Abstract

This study aims to analyze the epistemology of zakat in the perspective of fiqh. The reality of Muslims shows an imbalance between the awareness of tithe and the understanding of zakat fiqh. so the vision of zakat changing mustahik into muzakki cannot be optimized. The method used is library research, with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that zakat was intended as "settlement". Zakat is required by Allah to be given to those who are entitled. The texts of the commands of zakat are analyzed through the linguistic approach of the Qur’an displaying them in three language styles (uslứb), namely: Using uslub insyâi, which is mandatory. Using the uslub tarhib (warning) aimed at people who like to accumulate wealth and do not want to pay zakat. Using uslub madh (praise/adulation) is God's praise for those who pay zakat. Philosophically, humanity is positioned into two groups, namely rich and poor, as a framework for God's plan to create a harmonious balance in realizing true justice and educating people to behave and behave fairly (ummatan wasatan).

Abstract

Multicultural education offers alternatives through strategic applications and educational concepts based on the use of diversity in people's lives, especially students, such as ethnic, cultural, linguistic, religious, and racial diversity. This study aims to describe the evaluation steps of the multicultural education system in the self-development of students in junior high schools Negeri 1 Gorontalo City. The method used is a qualitative approach, with observation and interview techniques. The results showed that the steps in evaluating the multicultural education system in student self development used the Countenance Stake evaluation model approach: 1) The initial steps focus on the symptoms or phenomena that were evaluated according to the K'13 Revised 2017; 2) Collect information based on the characteristics of basic competencies in KI-1 and KI-2; 3) Entering the description data in the matrix framework in this case using the assessment format; 4) Process data analysis on a matrix framework using assessment standards; and 5) Make a report about the results of the analysis

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the headmaster's leadership in the development of religious extracurricular activities in State Elementary School, Lemito. This type of research is a qualitative study with a sociological managerial approach. The results showed: 1) religious extracurricular activities were carried out well in the form of: religious practices, reading and writing of the Koran and lightning boarding schools. 2) The nature of the principal's leadership in developing extracurricular activities is energetic in developing activities, intelligent controlling emotions and, able to motivate personal. The principal's leadership in developing religious extracurricular activities should not be separated from the steps of development. Because even though the headmaster of the school is very good in his leadership character, if without developmental steps such as planning, organizing, communicating and monitoring in religious extracurricular activities the program will not be maximized.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Implementation of Supervision of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in improving elementary school classroom management in Marisa District. The research method used is qualitative research, using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) The supervisory strategy carried out by all supervisors is to plan and prepare the supervisory apparatus before conducting supervision. The supervisory tools are collected in annual, semester and monthly programs. 2) To get maximum results in supervision, an appropriate approach is needed. The approach in supervision is called technique, both individual and group, each of which has advantages and disadvantages. 3) Overcoming obstacles by collaborating between supervisors and school principals is to set an example or good role model from the principal and senior teachers who are appointed as supervisors, as well as to provide guidance or overall improvement to the professional abilities of teachers by taking into account the accuracy of supervision techniques and principles supervision applied

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the interpretation of tarbawi>, as one of the features / interpretations approached by the analysis of language and literature. The object of his research was examined from Surah Luqman verses 12 to 19, which generally contain messages and educational values. This type of research is library research, by reading, taking notes, identifying the text content of the Surah Luqman and then analyzing it from three aspects,, 1) language analysis/ lugawi>, 2) literature analysis/ bala>gi> and 3) analysis of educational values/tarbawi>. The results showed that the language content contained in Surah Luqman had depth and diversity of meanings, contained in several words: al-hakim/al-hikmah, al-fis}a>l/al-fit}a>m, al-wa’z|, bunayya, al-wahn/al-d}a’f, al-tus}a’ir, al-marh /al-farh, al-mukhta<l, al-qasd dan al-gad}d}. As for the literary aspect, it contains a number of beauty editors and their meanings, namely: al-tiba>q, s}i>gah al-muba>lagah, zikr al-khas}s{ ba’da al-‘a>mm, al-tams}i>l, al-muqa<balah, al-taqdi>m wa al-ta’khi>r, al-tatayammum, dan al-istia>’rah al-tams|i>liyah, While the value of education consists of: Faith Values, worship values ​​and moral values, which consist of: not shirk, establishing prayer, enjoin the good and forbid the evil, good association, thanks giving, patience, filial piety, not exulting overmuch, arrogant and not self-conceited boaster.

