Abstract

The brain tumor is a dangerous disease for humans that can interfere with the functioning of the human brain. Brain tumors can develop into malignant brain tumors or brain cancer and cause death, so early detection is necessary to diagnose brain tumor disease. One way of early detection is to use the anatomy of an MRI scan of health images. The MRI scan results can diagnose patients, but it takes longer time. Therefore digital image processing is needed to facilitate an analysis so that it can be seen in the brain image there are tumor cells or not. In addition to digital image processing, a system that analyzes and detects data is also needed. The Deep Belief Network (DBN) method is used to identify data. This study conducted trials on the learning rate and network architecture. The results of the identification of brain cancer using the DBN method obtained a sensitivity (TP rate) value of 90.9%, a specificity (TN rate) of 100%, an accuracy of 95%, and a precision of 100% with a learning rate of 0.1 and using a 4-12-10-1 network architecture.

Abstract

Data mining is a process of collecting meaningful data from some large information contained in information bases, information warehouses or other documentation places. Classification is an educated educational process (supervised learning). The universal classification procedures used include: Decision tree, K-Nearest Neighbor, Naïve Bayes, Neural Network, C4. 5 as well as SVM. Consideration of the classification method is tried to ensure the type of classification that shares the highest accuracy value of an object. The information used in this research is information from a questionnaire about customer satisfaction with the services of PT. Media Semesta Solutions, the factors used in this research are Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangibility. Based on the results of the comparative analysis, the information mining classification procedure is C4.5 and Naïve Bayes proves that the C4 method. 5 is more accurate than the Naïve Bayes method, this result is seen from the accuracy value where the C4 procedure. 5 has an accuracy value of 94, 17%, greater than Naïve Bayes with an accuracy value of 85.83%.

Abstract

Hate Speech can be orally or in writing which is expressed intentionally by someone for the purpose of spreading and leading to hatred between groups of people. The phenomenon of Hate Speech has become a hot topic. This is motivated by netizens who often express Hate Speech either in the comments column or in their personal status on social media. The impact of this phenomenon is the emergence of hatred in society which can lead to conflict. The purpose of this study is to implement the Naïve Bayes Theory in the classification of Hate Speech on Facebook. In this study Naïve Bayes is used as a Classfifier. Naïve Bayes method is applied to find the probability of words in documents would be categorized as hate speech or not hate speach. This Classfifier is implemented using Python programming language. In the Classfifier design stage, 500 data are collected randomly on Facebook. Data is divided by 80% - 20% , 400 text data for training and 100 text data for testing. The accuracy for hate speech classification in this study is 83%. These results are obtained from Classfifier evaluations using test data where the Classfifier correctly labels 83 out of 100 test data.

Abstract

A cinema is a movie theater. The development of cinema is very significant both in terms of facilities and technology. These facilities and technology are useful for attracting consumers to watch in the cinema. However, cinema still has problems with audience order. The first problem of order is in the cinema seats. This problem occurs because some spectators do not sit according to the seat number that has been booked on the cinema ticket and are free to move seats so that it can interfere with the comfort of the audience. This problem occurs when the cinema theater seats are not full. The second problem of order is at the theater exit. The problem occurred during the film, some audience members entered the theater through the exit door without paying the ticket in advance because the exit door was not locked and no one was guarding it. The design of the innovative cinema chair product is a cinema chair using an RFID Tag. The method used to design the product is Quality Function Deployment and is described using CATIA software. The customer needs for cinema chairs products are strong cinema chair frames, strong cinema seat foam pads, soft cinema seat fabric/cover, soft cinema seat foam, medium-sized cinema chairs, solid color cinema chairs and additional features of RFID. The technical characteristics of cinema chairs are iron material, wood material, cloth material, foam material, length dimension, width dimension, height dimension, color variation and RFID innovation. Cinema chair product specifications consist of the type of cinema chair material is black powder coating iron, multiplex wood, velvet fabric, foam foam, seat length dimensions of 76 cm, seat width dimensions of 57 cm, seat height dimensions of 110 cm, fabric color is solid and the additional feature is RFID.

