Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of polyherbal extract of jeringau (Acorus calamus), temu mangga (Curcuma mangga), and garlic (Allium sativum) on the levels of Glutamate Oxaloacetate Transaminase (GOT) and Glutamate Pyruvate Transaminase (GPT) enzymes in rat hepar. The results of this study can be used as an indicator of the safety of using natural-based drugs on the body. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 9 treatments and 3 replications. Treatment consists of K- (without treatment), K + (clomiphene citrate dose of 0.9 mg/kg BW), P1 (combination 1 at dose 50 mg/kgBB, P2 (combination 1 at a dose of 75 mg/kgBB), P3 (combination 1 at a dose of 100 mg/kgBB, P4 (combination 2 at a dose of 50 mg/kgBB), P5 (combination 2 at a dose of 75 mg/kgBB), P6 (combination 2 at a dose of 100 mg/kgBB), P7 (Subur kandungan herb at dose of 75 mg/kgBB). The results showed the highest levels of GPT enzymes were found in the treatment group 3 with the administration of combination 1 extract with a dose of 100 mg / kg BW of 46.7 U/L and the lowest level at P7 14.4 U / L, while the highest GOT enzyme levels were found in P6 namely 57.6 U / L and the lowest at P4 23.3 U / L. The results of the levels of the two transaminase enzymes are still in the normal category. Keywords: Jeringau, Temu Mangga, Garlic, Hepar, GPT, GOT

Abstract

This report aims to review the influence of the use of learning model learning project based on skill collaboration education students science education UNM. The research is praeksperimen research. A design study used is one- shot case study. Subjects research is a student science education that doing lecture motion and change. Research instruments used to measure skill collaboration students is the instrument non the tests which consisted of rubric and the survey. Analysis of data done through descriptive statistics and statistics inferential. Analysis deskriktif statistics show that increased skill collaboration students when dibelajarkan use the model project is based learning about 18 of 29 students able to reach the score over the level of 1. Abstract

Weed is a part of OPT (Plant Disturbing Organism) besides plant pests and diseases. Weeds cause damage slowly, due to competition with cultivated plants to obtain nutrients, water, light, CO2 and growing space. Weeds are harmful and disturbing so humans try to control them. From various aspects of life both health, aesthetics, environment and the field of farming, weeds can interfere with natural habitat and beauty. Weeds are always considered as exotic plants or migrants that are invasive and potentially disrupt the local environment. However, not all weeds play a negative and potentially disturbing role. Weeds are also able to provide a comfortable habitat for the development of natural enemies in the agrosecosystem. Refugia is a weed plant area that can provide shelter, food sources or other resources for natural enemies such as predators and parasitoid. Efforts to conserve natural enemies using refugia are one alternative to controlling plant pest organisms such as pests. Keywords: Refugia, Weeds, Conservation, Natural Enemies

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the learning environment on the learning outcomes of Central Moluccas I Middle School student biologists. Knowing the effect of self-concept on the biology learning outcomes of students of Central Maluku Middle School I and find out the effect of the learning environment and self-concept together on the biology learning outcomes of Central Maluku Middle School I students. This type of research is ex-postfacto research with data collection techniques through questionnaires and student test scores of descriptive and inferential data analysis techniques (multiple regression). The results show that. (1) there is a significant influence between the learning environment on the biology learning outcomes of Central Maluku Middle School I students, (2) there is a significant influence between self-concept towards student biology learning outcomes, and (3) there is a significant influence between the learning environment and simultaneously on the achievement of biology learning. Abstract

One of the demands of the 2013 curriculum is the use of a scientific approach to learning. The existence of this approach certainly requires adequate knowledge by the teacher about learning and its implementation in the classroom. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe the relationship of the five stages of the scientific approach (5M) with the syntax of several learning models (discovery/inquiry learning, based learning, project based learning). To answer these objectives, references and relevant research results are used through library studies. Analysis of the relationship of the five stages of the scientific approach to the syntax of the learning model is done by a structural approach. The results of the study indicate that the scientific approach can be used together with the learning model. The five stages of the scientific approach can be synchronized with the syntax of the existing learning model. The results of this study are the provision of knowledge for teachers in preparing learning plans and applying them in classroom learning. Key Words: Scientific Approach, Syntax, Doscovery Learning
