Indocement is a cement producing company that has been established since 1985, and already has 13 factories located in 3 areas, namely Bogor, Palimanan and Tarjun. In a factory there are several work units including production, electrical and mechanical. In the mechanical part there is a spare part storage warehouse, which is used to store spare parts for production machines. The warehouse currently used is not too large in size only 10m x 5m. The number of spare parts that are stored very much with various sizes of spare parts ranging from small to large size spare parts, storage does not seem based on the type and size so that many small spare parts are piled up and not visible because they are covered by larger sized spare parts , so it is often re-ordered for spare parts that are actually still available in the warehouse. Spending costs for purchasing spare parts becomes greater. The methodology we use is a qualitative methodology. Using the Class-based storage method or by placing material based on the same type or similar size. Implementation of the redesign of the placement of spare parts, it is expected that spare parts will be easier to find and spare parts can be used optimally, so as to reduce the cost of purchasing spare parts. Another benefit is that it will look neater and easier to clean the warehouse area at any time.

Peningkatan efisiensi pada setiap tahapan proses pada produksi suatu produk akan mengoptimalkan setiap penggunaan komponen produksi, menghasilkan mutu produk yang baik serta berdampak positif terhadap lingkungan. Salah satu konsep yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan bahan baku, bahan penunjang dan energi di seluruh tahapan produksi dan minimalisasi limbah adalah konsep produksi bersih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menghindari terjadinya limbah dikarenakan kualitas stok air bekas pencucian mesin setelah 2 bulan mengalami penurunan kualitas seperti bau dan separasi di gudang PT ASR. Metode yang digunakan adalah pembuatan layout penyimpanan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa, perencanaan oleh pihak manajemen, Transaksi di dalam gudang baik penerimaan dan penyimpanan stok air bekas pencucian mesin, pengambilan stok air bekas pencucian mesin, penyimpanan stok air bekas pencucian mesin ke gudang, transaksi internal gudang, dan pengiriman stok air bekas pencucian mesin ke area mixing. Steel scrap is waste product from the results of industrial production processes at manufacture industries for automatic components. Although according to manufacture companies, steel scrap considered as garbage or waste material, except for upstream companies such as steel casting manufacture steel scrap considered as raw materials. To fullfill production needs, steel scrap play an important role for the continuity of production companies engaged in metal casting. The problem that occasionally occurs in metal casting companies is sometimes the cost of raw materials increases due to lack of steel scrap. The needs for steel scrap itself is influenced by production demands that have high fluctuation and tend to be uncertain. Uncertainty inventory method expected to provide an optimal profit picture. The purpose of this study is to determine the number of purchases of the most economical raw materials within one year and predict purchases in the following years. The location of this research was conducted at a metal casting company located in Karawang, West Java.

The construction industry such as road construction deals with many problems and uncertainty in the implementation process. In addition, time, cost and quality of work issues are also the focus of project implementation in the field of research services, It starts with the data planning and location coordinates which are aggregated from the project's site by the officer. Those data planning and location coordinates are pin pointed and stored in databases. each point consists of Longitude, Latitude, Road type, and road width. Using the Android application for monitoring, the officer conducts the supervision as required for the determined point in order to update the road construction status, the trigonometric process will directly display the right and left lines for the direction of the photo capturing. however, a long road capturing, the system will take approximately 30 seconds so that GPS can read coordinates correctly

Kesehatan merupakan bagian terpenting bagi kita dimana pengaruh atau datangnya penyakit melalui pola makan, terlebih bagi kita yang memiliki kesibukan yang luar biasa padatnya tentu saja tidak ada waktu untuk sarapan dan lebih memilih makanan cepat saji yang tersedia banyak di kantin atau kafe. Hal ini bukan berarti makanan cepat saji tidak sehat, hal ini akan menjadi masalah jika terlalu berlebih dan tidak memperhatikan takaran saji atau kandungan nutrisi yang ada pada makanan tersebut. Beberapa cara bisa dilakukan dengan menjaga sikap pola makan misalkan dengan diet atau menggunakan aplikasi perhitungan nutrisi yang ada di pasaran dan gratis untuk diunduh. Jenis aplikasi ini masih kurang efektif dimana aplikasi tersebut masih merupakan perkiraan saja dan tidak bisa digunakan secara realtime. Penelitian sebelumnya bisa menggunakan teknik computer vision dengan menggunakan image sebagai alat pembaca dari makanan yang akan kita santap. Aplikasi tersebut mampu membaca kandungan nutrisi sekaligus harga makanan, teknik pengolah image yang digunakan menggunakan metode Deep Learning Neural Network, algoritma ini terbukti memiliki akurasi dan pembacaan data yang tinggi dibandingkan algoritma yang lain. Aplikasi dengan Neural Network yang berbasis image bisa diimplementasikan pada mesin kasir di kantin atau cafe dan bisa dibuat dalam bentuk perangkat mobile sehingga lebih mudah digunakan. The purpose of this research is to provide ease in reading articles on the standard production and use of imitation leather. Help reduce the level of errors in viewing the standard article production and use of materials by the operator. Operators can more easily enter and change data on the standard production and use of faux leather. It is helping operators who are elderly and have vision problems in seeing and determining production standards and material usage. Bits of help reduce night shift operator errors that lack concentration when looking at the standard production book and the use of faux leather due to drowsiness. This study uses a qualitative approach to data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and literature study. The system development model used in this study is the Waterfall model. The results of this study indicate that the application of production standards and the use of imitation leather material is very easy to use, fast enough in processing or carrying out its functions, very helpful for operators who have problems with their vision, it is quite feasible to replace the previous production standards.

