English is the language of daily life (Nurotun: 2015) trains communication skills and job needs. This research describes and analyzes about how cultural democracy in learning English is applied, maintaining local language (Madurese language) and the role of kiai in curriculum making? The benefits of this study as a theoretical reference and practice in learning English to maintain local language and culture.
This research was conducted at Madura Islamic boarding school using descriptive qualitative approach with ethnographic research design, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. While the way to analyze it using Donald A's analysis technique (2010) is familiarizing and organizing, coding and reducing, and interpreting and representing.
The results are always encouraging tutors and students to shape the environment of English and develop students' knowledge with vocabulary mastery through the “settoran” method. Conduct observations and teachings through “Fantsy Morning” and “Bazar Exhibition” and involve managers and alumni in making policies. Learning uses cooperative models by writing text in groups and reading text aloud. Speaking using English as a pesantren regulation. Maintaining pesantren culture, starting to dress and learning activities. Conducting curriculum development through deliberation to evaluate the entire set of activities and learning outcomes. Assessing vocabulary mastery, writing skill and speaking skill successively.
Learning a cultural democracy-based language maintains the pesantren's value system and enhances new abilities and knowledge of English and supports Madura (enggi-bhunten). While the role of the kiai in making curriculum is that there are those who are involved directly and indirectly.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab konflik, jika penyebab konflik diketahuai maka cara pengendalian konflik bisa dilakukan dengan cara konsialisasi, mediasi, arbitrasi dan pengendalian dengan mediasi sejawat, sehingga konflik yang terjadi bisa diselesaikan dengan benar dan tepat melalui cara-cara yang tidak merugikan salah satu pihak, agar tidak terjadi permusuhan atau kekerasan yang diakibatkan karena adanya konflik. Objek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa SDN Kemayoran 1 Bangkalan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan siswa terlibat konflik di sekolah dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sekolah menangani konflik yang terjadi pada siswa sekolah dasar. Untuk mendapatkan data yang diharapkan, peneliti akan mengumpulkan data menggunakan dua teknik, yaitu teknik wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa penyebab konflik berupa ejekan seorang siswa kesiswa lainnya yang berujung perkelahian. Penyebab utamanya yaitu tidak ada yang mau mengalah sehingga terjadi rebutan yang mengakibatkan pertengkaran.

Today's development is so rapid that it is marked by changes in mindset, lifestyle etc., so that the scales cause negative impacts on the local wisdom of the people in Lamandau District, Central Kalimantan Province which results in an impact on endangered local wisdom. Departing from this problem, the aim of this study was to find out and analyze the role of social capital (bonding, bridging, networking) of the District Dayak Customary Council in preserving local wisdom in Lamandau District, Central Kalimantan Province. This research uses descriptive qualitative methodology. Using snowball sampling technique in determining informants. Based on the results of the study show that a). Bonding of social capital DAD Lamandau Regency lies in the homogeneous nature of its members. b). The position of Mr Marukan as Regional Head and Chair of DAD made the process of bridging (brigding) easier and could be well organized. c). DAD members who are also part of important stakeholders in Lamandau are important indicators that the community has as a form of the strength of DAD's social capital in building collaboration networks (linking social capital).

Simultaneous regional elections held in 2018 in 171 regions in Indonesia recorded voter reached 73.24% of the total permanent voters list (DPT) available. There has been a decrease in the level of community participation if compared to the 2017 elections which reached 74% (source: KPU Data)
Boosting the level of community participation in elections is not an easy thing. The right method and approach is needed especially to increase the participation of beginner voters. One method used is through citizenship education which contains material about democracy and human rights. This study aims to determine whether citizenship education for beginner voters can already be used as a basis in understanding and interpreting the general election and is there a significant effect of citizenship education on the increase in the participation of beginner voters in general elections.
From the research conducted on 200 adolescent voters in 3 senior high schools and 2 universities in Medan, it showed a significant effect of citizenship education on increasing the participation of beginner voters in general elections. This took a case study on the election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of North Sumatra in 2018, showing that there was a strong correlation between citizenship education and the level of participation of beginner voters. There is a coefficient of 0.659 and is a strong correlation because the value is more than 0.5. The correlation coefficient is positive, meaning that the better the citizenship education received by beginner voters, the higher the level of participation in the election.

