keywords: Learning Media, Development, Modules, Sematics

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi pelaku usaha, akademisi, fiskus, atas UU Harmonisasi Peraturan perpajakan pada perubahan tarif pajak UMKM di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan interpretif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap informan memilki paradigma yang berbeda atas UU HPP pada perubahan tarif pajak UMKM, pelaku usaha mikro cenderung moderat karena sikap terbuka dan keinginan untuk memahami dan mengetahui, pelaku usaha kecil cenderung literate karena tidak memahami dan tidak mengetahui atas UU HPP pada perubahan tarif pajak dan pelaku usaha menengah cenderung apatis karena enggan untuk memahami aturan tersebut, akademisi memaknai aturan tersebut secara konservatif, sedangkan fiskus tidak memperhatikan redaksi dan bersifat moderat. Kata Kunci: Paradigma perpajakan, UU HPP, Wajib Pajak, Akademisi, Fiskus Abstract: The pupose of this study was to determine the perception of business actors, academics, tax authorities, on the law on harmonization of tax regulations on changes in tax rates for micro, small and medium enterprises in Pamekasan regency. This study uses a qualitative method with an interpretive approach.The results of the study indicate that each informant has a different paradigm of the law on tax regulation harmonization on changes in tax rates for micro, small and medium interprises, micro business actors tend to be moderate because of their open attitude and desire to understand and know, small bussiness actors tend to be literate because they do not understand and do not knowing the law on harmonization of tax regulations on changes in tax rates and medium sized business actors tend to be apathetic because they are reluctant to understand these rules, academics interpret the rules conservatively, while fiskus do not pay attention to the editorial and are moderate. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out how forms of Public Relations communication at the Madani Hotel in carrying out their duties, especially their duties as intermediaries between the hotel and its guests. In this study, the authors used a type of qualitative research. Using descriptive analysis method. The subject of this research is public relations at Madani Hotel, while the object of this research is the public relations strategy at Madani Hotel in building its image. The author conducted research in September 2022 until it was completed. Place jl. Sisingamangaraja jl. Amaliun No 1, Kotamatsum No III, Kec. Medan City, Medan City, North Sumatras. Data Collection Techniques namely by direct observation, interviews, and documentation. After the data is collected, the writer analyzes the data. The results of this study indicate that the communication strategy used by Madani Hotel Public Relations is a promotion strategy and a sharia service strategy. The promotion strategy applied in Madani hotels is through print media (advertising in newspapers) and through sales calls. Sharia Service Strategies include not accepting spouses who are not of the same marriage, not providing alcoholic and non-halal food and drinks, each room has the Al-Quran, prayer books, prayer mats, and Qibla direction. The form of public relations communication for Madani hotels is by mass communication (sales calls) and between individuals (forms of service that are created that are comfortable and with sharia principles) Keywords: Communication Strategy, Public Relations, Service Quality

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to explain the views of the Medan City Islamic Ulema Council on the Profession of Wives as Male Masseurs in the village of Kampung Baru, Medan Maimun District. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The technique used in data collection is interviews. Data analysis was carried out through the inductive method, which is a method that studies a specific phenomenon to obtain the rules that apply in the field that are more general about the phenomenon being investigated. This method is used in making conclusions about various matters regarding the MUI's view of the wife's profession as a male masseur. The findings of the study indicate that the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) views women as male masseurs in law, with the provisions (i) maintaining modesty in both dress and behavior so as not to cause lust for the masseur and the massaged; (ii) there are more than two people in the massage room to avoid sexual harassment or other forms of adultery; and (iii) it is intended as a medical and exercise treatment.
