Abstract

The management of educators and education personnel is an activity to manage personnel education that they have to be able to carry out tasks following their functions so that they run effectively. This research aims to deeply understand the management of educators and educational personnel carried out by the principal at SMP Muhammadiyah PK BayatKlaten and to find out the results of the management of educators and education personnel at SMP Muhammadiyah PK BayatKlaten. This study using the type of field research, namely one of the data collection methods in the form of qualitative research. The data coagulation method used is; observation, interviews, and documentation.The results obtained, that the principal in the management of educators and education personnel refer to POAC (Planning Organizing Actuating Controlling). Planning is carried out by implementing a vision and mission, planting Islamic values, and cultivating discipline. Organizing is done by placing it following the competency and making a work team. Actuating is carried out by providing guidance, providing training, and providing welfare. Controlling is done by evaluation and motivation. The results of the management of educators and educational personnel carried out, namely; 1) having high dedication, 2) increasing student achievement, 3) getting the trust of the community, 4) developing learning methods, 5) teacher achievement in both academic and non-academic fields.

Abstract

This recent research was aimed to answer the following problems: How to apply the Muri Q method on the learning of Tahfidz Al-Qur'an in SMP Islam Al-Hadi Mojolaban and what are the problems faced during the action the Muri Q method on the study of Tahfidz Al-Qur'an. This research is classified as qualitative research types. Data collection methods used by researchers are observation, interviews, documentation, data analysis through three ways: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.The results of the analysis of data obtained can be concluded, that application of Muri Q method on the leaning of Tahfidz Al-Qur'an in SMP Islam Al-HadiMojolaban is felt effective and good to improve the memorization of the Qur'an students. Application of Tahfidz Learning with Muri Q method that uses tone is easily memorized by all groups. The application of Tahfidz learning using the Muri Q method can motivate students to memorize to improve memorization to reach the target as a requirement of graduation. Problems encountered in the application of the method of Muri Q in Tahfidz study two problems were identified as internal factors and external factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between religiosity and school climate on the moral behavior of high school students. The method used to determine the relationship between religiosity and school climate on the moral behavior of high school students in this study is quantitative. The data in this study were obtained by researchers through the questionnaire distribution method. Furthermore, based on the research results it is also known that the magnitude of the R-square value is 0.472, meaning that the magnitude of the influence of the variables of religiosity and school climate together on moral behavior is 47.2%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between religiosity and school climate on student moral behavior, then there is a relationship or influence between high school student religiosity. This research implies that the results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between religiosity and students' moral behavior. therefore it is necessary to have moral education through religiosity both at school and in the family environment. This is because a student has deep knowledge and understanding of religious teachings, and practices his religious teachings obediently, he will reject and be negative towards behaviors that violate the teachings of his religion.

Abstract

This research discusses the PANDEMIC Covid-19 which has changed many world orders, from economic, social to education. This study discusses the implementation of the system boarding school during the pandemic in MAN 1 Surakarta. This study aims to determine the implementation of the system boarding school during the pandemic in MAN 1 Surakarta and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of the system boarding school during the pandemic in MAN 1 Surakarta. This research uses field research with a survey research approach. The research subjects were wakakur madrasah, boarders boarding school, and students who took part in the program boarding school. Data collection techniques are interviews and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.  The results of this study indicate that the learning system used in the boarding school of  MAN 1 Surakarta is virtual live streaming, assignments, and material giving. Meanwhile, the supporting factor of the system boarding school during this pandemic was in the form of madrasas facilitating wifi for tutors to support the online learning process, students got a free quote from the government, with online learning this could explain difficult and complicated learning materials to be easy and simple. While the inhibiting factors of the system boarding school during this pandemic were in the form of a lack of effectiveness and time efficiency due to students' parents who were busy working, unstable signals, and limited internet quotas made teachers and students in the online learning process not run optimally.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the Principal's innovation in increasing competitiveness in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten and describe the implementation of School Principals' innovation in increasing competitiveness in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten in the academic year 2019 / 2020. The type of research the researchers conducted was field research. with a qualitative - descriptive approach. Namely research that describes and analyzes events, social activities, attitudes, thoughts of individuals individually or in groups. The data collection technique used by researchers is in three stages. Observation, interview and documentation stages in order to get accurate information. In this study the source of data obtained by snowballing include Principals, Teachers, Students and Staff Staff. As a result of this determination, there were a number of school principals' innovations in improving competitiveness at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten. Among other innovations carried out are: (1) Developing a Full day class program with three choices. (2) The Extracurricular Program as a support in fostering students in a Full Day three-choice class. (3) Developing the 2013 curriculum, SBC and curriculum from the school. Innovations improve school competitiveness are also supported by improvements in facilities and infrastructure in the teaching and learning process. This three day full day program was initiated to carry out the vision that was created by the school to instill religious based character education (Islam and based on the needs of the community. In improving the school's competitiveness, the teachers also included workshops to understand and practice curricula that were in accordance with the government.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the supervisor dormitory (Musyrifah) in shaping the character of students in the Al-Azhar Solo Baru student dormitory and its solutions. This study describes Musyrifah's persistence in shaping the character of students, including religious, honest, disciplined, responsible, and independent characters. The methods used to obtain data in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study prove that the problem of Musyrifah in shaping the character of students is that students are still less disciplined and cannot be separated from several student factors, namely external factors and internal factors. This study found several roles of Musyrifah, including by always giving directions and admonitions to students, being a good role model for them, also very influencing them, and being open to each other in communicating. As well as cooperation between Musyrifah, parents, and the school to always support students when they are in the school environment and outside the school.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning process of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan using google classroom, measuring the effectiveness of using google classroom as a learning model and the constraints experienced in using google classroom. This research is a qualitative research and uses a phenomological approach to examine the effectiveness of using the Google Classroom application as a learning model. The research was conducted by taking the place and subject at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Jatinom Klaten. Data collection was done by interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that 1) the online learning process using the google classroom application on Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan subjects was carried out by taking notes, assignments and quizzes, 2) the effectiveness of using the google classroom application as an online learning model on Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan subjects running. effectively and efficiently, 3) the obstacles in using google classroom in the online learning process are experienced by students and teachers. Student constraints: quotas, boredom and signals. Teacher constraints: demanded in online learning creativity. Solutions to overcome student problems: assignments are collected at school by using health protocols, giving quotas, and using school wifi. Solutions for teacher: holding reaining in using online learning aid applications.