Abstract

Civil society is a socio-political construct that places Islam and the State in a state of mutual need, namely, Islam, on the one hand, as a moral guide for state management, and the State, on the other, as a foundation for Islamic values. This conception refers to the significant amount of the Medina-built society of the prophet Muhammad and Khulafaurrasyidin, which consists of five key pillars: monotheism, humanism, deliberations, justice, and Brotherhood. This research aims to investigate how civil society interacts with the growth of political democracy in Indonesia. The researcher used descriptive qualitative techniques in this investigation by analyzing primary data collected from library studies. The data were processed using discourse analyzes and hermeneutic analysis techniques. Besides, the researchers used the historical, sociological, philosophical, and theological convergence approach. The research result revealed that the process of consolidating and improving political democracy in Indonesia remained bureaucratic and did not wholly represent civil society characteristics

Abstract

This article discusses Farid Esack 's epistemological side, who proposed an emancipatory interpretation of what was generally known as liberation hermeneutics in responding to social problems in South Africa. The method used in this research is the library method with analytical material and a historical-philosophical approach that functions to (a) analyze the text itself; (b) objectively trace the historical origins of the character's context, why it carried the hermeneutic idea of its liberation; and (c) analyze the socio-historical circumstances surrounding the character and find the essential building. Based on the research result, the researcher found that Farid Esack 's thought-building was highly motivated by South Africa's socio-historical circumstances enduring humanitarian problems (apartheid). Farid Esack used critical reasoning (al-aql al-naqdy) in which the role of revelation (text), truth (context), and interpreter (reader) was linked in the compilation of his tafsir book. Meanwhile, the method of interpretation was the hermeneutics of the Qur'an based on the context and life experiences of the South African people, whose results were intended as the philosophical basis for freeing the whole society from all types of inequality and exploitation of economy, race, gender, class, and religion.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal The Concept of Islamic Education Based on hikmah in the Quran. This research focuses on verses using the hikmah idiom. The researcher chose-themed pronunciation because it is one of several words in Qur'an found in jawâmi'ul kalim, a short sentence whose context is full of the substance of ibrah that Allah reveals to humans. This research used thematic approaches and focused on the in-kind descriptive study of library research. This research showed that hikmah's idea was very representative in shaping character development for teachers, students, and sources of material and methods of teaching. The essence of al-hikmah mixed with al-khibar (knowledge), al-miran (training), and at-tarjih (experience) components. On this basis, in the course of internalizing a range of knowledge, skills, and mental attitudes commendable to students, the model of the creation and implementation of Islamic education methods must be carried out thoroughly integrally and systematically.

Abstract

This research investigates how the hadith guidelines on the use of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah are used to impose zakat and shadaqah and devise ways to use the philanthropic resources of Muslims, particularly in the municipality of Gorontalo. The approach used was a legal and social content analysis. The research result showed that the Gorontalo City Baznas Program is a positive economic empowerment program called Kota Gorontalo Makmur, referring to the prophet's hadith. This initiative was in the form of business capital assistance to the poor to conduct profitable enterprises, such as farming, fishing, planting, livestock rearing, sale, household crafts, etc. Every year, Gorontalo City Baznas distributes this program to 50 citizens like the sold products. This program has been applied since July 2017. For the first phase, 23 people have received capital assistance amounting to Rp. 5,000,000/person with two disbursements. The initial stage was worth Rp. 3,000,000 and later in the second stage the remaining Rp. 2,000,000 was given to mustahiq.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the discipline fostering of semi-military and religious patterns in the boarding school system at SMA Terpadu Wirabhakti Gorontalo. The research is qualitative which used the phenomenology approach. The research results showed that discipline fostering usually refers to following student life rules (Perdupsis) and school vision and mission. A Semi-military discipline adopts not only the attributes and participation of TNI (Indonesian National Armed Forces) and Brimob, particularly during the New Student Orientation but disciplinary behavior in dormitory life and the nature of state defense education. As for fostering religious discipline by adopting the Pesantren education system therefore this school is also known as the Islamic Boarding School by accustoming to the discipline of worship, particularly prayer in the congregation, providing rewards and punishment with different treatment as a religious motivation and providing material in Islamic studies in mosques.
