Abstract

Objective of this research is to identify whether the quality of the product and the customers loyalty have affected the revenue of Telkom Cooperation Bogor either simultaneously or partly. The population are the customers of Telkom Cooperation Bogor which is 240 people. Sampling has applied slovin formulation with 5% error rate resulting 150 respondents.Instrument of this research is the questionnaires. Collected data has been processed using a simple regression analysis technique and multiple regression applying SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The result of the research has indicated that: First, the quality of a service has positively and significantly affected the revenue refers to the regression function Y = 38.598 + 0.532X1, it explains that when the quality of service is constant or X1 = 0, the revenue will be 38.598. Coefficient beta (b1) is 0.532 indicating that when the quality of service is increased 1 point, the revenue will increase 0.532. Second, the customers’ loyality has positively and significantly affected the revenue refers to the regression function Y = 43.333 + 0.467X2, it means that when the customers loyality is constant or X2 = 0, the revenue will be 43.333. Coefficient beta (b2) is 0.467 indicating that when the customers’ loyalty is increased 1 point, the revenue will increase 0.467. Third, both the quality of a service and the customers loyalty have positively and significantly affected the revenue refers to the multiple regression function Y = 26.760 + 0.412X1 + 0.191X2 which explaining: The value of 0.412 is the coefficient value of variable X1 for b1 value refers to the equations of multiple linear regression Y = a+b1X1+b2X2 and b1 = 0.412 identifying that every increasing of 1 point of the quality of service will obviously affect the revenue of 0.412 points and other independent variables are constant. The value of 0.191 is the coefficient value of variable X2 for b2 refers to the equations of multiple linear regression Y = a+b1X1+b2X2 and b2 = 0.191, explaining that every increasing of 1 point of the customers’ loyalty will affect the revenue of 0.191 point and the other independent variables are constant. Nevertheles the value of 26.760 is constant for the a value which is Y value when X = 0. The + (positive) token on the variable of the quality of service and the customers’ loyalty. The percentage value of the quality of service variable and the customers loyalty upon the revenue has obtained the Adjusted R Square value of 0.405 or (40.5%). It has indicated that the percentage of the effect of independent variable which is both the quality of service and the customers loyalty have affected the revenue 40.5%, moreover the remaining of 59.5% has been affected by other variables which are not included in this research. Keywords : The Quality of Service, the Customer Loyalty and Revenue.

Abstract

This research aims to figure out the attitude and behavior of theconsumers upon instant noodles, and to find out a relative value of affectingattributes. Data resources of this research have been obtained from 200respondents in south of Jakarta. The research has applied statistics analysiscovering the analysis of multi attribute model of Fishbein, subjective norms andtheory of reasoned action. The result of fishbein attitude analysis is as follows; fromthe four attributes being evaluated, the most important one is taste variety of 2.57scores, then easy to cook of 2.54 scores, ‘halal’ (free from pig substance) of 2.48scores and easy to get the product of 2.46 scores. The smallest value is given to thepackaging attribute of 1.58 scores. It has explained that the respondents haveconsidered that the packaging attribute is not as important as the other attributes.Nevertheless its scoring is still within an important category. Refers to the four randseing evaluated and refers to the ehavior model anal sis, ndomie has hadpositive ( > 0 ) category, it means that the consumers’ ehavior for this product isgood or positive, so Indomie has gained the biggest value of 76.65 comparing withother brands. Obviously the consumers prefer to buy Indomie more than the otherbrands. The marketing strategy has applied the following efforts; as a product leader,it has to maintain the most important attribute given by the respondent; as acompetitive product, it has to find out the weaknesses of the leader trustworthy value. However as the follower, it has to improve the respondents’ trust for the attri utesbeing evaluated by imitating or equalizing the product leader. Keywords: fishbein, Indomie, Mie Sedap, Alhami, Gagamie, subjective norms analysis

Abstract

This research aims to study the effect of quality service and price either simulatenously or partially upon the customers satisfaction at PT TIKI Branch at Jl. K. H. Sholeh Iskandar Bogor. Analytical technique of this research has applied multiple linear regression analysis to figure out to which extent the quality service and price either simultaneously or partially has affected the customers satisfaction. The result has indicated that quality service and price simultaneously have affected significantly the customers satisfaction. This result has depicted that the value of F-count is 71.270 , however Ftable df: α, (k-1), (n-k) = 0.05, (2-1), (146-3) is 4.60 due to F-count > Ftable (71.270 > 4.60) and its sig.value of 0.000 < 5% (0.05). Abstract

Gradual selection of new students at the program of Accountancy Diplome III STIE Binaniaga Bogor thru scholarship procedure using the average method. Minimum expectation of STIE Binaniaga is that the higher the gradual selection result, the better academic performance of the students will be. Applying the average method has not indicated yet the minimum expectation required since there is still the fluctuative academic achievement of the students happened. The research aims to implement the method of logic fuzzy Mamdani accordingly in order to deterimine whether this method can be applied for each gradual selection of new students. Analytical tools have used the comparison one based on the correlation between the academic achievement and the implemention of logic fuzzy Mamdani method at the end of each selection, The correlation between the cumulative achievement index and the final result of the implemention of average method is 0.559. Correlation between the cumulative achievement index and the final result of the implementation of logic fuzzy Mamdani Method is 0.487 which is still less than 0.559. Nevertheless, the conclusion of this result is that the implementation of logic fuzzy Mamdani Method has not yet been able to replace the existing average method.
