Abstract

Background: Returning BPJS Health claim status required some outpatients data, therefor this study conducted to understand the medical information needed for the BPJS Health claim.Objective: The objective of this paper was returning BPJS Health claim status required some outpatients data, therefor this study conducted to understand the medical information needed for the BPJS Health claim.Methods: Retrospective analysis with quantitative approach. Variables were groups of cases in the form of confirmation from BPJS Health related to reviews on pending claim files, differentiated according to the type of case. As far as observations could be grouped into 8 confirmation groups as the theme of the cases taken 396 samples of pending claim files at XXX Hospitals Semarang Central Java Indonesia. Data collection was obtained from observations. Data analysis used quantitative analysis.Results: 16.9% were confirmation related to Z code as diagnosis, 11.1% were confirmation of secondary codes, 17.2% were confirmation of potential outpatient and inpatient care, 7.6% were system confirmation, 11.6% were confirmation related to medical support, 11.1% were confirmation regarding number of visits, 5.3% were confirmation related to medical actions, and 19.2% were other confirmations, which contains about authentication, administrative documents, patient identity.Conclusion: Completeness of medical information on outpatients from emergency departments and polyclinic of BPJS Health patients were confirmation related to Z code as diagnosis, confirmation of secondary codes, confirmation of potential outpatient and inpatient care, system confirmation, confirmation related to medical support, confirmation regarding number of visits, confirmation related to medical actions, and other confirmations.

Abstract

Background: Infants aged 0-12 months sleep 10-18 hours per day. Deep sleep in babies has been shown to affect brain development, so it is critical to ensure the baby is sound asleep. Parents must be able to provide a safe environment for their baby and know how to calm them when they cry. Indonesian culture and values have a strong influence on the care of babies after birth. Swinging is a method that mothers have used since primitive times to muffle their baby's crying.Objective: The purpose of this study is to describe the efforts of mothers in Indonesia who swing while humming to calm crying babies.Methods: This study is a simple narrative review in which articles were found using three databases: neliti.com, garuda.kemdikbud.go.id, and Google scholar. Swinging and ngayun are some of the keywords used.Results: According to the search results, 8 out of 187 articles explain that swinging (baayun, bapukung, and ngayun) and humming (dindang, lulabi, or lullabies) are effective in calming children when they cry and can induce sleep in babies.Conclusion: In babies, the process of swinging, which is usually followed by humming, can reduce both the duration and frequency of crying

Abstract

Background: In the 2020 RPJMN, main focus the government is promotive and preventive. Promotive and preventive efforts can be built from the Posyandu level. The Posyandu monitors the health conditions of mothers and children on a monthly basis. Monitoring is carried out by health cadres.Objective: To find out the perception of health cadres related to Posyandu and Posyandu information systems in Sukoharjo Village.Methods: The type of research that will be used in this research is qualitative research. The research subject is the selection of some of the Posyandu cadres in Sukoharjo Village as respondents to evaluate the quality of information between before and after system development. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. Content analysis is used to analyze qualitative data derived from the results of in-depth interviews and observations related to the development of information systems.Results: Shows that most of them are in the young category (31-47 years) by 8 people (62%), the majority of education is high school education/equivalent as many as 8 people (62%), and with work most of them are housewives as many as 9 people (69%) . Perception consists of 5 dimensions, 4 dimensions related to Posyandu as a whole, namely related to the duties of Health cadres, Posyandu implementation techniques, barriers to Posyandu implementation, and coordination of Health workers with cadres. Meanwhile, in another dimension related to the posyandu information system, the focus is on the views of cadres related to the expected posyandu information system.Conclusion: In the perception of cadres related to posyandu and posyandu information systems, there are 5 main dimensions.

Abstract

Background: Based on the Indonesian Toddler Nutrition Status Survey (SSGBI), the number of stunting is 38%, this figure is second highest number in East Java. This survey was conducted at 33 special locations (locuses) in Bangkalan, involving 300 samples and the results were 38% experienced stunting. Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between mother's knowledge about complementary foods and the sex of toddlers with the incidence of stunting. Methods: analytic research method with a cross-sectional approach, independent variable is mother's knowledge of complementary foods and the sex of toddlers, dependent variable is stunting. The research sample was 30 toddlers. Univariate test using frequency distribution table and bivariate test with regression 0.05 Results: Most of the knowledge of mothers about complementary foods is 66.7%, statistical test shows 0.141 > 0.05 (ρ>α) meaning that there is no relationship between mother's knowledge about complementary foods and the incidence of stunting. Most of the sexes of toddlers are male, namely 60%, statistical test shows 0.014<0.05 (ρ<α) meaning that there is a relationship between the sex of toddlers and the incidence of stunting. Conclusion: Mother's knowledge about complementary foods has no relationship with stunting, the gender of toddlers has a relationship with stunting.

