Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of organizational commitment Through compensation and Motivation of work on performance of employees of PT Penta Valent-Jambi. The diginakan method in the research of using path analysis (path analysis). Results of the study prove that compensation and organizational commitment to simultaneously effect positively and significantly to the motivation of working employees at PT Penta Valent-Jambi. Where the total direct and indirect influence of the compensation and the commitment of the Organization together against the motivation of 52.4%, where the figure explains that directly compensation and organizational commitment to contribute against the work motivation of 52.4%, while the rest of 47.6% is affected by other variables that are not included in this model. Keywords: compensation, commitment, motivation, employee performance

Abstract

The purposes this research are to examine the influence of work commitment, Quality of Work Life (QWL), job satisfaction and employee performance. The influences of work commitment, Quality of Work Life (QWL), job satisfaction and employee performance tested both directly and indirectly by taking a sample of 80 employees. To test the variables used in research conducted a survey of employees at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Jambi Branch. Framework of theory and data analysis is done by using Path Analysis. The results of this research indicate that the work commitment, Quality of Work Life (QWL) and job satisfaction influential support directly and indirectly to the performance of employees is positive and significant impact. The analysis tool in this research using descriptive methods and verification. Where a descriptive study using a range of scales, while in verification using path analysis. Based on the results are reflection that work commitment , Quality of Work Life (QWL), job satisfaction is an important issue to improve performance of employees. Results of the study revealed that the results related to the employee's performance is important to manage the company. Optimizing the quality of work through constant work evaluation on appropriate working standards are set, action inconsistent to individuals may lead to other negative consequences in the company, such a low performance, resistance to the organization and may indicate the behavior of disobedience the employees.    Keywords: work commitment, QWL, job satisfaction and performance

Abstract

An analysis of a small industry is a wide variety and refers to developing and empowering; therefore, in a long term, it can be autonomous in a strict competition. The study aims to examine a small industry performance of chips in Kota Jambi. The study is useful for describing the characteristics of industry specifically. The findings of the study indicate that UKM (middle-small sized industry) in a variety of forms has different characteristics. However, there are a number of serious problems for sustainability. Some problems are a license, location and capital since a majority of UKM is not bankable, a lack of human resources including regeneration and succession for sustainability, dualistic leadership as owner as well as manager, serious management problem – incredible accounting, pay standard, raw-material assurance, additional product, marketing aspect and waste of production. A further research needs to design all problems referring to the findings of the UKM cases in industry center for chips. Although the generalization of the findings is not broad, it shows a classical problem of UKM to need analyzing more intensively for answering the problem. For a further research, thus, it is necessary to include all of the parties to find a solution for the continuity of UKM that can positively contribute to labor market recruitment and micro and macro economy improvement. However, the study is limited to the case so that the generalization can not be reached. The conclusion, but, can concretely describe a variety of problems.Keywords: UKM, industral center, empowering

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that Financial Performance, Risk Management and Working Capital Management Against Stock Price of Construction Industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016 with the number of Fhitung 12,441 and Ftabel of 2.71, it can be seen that Fcount> Ftable is 12,441> 2, 71, meaning there is a significant influence between earnings per share (EPS), price earning ratio (PER), return on equity (ROE), bi rate and cash conversion cycle (CCC) simultaneously to stock prices while the value of t arithmetic EPS of 5.494 and ttabel 1.72472 from the comparison then it can be known t count <ttabel (5,494 <1,72472). The conclusion is that all independent variables have significant effect on dependent variable at α = 5% or 0,05 and F test criterion by comparing Fcount 12,441 and Ftabel 2,71, it can be seen that Fcount> Ftable is 12,441> 2,71 , meaning there is a significant influence between earnings per share (EPS), price earning ratio (PER), return on equity (ROE), bi rate and cash conversion cycle (CCC) simultaneously to stock price in property and real estate industry in 2012 -2016. Keyword: financial performance, stocks, stock exchange

Abstract

Indonesia  is  one  of  the  countries  of  the  third  world  countries  are  categorised  are  still  in  the  developing  stage.  In  the  context  of  developing  countries,  the  system  state  economy  often  rely  against  capital  assistance  from  outside  the  country.  This  has  a  lotof  bearing  controversial  in  a  country  life  order.  On  the  pretext  of  collaboration  withforeign  parties  in  relation  to  capital  assistance  to  help  grow  the  economy  of  the  country,  it  was  important  for  this  pretext  away  from  the  purpose  originally,  the  contraryhas  been  spoiling  the  nation  own  to  keep  dependent  against  help-the  help  is  always  given  by  the  outside  parties  to  us,  so  that  we  can  feel  the  implication  itself  i.e.  the  lack  of  independence  of  the  US  to  build  our  own  nation.  The  crisis  that  hit  the  nation  of  Indonesia  has  had  floods  in  all  joints,  including  the  banking  sector  lives  also  on  view  as  one  trigger,  i.e.  with  credit-credit  disalurkannya  the  wrong  target.  The  crisis  proved  that  the  number  of  small  and  medium  businesses  are  very  much  able  to  survive  the  crisis  facing  independently.  While  the  economy  has  now  started  shows  stretching  to  bounce  back,  it  seems  as  if  the  medium-small  business  back  into  oblivion,  especially  with  many  entry  and  operation  of  foreign  businesses  –  including  foreign  sales  period  of  post-war  banking  assets  national  banking.  Islamic  banking  which  has  been  established  since  the  year  1992  apparently  can  now  be  renewed  hope  for  the  small  and  medium  enterprise  development,  especially  in  the  procurement  of  working  capital.Keywords:  Islamic  Banking,  Small  Business

