Abstract

Textual interpretation of the Qur'an is the best interpretation, as long as the histories used as interpreters can be justified. The validity of the hadith which is used as the interpreter of the Qur'an must meet the following criteria: a. The interpretation of the Koran with the Koran must come from the Messenger of Allah. own. b. The interpretation of the Qur'an with the hadith must be based on the shahīh narration. c. Regarding the history of asbāb an-nuzūl, you must use a history whose expressions expressly indicate the cause of descending verses. d. The validity of the history used as the interpreter of the Qur'an will be more accurate if you consider the proportionality, professionalism and contextuality of the said traditions.

Abstract

This study orientation changes in the pesantren education curriculum (case study of the Islamic boarding school of the Islamic Boarding School in Kendari. This study uses a field research instrument. The method used is descriptive-analytical with a sociological, historical, comparative approach. Ummushabri Kendari by opening MTS and MA as a modern education system.But the change caused the traditional education system abandoned by students, therefore, traditional pesantren education has lost its function as a pesantren institution, which instead is dominated by the madrasa curriculum and public schools. all pesantren make changes leaving their tradition, this can be seen from the renewal of the Lirboyo pesantren education which succeeded in maintaining the main function of the pesantren institution namely the transmission of Islamic science, the maintenance of Islamic traditions the creation of ulama cadres, and made the Lirboyo pesantren renewal model as a comparison.

Abstract

The plurality of religion is an inevitable phenomenon, and every religion emerges in a plural environment. If the pluralistas of these religions are not addressed appropriately, they will potentially lead to problems of vulnerability and conflict between religious communities, and this fact has already happened to monotheistic religions. To find a solution to the conflict between religious communities there needs to be the right approaches. What are the approaches used in efforts to break up conflicts between religious believers? This paper wants to uncover the problem of religious plurality in Indonesia and several approaches that can be used as role models in building dialogue between religious communities.

Abstract

Hadith which tells the story of the Prophet Musa slapping the angel of death invites polemic among the scholars. There is a group that can accept it with various explanations, there are also those who consider death is unacceptable even though the sanad is valid. Therefore this hadith is included as an improbable hadith. This paper tries to find a way out of the polemic. In this discussion, the author can accept opinions that reject this Hadith if the flow of understanding can be accounted for. However, the author can also accept opinions that accept it if the flow of understanding can be accounted for. An important part that must be revealed immediately in this hadith is the certainty whether or not Moses knew that what came to him was the grim reaper. If an explanation of this has been obtained, of course, we are easier to determine the attitude of accepting or rejecting this hadith. But certainty is difficult to obtain because the text of this hadith does not explicitly inform it. So what must be done now is tawaqquf.

Abstract

This article aims to uncover the problem of integrated service ownership over the legal status of the Gorontalo marriage community. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with a juridical sociological approach. The results showed that there were managerial problems in the management of integrated marriage services programs ranging from invalid data collection, lack of socialization, lack of community response, there were still institutions that had not implemented bureaucratic pruning, to aspects of collective evaluation. The results of the study also recommend several things that need to be improved and become a solution, namely: cross-sectoral coordination that is strengthened by the formation of a joint committee, budgeting must be given since data collection, joint strengthening Standard Operating Procedures, relevant agencies must be given a legal umbrella to be able to cut the bureaucracy in the field, this program must be accompanied by other incentive programs aimed at minimizing the occurrence of unregistered marriages.

Abstract

This paper discusses the other side of the application of scientific thematic learning models in increasing the learning interest of students at SDN 2 Kabila, Bone Bolango Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Thematic Learning by: (a) student-centered, (b) Giving participants directly to students, (c) using invisible subjects, (d) presenting different subject concepts from the learning process, (e) flexible protection, (f) learning outcomes can be developed according to the interests and needs of students. The factor hampering the application of thematic learning models in scientific discussion is the overcrowding of material available in each theme, so that the determined time is deemed inadequate by the teacher. Efforts made by teachers are to do additional hours of study Exit school hours of learning, as well as ask for time allowances on teachers of religious subjects, and sports.

Abstract

Kandungan hukum yang terdapat dalam hadis-hadis wali nikah menunjukkan batalnya suatu pernikahan yang dilangsungkan tanpa izin, taukil atau kehadiran wali. Kalaupun ada pernikahan yang berlangsung tanpa kehadiran wali, izin atau taukil darinya, pernikahan tersebut tidak menggugurkan hak wanita atas mahar meski status pernikahannya dikategorikan tidak sah atau batal oleh syariat dan hukum perundang-undangan. Jika petunjuk hukum dari hadis tersebut diaktualisasikan pada konteks pernikahan yang terjadi di Gorontalo menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran masyarakat Gorontalo tentang fungsi dan kedudukan wali dalam pernikahan masih sangat lemah. Banyaknya terjadi praktek layanan nikah tidak tercatat atau layanan jasa nikah tidak resmi, baik yang dijalankan secara terang-terangan maupun yang sembunyi-sembunyi, baik di Kota Gorontalo muapun di kabupaten. Demikian pula halnya dengan masih maraknya terjadi praktik nikah sirri di Kota Gorontalo yang secara konteks juga mengindikasikan masih lemahnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang eksistensi wali dalam pernikahan.

Abstract

This paper aims to reveal the prophetic values ​​in the learning of the Morals and in the extracurricular scout activities in MAN Insan Scholar Gorontalo. The method used is qualitative with a content analysis approach. The results of the study revealed that learning carried out in the classroom contained teaching activities carried out by educators. In this case the teaching method of the Prophet Muhammad became the role of the model for the implementation of the method of teaching the moral code, namely shiddiq, amanah, tabligh, and philosophy is a strong foundation in creating the learning of moral behavior which is expected in forming the noble person of the nation. Prophetic value in scout extracurricular activities. The prophetic values ​​contained in Dasadharma are clear evidence that MAN Insan Gorontalo Scholars through scouting activities must maintain their spirits so that they become superior madrasas in IPTEK and IMTAK.

Abstract

This article elaborates on the religious nature of students who grow up following the pattern of concept ideas on outbrority. The method used is collecting data and information by examining written sources in the form of scientific journals that are relevant to the object being studied. The results of the study show that religious ideas in children are almost completely authoritarian, meaning that religious concepts in themselves are influenced by factors from outside themselves. They have seen and followed what is taught by adults and their parents about something related to religion. Obedience to religious teachings is a habit that belongs to them which they learn from parents and teachers.

Abstract

Teacher pedagogic competence has an important role in the quality of learning. Every teacher must be able to master the indicators that exist in pedagogical competence, to achieve the quality of learning. The purpose of this study was to analyze the process of implementing teacher pedagogical competency assessment standards and their impact on the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers at State Senior High School 1 Tapa. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. Research shows that: 1) the implementation of pedagogical competency assessment standards for Islamic Religious Education teachers has not been carried out by existing indicators. The mismatch was found between the observations of learning and the value of each indicator obtained. Every value from each learning indicator should be an implementation of each learning indicator. 2) there is an overlap in every indicator that exists in other aspects of pedagogical competence, it should be related to each indicator in each aspect. 3) every indicator of pedagogical competence has not been maximally implemented. 4) the impact of the implementation of pedagogical competency assessment standards on the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers has positive and negative effects both for teachers, students, and schools.
