Abstract

Nowadays, the development of information communication technology (ICT) and global economic growth. Information and communication technology facilitates communication between members of society and the world of work which is not limited by space and time. Communication skills refer to the ability to identify, access, utilize and optimize communication tools and techniques to receive and convey information to other parties. The Electrical Engineering Education FPTK Indonesian University of Education (UPI) intends to conduct training on 21st century learning strategies for teachers at SMKN 1 Cisarua. From the results of the implementation of the training activities at this PKM it can be concluded that this activity ran smoothly, the enthusiasm of schools in Bandung Raya in delegating participants was also quite good because this material was felt to be very important for every teacher to be able to make 21st century teaching aids.

Abstract

Sistem monitoring yang digunakan di STMIK “AMIKBANDUNG” saat ini adalah berbasis web tanpa adanya dukungan atau dokumentasi untuk memiliki modul deteksi masker yang berbasis machine learning. Machine learning merupakan cabang ilmu kecerdasan buatan yang meliputi pembangunan sistem yang berdasarkan pada data. Dalam penelitian ini, machine learning diterapkan dalam pengembangan deteksi masker. Hasil akhir dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem deteksi masker yang lebih efektif dan efisien dari segi program, didukung dengan antarmuka dan user experience yang interaktif, dan disertai dokumentasi supaya program dapat dikembangan lebih lanjut. Dengan memanfaatkan kecerdasan buatan, pihak kampus dapat membuat keputusan lebih mudah berkat dukungan statistik yang menunjukkan jumlah pelanggaran melalui antarmuka situs web. Abstract

PT XYZ is engaged in information, communication technology (ICT) and telecommunication network services in Indonesia which prioritizes Occupational Safety and Health (K3). Especially in the Service and Administration work units which have potential hazards such as decreased vision, ergonomics, computer equipment and fire, and Occupational Safety and Health (K3) one form of effort to create a safe, healthy and comfortable work environment can make work more enjoyable productive, efficient and guarantee the quality of work. Based on the research results, it is necessary to carry out hazard identification and risk research and control to prevent and reduce the potential for work accidents. By conducting research at PT XYZ in order to achieve the objectives of the OHS program, namely Zero Accident in accordance with the company's OHS procedures using the HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control) method, it is a process of identifying hazards (Hazard Identification) that can occur in all activities carried out by the company where to conduct risk research (Risk Assessment) and make risk controls (Risk Control) in order to minimize the level of accident risk. The potential reduction that can occur also needs to be made after making risk controls as well as a reference or target of the controls applied and making suggestions to PT XYZ company to prevent and control work accidents

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia industri semakin meningkat pesat dari waktu ke waktu. Masalah peningkatan produktivitas tidak dapat lepas dari faktor manusia yang dapat diamati, diteliti, dianalisa dan diperbaiki. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penerapan metode 5S di unit logistic PT XYZ. Melalui metode ini area kerja akan lebih terkontrol dan teratur serta mempermudah proses pemecahan masalah dan menganalisa hasil pengolahan melalui manajemen penelitian yang baik. Dengan tujuan untuk memberikan perbaikan dan meningkatkan produktivitas aspek lingkungan kerja agar terciptanya tempat kerja yang kondusif, aman dan nyaman di setiap stasiun kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada unit logistic di PT XYZ maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa unit tersebut sudah menerapkan metode 5S di area perusahaan. Ada beberapa kendala internal dan eksternal. Seperti Seiri, pemisahan barang membedakan antara barang yang diperlukan dan tak diperlukan. Seiton dimana pengelompokan barang, memberi tanda pengenal pada barang. Seiso yaitu membersihkan tempat atau lingkungan kerja agar tidak terdapat debu atau kotoran dan sampah yang berserakan. Seiketsu menunjukan keadaan barang yang rapi dan menjaga keadaan yang sudah baik melalui standart. Kemudian yang terakhir Shitsuke disiplin di tempat kerja merupakan pengembangan kebiasaan positif

Abstract

The level of occupational safety and health (K3) of employees is needed when employees carry out work activities. Especially for employees who work in a work environment that has high safety and health risks, because work safety in the company is not only caused by the system that has been implemented by the company but also the awareness of each individual to avoid work accidents. This study aims to determine the application of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) at the Bandung Indah Plaza Mall (BIP). Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) at the Bandung Indah Plaza Mall is carried out well. Seeing from several important indicators that have been implemented according to standards, the risk of occupational safety and health at the BIP Mall.

