The function of the workshop/laboratory management in Vocational High Schools has not been fully utilized, it is only limited to the use of student practicum places and has not been widely used by managers in improving the quality of workshops/laboratories in schools. The management of workshop/laboratory facilities is very important in improving the quality of teachers and students in meeting the quality of learning and the results of the quality of learning in order to improve the quality of graduates. Vocational High Schools are basically not only intended to understand theoretical mastery but must also have theoretical and practical competence in meeting performance criteria. Thus the teacher has a very important role in mastering and managing the workshop. Workshop / Laboratory Management Training for Practical Subject Teachers at SMK Pandeglang Regency is carried out to improve teacher management in managing workshop/laboratory facilities at SMK.

This paper aims to describe the educational process of household waste management training by applying appropriate technology as part of human resources development in processing household waste. The participation of housewives and non-governmental organizations in this activity is part of increasing sensitivity to the environment to overcome the problem of household waste. The application of appropriate technology in processing household waste is a major part of the PKM (Community Service) activities of the Assisted Village, the technology of organic and inorganic waste chopping machines is used to produce semi-finished materials for compost and paving blocks, at that stage the technology is appropriate to provide added value in the process household waste treatment. The utilization of organic waste powder that is processed with EM4 produces solid compost, and inorganic waste can be processed as a base material for paving blocks. The results of the PKM in the Assisted Village have added value both in improving the quality of environmental cleanliness and increasing employment for the surrounding community in utilizing appropriate technology as a household waste processor.

Pandemi Corona Virus Disease-19 di Indonesia berkembang sangat pesat dan bertransmisi melalui droplet yang keluar dari mulut dan hidung. Maka, World Health Oganization (WHO) menyarankan pemakaian masker untuk menekan angka penularan virus ini. Kebutuhan masker tentu meningkat sehingga banyak pelaku usaha seperti konveksi yang memproduksi masker dengan jumlah banyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas masker kain dengan mengidentifikasi kecacatan yang terjadi pada produk, akar permasalahan, serta solusi yang diberikan di Araluze Konveksi. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa data kecacatan produk selama 30 hari yang diperoleh dari Araluze Konveksi. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan peta kendali, diagram pareto, diagram fishbone, dan perhitungan nilai DPMO. Diperoleh nilai sigma sebesar 3,39% dengan jenis cacat tertinggi yaitu jahitan tidak rapi. Setelah mengetahui penyebab kecacatan, maka diberikan usulan perbaikan untuk mengurangi kecacatan hingga nol (zero defect).

Abstrak Perusahaan X adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur yang memproduksi produk Sparepart Aerospace menggunakan mesin produksi CNC. Kendala yang dihadapi Perushaan X adalah waktu set-up yang lama dan berulang-ulang, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meminimasi waktu set-up agar dapat meningkatkan produktivitas produksi dengan mengunakan Metode Single Minute Exchange Die (SMED) pada perusahaan X. Tahapan yang dilakukan antara lain langkah pengumpulan data elemen gerakan set-up yang dilakukan, memisahkan internal set-up menjadi ekternal set-up, menyederhanakan seluruh aspek operasi set-up serta perhitungan produktifitas dari penerapan SMED. Mesin CNC di Perusahaan X berjumlah 8 mesin dimana tingkat efisiensi mesin hanya mencapai 50% - 75%. Berdasarkan data produksi perusahaan bahwa kontribusi pada aktivitas set-up merupakan pengaruh terbesar terhadap waktu menganggur mesin CNC yaitu mencapai 55% dengan waktu set-up selama 51,05 menit pada tiap 1 kali set-up. Perbedaan pada tiap operator menjadi permasalahan dalam perusahaan X. Perhitungan waktu set-up dengan menggunakan metode (SMED) diperoleh waktu set-up sebesar 44,3 menit, waktu set-up sebesar 51,05 menit terdapat penurunan waktu set-up sebesar 6,75 menit

