The problem that is the subject of the study in this study is the madrasah chief's strategy in implementing supervision to improve the quality of Islamic education, and the factors that influence it. This study uses a qualitative approach, and the instruments used in data collection by researchers include interviews, observation and documentation. The informants from this study are the Heads, Waka, Teachers and Students. The technique used to check the credibility of the data is the extension of the presence of the researcher, in-depth observation, triangulation, detailed description and analysis of negative cases. The results of the study show that the madrasah chief's strategy in implementing supervision to improve the quality of management of Islamic education institutions is to use several methods, which are varied and some of the approaches taken by the head of the madrasah which can then improve the quality of education in this educational institution, then the other is to use an approach individuals, group approaches, educational approaches, religious approaches or religious approaches, fulfillment of school facilities and infrastructure, appreciation of student learning and so on. While the factors that influence the madrasah chief's strategy in implementing supervision to improve the quality of Islamic education institutions are positive factors which include the existence of adequate human resources, student awareness, and also the existence of cooperation between existing education practitioners, complete facilities and infrastructure, then the teacher's creativity in teaching.

Among the wisdom of the iddah, among others, is to provide a chance to return with a clear mind, after they face a hot and so turbulent household condition that results in their marriage breaking up. In divorce because of the husband's death, the purpose of the iddah is seen in terms of its usefulness, iddah is held to show a sense of belonging to the death of the husband. Knowing whether in the period of iddah which ranges between 3 (three) or four months, the wife in a state of containing or not is an effort to respect religious values even though the reality in the village of Bangkes is not as regulated in Islamic law. As has been found in the rules of the Islamic religion that women who are in the iddah period if the iddah is thalaq qat'ie, the husband has the right to refer it back, but if he wants to marry another man then he must wait until the iddah period is up. Thalaq ba'ien husband is not entitled to refer him back except with a new marriage contract if he has expired his iddah period.

From various views on tajdid an-nikah, both according to the previous fuqaha 'and community leaders / kyai as well as public acknowledgment of their experiences in performing tajdid an-nikah, researchers argue that 1) Tajdid an-marriage is not destructive in the first marriage contract, because he only repeated marriage licenses and only as a form of confirmation of his marriage. 2) Tajdid an-nikah may be carried out by a married couple to achieve domestic life full of love and affection and calmness in the face of his life. 3) Regarding the implementation of tajdid an-nikah as a form of reunification of marital relations damaged by the consequences of separation, for example, divorce before intercourse, khulu divorce (redeemed talak) divorce due to marriage annulled by facade) justified by law and their return justified by law, and divorce that has expired his iddah period. Where all of the above is justified by law. 4) Tajdid an-nikah activities with the reason that doubt has occurred in the marriage may not be done by the husband because he must first believe whether the divorce occurred or not. 6) The activities of tajdid an-nikah are also not justified by law if tajdid an-nikah is used as a guise to remarry with another woman who is not his wife who is lawful.

Humans are the most fascinating creatures, unique, multi-dimensional creatures, all-encompassing, open-minded, and have great potential. Therefore, Karen Horny (Psychology expert), said that "quality people are people who have been able to balance the impulses in themselves, as to realize harmonious behavior. He is able to connect with his environment, able to create safe and harmonious. He is not aggressive, does not alienate himself from his environment, and his life does not depend on others. "In the Qur'an, humans are repeatedly elevated because of the positive actualization of their minds; Al-Qur'an says that human beings are "hanif" which is inclined to the truth, monotheism of God, and other noble values. The verses of Al-Qur’an which explain humanity are of very high quality. The terms or verses are interrelated and explain each other. So, if you take one of the terms of the terms used by Al-Qur’an, then the description will complement each other and be characteristic of the others. It can be said that the concepts and characteristics of human quality are not single, but are comprehensive and complementary.

The policy of enhancing the management capabilities of educational institutions and implementing the Islamic community development movement (Gerbang Salam) is the jargon of the Pamekasan community, while in terms of the quantity of subject hours, government policies in this case in public schools, ranging from basic education to college level education high. The policy to provide porional and professional religious subjects is also carried out, as well as the policy to enforce the rules that all students who want to enter junior high school must be able to read the Koran well and correctly, in addition, PAI is to maximize the subject matter already stated in the curriculum. The effect is the creation of a civil society atmosphere that aspires to be close to a success. The effect of other government policies in improving the quality of PAI is the increase in personal capabilities (tenagan educators and educational staff) in Pamekasan, then the reduction in the number of juvenile delinquency.

Fasting is the fourth pillar of Islam, which is given to Muslims. The essence of fasting is the control of things that can cancel or reduce the value of fasting. So that, this worship can be a means to shape physical and spiritual health, as well as a medium of education towards quality human beings. Some Karduluk people see fasting as a mere obligation whose motivation is to get reward and avoid torture in the hereafter, there are also those who view it as a spiritual need for humans to always relate to their Lord, which is driven by a deep sense of love for God . Worship for the Karduluk community is interpreted as self-servitude, in which humans are positioned as servants of God who must submit and obey all His commands. Worship is not only in the sense of ritual worship, but also includes all human good deeds which are intended as worship. Fasting is still an effective means to increase discipline in worship, both ritual worship and social worship. This is because fasting which is carried out seriously will lead people to be disciplined, devoted to Allah Almighty. And it is this taqwa that provides a way for humans to always obey all the rules of God without the need for external supervision.

The Role of the Kalianget BP4 Institute Sumenep functions as an official institution that supports the duties of the religious department in improving the quality of marriage and to enhance marital quality and realize a healthy household, this can be seen from the composition of the management and work programs in each field. In addition, the thing that supports BP4 is the development of exemplary sakinah and mother family movements with the establishment of West Kalianget Village as the Village of the Sakinah Family (DBKS), then reinforced by the sending of sakinah family motivators held by the East Java Regional Office. This shows that Sumenep's Kalianget BP4 has positioned its role well. In addition, BP4 serves as a forum that provides guidance and fostering towards the realization of marital conservation. The advice is given with the intention to broaden the horizons and maintain integrity and realize a family that is sure to be blessed and blessed. All of that is supported by the condition of the community that has a high level of public awareness as happened in Kalianget Sumenep.

In general, education can be categorized into two categories, namely the world of formal and non-formal education. While the implementation of education will not be separated from the activities of the teaching and learning process, and in the learning process there are several factors including how the teacher is required to master the subject matter that will be delivered to the students themselves. Subject matter is something that the teacher presents to be processed and then developed by students, in the achievement model of instructional objectives. Based on the discussion of the results of the research conducted by researchers about the relationship of teacher teaching material to student achievement in Kadur MTsN Kadur Pamekasan Regency which consists of two problems, researchers can draw formulas from the discussion presented in front, conclusions that can be drawn from this thesis are as The following: 1) The relationship between mastery of teacher teaching material and student achievement at MTsN Kadur Pamekasan is a very urgent relationship because without a good relationship it is difficult to achieve the desired goals by the teacher and students. 2) With good communication between the teacher and the students, students will be more active in learning, and with good communication will also show a match between what the teacher has to say and the students' abilities.
