Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi dan persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat, pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) berhadapan dengan tantangan untuk memperluas usaha dan meningkatkan daya saing. Salah satu aspek kritis yang menentukan keberhasilan UMKM adalah menentukan lokasi usaha yang strategis. Keputusan yang tepat terkait tempat usaha dapat meningkatkan peluang usaha untuk berkembang, sementara kesalahan dalam pemilihan lokasi dapat membawa dampak negatif yang signifikan terhadap kelangsungan hidup bisnis. Dengan demikian, pemilihan lokasi yang tepat menjadi kunci dalam mengembangkan keunggulan kompetitif, menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas, dan meningkatkan keberlanjutan bisnis. Tujuannya penelitian ini dilaksanakan yakni untuk menerapkan metode Rank Sum dan Composite Performance Index (CPI) dalam pemilihan lokasi usaha untuk pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dengan akurat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pendekatan Runk Sum digunakan untuk menentukan bobot kriteria berdasarkan pemberian peringkat relatif pada setiap kriteria berdasarkan tingkat kepentingannya. Sedangkan metode CPI mampu menghasilkan alternatif terbaik melalui proses perhitungannya yang melibatkan penentuan indikator kinerja, penetapan bobot untuk masing-masing indikator sesuai dengan pentingnya relatif, dan agregasi nilai-nilai yang telah tertimbang menjadi satu nilai indeks. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dibangun terdapat fungsionalitas utama seperti pengelolaan data kriteria, alternatif, memberikan penilaian alternatif, perhitungan metode CPI secara otomatis dan menampilkan hasil alternatif terbaik berupa rangking. Pada studi kasus yang telah diselesaikan didapatkan alternatif terbaik yaitu Dermaga Raya (A4) mendapatkan skor 127.38. Hasil perhitungan manual yang sesuai dengan hasil yang diperoleh oleh sistem menunjukkan validitas sistem yang dikembangkan. Selain itu, pengujian menggunakan pendekatan black-box testing menunjukkan bahwa sistem tersebut dapat beroperasi dengan baik.

Abstract

The problem that often occurs is that many users use unsafe devices to carry out the login process, for example using laptops, mobile phones and other devices in public spaces such as terminals, airport stations, public libraries, cafes and even internet cafes. One of the important steps in the security and authentication process. This verification ensures that the account owner has access to the email address used to register or log in to a service. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security method that requires users to provide more than one form of authentication to access a system or application. Research focuses on evaluating the security of MFA, using appropriate metrics (such as authentication success rate, successful attack rate, or discovered vulnerabilities) to assess the effectiveness of MFA. Implementing MFA on email accounts is not only a wise security measure, but also a recommended practice to protect personal information and reduce online security risks

Abstract

Solar energy is one of the New Renewable Energy (EBT) which is used specifically to meet electrical energy needs by converting it using a device often called a solar panel. Solar panels are generally arranged in PLTS in open areas so they have the potential to be exposed to dirt such as dust which can accumulate over a certain time and cause a reduction in the efficiency of sunlight irradiance on the surface of the solar panels. The solar panel cleaning system in solar power plants (PLTS) usually still uses conventional methods, namely cleaning by human power. In current technological developments, many automatic cleaning tools have been developed, but most of them in the field are only able to support a tool mass of under 10 kg. To clean a large 330 Wp solar panel, a frame construction is needed as a panel holder that can support a device mass of more than 10 kg, so in this paper a solar panel frame is designed that can support a weight of up to 40 kg. This tool is designed with a mechanical system that is able to support a larger mass of tools than is generally available in the field. In terms of mechanical system, the frame design of this tool uses a rectangular shape with hollow iron material to maintain a balanced position and is driven by a motor with a pully system as a kinetic energy transmission system for rotational motion using a High Torque motor. From the research results, it was found that the tool was able to work with a mass of 40 kg, a power consumption of 53.15 Watts with a tool operating time of 4 hours.

Abstract

This research aims to improve promotion and information about handicraft products "Kopiah Jangang" from Beringin B Village, Tapin Regency. Currently, the production site is constrained in the sales section which only delivers from shop to shop and also the production house is constrained because it cannot use smartphones in marketing Jangang Kopiah, and there is no promotional video that can help market the product more widely. The method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). The result is a promotional video with a duration of 4:38 minutes that pays attention to each scene and the meaning that is inserted to help "Kopiah Jangang" craftsmen and the Tapin Regency Tourism Office in promoting this product. In conclusion, this promotional video successfully uses Videography and Cinematography techniques well.

