Abstract

This research focus on how the management of waste banks in growing business opportunities for waste bank customers. The objectives of this research are: (1) to explain the waste bank management (2) to explain the business opportunities of Asri Berseri Pamulang waste bank customers (3) to explain the community's skills with the Asri Berseri Pamulang waste bank. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection methods in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The data processing and analysis starts from transcribing, labeling, grouping, comparing, and contrasting and interpreting. The results of this study indicate that the management of the Asri Berseri waste bank can actually foster business opportunities and skills for waste bank customers and the public. Since the existence of the Asri Berseri waste bank, the waste produced by the community is better managed, namely by sorting waste, so that the community gets benefits from the waste generated, including: (1) business opportunities from waste products (2) skills to recycle waste into handicraft items

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out 1.) Whether Entrepreneurship Learning has an effect on Increasing Interest in Entrepreneurship, 2.) Is it a Motivation Seminar to Increase Interest in Entrepreneurship 3.) Does Entrepreneurship Learning and Motivation Seminar to Increase Interest in Entrepreneurship. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The research method uses primary data to determine the variables of Entrepreneurship Learning and Motivation Seminar which can increase interest in becoming Entrepreneurship. The quantitative approach is used to examine a specific population or sample. The method used in sampling in this study is non-probability sampling using convenience sampling techniques. Data collection techniques use the questionnaire method, library research (Library Research), quantitative or statistical data analysis with the aim of testing the established hypothesis. Based on the research results, it shows that, 1) Entrepreneurship Learning has an effect on the Increased Interest of Being Entrepreneurship, 2) Motivation Seminar has an effect on Increasing Interest in Becoming Entrepreneurship, 3) Entrepreneurship Learning and Motivation Seminars have an effect on the Increased Interest of Being Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Bureaucratic reform is not a word, but a demand for goodness. In fact, government agencies work under an oath for the benefit of the state, namely serving the life of the Indonesian people. Therefore, the study of civil servants is part of supervision, to maintain the quality of good governance. This study aims to examine and analyze how cultural values ??can be used as a reinforcing measure for employee performance. To prove this, a scientific study with a quantitative approach was conducted. A study that is oriented to expressing the real condition of a phenomenon by presenting statistical data, so that it is easier to understand. The results of the study suggest that cultural values ??are proven to strengthen employee performance, especially professional attitudes. This confirms that performance is closer to a professional attitude, so that when professional values ??are reinforced, it can directly improve the quality of work. This fact is a recommendation to the agency, to improve employee performance, it is better to pay special attention to professional values

Abstract

Getting customers is not easy, especially influencing them in purchasing decisions. This problem affects all business people. Therefore, making every effort is realistic, including discount programs, free shipping, and quality service. This study aims to dig up actual information, related to purchasing behavior and its reasons. This research is studied quantitatively using multiple linear regression analysis. The respondents are the millennial generation from Jakarta who are already working, totaling 96 respondents. The results suggest that the high online buying behavior is influenced by marketing programs, especially discounts. Surprisingly, the respondents no longer differentiated between online or conventional purchases. Currently, the consideration is, of the two ways of shopping, which one is more profitable for consumers, especially at a more affordable price.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of CR, DER, ROA and TATO on Earning per Share of manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2017-2019. The phenomenon that occurs is an increase in CR, DER, ROA and TATO is not followed by an increase in Earnings Per Share manufacturing companies on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period are the background for this research. The sample technique used is the method purpose sampling. Samples were taken totaling 198 analyzes. The results showed that CR, DER and TATO partially had no effect on the Earnings Per Share of manufacturing companies on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. ROA partially affected the Earnings Per Share of manufacturing companies on the IDX for the period 2017 - 2019. CR, DER, ROA and TATO simultaneously influences the Earnings Per Share of manufacturing companies on the IDX for the period 2017 - 2019.

Abstract

Bureaucratic reform demands changes in clean governance, one of which is by improving the quality of human resources. The realization of good governance is the implementation of good public services. Thus, performance demands are inevitable. This research was conducted to examine the factors that influence the performance of employees in government circles, and to prove this research, a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis was used. The sample technique uses simple random sampling with a number of respondents 118, and the unit of analysis is an employee of the ministry of youth and sports. The results showed that in government circles, the role of leadership is very influential. This happens because of the structural or bureaucratic work system, placing the leadership as the person in full control of all employees. So it is not surprising, if the leadership's order is often perceived as an organizational order, absolutely.

Abstract

The organization realizes that the achievement of goals is the result of work performance and productivity. Therefore, placing employees according to their fields is imperative. In addition, reducing various confounding factors that can reduce performance is also a necessity. In fact, this study aims to gather information and describe the factors that can increase and decrease performance. Thus, a knowledge is obtained to overcome it. The research method used quantitative with a total sample size of 69. To obtain data, a number of questions (questionnaires) were asked to the respondents. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The results suggest that employee performance will increase significantly if there is no bully, such as conflict. This means that the factor that significantly hinders the implementation of work and has an impact on decreasing the quality of work results is conflict. Furthermore, the results of the study explained that job placement must be done correctly. This means that a good job placement has an impact on improving performance, based on the conformity aspect, namely competence and personality.

Abstract

As a company engaged in the food sector, providing satisfaction to customers is an obligation, and one of them is through improving employee performance. That is, the company encourages all employees to work professionally and with integrity, in this case, be able to serve food with good taste, provide friendly, responsive, and fast service. This study aims, to reveal the factors that significantly affect the performance of Holland Bakery employees in Depok City. Furthermore, to prove these objectives, a scientific approach was carried out, namely using quantitative methods and regression analysis. In the operationalization of the research, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 84 respondents, using a simple random technique. Based on regression analysis, it is known that the work pattern at Holland Bakery is more influenced by the work environment. This means that the work environment has a dominant role in productivity and morale. This suggests the importance of building harmonious interaction and communication between employees, so that a solid work team is built. However, companies need to take into account the workload aspect. As the results of statistical analysis, workload shows a role that allows employee performance to decline.

Abstract

Employee performance is a reflection of a quality organization. Especially in government institutions, where the main task is public servants. So, having professional employees and integrity is a necessity. This study aims to examine the factors that shape performance, based on organizational values. The qualitative method was chosen as a scientific approach, used to facilitate data collection and analysis. The unit of analysis is an employee of the Religion Ministry of Banten province, with a total sample of 70. The sample technique uses simple random sampling and the research instrument uses a questionnaire. Furthermore, the research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results suggest that the performance of employees in the Ministry of Religion offers more professional work skills. This is intended to make public services more measurable and satisfying to the community.

Abstract

The workload in technology and information is high, so demands for performance and productivity are inevitable. Especially in providing services, bringing quality is a must. The company, which is engaged in network and application development, is aware of this. In fact, this research was conducted to reveal information about the factors that influence the performance of employees in the field of technology and information. So that it can be stated the efforts to repair and increase it. To prove this, a quantitative approach was used, this was done so that it was easy to get data and could provide a picture that was easier to understand. The sample technique used is simple random, with the number of respondents 67. There is also a way to collect data, do the distribution of questionnaires. The data obtained, then analyzed with regression techniques. From the research results, it is known that an effective work model for improving the performance of IT employees is flexible working hours. This means that the type of IT work tends to spend a lot of time, so giving freedom in terms of working time is an effective way to increase morale and work productivity.