Abstract

The Poka Yoke method process is used to prevent simple mistakes made by human labor. CV Im Project is an online shop engaged in the stripping clothing industry which will be marketed on the online marketplace, Im Project located at Graha Puspa. In this study, Quality Control (QC) was carried out, which had the responsibility of selecting goods according to selling quality standards, then researchers analyzed and looked for errors that often occur in the CV Im Project. After several errors were found, such as stubborn stains, torn croton, color transfer and holes, only the front and back were seen. Less effective because double sorting results in a waste of time so there are still many defects in the blazer. The next step is for researchers to look for alternative solutions to errors that occur using the Poka Yoke method. The findings from this study are that the previous Quality Control process was not thorough, so many blazers are still not available for sale. And there are still many problems that will occur or may occur. With all these problems a negative impact on the Im Project industry. The purpose of this research is expected to be the initial solution for sorting blazers according to market standards. Based on the results that have been obtained in this study, namely defects in blazers are better than before with fewer defects and are corrected. The poka yoke method yields effective results and provides suggestions to the CV Im Procect industry to make mistakes and control the quality of goods.

Abstract

Divisi Value Added Service (VAS) PT XYZ seringkali tidak dapat mencapai target produksi yang ditetapkan. Identifikasi awal menunjukkan faktor penyebab keterlambatan yaitu menunggu datangnya material pendukung. Metode Lean Warehouse berdasarkan konsep Lean Manufacturing digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan akar dari jenis pemborosan dan mendapatkan solusi yang tepat untuk mengurangi waktu tunggu stiker dan pelabelan Bedtime Lotion produk 100ml. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan urutan persentase waste yaitu defect waste 22,40%, overproduction waste 16,76%, motions waste 16,32%, inventory waste 14,47%, transportation waste 10,70%, process waste 10,59% dan waiting waste 8,77 %. Terdapat peningkatan pada aktivitas Non Value Added (NVA) yang semula berjumlah 430 detik menjadi 395 detik, sedangkan pada aktivitas Value Added (VA) yang semula berjumlah 700 detik menjadi 632,8 detik setelah dilakukan perbaikan atau penurunan waktu sebesar 0,35% pada aktivitas Non Value Added (NVA), sedangkan pada aktivitas Value Added mengalami penurunan sebesar 0,672%.

Abstract

Passive High Pass Filter will be discussed in this paper; the filter itself is a circuit that determines the amount of a certain frequency to be streamed and will reject frequencies that are not suitable. Meanwhile, a passive filter is an electrical circuit that can block intervals at certain signal frequencies to filter incoming signals. The benefit of passive filters is that they can be used at higher frequencies because their dimensions are larger than active filters. Measurement of the voltage gain in the Passive High Pass Filter circuit using laboratory methods using a simulation approach with the Circuit Wizard simulator or directly. The research method consists of two experimental scenarios that aim to compare the signals generated from stage I to stage V. For the scenario I, the simulation is carried out using the Circuit Wizard simulator. The capacitor is one of the reactive components that will offer a variety of resistance to different frequency signals based on a High Pass RC Filter circuit with a capacitor that has a high value of resistance to low frequencies or resistance to high-frequency transmissions will be minimal. The capacitor feature makes it resistant to low-frequency or DC signals, so only high-frequency signals can travel through the capacitor and block the path of low-frequency impulses. The high pass filter can attenuate or maintain low frequencies below the cut-off frequency while passing high signal frequencies or passing signals above them.

Abstract

CV Manis Maqbul Jaya is a Specialist Interior Design company, Furniture Production, Contractor Consultant and Kitchen Set Design. In the warehousing process carried out by CV Manis Maqbul Jaya, they still use the manual method, namely the process of goods entering the warehouse and the process of goods leaving the warehouse by recording using a book. Warehousing is used for the storage of goods, namely raw materials and finished goods (Production). The recording of manual inventory updates causes the accumulation of transaction data for incoming and outgoing goods, due to delays in delivering information from store clerks and production officers to warehouse officers or vice versa. so that the process of releasing goods is carried out not based on storage or expiration dates, resulting in damaged or expired old goods. These problems can be overcome by creating a warehousing application using the FIFO (First in First Out) method, where the first item that enters means that the item is the first one out. The warehouse application is software that functions to record and monitor all activities of goods leaving the warehouse and entering the warehouse in real-time. This application is made on a web-based basis to assist the process of recording inventory updates, accurate goods data can be used as an evaluation of incoming goods as an inventory report, thus facilitating the process of running calculations in inventory recording by paying attention to the quality of wood and the expiration of goods used in the warehousing process.

Abstract

Digitalization played an important role in the last 10 years. The development of digital payment technologyhas changed people's lifestyles in making transactions. Lots of SMEs use the internet to develop their business, expand their coverage and facilitate payment transactions. Digital payments really help make it easier for SMEs to make transactions easier. With the increasing number of digital transactions, data security and privacy are of particular concern to SME players. These critical considerations include how to store data, access data, and ensure data privacy is safe when making transactions. To deal with data security and privacy issues, blockchainbased technology using the Hyperledger fabric will be very helpful. Hyperledger Fabric is a permissioned blockchain technology that provides a way to secure interactions between members in groups on a blockchain node. In this paper, we will show how to implement the Hyperledger fabric to store, manage and maintain data or information to maintain data confidentiality when making transactions