Pada umumnya manusia saat ini menggunakan sistem operasi windows yang berjalan di perangkat desktop akan memasang banyak aplikasi sesuai kebutuhannya. Semakin banyak aplikasi yang di pasang maka semakin banyak pula shortcut yang tampil di bagian desktop windows. Shortcut sendiri merupakan sebuah objek alternatif yang digunakan untuk mewakili sehingga pengguna dapat dengan mudah membuka aplikasi tanpa harus pengguna membuka tempat dimana aplikasi tersebut terpasang. Banyaknya aplikasi yang terpasang pada sistem operasi windows membuat shortcut pada bagian desktop menjadi banyak dan membuat pengguna kesulitan dalam mencari atau membuka aplikasi yang dinginkan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan aplikasi yang dapat membantu pengguna dalam mencari dan membuka aplikasi dengan mudah tanpa membuat pengguna kesulitan. Aplikasi tersebut adalah virtual asisten yang akan membantu pengguna dalam mencari dan membuka aplikasi yang diinginkan. Cara kerjanya dengan pengguna memasukan suara pengguna lalu di proses ekstraksi ciri menggunakan metode Linear Predictive Coding lalu di klasifikasikan menggunakan metode Hidden Markov Model Forward. Setelah terdeteksi maka aplikasi akan membuka aplikasi sesuai suara yang terdeksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan 120 data latih yang terdiri dari 6 label yaitu whatsapp, linkedin, Tokopedia, gmail, powerpoint, word. Untuk setiap label memiliki data latih berjumlah 20 data. Data yang diujikan berjumlah 60. Untuk setiap labelnya memiliki 10 data uji.

PT URF is a procurement and service company engaged in the refrigeration sector, especially in the field of refrigeration integrated building construction. In carrying out its procurement, PT URF has a warehouse as a storage area for goods which is an important component and makes an important contribution to the speed of a project work. However, currently the company still uses conventional methods in its storage system. So that in its repair efforts, the company plans to improve the arrangement, sorting, cleaning and maintenance of goods in the warehouse area using one of the lean tools, namely the 5S concept, which aims to reduce the searching time for inventory in the warehouse area. The results of the design carried out are rearranging the placement of goods or materials, cleaning, and implementing procedures in accordance with the 5S concept.

Utilization of Information Technology is not just a support, but a business solution for organizations or companies, Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Al-Inayah as one of the organizers in the field of formal education equivalent to Senior High School (SMA) has a problem that not all of its Information Technology is integrated with one another. other. Because the utilization of Information Technology is not optimal yet, we need a framework that can develop an integrated Information Technology environment. In this study, an EAP (Enterprise Architecture Planning) framework was used to design an Enterprise Architecture and Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 4.1 in measuring the maturity level of the use of Information Technology. The first stage in this research is to measure the maturity of the use of Information Technology, by distributing questionnaires based on questions on domains or objective controls, namely PO2 and PO3. The results of this Information Technology maturity assessment are evaluated based on the maturity gap that the organization wants to achieve and becomes a reference for Enterprise Architecture design. The results of this design can describe the Information Technology blueprint model along with the implementation roadmap which becomes a reference and guideline for preparing Information Technology blueprint documents.

A company is built of course with a clear goal, namely to get as much profit as possible, but this is not necessarily achieved easily, there are many things that companies need to pay attention to in order to achieve these goals. One of the aspects that can affect company revenue is customer satisfaction with the products produced, where the quality of the products produced needs to be considered because this is directly proportional to customer satisfaction. To achieve customer satisfaction, many things can be done by the company, one of which is the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) as done by PT. X, where the application of TQM aims to increase competitiveness which is done by continuous improvement so that it This can affect employee performance which is also directly proportional to product quality and company earnings. This study was conducted to prove whether the implementation of TQM by PT X affects employee performance or not. The approach used in this study uses linear regression analysis, where the data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to several respondents. The results showed that variable X had an effect on variable Y with a correlation coefficient of 0.598 and the decision was made that the application of TQM had an effect on employee performance.

Camera devices on the road can be used to detect problems such as violations of speed limits which can be fatal, lead to accidents that can lead to serious injury or death. This research focuses on a system that can calculate vehicle speed using the Frame Difference method from the video data that has been extracted first into a series of images and the object segmentation process is carried out using the MobileNetV2. Frame Difference is used to calculate the displacement value of the car object in each series of images. The displacement value is then used to determine the displacement speed of the car in a series of images. From the results obtained, the system has an accuracy of 98% for car segmented image, 74.81% accuracy for determining the reference point, and in determining the speed of the car, an accuracy of 83.84% for the right reference point and 79.81% for the left reference point is obtained.

The payment system goes from a manual to a cash transaction to a digital payment system. Automatic payment systems with NFC technology designed on this research. Analysis of business processes and systems analysis. Unified modelling language is designed using the waterfall method, database design, and user interface. The result of this study is a web that can read passenger data from applying NFC, cut off the passenger balance and the automatically transfer of notification on a telegram application with the help of a iot that serves as a connectivity. The assessment of the black box testing on the system with the user module value degree is 0.91.