The use of Information Technology is very important The use of information technology is very important for higher education institutions to achieve business goals and provide good facilities for academic activities. The existing system at the university has its own system character shape, to find out whether the existing system is running as expected, it is necessary to measure the level of maturity. In integrating a good system, a framework is needed to measure the maturity level of Information Technology. In this research, architectural design was carried out using the Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 4.1 framework with the domain used, namely PO2 and PO3. The first stage carried out in this study was to measure the maturity of Information Technology using COBIT 4.1 by distributing questionnaires based on statements in the domain used, namely PO2 and PO3. Then do the calculation of values ??from non-existent scale (level 0) to optimized (level 5) and have a picture of the expected conditions in the future. The measurement results of Information Technology Maturity at PO2 obtained a value of 2.35 where the condition is level 2 or repeatable and 2.59 at PO3 the condition is level 3 or defined. Based on these conditions, it can be used as a reference that the existing system in u has been running as expected but needs to be developed regularly

Organizations currently need to conduct an analysis of their business processes in order to improve business performance and productivity. In addition, this analysis can be a way to compete with competitors. However, the analysis of this business process if done manually requires considerable time. Process mining is a technique that helps solve this problem. Information systems that are owned by a company certainly store their every business activity. This data can be processed to find business processes that occur. This data is usually called an event log. Event logs help organizations to find gaps between business processes that occur with those expected. Based on this gap business processes can later be evaluated for later improvement.

Kesehatan mental sangat dibutuhkan oleh mahasiswa umumnya di usia remaja memiliki masalah kejiwaan yang lebih tinggi untuk itulah diperlukan adanya psikolog sebagai sarana komunikasi, konsultasi untuk memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi. Saat ini konsultasi dilakukan langsung menemui Psikolog tanpa adanya sebuah alat deteksi gejala kesehatan mental. Fuzzy inference system digunakan dalam menentukan level gejala kesehatan mental mahasiswa. Tools yang digunakan adalah R language dengan data sampel mahasiswa Universitas Budi Luhur. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa dengan menggunakan fuzzy inference system Mamdani metode centroid dengan aturan -aturan (rules) menggunakan IF dapat dengan mudah diketahui gejala kesehatan mental mahasiswa berada pada level tertentu.

Pengaplikasian model transhipment pada transportasi seringkali dijumpai dalam dunia bisnis, entah untuk konsolidasi ataupun membagi produk menjadi beberapa bagian sampai akhirnya dikirim ke tujuan. Kondisi seperti ini terkadang membuat perusahaan mengeluarkan biaya yang cukup besar untuk transportasi serta lead time produk sampai ke konsumen yang lebih panjang sehingga mempengaruhi customer service level, padahal sejatinya perusahaan menginginkan customer service level yang baik serta keuntungan yang maksimum dengan biaya yang minimum. PT. SBT yang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pendistribusian barang bangunan ini juga tidak terlepas dari kegiatan transportasi yang menerapkan sistem transhipment dengan kepemilikan 3 gudang sebagai tempat transit, dimana ketiga gudang ini memiliki lokasi yang berbeda-beda sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut apakah dengan adanya ketiga gudang tersebut biaya transportasi yang dikeluarkan sudah optimal atau belum. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan data sekunder dari penelitian terdahulu dengan tujuan membandingkan hasil metode yang digunakan penelitian terdahulu dengan hasil penelitian ini, sehingga dapat memberikan masukan terbaik bagi perusahaan dalam aspek transportasi guna mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan masalah transhipment ini yaitu menggunakan software Lingo yang tentunya dengan harapan memberikan hasil optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan total biaya transportasi yang awalnya Rp 3.275.000 menjadi Rp 1.413.000 dengan selisih biaya sebesar Rp 1.862.000 atau sebesar 56,85%.
