Abstract

Education of Gender is an effort that gives the understanding to woman that education is necessary for her self. Not merely understanding about her self, but woman comprehends men dichotomy and woman in context of sosio cultural which must be fought for. During the time of political world, it is not woman domain, but if that term does not be fought for by woman, hence we will be difficult to fight for that. Because she can comprehend about condition of woman herself. Creation of model and consanquinity system in society take long time, and there are various factors of the condition of objective geography, including ecology. In cross cultural society, pattern determination of burden of gender (assignment gender)has more relation to factor of biology gender. Sighting returns burden of gender unjustly assessed represent heavy duty of mankind. Burden Identification of gender more than simply recognition of genitals.But concerning basal values which are owned in society. Though Islam, position of woman and men are balanced (well-balanced), which differentiate both because of a fear.

Abstract

It’s about time to Islam people to make a change to go to aspiration executing command of Allah Swt. Its Moment also forwarded to Islam people esteem human as Allah award which must be taken care of, to be looked after and defended. Idea carried by progressive Moslem, one of the trend idea of Islam, to realize social justice, justice of gender, and pluralism become idea which must inspire humanly of us as part of mankind in all the world coming from Prophet Adam. Without differentiating background, tribe, religion, race and gender, progressive Moslems have to fight against all existing injustice around us. Do not only criticize to be conducted by injustice which is from Islam people but also dare to criticize injustice from West. It is Important here to have Multiple-critics which was begun by progressive Moslem. Bargaining social justice, justice of and gender of pluralism have fresh wind to bring to understanding of Islam people in looking at abysmal social reality of difference of boundaries. Going to secure and prosperous and fair society.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an represents the source of first and most important Islamic Religion teaching besides al-Hadits, al-Qur'an degraded to Prophet Muhammad who was commisioned as last Prophet preaching Islamic Religion teaching to all people in the World. Al-Qur'an represents kalamullah which needs interpretation to be able to digest by mankind as creature, because at least there is limitation of human being in in comprehending the infinite Ianguage, so that, at a period of prophecy, perpetrator of interpreter was Prophet Muhammad till He passed away, hence it was continued by all disciples and tabi'in of mufassir having ability of interpretation, Along with growth of time, interpretation which have been assumed absolute and qot'ie by natural Islam people, various restlessness happened later; which was named hermeneutik. Hermeneutik can be interpreted to several things that are said to, ekplained to, translited to. Way of hermeneutik is on text only, all interpreters, and audiencies which later yielded; Interpretation means or results of interpretation. A Period of classic until a period of middle age in studying Al-Qur'an in Indonesia, it had not shown yet, because it was still influenced by idea of the middle east moslem scholar in a period of classic. Abstract

Prophet Muhammad represents one figure of many world figures, but in the middle age of its action as human being it did not miss from various human being characters like forgetting and doing wrongness to others. He did not only undertake to become Messenger, but also as leader of State and as person. Prophet‟s word was as his products must be selected carefully. There must be determination, which was outside of his capacities as Messenger That way we do not be trapped by stiff teaching. Knowledge from Him as prophet can give the understanding about Ulumul Hadist. Thereby we know how far the scope of Prophet‟s words, going into public pass history quickly, Without deep knowledge, secretary of Hadist did not do an interpretation so that we will not fall to in wrong conclusion, narrow, tight and stiff teaching because we are unable to differentiate dimension of Uluhiyyah and dimension of history.

Abstract

Many people translated Word of Islam, in to French by meaning "bow and is obedient" (Islam). This translation according to Arkoun is not at all correctness. The faithful is not bowing obedient before Allah; but he feels vibration love to Allah and wish to lean himself to what commanded by Him. Islam represents voluntary action as implicit in Him word of s-l-m, " becoming is peaceful, awake, intactly". Someone cannot run islam for the shake of others, and in consequence. Islam enforces confidence do not be enabled. Philosophic congeniality which constitute modernity more than simply historical congeniality and also sociology. Arkoun differentiated "material" and modernity "intellectual" or "cultural". First mean all sort of progress that happened at external frame of human being form, while secondly include cover method, analyzer, and intellectual attitude which give ability to be more comprehending reality. The Usage of material modernity and all its result relate to idea modernity form going into effect. Whereas according to Cak Nur, Islam is religion of al-hanifiyyat as-samha-religion which tends to to truth and full of tolerances. Like that picture of Islam religion of Ibrahim which is hanif. Cak Nur formulated that " modernization" meaning rationalization to obtain to get useful power in Thinking and work maximalyl, utilizing bliss of mankind, therefore, he said that " modernization" meaning think and work according to fitrah of sunnatullah (godlike law which is nature) sunnatullah have itself manifest in natural law, so that to be able to become modernly, human being have to understand applicable law in that nature (God command).

