Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu sarana penyalur pesan dan informasi belajar. Media pembelajaran yang dirancang secara baik, sangat membantu peserta didik dalam mencerna dan memahami materi pelajaran. Perkembangan teknologi informasi di era globalisasi dan informasi saat ini, memacu perkembangan media pembelajaran semakin maju pula. Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) sebagai media pembelajaran sudah merupakan suatu tuntutan. Walaupun perancangan media berbasis TIK memerlukan keahlian khusus, bukan berarti media tersebut dihindari dan ditinggalkan. Media pembelajaran berbasis TIK dapat berupa internet, intranet, mobile phone,dan CD Room/Flash Disk. Kemajuan Teknologi Informasi telah mendorong terjadinya banyak perubahan, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan yang melahirkan konsep e-learning. Dengan e-learning, pelaksanaan pembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. E-learning memungkinkan peserta didik untuk aktif dan kreatif. E-learning memberikan para peserta didik, pendidik, dan pengelola pendidikan dapat mengambil banyak manfaat, di antaranya fleksibilitas program dan bahan pembelajaran dapat dibuat lebih menarik dan berkesan. Integrasi teknologi informasi pada pendidikan akan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Dampak ikutan dengan integrasi teknologi informasi pada pendidikan adalah mendorong percepatan computer literacy pada masyarakat Indonesia. Dimanfaatkannya teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran  dalam proses belajar mengajar, dapat mempermudah cara pengajar dalam berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan para siswa baik di dalam kelas maupun di luar kelas.Kebutuhan akan teknologi dalam ranah pendidikan bukanlah hal yang baru, pemanfaatan teknologi untuk membentuk pembelajar yang kondusif dan inovatif. Pemanfaatan tersebut terbukti berperan besar dalam kelancaran proses belajar.

Abstract

Abstract Authority to conduct criminal investigations of narcotic regulated under Law No. 35 of 2009 on Narcotics, namely article 81 of the law. Dibeikan investigative authority to the national drug agencies and the police of the republic of Indonesia. With the division of the investigative authority of overlap and multiple interpretations of article 81 of Law No 35 of 2009 on Narcotics. This paper aims to analyze the rules of authority narcotics investigation of criminal offenses. This paper is based on research using the normative approach to law (statute approach) and the conceptual approach (conceptual approach). The results showed that the regulation of narcotic crime investigation authority should be clarified and given limit, so in practice the rule of law is not a clash of authority between the National Narcotics Agency to police the Republic of Indonesia. As well as law enforcement agencies in carrying out their duties effectively and goes in accordance with the criminal justice system. Key words :Authority Investigation, Crime, Narcotics

Abstract

Development is a process to accelerate economic growth, reduce gaps and eradicate poverty. Besides that development is also a multidimensional process of important changes in social structure, attitude of the people and national institutions. Therefore, in this study the authors will examine the public perception of the planned development of Geothermal Power Plant (PLTP) in Idamdehe Village, District Jailolo, West Halmahera, North Maluku Province.  The reason the author took this topic because in the village will be built PLTP. The research methodology used is qualitative descriptive. From the results of research shows that the development plan of PTLP in Idamdehe village has been socialized since 2011-2013. From the results of socialization of the community get information about PTLP. There are three groups of perceptions about the PLTP development plan that is Agree, Disagree and Doubtful.

Abstract

This study aims to document the value of manre saperra in terms of preserving and restoring noble values ​​in regional culture as well as strengthening the character of the nation's children in facing globalization.This research will be conducted in Luwu Utara District. The data source of this research is the ritual procession of manre saperra of North Luwu society. The existence of this ritual manre saperra has begun to be abandoned and is not known by most of the Luwu community including the young generation. Therefore, in order to introduce the values ​​of nobility in this manner saperra ritual to the Tana Luwu community in particular and to the general public in general, the documentary film becomes a container of documentation and publication of manre saperra ritual. The documentary aims to document and visualize the audio visual process of manre saperra which contains many noble values ​​in its implementation to the Tana Luwu community and to the general public at large, as well as creating a documentary film that is able to convey the message contained in order to obtain a positive response from all parties. This documentary was made with the stages of data collection in the form of research observation, interview, literature study, and film compilation. The result of this research is by making a documentary about manre saperra procession, the society is expected to be more know and recognize and practice the values ​​contained in manre saperra ritual so that this documentary film can be used as media of information and learning media for younger genres in knowing local culture. Documentation of the prosei manre saperra through documentary film as a form keeps the authenticity of the values ​​formed in the custom procession.

Abstract

Citizenship education is a compulsory subject in all universities based on the Law on National Education System. Therefore, national education should be implemented in order to form an Indonesian human who has integrity to the nation and country. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of civic education in universities as well as obstacles and challenges in the implementation. The research method used is descriptive analytical with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques consist of primary data obtained from respondents and secondary data in the form of literature, scientific journals both nationally and internationally. From the result of research, it is found that giving the course of civic education by lecturer is only theoretical only without accompanied by the implementation of student activities. In addition, the lecturers who hold the subjects of civic education have no competence in the field of state defense and do not get special training as lecturer of civic education from any institution. This requires support from the central government through the National Resilience Institute by providing training in the form of lecturer candidates courses for Pancasila Education and Citizenship Education courses.