Abstract

To find out that the Accurio Print Manager website application does not have an error / dysfunction, a test is carried out to minimize losses. Tests are carried out using the Black box method to find out wh ether from a functional point of view there are errors. The Equivalence Partition technique is carried out as a test so that when input is carried out it will produce the same output. Test cases are carried out to see whether an input will be responded to as expected or even vice versa.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic condition with the implementation of PPKM had a broad impact on the economic sector on people's lives, especially residents of Ciherang pondok village, Bogor. This occurs with the limit of all local area exercises so it is hard for them to have the option to address essential issues to get by. Most of Ciherang Pondok locals are farmers, laborers, and freelancers, the percentage of workers who have a fixed income is very small. For this condition, the village government provides cash social assistance. To be able to distribute the aid in a targeted manner,  was difficult so that the assistance distributed was not in accordance with the target of residents who should have received assistance but did not receive assistance from the village or vice versa. To overcome these obstacles, the TOPSIS method was applied as a decision support tool to sort out residents who were entitled and not entitled to cash social assistance from the Ciherang pondok village government by applying several criteria, including occupation, number of dependents, income, and homeownership. The total recipients of the temporary social assistance were 2800 people and the data processed by the TOPSIS method were taken as many as 234 people. The results of the sample who are entitled to receive as many as 172 people and are not entitled to 62. The parameter values generated from the TOPSIS method are entitled to receive 0.5 to 1 and are not entitled to receive below 0.5. the higher the parameter value, the more feasible it is to provide assistance. The eventual outcome is as a choice emotionally supportive network application to decide residents who are entitled to social assistance from the village government of Ciherang Pondok, Caringin Bogor.

Abstract

The progress of information on tourist attractions at this time has not been maximized in conveying information because many tourism places still use the system manually, such as providing brochures, pamphlets, and posters for tourists who visit tourism objects. That's why researchers are trying to develop chatbot applications. The chatbot application is a programming in Artificial Intelligent designed to be able to simulate direct conversations with humans. With the chatbot application, tourists can exchange information about tourist objects by asking the system like a discussion and can make it easier for tourists who want to visit such as out of town or even in the city with the chat bot application they can also check or see where there is a nearby tourist attraction. and it's not too far, especially during this pandemic, it's better not to leave the house, if you want to go to a tourist attraction, they just need to check the chat bot application on their respective cellphones.

Abstract

The company still uses manual recording of reports, namely using paper media in production activities, so during this pandemic it is quite difficult for admins and superiors to check reports. In addition, because the reporting process is still manual, data loss or data redundancy often occurs. This research designs and creates a web-based system to assist admins and superiors in checking reports. This system can provide item status reports, good item reports, service items, and damaged items, as well as monthly sales charts. For making this application using the agile method, where the application is made by collecting data which is then made an application that goes through the phases of planning, implementation, software testing, documentation, testing and maintenance. Based on the questionnaire on the satisfaction of using the system, a minimum number of 83.33 was obtained which indicates the application is in accordance with the company's request, where data can be stored properly and can detect double input data.

Abstract

Selection of Outstanding Teachers is an activity that is routinely carried out by the District Level at the end of each academic year. The manual system often causes difficulties for supervisors when the final assessment process is fast and precise and the selection is subjective, this happens because all criteria have not been given weight. With a good system, it can help facilitate the selection process for outstanding teachers. Therefore, a Decision Support System (SPK) is needed using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method, which means multi-attribute optimization and accurate solutions to facilitate supervisors in processing teacher selection. achievers. This research was proposed to build a DSS capable of providing objective decision recommendations and able to increase the speed of the decision-making process. This research has succeeded in applying the SMART method for the selection of outstanding teachers at the Lebak Wangi sub-district, Serang district.

Abstract

One of the information retrieval methods which be able to search root word of each word in document is stemming. Stemming process is done by eliminate prefixes, infixes, suffixes or confixes. Vega, Tala, Arifin and Setiono, Nazief and Adriani and Tala stemming are kind of Indonesian Language stemming. The method that is able to trace each character in sequence character is fingerprinting. Rabin-Karp algorithm is one of the fingerprinting method algorithms. This algorithm implement has function to process matching text/string, so it is really suitable to implement of text/string similarity detection. Researcher will analyze the effect of Nazief and Adriani stemming method to algorithm of Rabin-Karp performance to identify similarity of text/string. The researcher implemented datasets such as titles, keywords, introductions or abstracts from The Pamulang Informatics Engineering Journal which we had changed the wording. The result of the experiment data which has changed word order randomly that used stemming method has decreased 0.76% than without implemented stemming method. Furthermore, the experiment data which has been changed sentence order randomly has decreased 0.04% too.