The purpose of this study is to find out the forms of sexual abuse that occur on social media and the response of social media users to sexual harassment. This research is motivated by the increasing prevalence of social media users. Interaction in the virtual world sometimes has a negative impact on its users. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation. Data analysis techniques use discourse analysis. The results of this study obtained data that sexual harassment that occurs on social media is divided into writing harassment, verbal abuse, visual abuse, and real abuse. The response from women who use social media is that most of them regret the existence of sexual harassment activities

Pendidikan Pancasila merupakan mata kuliah wajib umum yang diajarkan di Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia sudah dikenal sejak era tahun 1978an, ketika Pancasila menjadi bagian penting dalam penanaman nilai-nilai kebangsaan dan karakter bagi masyarakat melalui program pedoman penghayatan dan pengamalan Pancasila (P4). Namun, konsep, materi, dan metode pembelajaran dan pengajaran pendidikan Pancasila pada era paska reformasi mengalami pergeseran dan perubahan. Pergeseran dan perubahan yang terjadi dalam konteks pendidikan Pancasila sejak paska reformasi menyangkut tiga aspek yaitu: aspek kebijakan, aspek materi, danb aspek metode yang diterapkan atau dikembangkan. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk memetakan dan mengetahui perkembangan dan perubahan isi bahan ajar pendidikan Pancasila untuk perguruan tinggi pada era paska reformasi. Secara khusus, studi ini akan mengeksplorasi perkembangan dan perubahan bahan ajar pendidikan Pancasila untuk Perguruan Tinggi melalui studi kasus pada buku atau bahan ajar yang telah diterbitkan atau beredar pada toko buku di wilayah Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah kajian kepustakaan dan observasi di 5 toko buku umum yang terkenal dan menjadi rujukan di Yogyakarta antara lain: Gramedia, Kanisius, Toga Mas, Social Agency, dan Shopping center, Malioboro. Analisis dalam studi ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif-analitik dan analisis isi. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa sumber dan isi bahan ajar pendidikan Pancasila untuk Perguruan Tinggi pada era paska reformasi memiliki varian isi dan pendekatan yang beragam tergantung dari perspektif penulis. Studi ini menemukan bahwa toko buku di Yogyakarta menyediakan bahan ajar Pendidikan Pancasila berasal dari berbagai penulis dan penerbit. Dengan adanya berbagai macam varian bahan ajar pendidikan Pancasila menjadikan pembelajaran dan pengajaran pendidikan Pancasila di Perguruan Tinggi lebih mudah dan dosen dapat menggunakan berbagai sumber dan bahan ajar yang tersedia untuk mengajar lebih baik. Kesimpulan dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar pendidikan Pancasila untuk Perguruan Tinggi pada era paska reformasi telah mengalami perkembangan dan perubahan yang pesat ditandai dengan banyaknya buku yang ditulis oleh pengarang atau penulis dengan berbagai perspektif tersebar di setiap toko buku umum di Yogyakarta.

The objective of this study is to map and to find out the development and change of thecontents of the teaching materials in Pancasila Education for higher education in thepost-reform era. This study explores how the development and changes undergo in thecontent of it which rarely become a concern and study from academics and Pancasilaresearchers. In particular, this study explores the development and changes of theteaching materials in Pancasila Education for universities through case studies on booksor the other teaching materials that have been published or circulated in many bookshopsin Yogyakarta region. The methods used in this study are literature review andobservation of the five well-known public bookshops in Yogyakarta which have becomepublic reference, such as Gramedia, Kanisius, Toga Mas, Social Agency, and ShoppingCenter located in Malioboro. The results of this study indicate that the sources andcontents of the teaching materials in Pancasila Education have various contents andapproaches which depend on the author's perspectives. This study finds that thebookshops in Yogyakarta provide the teaching materials of Pancasila Education fromvarious authors and publishers. The teaching and learning of Pancasila Education inhigher education becomes a lot easier since there are many variants of teachingmaterials. The conclusion of this study shows that the teaching materials for PancasilaEducation for Higher Education in the post-reform era has undergone rapid developmentand changes.

The purpose of this research is to find out the causes of conflict, if the cause of conflictis known then the way to control conflict can be done by means of mutualisation,mediation, arbitration and control with peer mediation, so that conflicts can be resolvedcorrectly and appropriately in ways that are not harmful one of the parties, so thatthere is no hostility or violence caused by the conflict. The object of this study was theprincipal, teacher, and students of SDN Kemayoran 1 Bangkalan. The research methodused in this study is a qualitative research method using a descriptive approach toidentify factors that cause students to be involved in conflict in school and to find outhow schools handle conflicts that occur in elementary school students. To get theexpected data, researchers will collect data using two techniques, namely interviewtechniques and documentation techniques. The results of the study stated that the causeof the conflict in the form of ridicule of another student who led to a fight. The maincause is that no one wants to budge so there is a fight which results in a fight.