Abstract

The use of the learning model portfolio more emphasis on creative problem solving and critical thinking skills in the learning process, and provide a huge diversity of learning resources so as to increase the participation and creativity of students. Abstract

This study was aimed to find a theory about the study of civic education developed as a medium in promoting the public policy. This study used a qualitative approach, with the type of library research to explore liberal, communitarian and republican theories, with data sources consisting of textbooks, journals, and magazines with criteria of relevancy principles relating to research. While the technique of data collection using focused study, with primary source method is Th. Marshall and secondary sources of Peter H. Schuck (2003), Pettit 1997 and Thomas Janoski & Brian Gran (2002). This study showed that the theory of civic education on the concept of communitarian republican was very appropriate in promoting public policy, while liberal theory only leads to political democracy about the freedom to express opinions; however other elements were not appropriate because of it against the values of Pancasila.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan triangulasi dengan memakai tehnik pengumpulan data, yaitu kuisioner/angket, observasi dan wawancara. penelitian dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Kamal yang menggunakan Kurikulum 2013; terdapat lima Sekolah Dasar di Kamal yakni SDN Banyuajuh 2, SDN Banyuajuh 3, SDN Banyuajuh 6, SDN Kamal 1, SDN Gili Anyar. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menelaah jauh lebih dalam perkembangan pembentukan karakter Bangsa yakni karakter yang mengandung nilai Pancasila karena pendidikan yang mengandung nilai-nilai Pancasiladengan hakikat Pancasila sebagai pandangan hidup bangsa merupakan tameng utama untuk menghadapi tantangan dan ancaman sebagai pembentuk karakter bangsa yang merupakan hal yang unik dan khas yang menjadi unsur pembeda antara bangsa yang satu dengan bangsa yang lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan ada tidaknya perbedaan hasil belajar PKnsiswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran NHT (Numbered Heads Together)Dengan Pemecahan Masalah (Problem Solving). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kuantitatif yaitu dengan menitik beratkan pada pengujian hepotesis denganmenggunakan teknik analisis statistik yaitu uji “t” (Uji Beda). Menggunakan dataprimer yaitu data yang dicari sendiri oleh peneliti karena tidak ada yang menyediakandan data skunder yaitu data yang sudah tersedia teknik pengumpulan datanya dengancara sekunder yaitu data yang sudah tersedia teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan caraobservasi langsung, pada kelas VIII (A-B) SMP Islam Nurul Imam Klampis,dokumentasi, wawancara, dan pemberian tes setelah penerapan model pembelajaranNHT (Numbered Heads Togheter) di kelas VIII-A sedangkan model PenbelajaranPemecahan Masalah (Problem Solving) di kelas VIII-B.Temuan hasil penelitian yaitu nilai rata – rata hasil belajar ilmu pendididkankewarganegaraan (PKn) pada kelas VIII-A yang diajarkan dengan menggunakanmodel pembelajaran NHT (Numbered Heads Togheter) 83,17 dan rata – rata hasilbelajar kelas VIII-B dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran pemecahan masalah(problem solving)79,44 dengan nilai thitung =6,78 dan ttabel =2,10 maka thitung lebihkecil dari ttabel (20,10> -6,78) dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima jadikesimpulannya terdapat perbedaan model pembelajaran HNT (Numbered HeadsTogheter) dan model pembelajaran Pemecahan Masalah (Problem Solving) yaitumodel pembelajaran menekankan terselesainya suatu masalah secara bernalarsedangkan sedangkan Model pembelajaran NHT (Nubered Heads Togheter) yaitumodel pembelajaran menekankan pada diskusi kelompok kemudian memberikan nomerpada masing – masing siswa serta pemberian pertanyaan sesuai dengan nomer yangditunjuk oleh guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaranCooperative Script terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan jenispenelitian kuantitatif pra eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tesyang berupa pretest dan posttest, angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisisdata menggunakan Uji-t sampel bebas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapatdisimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai –thitung < ttabel <thitung (-6,399 < 1,671 < 6,399) maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang artinya modelpembelajaran Cooperative Script berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Hasiluji validitas pada kelas eksperimen diperoleh nilai rhitung sebesar 0,90 sedangkanrtabel dengan n=34 pada taraf signifikansi 1% adalah 0,436 dan taraf signifikansi5% sebesar 0,339 dengan kriteria sangat tinggi (rhitung > rtabel) sedangkan untuk hasil uji validitas pada kelas kontrol diperoleh nilai rhitung sebesar 0,61 sedangkanrtabel dengan n=34 pada taraf signifikansi 1% sebesar 0,436 dan taraf signifikansi5% sebesar 0,399 dengan kriteria tinggi (rhitung > rtabel). Respon siswa terhadapmodel pembelajaran Cooperative Script berada pada kategori sangat baik denganpresentase sebesar 89%.
