Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam meningkatkan kemandirian belajar peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data Angket, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada SD Inpres Samberpasi berlokasi di Distrik Aimando Kabupaten Biak Numfor. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa guru sangat berperan penting dalam pembina dan membentuk sikap kemandiran dalam proses pembelajaran, karena 60% siswa sering nyontek, sedangkan 20% kadang-kadang dan yang tidak melakukan nyontek 0%. Hal demikian mengakibatkan siswa belum mampu secara mandiri dalam proses belajar, dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian bahwa 60% siswa belum mampu mengerjakan tugas secara mandiri. Oleh sebab itu, guru dituntut untuk berperan penting baik dalam menentukan tema pembelajaran, sehingga mampu membangun kemandirian siswa untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This study was aimed to find a theory about the study of civic education developed as a medium in promoting the public policy. This study used a qualitative approach, with the type of library research to explore liberal, communitarian and republican theories, with data sources consisting of textbooks, journals, and magazines with criteria of relevancy principles relating to research. While the technique of data collection using focused study, with primary source method is Th. Marshall and secondary sources of Peter H. Schuck (2003), Pettit 1997 and Thomas Janoski & Brian Gran (2002). This study showed that the theory of civic education on the concept of communitarian republican was very appropriate in promoting public policy, while liberal theory only leads to political democracy about the freedom to express opinions; however other elements were not appropriate because of it against the values of Pancasila.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of anti-corruption education by strengthening SMA Negeri 1 North Biak's character values. This type of qualitative research used a phenomenological approach to reveal events in the field. The collection technique employed participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Respondents in this study consisted of one school principal and all subject teachers, determined using cluster sampling. Data analysis utilized analysis through data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the lack of implementation of anti-corruption education in SMA Negeri 1 North Biak caused students’ characters not to be maximal in three aspects: (1) there is a need for an increase in moral knowledge in independent personality control, (2) there is a need for increased behavior that can increase self-confidence and self-control., and (3) there need to be good role models, both in the school and community environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kesesuain Program Gerakan Segoro Amarto (PGSA) dengan kebutuhan masyarakat,mengungkapkan implementasi PGSA berdasarkan dampak sosial ekonomi untuk mengetahui kendala implementasi PGSA di Kota Yogyakarta. Jenis penetian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan evaluasi program model CIPP. Penentuan subjek teknik purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Analisis data interaktif model . Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) PGSA dilaksanakan karena kepadatan penduduk masih tinggi, tingkat kemiskinan relatif besar, pergeseran nilai gotong royong, (2) Implementasi PGSA meliputi; sosialisasi, pendataan/pemetaan, penyaluran dana, pengambilan dana, penggunaan dana, monitoring/evaluasi, pelaporan, 3) Dampak sosial ekonomi cukup baik pada hubungan lingkungan sosial budaya, berkembangnya usaha ekonomi, memberantas kemiskinan, peningkatan pendidikan, peningkatan kesehatan, 4) Kendalanya, kurang adanya komunikasi yang baik, sosialisasi program terlalu cepat, bertumpuknya program masyarakat, usulan tanah program sulit terealisasi, kurang adanya pemanfaatan dana, kurang meratanya daya dukung masyarakat.Kata kunci: gerakan segoro amarto, penanggulangan kemiskinan AN EVALUATION OF YOGYAKARTA  MAYOR REGULATION NO.53 OF 2011 CONCERNING THE MOVEMENT OF SEGORO PROGRAM IN POVERTY REDUCTIONAbstractThis study aims to evaluate the suitability SAMP  with the community needs, as well as revealing SAMP implementation based on socio-economic impacts to determine SAMP implementation constraints in the city of Yogyakarta. The study used a model of CIPP program evaluation approach developed. The subjects purposive technique. The data collected using interview, documentation, and observation. analyzed using the interactive model. The results showed: (1) implemented SAMP because the population density is still high, poverty rate is still relatively large, the value of mutual cooperation. (2) The implementation SAMP include; dissemination, data collection / mapping, disbursement of funds, the withdrawal of funds, use of funds, monitoring / evaluation, reporting, (3) socio-economic effects quite well on the relationship socio-cultural environment, development of the economy, eradicate poverty, education health, improving health, (4) the constraints, lack of good communication, socialization program too quickly, the accumulation of the public program, the proposed program of land difficult to be realized, lack of utilization of the funds, uneven community supports.Keywords: segoro amarto movement program, poverty reduction,