Abstract

Beside as part as being a revelation, Koran is also a human guide book in carrying out all life activities. So understanding it is an obligation for every Muslim, one method for that is munasabah Koran. In addition to knowing the meaning in each verse or letter. The munasabah method is very important in building a framework of thought in the world of science and education. This paper with the content analysis method will try to explain how the munasabah in the Koran inspires the development of educational values.

Abstract

The profession of a teacher is one of the important roles in the world of education. a professional and competent teacher is needed in improving the quality of an educational institution. A teacher before teaching must have mature teaching readiness. Readiness is the most important thing and must be considered when someone does something, including teaching. Many factors affect the readiness of students to become teachers. One way to hone the teaching competence of prospective teacher students to become professional teachers is to take part in the School Field Introduction (PLP) activity. The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of PLP II during the pandemic on the readiness to become professional teacher candidates for the 2017 UMS PAI students This type of research was quantitative using a Likert scale 1-5 questionnaire and qualitative as the reinforcing data. The sample in this study included the 2017 UMS PAI students and was analyzed using SPSS software version 22. The results of this study conclude that the influence of PLP II (X) on student readiness to become professional teachers (Y) has a significant effect, with the significance value of the PLP II influence variable (X) on student readiness to become professional teachers (Y) worth 0.000 0.05 with a count of 11,871.

Abstract

Munculnya kasus Covid 19 merubah tatanan dalam pendidikan termasuk dalam proses pembelajaran yang harus dilakukan melalui sistem E-learning. Pelaksanaan evauasi pembelajaran yang merupakan salah satu aspek pokok dalam proses pembelajaran juga harus dilakukan melalui sistem E-Learning. Dengan melakukan pelaksanaan evaluasi maka akan memudahkan guru dalam mengevaluasi materi ajar yang diberikan serta perkembangan mengenai pemahaman peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Pendidikan agama Islam merupakan mata pelajaran yang harus diberikan kepada peserta didik sebagai upaya dalam membina peserta didik untuk memiliki kepribadian yang utuh menjadi seorang muslim dan selalu taat dengan ajaran agama. Dengan begitu pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam sangat diperlukan untuk mengetahui ketercapaian dari tujuan pembelajaran itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran dan kendala pelaksanaan pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yang diterapkan  pada siswa kelas VII di SMPI Al-Abidin Surakarta yang dilakukan melalui sistem E-Learning. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran melalui sistem e-learning di SMPIkelas 7 Al-Abidin Surakarta.Pertama, adanya perencanaan pembelajaran yang tertuangkan dalam perangkat pembelajaran. Kedua, adanya pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang didalamnya ada tiga aspek yaitu aspel kognitif yang dilakukan melalui soal Ulangan Harian, Penilaian Tengah Semester dan Penilaian Akhir Semester. Aspek afektif yang dilihat dari sikap peserta didik saat pembelajaran dan kedisiplinan peserta didik dalam pengumpulan tugas. Aspek psikomotorik dilakukan melalaui penilaian pembuatan tugas video. Ketiga, Adanya pengawasan evaluasi selama pelaksanaan yang berlangsung. Keempat, dilakukanya pengolahan dari hasil pelaksanaan dan  evaluasi pembelajaran. Kelima, Dari hasil pengolahan yang didapat diserahkan kepada orang-orang yang berkaitan baik pihak sekolah maupun orang tua untuk mengetahui perkembangan peserta didik baik secara intelektual maupun spiritual. Keenam, dari hasil evaluasi pembelajaran dapat dimanfaatkan  sebagai bahan refleksi dalam melakukan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam.
