Abstract

Dividend is profits generated by the company distributed to shareholders. Dividend sharing depends not only on company profits but also on the working capital it obtains. Many companies survive and develop, but the distribution of dividends is fixed and not in line with the development of corporate profits. Thus, this study was aimed to determining the effect of the amount of capital and dividends distribution and the effect of company profits on the number of dividends. The indicator is the type of working capital used, company profits and dividends distributed to the company during the observation period. Research results show that there is no effect of working capital on dividends distributed. Keywords: Capital, Company Profit, Dividend Introduction

Abstract

Globalization era has been insisting on the companies to be able to compete more intense to keep the existence of their companies within the economy of Indonesia refers to telecommunication business. Brand equity is the most important asset for the company to keep up the market. There are 6 CDMA operators in Indonesia, two of them are Telkom with Flexi product and Bakrie with Esia product. Both are very competitive in CDMA network which is they have more than 10 million customers. This research aims to discover the brands equity between Flexi and Esia in Bogor. The elements of brand equity refer to brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty. Research method is quantitative descriptive which is 100 respondents. Research analysis has applied the Importance Performance Analysis and Cohran test. The result of the research has been indicating that Esia brand equity is stronger than Flexi. The analysis of customers brand equity has been explaining that the customers have not committed yet completely to the product they have been using.Keyword: Brand Equity, Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality and Brand Loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of the implementation of this research is to find the effectiveness of supplies raw materials, the method of analysis data used in the square is the smallest trend for planning raw materials and controling supplies use method of economic order quantity (EOQ) analyze reorder point. Analysis reorder point and safety stock. And analyzes efficiency cost of raw materials. Forecasting raw materials years 20x7 according to the smallest trend, cloth and dakron happened the difference is greater than of the target needed (according to a company); controling supplies raw materials with the methods eoq in 20x7 more effective than reservations raw materials cloth and dakron and more efficient than cost raw materials. The company should review the policy of forecasting raw material supplies that had been undertaken and make planning supplies the raw material that more accurate using the firm’s historical data and not only targeting the output production next year, so that machines production can be optimized. Considering the use of control supplies with the methods economic order quantity to companies, so this analysis can determine material reservations, supplies safety, maximum supplies to avoid the risk of running out of raw materials, because the companies often happened less dressed up a result of reservations that time is inaccurate, the lack of safety stock and the deferred the delivery of goods which often disturb the production process, by this method can prevent these things, so that the production process can run smoothly and minimize the cost of raw materials supplies.Keywords: control, efficiency and cost of raw materials.

Abstract

West Java is one of the provinces in Indonesia that has strong potential and wisdom, mountains range from the east to the west of the Bogor Peak area, as well as the southern region which has attractive coastal views and panoramas from Pangandaran district to sukabumi district. One of the southern parts of West Java which has the potential of coastal tourism is Garut regency, one of them is the Rancabuaya beach, the potential of Rancabuaya beach tourism is now being developed to attract tourists, located in Purbayani village in Caringin sub-district with an area of 10 hectares while the current area used as a new tourism area of 2 hectares, which is also directly adjacent to the Indian Ocean with the characteristics of having big tide and large rocks and rock cliffs that are quite high, another potential tourism attraction is the presence of a waterfall directly facing the beach. However, Rancabuaya beach is very beautiful, but the level of tourist visits is less than the total visitors to other southern Jabar (west Java) beach attractions, which is Pangandaran beach. Visitors to rancabuaya beach are very crowded only in certain events such as, New year, Eid or other National holiday. This study aims to find out what the right marketing model can be applied at Rancabuaya beach tourism area. The results of this study indicate that the indicators of income mix and promotion mix get a good response from the respondents and have a strong relationship to the factors that are formed. Abstract

Luvrina Fashion is a specialty clothing store located in the mature woman Jatinangor Town Square. Fashion Luvrina sales value in recent months has decreased. As the Micro, Small, Medium, he needs a business management that consists of financial management, marketing, production, distribution, and human resources to conduct its business. Marketing aspect is an important factor for companies to carry out his life (Bayu Promukoto, 2018). Thus the purpose of this research is the analysis of marketing priorities based model of the marketing mix. Tools of data collection using a questionnaire with 23 variables and the respondents as many as 100 visitors. The method used is the analysis of factors with steps Preparing Raw Data Matrix, Matrix Correlation between Variables, Calculations Eigenvalue, Extraction of factors, weighting factors, Rotation Factor, and determination of manifest variables that Form Factor. The results of data processingdikesimpulkan that marketing priorities with marketing mix models in a fashion luvrina is factor 1 has eigenvalue equal to 17.950 which includes the availability of diverse models of clothes, clothing quality, low price, method of payment by debit card, as well as their discount. Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about extrinsic motivation and work experience and its effect on employee performance in the Serang Baru District Office. This study uses a saturated sample so that the population is the same as the sample of 80 employees, at the Serang Baru District Office. The method used is validation test, reliability test, then classical assumption test, which includes normality test and multicollinearity, as well as heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, multiple linear equations, F test, coefficient of determination, and t test. The data of this research used observation methods and questionnaires distributed to 80 samples which were addressed to employees of the Serang Baru District Office. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded: 1) Extrinsic motivation does not affect employee performance because employees are willing to work more than expected regardless of extrinsic motivation or not. 2) Employee performance is strongly influenced by work experience. The more experience, they get while working, the more knowledge they will get. 3) Employee performance will be better with the support of experienced employees so as to increase the level of output produced.             Keywords: Employee Performance, Extrinsic Motivation, Work Experience