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan di SD Negeri 2 Biak pelaksanaan model pembelajaran Tipe Make A Match mampu meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA), namun kenyataan dilapangan menunjukan bahwa peserta didik cenderung diam jika diberi pertanyaan. Karena model pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan selama ini kurang variatif, hanya bersifat konvensional pada setiap pembelajaran, serta kurang penguasaan guru terhadap model-model pembelajaran yang inovatif, sehingga model yang digunakan guru mata pelajaran IPA berorientasi pada model ekspositori, yaitu hanya mendengar, mencatat dan mengerjakan latihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan Model pembelajaran Cooperatif Tipe Make A Match dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Biak tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 di Kecamatan Samofa, Kabupaten Biak_Numfor .Jenis penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif. Populasi dan Sampel penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran IPA dengan teknik random sampling yang berjumlah 3 guru Mata Pelajaran IPA dan 27 Responden siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 2 di tambah 1 orang wali kelas. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui metode teknik observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan deskriptif kualitatif dengan yaitu. Display data, analisa data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan model Cooperative Learning Tipe Make A Match minat belajar siswa cukup baik yang dilihat berdasarkan Jawaban Responden 27 Siswa yang menunjukan bahwa Pelaksanakan Model Cooperative Learning Tipe Make A Match meningkatkan minat belajara siswa pada Mata pelajaran IPA, yang dilihat berdasarkan kerjasama antara kelompok dan terciptanya kemandirian. Adapun faktor pendorong dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan model Cooperative Learning Tipe Make A Match bersifat faktor ekternal dan internal, ekternal berkaitan dengan Kompetensi guru, penggunaan model yang tepat sesuai materi pembelajaran sedangkan internal berkaitan dengan kematangan siswa yaitu mentalnya, selalu melakukan latihan serta motivasi dari dalam diri serta lingkungan dan keluarga.

Abstract

Strategi pendampingan berbasis locality wisdom berorientasi pada naturalistic secara alamiah dalam pelaksana pendampingan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi selama proses program yang dijalankan, tidak semua prosedur pedampingan yang ditetapkan oleh pelaksana program mampu menyelesaikan masalah dengan kondisi dan klasifikasi lingkungan yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui strategi pendampingan Berbasi Locality Wisdom pada program guru penggerak Kabupaten Biak Numfor Provinsi Papua. Teknik Analis datamenggunakan Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan Wawancara, Dokumentasi dan FGD. Hasil penelitian menunjukan keberhasilan pendampingan Program Guru Penggerak dilakukan dalam menyelesaikan masalah menggunakan starategi Localitcy Wisdom yaitu (1) Pendamping berbasis Family, (2) Pendamping Berbasis Rekan Sejawat,(3) Pendamping Berbasis Budaya kinsor (4) Pendamping Berbasis Open Comunication

Abstract

The low level of nationalism knowledge has led to the prominence of autonomous region implementation concerning the status of local people, low social concern, increased religious symbolism, rising acts of violence, and social disharmony, which have become serious issues in society. The aim of this research is to produce the Peace Generation Games Learning Media to enhance global nationalism awareness among students at IISIP Yapis Biak Papua. The research uses the development model from Borg and Gall, which includes planning, product design, product validation, product trials, and final product. The validation showed no need for revision. The trial was conducted on students by measuring their accuracy in answering questions during the game within a 5-second duration to assess their knowledge of global nationalism. The average result of the Peace Generation Games without revisions shows that 20 students completed the game successfully. Based on the results, it can be concluded that this learning media is valid, practical, and effective, thus improving the learning process in enhancing global nationalism awareness among students.

Abstract

This study examines the potential of the Canva application to enhance foundational literacy skills, specifically reading and writing, among elementary students in the East Biak District. The research was motivated by the lack of formal digital literacy training and limited digital resources, which hinder effective learning. The objective was to explore how active teacher facilitation and systematic training in Canva-based media can improve student engagement, collaborative interaction, and overall literacy outcomes. A qualitative descriptive methods approach was employed, involving direct classroom observations, structured interviews with school principals and teachers, and expert assessments of learning media designs. Observations indicated that schools with active teacher support achieved higher student engagement and fewer technical difficulties, while interview responses underscored the need for targeted training and resource enhancement. Expert assessments confirmed that well-designed digital media positively influenced reading comprehension and writing fluency. The findings suggest that integrating digital tools like Canva, coupled with effective teacher facilitation, is critical for improving foundational literacy skills, thereby advocating comprehensive digital literacy initiatives in schools.