Abstract

This study aims to implement Google Maps API technology and the Havershine algorithm in the Emergency Reporting System (ERS) application at the Polrestabes Makassar, where this system runs on Android with quick access for user using the buttons on the screen and the volume up button. System development in this application uses the waterfall method with the UML (Unified Modeling Language) design language. Meanwhile, software using JAVA, PHP, HTML, CSS, Java script and MySql is used for database management. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews and literature study. Based on the results of testing by 18 respondents consisting of 12 members of the public or reporters and 6 officers, it was found that the average percentage of respondents' scores for questionnaire questions was 82.5% with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.73. It can be concluded that the emergency reporting system application is considered very reliable. Testing this application using a button on the application screen ran smoothly on the first try with the average time the victim pressed the button to record less than 1 second or 0.64 seconds and the time it took for a message to reach the helper or police officer was 11.66 seconds. Testing the emergency notification application using the volume up (+) button on the device completed smoothly in 1.55 trials with the average time between the victim pressing the volume button and recording being 5.00 seconds and the time until the rescue team arrived was 14.00 seconds. This time includes the time required to set the maximum volume and activate the device screen. The percentage of correspondence between the accurate location points of the reporter and the recipient of the report using the Google Maps API with the Havershine algorithm to determine the relevant police station based on the closest distance is approximately 75% accurate on average with a distance difference of approximately 45.5 meters.

Abstract

In the agricultural sector, soil nutrient content has a very important role. Many farmers rely on limited information when selecting soil for cultivation, which often leads to crop failure and losses due to mismanagement of the soil. To overcome this problem, this study created a soil nutrient detection system that can help farmers classify the soil nutrients needed. This research uses the Soil NPK Sensor, where the determination of nutrient content is carried out through three main parameters, namely the value of N, P, and K. The data obtained from these sensors is then processed by the Arduino Wemos Esp32 microcontroller using the Hardware Programming Method. This research aims to develop a soil nutrient content detection tool that includes measurements of Moisture, pH, Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium. The tool uses NPK sensors embedded in the ground to collect data, which is then sent to Blynk's pre-programmed platform. The test results showed the performance of the tool with average levels up and down for Nitrogen of 8.2mg/Kg, Phosphorus 3.2mg/Kg, and Potassium 5.8mg/Kg. Overall, the average NPK content in the soil was Nitrogen 75mg/Kg, Phosphorus 64.3333mg/Kg, and Potassium 67.1667mg/Kg. This data can be accessed and monitored by farmers or users through the Blynk application on smartphones or laptops. The main focus of the study is to evaluate the performance of detection tools and provide relevant information for farmers in managing their land more efficiently.

Abstract

In the midst of increasingly complex business dynamics, the need for efficiency in warehouse management is crucial for the smooth supply chain of a company, one of the solutions that is the main focus is the application of a web-based warehouse information system. PT. Indonesia TRC Industry is a manufacturing company. It was found that the management of item data is still done manually which has not been integrated with the database and only relies on the miscrosoft excel application. So there are difficulties in managing data goods where finding data in a certain period of time takes a long time. One solution to overcome existing problems PT. Indonesia TRC Industry needs to implement a website-based warehouse data management application that is integrated with the database. By using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. With the implementation of a website-based goods data management application, it can create an integrated application with a database, so that it can make it easier for users to find financial data at a certain period of time and make it easier to make stock reports.

