Tapaktuan is a region of the west coast of Aceh which has high forest and biodiversity potential in Indonesia because most of this region is part of the Leuser Ecosystem which is known to have high biodiversity and needs to be preserved. land conversion is a big challenge for this region because of development and development activities as well as population growth. The purpose of this study is to identify land use using GPS devices. The method is by first grounding the field with GPS MAPS GARMIN type 60 CSx then the data is stored on the device. Next determine the position of the object points and then input using Mapsource software to be processed into ArcGIS. to obtain information in the field in the form of observations of land cover in the field and the coordinates. Based on the results of groundchek observations in the field as many as 299 points obtained 7 types of land cover in the field consisting of bodies of water, forests, plantations, dryland agriculture, vacant land, settlements, and shrubs. The coordinates were taken covering 15 villages in the Tapaktuan sub-district, South Aceh Regency.

Yuliddin Away Regional General Hospital (RSUDYA) as an institution provides individual health services in a complete manner that often experiences obstacles in providing optimum services to community, in some cases, complaints from the public. During this time, complaints are accommodated by the existence of a complaint box in each service division, but the use of this method is difficult to obtain accurate information and the process of executing these complaints requires a relatively long period. The implementation of information and communication technology in the form of applications is expected to improve responsive and informative service quality. Through the Android-based Complaints application, it was found that with the use of this application the community was easy in providing advice and criticism of the services of Yuliddin Away Hospital.

The importance of learning media and the development of technology is well-used Medan ATKP to continue to improve the quality of learning. The problem often encountered in avionic learning is the limited resource available because to access avionic learning the cadets must access from the LBT CBT and cannot be from elsewhere. This is because Avionic software is only installed in the lab and cannot be learned from outside the lab. The purpose of this study is to improve the digital avionic-VHF-HF Communication learning process that is packaged in multimedia animation to make it easier for cadets to learn avionic VHF-HF Communication without having access to a laboratory. The method used in this research is to use the Multimedia Development Life Cycle method, namely the Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution. The resulting output is an animated video production and publication to journal.

Each online based server cannot be fully secured from various external attacks that attempt to infiltrate the system. Server security is the most important part for administrators against intruders who carry out their actions in attacking computer systems, there are several attack methods that can be done, method like brute-force are usually deployed to attack computer security systems that are connected to the internet. In this study to overcome attacks penetrating into the server system, the port knoking method can be used as a step taken to prevent attacks that enter the system or also known as the authentication method. By using this port knoking method the administrator can control the system to be more secure from brute-force attackers addressed in certain parts such as SSH server and FTP server. So that users can perform services connected with SSH server and FTP server services, knocked functions as a port knocking daemon that is ready to receive port knocking authentication from the user then rewrites the firewall, so that the connected services can be secured from attacks that try to infiltrate the server system. Furthermore, Ip tables and uncomplicated firewalls function to build firewalls that will deny connections to the SSH server and FTP server services. So when a foreign user accesses SSH and FPT without first doing the autendiction, the firewall will reject the connection, but if the user passes the port knocking autendiction stage via sending SYN packets to the port provided in the knocking daemon port, then the knocking daemon port is will rewrite the firewall so users can connect to the SSH server and FPT server services.

This research produced a tsunami risk map of village’s community in Banda Aceh from a low level to a high level risk. Disaster risk analysis techniques involve a set of multi-criteria and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). GIS is used as a method to evaluate the multi-criteria which are made into spatial data and combining them into a risk map. Disaster risk assessment involves two factors: the tsunami hazard assessment and vulnerability of community. Tsunami hazard’s level is measured based on the map of the tsunami’s intensity by the number of damaged buildings that is produced by JICA study team on the Indian Ocean Tsunami in 2004, while the vulnerability of community is evaluated from hazard exposure and coping capacity of society in social, economic and physical dimension. Result of study shows two villages that have an extremely high degree of risk, 36 villages have a high degree of risk, 11 villages have a medium risk, 12 villages have a low risk and 29 villages have no risk at all.

Traffic problems become very important to minimize the number of accidents. Recorded in 2017, the death toll from accidents reached 703 people. While in 2018 503 people died or fell by 28%. This figure is considered to be the third largest killer, under coronary heart disease and tuberculosis / tuberculosis. Among several causes of accidents such as against the flow of traffic, stops on the road, pedestrians and speeds that are too low compared to other vehicles. Even though the traffic signs are already installed. The low level of awareness of road users will increase the number of accidents. A detection system for potential accidents is needed to reduce the risk and can be used for the investigation process if an accident occurs. The application of a traffic accident prediction system will be a solution to provide a warning of potential accidents. Early detection of incidents is very important to limit consequences such as delays for other road users, lower costs, less time commitment to emergency services, as well as to prevent accidents. Video processing obtained from CCTV installed at intersections, highways, bridges and tunnels will detect pedestrians and oncoming cars automatically. Detection is done by processing each video frame to determine the foreground by the Gaussian mixture models method of each video frame.

The fisheries and marine sector is one of the significant sectors in Aceh Province where more than 55% population of Aceh depend on this sector. Based on the results found in 2014 data collection, fisheries production by South Aceh fishermen reached 20,370.06 tons / year which was marketed inside and outside South Aceh. The problem to be examined in this study is to determine the flow chart of financial transactions in the marketing of fish at the Fish Landing Center level as part of efforts to determine the quality and safety of the catch. This research is designed to answer how the financial transaction process and payment process between market operators. The type of data used in this study is in the form of primary data and secondary data. Qualitative analysis is carried out descriptively which aims to find out deeply about financial transactions at the Lhok Pawoh Fish Landing Center. The results of this study indicate that the type of transaction used at the Fish Landing Center uses external transactions with the payment method divided into two types, namely cash payments and non-cash payments. Most of financial transaction process carried out by market operators at PPI Lhok Pawoh is using the non-cash payment method, except for muge motor which originating from outside of Lhok Pawoh Village, muge lapak and consumers who buy fish directly to PPI. In addition, It is also found that only 25% of muge motor make cash payments.

Home Automation is one of the advances in technology and communication by automating the control of electrical devices at home. With this method, home electronic devices can be controlled using a remote control system without having to touch the home appliances themselves. Along with the development of the operating system on mobile devices gives birth to innovation and creativity that is in line with the needs of its users, from mere communication tools to information centers. One of the innovations in the field of daily life of its users is Home Automation which allows control of electrical devices so that it can save electricity consumption at home that can be done remotely both in the same location or in other rooms with sensors and user interface design from Android to simplify monitoring. The Home Automation application communicates via MAC addresses on Android registered in Wemos D1, which Android can be used to control automatically, in this study using the Wemos D1 module as a brain or control center that will receive data from Android for later processing to the lamp output , motion sensor (PIR), DHT22 sensor, fan, and door lock by using a solenoid that can be controlled automatically from any sensors connected to the Wemos D1 microcontroller.
