Abstract

Center for Fisheries Production, Inspection and Certification (PPISHP) is a unit technical implementer within the Department of Food Security, Maritime Affairs and Agriculture of DKI Jakarta Province. PPISHP DKI Jakarta Province does not yet have a comprehensive performance measurement. Performance measurement only uses an assessment on the financial aspect, financial measures alone are not enough to evaluate the overall performance of the agency. Non-financial performance such as productivity and the ability of employees to produce products or services that can meet consumer desires is neglected. To measure the performance of an agency, a comprehensive performance measurement method is needed to achieve the desired goal. Therefore, the Balanced Scorecard method is deemed necessary to be applied to PPISHP DKI Jakarta Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect between Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT Mayora Indah Tbk for the 2009-2020 period, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method, using secondary data from the financial statements and annual report of PT Mayora Indah Tbk for the 2009-2020 period. The population of this study is the financial statements of PT Mayora Indah Tbk and the sample of this study is data that comes from the financial statements in the form of a balance sheet and income statement at PT Mayora Indah Tbk for the 2009-2020 period. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test), regression test (simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis), correlation coefficient test, test coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing (partial test/T test and simultaneous test/F test). Based on the results of the research, the results of the t-test obtained t-count Current Ratio (CR) -0.004 < ttable 2.262 and the value of Sig 0.997 > 0.05, meaning that it partially has no effect and is not significant between the Current Ratio (CR) to Return On Assets (ROA). And tcount Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) of -2.463 > ttable 2.262 and Sig value of 0.036 <0.05, which means partially Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). For the F test, it is obtained that Fcount is 4.224 > ttable is 4.10 and Sig value is 0.051 > 0.05, which means that simultaneously Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a positive and insignificant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication and work stress on the performance of employees of PT. Bumi Agung area of ??South Tangerang City, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique was incidental and obtained a sample of 160 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the t-test calculation, the t-value of the Communication variable is 14,892 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, while the t-table is 1.975. Then obtained t count > t table (14,892 > 1,975). This means that the communication variable partially affects employee performance. The t value of the Work Stress variable is 5.284 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, while the t table is 1.975. Then obtained t arithmetic > t table (5.284 < 1.975). This means that the work stress variable partially affects employee performance. The results of the F test obtained the Fcount 114.508 > Ftable 3.05 with a significant 0.000 < 0.05 or (Fcount > Ftable) and a significant 0.000 < 0.05. So that it can be concluded that simultaneously Communication and Work Stress together affect employee performance. The multiple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 14,434 + 0,544 X1 + 096 X2. The R value is 0.770 or 77%, which means that the correlation between Communication and Work Stress on Employee Performance is in the strong category (0.600-0.799), with a coefficient of determination of 0.593. This shows that 59.3% of communication and work stress simultaneously affect employee performance, while the remaining 40.7% is influenced by other factors.