Abstract

AbstractLung cancer is a significant health problem worldwide because it is difficult to treat and often caused by factors such as smoking and lifestyle choices. Early detection and accurate classification are crucial for assisting patients. Lung cancer remains a major global health challenge due to its late detection and the complexity of its treatment options. Advancements in deep learning, a form of artificial intelligence that mimics the way humans learn, are offering new hopes for earlier detection and more accurate classification of this disease through the analysis of medical images. This review paper explores recent progress in the use of deep learning techniques, specifically focusing on how these methods are applied to improve lung cancer diagnostics. Our study delves into several types of neural networks such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), and Graph Neural Networks (GNNs), which have been adapted to analyze complex medical imaging data effectively. These networks help in identifying and classifying cancerous tissues from lung scans with a higher degree of accuracy than traditional methods, which rely heavily on human interpretation. We review a variety of models and approaches that demonstrate significant improvements in detecting lung cancer features from imaging studies like CT scans. These models not only enhance the accuracy but also reduce the time needed for diagnosis, which is crucial in improving patient outcomes. The paper discusses the specific roles of these models in automating the detection processes, their efficiency, and how they overcome some of the common challenges in lung cancer diagnosis, such as dealing with ambiguous or incomplete images. Furthermore, we address the challenges still facing deep learning applications in this field, including the need for large, annotated datasets and the computational demands of training complex models. Despite these challenges, the future looks promising due to the continuous improvements in computational power and the increasing availability of medical data.

Abstract

Public service is a standard for assessing the performance of state institutions, this makes the Pamekasan District Prosecutor's Office through the Intelligence Section want to improve public services in the aspect of managing public complaints using the Information System for Handling and Administering Public Complaints (SIPEDAS), but its use still encounters several problems, resulting in management complaints take a long time. So that the use of the system can be optimized and the performance of public services in the field of managing public complaints can be improved. The research was carried out using descriptive inferential methods with a quantitative approach and implementation of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method framework with data collection techniques using questionnaires, sampling using Probability Sampling Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling and participant observation on employees of the Intelligence Section of the Pamekasan District Prosecutor's Office, processing and validity testing. data using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of the mapping of supporting and inhibiting factors were obtained which resulted in recommendations for optimizing the use of the Information System for Handling and Administering Public Complaints (SIPEDAS) application, so that it could be used as a basis for improvements in improving the performance of managing public complaints in the Intelligence Section of the Pamekasan District Prosecutor's Office.

Abstract

Merokok di lingkungan sekolah merupakan pelanggaran tata tertib sekolah, dimana kegiatan tersebut bertolak belakang dengan visi dan misi sekolah. Posisi toilet sekolah yang tertutup serta berada di bagian pojok sekolah, membuat lokasi tersebut menjadi lokasi favorit siswa untuk merokok di lingkungan sekolah. Kurangnya efektifitas jangkauan guru dan petugas piket sekolah dalam melakukan monitoring terhadap lokasi toilet sekolah tersebut, menjadi masalah baru yaitu siswa merokok di toilet sekolah. Adanya rancangan alat dan sistem peringatan menggunakan sensor sebagai detector, merupakan langkah dalam mengantisipasi terjadinya aktifitas siswa yang merokok di toilet sekolah. Sensor MQ2 sebagai detector kontaminasi udara dari asap rokok, dan Arduino uno sebagai mikrokontroller yang mengatur sistem dari sensor MQ2 tersebut. Rancangan alat ini, dapat memberikan peringatan kepada guru dan petugas piket di sekolah, apabila ada siswa yang sedang melakukan aktifitas merokok di toilet sekolah setelah mendapatkan bunyi dari buzzer. Alat pendeteksi asap rokok dirancang menggunakan sensor MQ2 yang mendeteksi kadar asap rokok di udara toilet, dan Arduino uno sebagai pengendali melakukan validasi kadar asap dalam udara dengan membunyikan buzzer saat validasi kadar asap rokok di udara toilet tersebut terdeteksi oleh sensor. Peringatan buzzer yang berbunyi, menjadi salah satu indikator bagi guru dan petugas piket sekolah, bahwa ada aktifitas pelanggaran tata tertib sekolah yaitu merokok di toilet sekolah. Hal ini bisa mewujudkan efektifitas kegiatan monitoring guru dan petugas piket sekolah, serta menjadi efek jera untuk siswa yang melakukan kebiasaan merokok di toilet sekolah, karena adanya alat pendeteksi asap yang akan berbunyi dan memberikan peringatan terhadap pelanggaran tersebut. Dengan adanya masalah yang terjadi yaitu siswa merokok di toilet sekolah, maka di rancanglah alat pendeteksi asap rokok tersebut menggunakan sensor detector asap MQ2 dengan Arduino Uno yang menghasilkan bunyi buzzer sebagai acuan dari indikator adanya asap rokok di udara toilet tersebut.