Abstract

The difference between the religious orientation of the shari'ah and Tariqah has implications in the form of tensions and polemics between them with mutual alleges that his opponent is manipulative, religion, therefore they are called heretics. Instead, they are fighting over a claim as the most correct. Accordingly, Ibn Taymiyya asked many critical responses in many ways which is no exception about Sufism. At least there are two things that as the core ideas of Sufism of Ibn Taymiyyah. The second thing is about the validity of Sufism as a way to take the truth (Sufism), as well as the practices of Sufism and growing congregation that time. In assessing Sufism, Ibn Taymiyyah is more moderate (take the middle path), between those who consider Sufism as the only way to get closer to the true God, and those who consider it heresy. According to Ibn Taymiyyah, the best attitude in assessing Sufism or everything else is receiving things in accordance with the Qur'an and Assunnah and reject the things that are contrary to both. While the Practice of Sufism (the Order). Ibn Taymiyya admitted that the trustee has the miracles, but it does not guarantee that person become Ma'shum of errors, and not exempt from the Shari'ah.

Abstract

Lately Indonesian nation knocked over by crisis, both economics or moral crisis among others marked with existence of interpreted terrorism as fisabillah jihad, corruption which runs in all governance rule, and Drugs which not merely among student, society even have happened among all judges. Jihad and Terrorism is two matters which always have implication to discredit Islam in life of nation and state because it can break perfection of State and nation. Terrorism can bother stability of State and affect collectively. Its meaning is one who do not understand and keep off direct in problem which is being happened have to become victim. So that we can give information one another which can anticipate and get dubiously of real correct law.

Abstract

In Islam conception, a leader represents one who very based and determined to its leadership, because a leader occupies highest position in group building in society. In life team, a leader from entire organ. So that a leader have strategic role in arrangement and pattern of system society team-work. Efficiency, a leader in leading will instruct his to target which wish to be reached, like feather in one's cap target and prosperity of ummah permited by Allah SWT. Definitive leader or in other Ianguage umaro or ulil amri which also have a meaning a leader of a State or government, or Amirul ummah which also have a meaning a leader ( ummat amir), Al-Qiyadah having a meaning a group head or chief of al-Mas'uliyah having a meaning underwriter answer Khadimul ummah having a meaning steward of ummat. While some factors to become criterion having the character of general and specific in determining the leader for example 1) his scholar characteristics 2) his intellectual 3) his example 4) behavior 5) his management and others.

Abstract

This article will also be more focussed by study of hadits which have been studied by ceremony of Nadwah Mudzakarah which presents hadits. It is way of motion for sujud by prioritize hand assessed by dhaif (weak). Thereby, it is expected by people who get hold assuring for its deed of him. Beforehand, need of methodologies clarified determine status of deliverer of hadits if which is pertinent to be assessed by al-jarh (negative) meanwhile he is also assessed by al-ta'dil (positive). this study of writer relate to go down good bestowing (sujud) of first opinion and also second weakening weight, hence temporarily we decide when going down we may not put down hand in advance from knee or on the contrary, its meaning, no way special which we must do. It seems, this fatwah submitted because Nadwah fail to look for manual which is shahih, but why giving sect solution of al-tanwi' or hiyar. We may select; choose between two opinions in front. Though this competent solution on the market predict all real correct manuals or shahih. Like parallel hands up until shoulder or lifted higher a little. In problem of religious service more than anything else religious service of tauqifiyah bargain which is competent to be given its prohibition without existence of unvalidible.

Abstract

The violence concerning the children can occur everywhere, situation, condition and to all children who unexpectedly before. The closeness of the children such as parents, teachers, and their siblings can be the actor of it. Beginning insulting until employing over the children ability. Who influence psychological and breaking of opportunity to obtain a decent of education and also bounded creativity all of them, this is a figuration about abuse the children that can be done by those who exist around them. The guidance of Islam always put into effect the children was taking care of and save to protection of them, since intrauterine, childhood until they grow up.
