Wonderland Adventure Waterpark is a well-known entertainment destination among the general public, offering various types of water play attractions such as bubble baths, gorilla slides, lazy rivers, wave pools and other artificial surfing areas. The aim of this research is to find out how product innovation and marketing communications influence the interest of visitors to Wonderland Adventure Waterpark Karawang. In this research, the author uses a quantitative strategy with a descriptive and verification approach. The size of the research population involving visitor data in 2022 is 264,985 so the author decided on the sample size using the Slovin formula as 88 respondents. The results of the discussion from this research show that product development at Wonderland Adventure Waterpark received a positive response with a very high score, while marketing communication also received a positive response and was rated highly. The positive impact of product innovation and marketing communication together has an impact on visitor interest, this shows that the two complement each other in attracting visitor interest. Nevertheless, Waterpark management continues to empower product development and improve marketing communications to maintain its appeal and attract more visitors.

This research is motivated by the success of an institution or organization in achieving its goals inseparable from the role and performance of employees in it. One of the indicators to achieve such success is human resources. This study aims to (1) describe the picture of leadership, work environment, employee motivation and performance (2) know and analyze the influence of leadership and work environment both directly and indirectly on employee motivation (3) know and analyze the influence of leadership and work environment both directly and indirectly on employee performance (4) know and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance (5) know and analyze influence leadership and work environment through motivation for employee performance at the Sungai Full City Education Office. The results of the study showed (1) leadership and work environment in good condition and motivation and performance of employees at the Sungai Full City Education Office. (2) Leadership and work environment directly and indirectly affect employee motivation at the Sungai Full City Education Office, the value of direct influence is 44.89% and indirect influence is 28.32% so that the total influence is 73.21% and the remaining 26.79% is influenced by other factors. (3) Leadership and work environment directly and indirectly affect the performance of employees at the Sungai Full City Education Office, the value of direct influence is 41.28% and indirect influence is 31.66% so that the total influence is 72.94% and the remaining 27.06% is influenced by other factors. (4) Motivation affects the performance of employees at the Sungai Full City Education Office by 72.59% and the remaining 27.41% is influenced by other factors. (5) Leadership and work environment through motivation have a direct influence of 41.28% and an indirect influence of 34.56% on employee performance so that the overall total influence of leadership and environment through motivation on employee performance is 75.84% at the Sungai Full City Education Office.

In order to effectively navigate the changing landscape of modern work, it is crucial for human resources to possess dependable, autonomous, and proficient skills in carrying out their primary responsibilities and functions as employees. This includes demonstrating a strong commitment and a strong work ethic that aligns with their job requirements, ultimately leading to optimal work productivity. Work productivity is a cognitive disposition that consistently enhances existing conditions. An enhanced conviction in one's ability to perform a task more effectively than previously. The objective of this study is to assess and examine the impact of HR training, locus of control, and job satisfaction on work productivity, as well as the impact of HR training and locus of control on job satisfaction. This study employs a quantitative descriptive research methodology. The descriptive approach in research seeks to quantify and measure existent phenomena. Quantitative data analysis is employed to compute the statistical outcomes of Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the objective of testing the hypothesis. The hypothesis test results indicate that HR training does not have a substantial impact on work productivity. However, Locus of Control has a notable beneficial influence on work productivity and job satisfaction. HR training does not have any impact on job satisfaction, while Locus of Control has a notable positive influence on job satisfaction. Additionally, it is seen that work productivity is significantly improved by HR training. The findings indicate that HR training does not have a discernible impact on productivity and work satisfaction. Work productivity is significantly enhanced by job happiness. The impact of Locus of Control on the productivity and job satisfaction of Village Officials in Lebak Regency is notably good.

This study aims to evaluate the factors that impact employee performance at PT. Semen Indonesia Unit Tonasa, Pangkep Regency, using quantitative analysis methods and statistical techniques with the assistance of SPSS software. The data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to all employees, especially those in supervisory roles, with a total of 475 respondents. The results of the study indicate that work motivation, discipline, job commitment, organizational culture, and job compensation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both individually and collectively. The higher the levels of work motivation, discipline, job commitment, organizational culture, and job compensation, the higher the employee performance tends to be. These findings have important implications for company management in efforts to improve employee performance and address challenges arising from structural changes and the economic conditions of the company.

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of service quality, hospital’s image, facilities and prices on patient satisfaction. The research method used survey method with cross-section data collection through questionnaires. The sample was obtained by convenience sampling as many as 78 peoples who received treatment at the type B private hospitals in the East Surabaya City area. The data analysis method used in hypothesis testing is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results provide evidence that service quality and prices have a positive effect on patient satisfaction. While the image of Hospital and facilities have no effect on patient satisfication.