Abstract

Background: Adolescence is a stage towards adulthood. One of the problems that often occurs in adolescents is nutritional status problems. Good nutritional status can be seen with lifestyle in everyday life that affects the health of adolescents in their growing period. To overcome this, it is necessary to have self-awareness in adolescents in maintaining good nutritional status in improving a healthy lifestyle. Objective : To determine the corelations between physical activity and sleep duration with nutritional status in students of class 2019 Public Health Study Program at the institute health science surya global Yogyakarta in 2022. Methods : The type of research used in this research is quantitative with Cross Sectional. The population in this study was all students of the 2019 class of public health study programs with a total population of 173 respondents. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling with a sample size of 64 respondents. Data were analyzed using Kendal Tau statistical test. Results: The results showed that there was a relationship between physical activity and nutritional status with a significance value of 0.02 where the significance value was <0.05. While in the second variable there is no relationship between sleep duration and nutritional status with a significance value of 0.95 where the significance value is > (0.05). Conclusion: There is a relationship between physical activity and nutritional status in students of the 2019 batch of public health study programs at STIKes Surya Global Yogyakarta. However, there is no relationship between sleep duration and nutritional status in 2019 students of the Public Health Study Program of STIKes Surya Global Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Background: The Rhesus blood group system is determined by the presence or absence of the D-antigen, and has clinical importance because it can cause Haemolytic Transfusion Reaction (HTR) and Haemolytic Disease of the Newborn (HDN). There are several variants of the D-antigen which are weak, so it will be detected as Rhesus Negative.Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the prevalence of the Rhesus D weak blood group variant in DKI Jakarta Province, so that it could determine the identity status of the blood group correctly.Methods: The samples used in this study were whole blood samples with a maximum storage time of three days in the blood refrigerator. The examination used in this study is the Indirect Antiglobulin Test (IAT).Results: Rhesus Dweak variant was detected in 103 samples examined using the IAT examination method.Conclusion: Determination of the Rhesus variant in individuals is necessary to prevent clinical impact on the patient. Further examination is needed to ensure the D-antigen of the Rhesus blood group

Abstract

Background: The National Exclusive Breastfeeding Coverage is 80%. Coverage below 80% is found in 34 Public Health Centers in Malang Regency, one of which is in Poncokusumo Health Center, namely the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding is 77.43%.Objective: The objective of this study was to examine the effect of red spinach on breast milk production for postpartum mothers in Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency.Methods: This type of research is a quasi-experimental with the one group pretest posttest design. The population of this study were postpartum mothers (0-40 days) in Poncokusumo District, as many as 30 people with accidental sampling technique. Giving red spinach for 5 days. In one serving, given 100 grams of red spinach. The analysis of this study was processed using a computerized system, in the form of univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using Mc Nemar's test, with a value of = 0.05.Results: The results of McNemar's analysis found that there was a significant difference between the number of mothers with non-current and smooth milk production after treatment (p 0.000).Conclusions: The results of this study indicate that the treatment of giving red spinach vegetables can increase breast milk production in postpartum mothers in Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency. This is because red spinach (Amaranthus tricolor L) which also contains phytoestrogens in increasing and smoothing breast milk.

Abstract

Background: This research on electronic medical records referring to Human Organization Technology (HOT-fit) procedure aims to figure out factors that affect implementation of electronic medical records that are in line with the cases investigated in this research.Objective: Knowing the implementation of electronic medical records in hospitals with the HOT-Fit method from various journals.Methods: Literature review to examine five journals on electronic medical records in hospitals with the HOT-fit method. Secondary data are collected and analyzed descriptively.Results: Based on 6 journals analyzed, it is shown that the implementation of EMR can facilitate staff in medical services. Human factor in system usage variables is an important part and has the biggest benefits. System implementation also becomes a main requirement in EMR operations that can be measured from system’s benefits such as on performance, efficiency and effectiveness on an organization activity.Conclusion: Human Factor plays the major influence, but it has to be monitored. Technological factors. Organization factor shows that RME is already adjusted with user needs and ease of use

Abstract

Background: The prevalence of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance in Indonesia in 2014 was 4,034,635 women (50-75%). More than two-thirds (69%) of women aged 18-40 years are overweight or obese, and women with PCOS who are overweight or obese constitute a large group at risk for cardiometabolic and psychological disorders. Objective: To determine the clinical profile and nutritional status of women with Down syndrome. polycystic ovaries. Methods: This study is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional design, conducted to analyze 30 women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.Results: Most PCOS symptoms are experienced by women with obesity II nutritional status, experiencing symptoms of irregular menstruation, acne, acanthosis nigricans, alopecia, fatigue, sleep apnea, hirsutism, and infertility compared to respondents who are obese I and overweight. Conclusion: Nutritional status is one of the factors that influence the occurrence of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Abstract

Background: The Government of Indonesia requires basic immunization for infants aged less than 1 year to reduce morbidity, disability, and infant mortality from preventable diseases. Objective: To find out the factors related to the completeness of basic immunization for children during the pandemic in Sleman Yogyakarta. Methods: This study used a cross sectional approach carried out in the work area of ​​the Berbah Public Health Center, Sleman Yogyakarta. The data collection technique in this study used a total sampling technique with the number of respondents as many as 42 mothers who had children aged 9-24 months. Bivariate data analysis using chi square test. Results: It was found that maternal education (P=0.024), family support (P=0.010) had a significant relationship to the completeness of basic immunization in infants. Conclusion: Mother's knowledge and family support are factors that have a strong relationship with the completeness of basic immunization in children.