Abstract

The average increase in the number of employees Part Multifuel Boiler  PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp & Paper Industry as much as 0.56%. The average percentage of the absence of leadership in a meeting held in the last five years as much as 14.27%. The average employee productivity developments Part Multifuel Boiler at PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp & Paper Industry at 31.333. Indicators for assessing leadership include: have a fairly high intelligence, stable emotions, face human intelligence, organizing skills and management skills. Indicators assessing productivity include: the ability, improve the results achieved, morale, self-development, quality and efficiency. PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp & Paper Industry which is a company engaged in Pulp & Paper thats end product of  PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp & Paper Industry, which in the final product the company is supported by Section Multifuel Boiler manage Steam Power ( Power Plant) to supply its electricity needs. Results SPSS 23 get the regression equation Y = 0.473 + 0.892 X. domination leadership on improving employee productivity Section Multifuel Boiler at PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp & Paper Industry as much as 76.9% while the remaining 23.1% is caused by other  factors. There is a significant relationship between the leadership on employee productivity Section Multifuel Boiler at PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp & Paper Industry. This statement proved of t count 18.341> t table value 1.9840, with a significant 0.00 <0.05. Leadership and employee productivity Section Multifuel Boiler at PT. Abstract

Human resource is an invaluable asset. Therefore, it is anticipated that HR is able to compete fairly for the employee displacement of the employer and job satisfaction perceived by employees.The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of remuneration, employee displacement and job satisfaction to employee performance. The influence of remuneration, employee displacement  and job satisfaction tested both directly and indirectly through the performance.To test the above issues, the survey done in writing which were distributed to all employees in the Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Jambi Province. Framework of theory and data analysis is done using Path analysis. The results of this research indicate that the style of remuneration, motivation and job satisfaction influential support directly and indirectly to the performance of the employees.Analytical tool in this study using descriptive methods and verification. Where descriptive study using a range of scales, while the verification using path analysis or path analysis.These findings reflect that style of remuneration, employee displacement and job satisfaction is a key issue. The research results reveal that the results related to the performance of civil servants is essential to manage the Office of the Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Jambi Province. Abstract

The aims of this research was to investigate of fundamental factor and accounting profit could be considered as drivers of stock price. This research used method of purposive sampling. The population in this research was 17bcompanies and the samples in this research were 7 financial companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. While the analysis instrument in this research was multiple linear regression. The simultaneous regression testing (F-test) indicated that the variable of Price Earning Ratio (PER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Book Value (BV) and accounting profit (LAK) had significant influence to the stock price. In the partial regression testing (t-test), the variable of Price Earning Ratio (PER), Book Value (BV) and accounting profit (LAK) had siginificant influence to the stock price. Meanwhile, the Earning PerShare (EPS) variable did not have siginificant influence to the stock price. The result of this research showed that stock price was influenced by the interaction between fundamental factor and accounting profit from investment.Keywords: Price Earning Ratio (PER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Book Value (BV), accounting profit, stock price

Abstract

The Indonesian nation has reformed the governance since the enactment of Law No.22 of 1999 on Regional Government. Since then innovative ideas and experiments have been conducted to improve the implementation of regional autonomy and decentralization in order to improve public services and poverty alleviation effectively. One of the most important aspects of the current implementation of regional autonomy is related to the division and merger of regions which aims to strengthen the relationship between local government and local communities in order to grow democratic life. Kerinci regency is one of the districts located at the western end of Jambi Province. This regency is one of the oldest districts in Jambi Province which has been established as a district in Jambi Province since the province was officially established. Kota Sungai Penuh is an expansion of Kerinci Regency established through Law Number 25 Year 2008 regarding the Formation of Full River City in Jambi Province. Based on the results and discussion it can be concluded that this study proves that there is a difference of Per Capita income in Kerinci Regency 2005-2013, four years before pemekaran (2005-2008) with four years after pemekaran (2010-2013), this is proved by Count> t table or 9.991> 3.18245. There needs to be a more targeted program and policy making for the development of Kerinci Regency and the economic development of the community as well as resolving the economic problems that exist in Kerinci regency so that pemekaran is not merely limited to the formulation of articles related to eligibility, and the process of expansion but also policy Which is able to meet the needs of the community and the development of the Regency in order to move forward. The need for support from all parties for the successful development of both community, private, political policy and government of Kerinci Regency.Keyword : the implementation of regional autonomy and decentralization

Abstract

Research portfolio optimal aims to understand return and risks portfolio, and know how much teh proportion of funds invested. The period used in this reseach was februari 2011-januari 2016. Population to research there are stock companies joined in LQ-45 index. The sample of the research are 21 sample. The data collected is secondary data. Tekhnik data analysis used in research this is the kind of index singular to know shares from portrfolio optimal. Shares who was a candidate portfolio optimal are stocks having the value ERB greater than or equal to cut off-rate. Portfolio optimal formed by the shares having value ERB more of the value of cut of rate that is 0.0031. Based on the research done showed 10 stock who was a candidat portfolio optimal from 21 sample. The propotion of funds drom 10 company is: UNVR of 31.18%, ICBP of 20.40%, GGRM of 5.84%, BBCA of 14.83%, CPIN of 5.05%, JSMR of 10.08%, LPKR of 4.82%, BBRI of 6.01%, INTP of 1.16%, dan BMRI of 0.63%. Expected return portfolio receive is 1.73% monthly with the risk 0.2%. the conclusion that obtained was that investors rational to invest the funds to into the optimal portfolio of 10 shares formed.Keyword : investation, optimal stock
