Abstract

Privacy is a basic thing inherent in every human being, including students. Laws that apply in every part of the country, including Indonesia, agree to protect human rights and fulfill the rights of every citizen. This study aims to analyze student privacy and education policy as a study of student rights in the perspective of Islamic education. The approach of this research is using qualitative with literature study method. Sources of data and study analysis materials were obtained from credible relevant scientific literature. The credible search pages that the researchers classify include google scholar, DOAJ, science direct, tandfonline, and moraref. The results of this study found that students have a high curiosity and express all their desires freely. This free desire is a separate limitation for students, so that they do not conflict with ethical and social norms that apply in society. On this basis, laws or policies related to discipline and discipline for students must be fair, equal, and egalitarian. Thus, students' rights are still fulfilled to develop self-potential expressively, and are directed at positive things according to the applicable regulations in educational institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the the essense of Islamic norm guiding the human being’s morality as long as he lives as a mukallaf in order to let the public know that Islamic teaching especially related to morality is very flexible, elastic, and adjustable to the real condition of everyone. So far the problem in relation to morality is its criteria of morality and of immorality. In genelal people know that the criteria of morality may be based on religion or humanism. It seems thjat people need the scientific, rather than natural, criteria as an alternative. The methods used in this research is qualitative based on the data collected from the various sources. The result of the research is that the Islamic norm of morality is flexible and its flexibility is shown by the principle that any behaviour can be said as good attitude if its advantages are more and bigger than its disadvantages both in this world and in the hereafter. The elements of Islamic morality-and-immorality are four: namely intention, deed, mukallaf and belief or disbelief. The four elements of morality may exist in everyone at any place and at any time. The Islamic morality is determined by the existence of belief and the three other elements. Without belief especially in God’s Oneness and in the existence of the hereafter, although there are three other elements which are the same as those existing in a believer, the Islamic morality cannot exist or appear although some people may judge that it is good attitude.

Abstract

The Quran is one of Allah's miracles revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW, in which its authenticity is maintained until the end of time. One way to maintain the Quran’s purity is to memorize it. Recently, the interest in memorizing the Quran has been significantly high among children and adults, evidenced by the establishment of tahfiz (Quran memorizing) institutions by the government, society, and private educational institutions. The high interest in memorizing the Quran is a form of God's guidance to maintain the purity of His words. Parents have a significant role in determining their children’s interest in memorizing the Quran. This unique phenomenon occurred in Aceh Besar Regency, the provincial capital and the busiest city in Aceh province. While busy with their career and roles as household heads or homemakers, Aceh Besar parents have successfully made their children hafiz and hafizah (Quran memorizers). This condition is undoubtedly interesting to be studied. This qualitative research observed four hafiz families in Aceh Besar Regency. The data were collected via observation and interviews. The result indicates that Aceh Besar families used talaqqī,  tasmī’, tikrāri, and muraja'ah as tahfiz learning methods, while they used individual (ifrādi), tsawāb wa iqāb, and uswah, as the techniques. It is concluded that the effective tahfiz learning model applied in Aceh Besar families is the طريقة تكاملية  (integrated method).

Abstract

The impact of the COVID-19 outbreak has changed social and educational fabrics. The disaster changed the new student registration system of Dayah MUDI Mesjid Raya from using a manual system to an online system. However, this change has reaped many obstacles in society, where today's technological developments have not yet entered all levels of society. So this is a big obstacle in the transformation of the new student registration system of Dayah MUDI Mesjid Raya Samalanga. Although there are many obstacles in the field, the dayah still tries to carry out an online registration system, even though they have to manually serve a small part of the registrant students. Although there are still many shortcomings in its management, the dayah has compiled guidelines and an implementation team in a good and orderly manner. This research includes qualitative research with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the new student registration model during the transformation of the new student registration system of MUDI Mesjid Raya Samalanga was following the flow of technology, namely online registration, where the internet became the main capital in the problem of registering new students. For those who register new students must fill out the online form / google form. Through the website www.mudimesra.com all requirements and procedures can be accessed. The quality of education at this institution has raised the standard from the admission of regular regular students who study the books of grade 1 in grade 1, now grade 2 books are directly studied in grade 1. So that the ability of the santri increases compared to the ability of the santri in other salafiyah dayah in Aceh.
