This research entitled the effectiveness of Revenue Equalization Fund and regional Original in Kerinci 2011-2016 Year, with the aim to find out how large the original revenue growth areas and Fund Balances in the Regency of Kerinci 2011-2016 Year and To find out how large a rate Efekstivitas the original Revenue Equalization Fund and Areas in Kerinci 2011-2016 Year. This research dalaksanakan in the District of Kerinci using Secondary data, with data collection techniques Research Library with Descriptive method quantitative and qualitative descriptive. As for the analysis tools used i.e. the ratio of the growth and the ratio of effectiveness. Based on the results of the study showed that the original receipt of an income Growth Areas in the Regency of Kerinci from year 2011 – 2016 is always increasing. While the percentage of growth experiencing fluctuations. The average nominal Target for 6 years 2011-2016 years of Rp. 49,597,954,211, where the average target percentase 2011-2016 year of 17.79%. Growth targets and the realization of Equalization Funds in the Regency of Kerinci, explained that in nominal target of receiving funds from the balance of the year 2011 – 2016 in total amounting to Rp. 3.767.521., 800.135,20 average per year or Rp. 627,920,300,022.53. So also with the percentage growth target receiving funds Balances experienced fluctuation that is 20.53% average. Whereas the effectiveness of the original Income Areas in the Regency of Kerinci Years 2011-2016, an average realization of greater than the target which entered criteria very effectively with the value of the average of 105.79%. The effectiveness of the Equalization Funds in the District of Kerinci 2011-2016 Years, on average exceeds its realization of targets set. It means that by the criterion of effectiveness including the categories very effectively with an average effectiveness of 100.39 percentasi%. This Penetilian formulate the problem how the Performance of Kabupaten Batanghari Original Income for the period 2012-2016 with the scope of the discussion, PAD Development, PAD Effectiveness and Financial Independence Kabupaten Batanghari during 2012-2016, while the purpose of this study to determine the performance of the original income of Batanghari seen from the development of PAD, PAD Effectiveness and Regional Financial Independence. The type of data used in this study is a collection of information or facts recorded through direct observation while the data used sourced from relevant agencies related to research topics to get the performance of the original income of Kabupaten Batanghari 2012-2016 the authors do the analysis by using analysis of the development of PAD, Analysis of effectiveness and independence analysis. From the results of the analysis obtained the result that the development of PAD Kabupate Batanghari from 2012 to 2016 is fluctuating, where the largest increase occurred in 2014 that amounted to 39.87%, but in 2015 there was a decrease in realization of PAD by 2.65%, this decrease one of which is caused by the realization of Pajak Bumi Bangunan (PBB) revenues of rural and urban sector in Kabupaten Batanghari 2015 decreased as the impact of falling prices of oil palm and rubber. This Pajak Bumi Bangunan (PBB) compulsory reduction is based on Pajak Bumi Bangunan realized revenue per kecamatan from January to September 2015. For the effectiveness of PAD Kabupaten Batanghari shows that in 2012, 2015 and 2016 are categorized quite effectively with the calculation of 84%, 85% and 82%, respectively in 2013 and 2014 respectively 110% and 103% are categorized as very effective, from the calculation result according to the interval scale, financial independence of Kabupaten Batanghari is below 10%, it means that financial independence of Kabupaten Batanghari is very less.Keywords: Performance, PAD, Development, Effectiveness, Independence

This study aimed to determine the effect of profitability and dividend payout ratio of capital structure in the non-financial listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. In theory, determining the factors that affect the capital structure based on the pecking order theory. This study included 10 non-financial firms using quantitative research where research data is derived from secondary data obtained from a non-participant observation study documentation. Were treated with multiple linear regression techniques. The analysis showed that profitability significantly and negatively related to capital structure while the dividend payout ratio has no significant effect on capital structure.Keywords: capital structure, dividend payout ratio, profitability

The research aims to obtain a description or explanation on the implementation of the mutation and training in Polres Sarolangun and factors affecting the implementation of mutation in Polres Sarolangun a commissioned officer. This research method used is descriptive of analysis with the goal to give a description or painting the situation in a systematic, factual and accurate on the implementation of mutation and training of personel on the performance specialist in Polres Sarolangun. Were analysed qualitatively better data which are quantitative and qualitative based on the report and note that in the field. With data collection techniques study literature and field studies namely the questionnaire. Based on the results of the testing of hypotheses of any result was obtained on the variable significant.