Abstract

The research consists of several steps that must be met in order to achieve results that meet the rules o fscientific research.Results of this study is expected to get ideas of the effect of the employee's performance by organizational culture, leadership and motivation to work at PT.PLN (Persero) Education and Training Centre.The method used is quantitative method which examines four variables: three independent variables and one dependent variabel.The hypothesis testing at the 0.05 level with a population of more than 115 employees, the operational level.The result is that there is a direct effect of organizational culture on the performance of β41 = 0,459 with value tcalculate = 5,354 and ttable (α = 0,05) = 1,663 that mean is tcalculate > ttable (5,354 > 1,663). H0 is rejcted and H1 is accepted, which means the effect is significant.There is a direct effect of leadership on the performance of β42 = -0,007 with mean tcalculate = -0,080. and ttable (α = 0,05) = 1,663 wich mean tcalculate < ttable (-0,080 < 1,663), so that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, which means the effect is not significant.There is a direct effect of organizational culture on the performance of β43 = 0,456 which mean tcalculate = 4,807. And ttable (α = 0,05) = 1,663 that mean tcalculate > ttable (4,807 > 1,663), this H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means the effect is significant.There is a direct effect of organizational culture on employee motivation at β31 = 0,474 which mean tcalculate = 5,508. and ttable (α = 0,05) = 1,663 yang berarti tcalculate > ttable (5,508 > 1,663), So that mean H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means the effect is significant.There is a direct effect of leadership on job motivation for β32 = 0,389 which mean tcalculate = 4,520. and ttable (α = 0,05) = 1,663 that means tcalculate > ttable (4,520 > 1,663), so that mean H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means the effect is significant.Based on the above it can be concluded that employee performance can be improved through organizational culture and work motivation .Keyword: organization culture; leadership, motivation, employee performance

Abstract

Recently, the evolvement of globalization era has been the global challenges that cannot be avoided either by private or government sectors, and they are requested to be survived encountering such the condition. The implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) in the operational company is the way how to guarantee the quality of products or services offered to the people. One of the purposes of QMS implementation is to provide a prime satisfaction to the customers. The impact of QMS implementation is expected to increase job performance of the employees. Besides the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS), the impact of global challenges has been increasing the competitive efforts to execute more effective production process. However, it has required manpower protection accordingly. This research aims to find out whether the implementation of quality management system and safety and healthy at work management system have impacted on the job performance of employees. Objects of this research are the employees in the production department at PT Guna Senaputra Sejahtera Plant 1 Bogor. Data analysis technique of this research has applied software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). PLS has estimated a model of correlation among the latent variables and correlation between latent variables and its indicators. Result of data processing has indicated that the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) and system of safety and healthy at work have positively and significantly impacted job performance of employees.Keywords : Quality Management System (QMS), Safety and Healthy at Work System ( SHWS / SMK3), and Job Performance of Employees

Abstract

The employee attendance system application in an educational institution occupies an important role in providing evaluation and improving performance in addition to being able to improve the transparency of employee and institutional relations. In its use, the employee attendance system must be able to accommodate the needs of its users, namely employees and staffing. This research evaluates user satisfaction over system applications using the Technology Acceptance Model approach. The evaluation was conducted by assessing the level of perception and satisfaction level of 40 users, in this case, employees. The research variable used is perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use (level of ease of use received), and user satisfaction (level of user satisfaction). Computing process was done by fuzzy methods. The results showed that some quality of the application could not meet the expectations of employees at this time. Abstract

Competition in the banking world in increasing the value of its assets is getting tighter.The presence of financial technology adds to the tight competition in the banking world. Rural Banks (BPR) which focuses on small community services and MSMEs must innovate in order to survive in the banking industry. This research aims to find out if there is an influence of product innovation, process innovation, marketing innovation and organizational innovation on business performance, with accidental sampling method to obtain 150 samples of BPR Customers Bogor District, this research uses Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method to analyze the data obtained. The results showed that, there is a positive influence of product innovation, process innovation, marketing innovation and organizational innovation on business performance. Product innovation variables have a stronger impact on business performance than marketing innovation, organizational innovation and process innovation. Keywords : Product Innovation, Process Innovation, Marketing Innovation and Business Performance