As time progresses, science and technology in every organization is required to have competent human resources. From the data obtained, there is a decline in employee performance. From several factors that affect employee performance, namely work stress and work motivation, the research objective is to determine the influence of work stress and work motivation on the performance of production department employees. The sample used consists of all production department employees, totaling 33 employees. This research employs a quantitative method with multiple regression data analysis using SPSS version 27. Data collection techniques involve interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that work stress has a negative partial effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive partial effect on employee performance. Work stress and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance.

This research aims to analyze the role of compensation and work environment in increasing employee loyalty at PT. Citra Nusantara Catering. Qualitative descriptive methods with triangulation interviews and observation techniques were used to explore compensation conditions, work environment, and employee loyalty levels. The results of the research showed that the compensation provided by the company was below standard, with employee salary data indicating the need for adjustments to achieve higher compensation levels. adequate. The work environment also requires improvement, as indicated by workplace layout data. It is recommended to improve lighting, air circulation and layout arrangements to improve employee welfare and productivity. Employee attendance data is an additional factor that needs to be taken into account when analyzing loyalty levels. Research shows a correlation between compensation conditions, work environment, and employee absenteeism levels. With the results of this research, recommendations for reviewing compensation policies include salary adjustments, increasing incentives, and providing more comprehensive benefits. On the work environment side, improvements to lighting, air circulation and workplace layout are proposed to improve employee welfare and productivity. By implementing these steps, it is hoped that the company can increase employee loyalty, having a positive impact on overall company performance.

The purpose of this research is to determine the strategic positioning and alternative marketing strategy that can be carried out by Darul Ilmi wal Amal Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data analysis used is SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) which is measured through internal factors (Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary/IFAS) and external factors (External Strategic Factor Analysis Summary/EFAS). The results obtained from IFAS and EFAS show that Darul Ilmi wal Amal Islamic Boarding School is in quadrant I, which is a position that shows a strong organization with great opportunities. The strategy that is in accordance with this position is a development strategy (progressive/aggressive/expansion) which includes preparation towards a muadalah-based boarding school; expansion of promotion by involving various related parties and using various effective methods; expansion of cooperation with various related parties, especially in admitting new students, education and training; determining affordable prices/fees, scholarship programs for students and organizing the learning process based on the different academic abilities of students in the form of study groups.

Research on Sakinah Furniture Karawang aims to find out how effective the impact is on the use of digital marketing, which is one of the strategies at Sakinah Furniture. This research is qualitative research that uses a descriptive approach. Researchers conducted direct observations and interviews with the owner of Sakinah Furniture, Mrs. Hj. Anne Barkah. Based on observations and interviews, direct information was obtained when observing the social media platforms being run and conducting in-depth interviews with the owners and loyal customers, Mrs. Dian and Mr. Eja, to conduct research. The results of interviews and research show that the use of digital marketing with the social media platform Instagram has had an impact on increasing the sales volume of mattresses by 60%, besides that it also has an impact on increasing the company's income. Sakinah Furniture has quality products, making this furniture Top Of Mind or at the top of consumers' minds when buying furniture products in Karawang Regency.

Consumer Brand Engagement (CBE) on social media is important in shaping consumers emotional and interactive engagement with brands, spanning cognitive, affective and behavioral dimensions. In Indonesia, brand loyalty in the food and beverage (FnB) industry is often challenging, with many brands struggling to retain consumers in a competitive and dynamic market. The purpose of this study is to examine the dynamics of Consumer Brand Engagement and its impact on brand love and brand loyalty. This research specifically aims to understand how brand interactivity, consumer involvement, and e-WOM can influence Consumer Brand Engagement and impact to increase brand loyalty. This study used a quantitative approach, which was conducted through an online survey involving 317 respondents, and SmartPLS software was used to conduct SEM-PLS data analysis. This study found that consumer involvement and e-WOM have a positive influence on Consumer Brand Engagement. Furthermore, Consumer Brand Engagement shows a positive influence on brand love and brand loyalty, indicating that active and meaningful interactions between consumers and brands through social media can increase brand loyalty. This research contributes and integrates the social exchange theory literature to provide a deeper understanding of consumer brand engagement, consumer involvement, e-WOM, brand love and brand loyalty. This research highlights the importance of applying consumer involvement and e-WOM in the context of FnB Brand's social media marketing activities in Indonesia. It offers valuable insights for marketers who want to increase Consumer Brand Engagement and brand loyalty.