This research aimed to examine theinfluence of Asset Growth, Sales Growth, Net Profit Margin , Current Ratio , debt to equity ratio on dividend payout ratio of the Company listed in indeks LQ 45 . The data used in this research is 16 companies for the period of 2013 – 2016 . The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The result indicates that simultaneously the variable of Asset Growth, Sales Growth , Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio, debt to equity ratio significant affect divident payout ratio. These independent variables are able to explain the effect dividend payout ratio amount of 83,7 % while the remains 16,3 % is determined by other factors. Partially all of the variables affect dividend payout ratio except of the variable of net profit margin. Sales growth had positive effect on dividend payout ratio . Beside that aset growth, current ratio and debt to equity ratio have a negative effect on dividend payout ratio. Keywords: dividend payout ratio ,Sales Growth

Leadership is one of the issues in the management is still quite interesting to be discussed today. The role of leadership is very strategically important for the achievement of the mission, vision and goals of an organization. One such way to impose discipline and provide motivation to work that can be perceived by employees. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of leadership, discipline, motivation and performance. The influence of leadership, discipline, motivation and performance of employees tested either directly or indirectly. To examine issues directly above the survey conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees in the General Hospital of the Brothers of Bungo. Data was analyzed by path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the leadership, discipline and work motivation influence simultaneously and partially on performance. Where is the leadership, discipline, motivation and performance of employees at the General Hospital Brothers, where are the good category, Discipline are in both categories, motivation and performance of employees are in both categories. The analysis tool in this research using descriptive method verification. Where the use of a range of scales, while in the verification using path analysis or path analysis.Key words : Leadership, Discipline, Motivation and Employee Performance

Persepsi Konsumen terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan di My Beauty Spa Jambi Pupu Sopini

This research aims to know the consumer's perception of the quality of service at My Beauty Spa Jambi. A good quality of service will improve the quality of a company in the eyes of consumers. When the quality provided is in compliance with the wishes and expectations of consumers then this will increase the level of consumer satisfaction toward services. The methods used are ex post facto research. that is examining the events that have happened and then meruntut into the back to find out the factors that can lead to the onset of an event. The results showed consumers ' perception of the quality of service at My Baeuty Spa overall are on a very good category with an average score of 430.2, meaning that the dimension of responsiveness, assurance and empathy are each giving a score an average of 441, 455.25 and 475, with 72 categories very well. While the dimensions of the intangibles and the reliability of each of the stated score average is 380 and 399 respondents said criteria, that is good for the dimension. These dimensions will affect on the level of customer satisfaction in My Beauty Spa, the more satisfied consumers in the given service it will increase the number of customers. The study entitled analysis of queueing model on customer service, the object on the study is Gas Stations 24.361.35 city of Jambi. The purpose of this research is tolook at the situation which occurred in Gas Station queues 24.361.35 city of Jambi, the source of the data in this study is primary data obtained from direct observations in the field, and the secondary data in the form of books relating to the research, while the processing of data in this study using POM/QM software for Windows 3.0. from the results of the data processing can be drawn the conclusion that the model applied by Gas Station queues 24.361.35 Jambi City can be said to be optimal, this is because the number of customers who come in can be served well with a short queue time.Keywords : queue, service, customer

An organization was formed not only intended to produce the product. The resulting products of an organization can be a goods and service also can distinguish thoseorganizations with other organizations. While the perpetrators who carry out the work referred to the performance. The notion of performance in General can be said asthe magnitude of the contributions or the results of the work accomplished provided employees towards progress and development or organizational goals or organisation where he worked. This type of research is descriptive research and verifikatif with analysis tools in the form of path analysis (Path analysis). This research was conducted in the public works agency Batang Hari Jambi with a number of employees as many as 95 people as research samples. the results of hypothesis testing simultaneously between the variables (X 1), organization culture, leadership style (X 2), supervision (X 3), with a motivational variable (Y) shows that F calculate the significant level 9,669 0000. from the table above shows that the value of t count variable (Y) motivation is significant level 4,488 0000. because 0.000 H0 is rejected then the 0.05 < Hoaccepted (significant). The results show that partially motivated (Y) effect on performance (Z) on public works Districts Batanghari Jambi.Keywords: organizational culture, leadership style

In every organization both government and private, human is an important asset in an effort to achieve the goals that have been determined. Leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and performance of employees who reside within the organization need to be organized in order to achieve organizational goals. Style leadership, organizational culture and work environment and motivation is one of several factors that can affect employee performance. This study aims to test and analyze these variables on employee performance PDAM Tirta Mayang City Jambi. The study was conducted by using path analysis using SPSS version 22.0 in analyzed data. The test results showed that the hypothesis of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have positive and significant influence on performance, and testing work environment hypothesis have negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City.
