Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing and brand awareness on purchasing decisions at Zoya Bandung Indah Plaza. The population of this study includes members who buy products at Zoya Bandung Indah Plaza. The survey subjects in this study amounted to 100 people. This research method uses descriptive and linked research methods. This method considers the influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of the descriptive analysis research show that digital marketing and brand awareness on purchasing decisions at Zoya Bandung Indah Plaza are very good. The data analysis technique used is link test path analysis. It shows that the influence of digital marketing on purchasing decisions is 2%, the influence of brand awareness on purchasing decisions is 387 % of the influence of brand awareness and digital marketing on purchasing decisions at Zoya Bandung Indah Plaza is 829%.

Abstract

Problems related to PT. Borwita Citra Prima – Bukalapak Cikarang who has problems regarding employee performance in the distribution process of goods which so far is considered to be still unstable and there are frequent complaints from consumers regarding the delivery of goods both in terms of time and quality of goods, causing a rejection of the distribution process of these goods, the following is a table of the process of shipping goods at PT. Borwita Citra Prima – Bukalapak Cikarang. This study aims to determine the effect of autocratic leadership style and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Borwita Citra Prima – Bukalapak Cikarang The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The technique of collecting data is through primary data, namely data obtained directly by using questionnaires distributed. This study used 80 samples of employees of PT. Borwita Citra Prima – Bukalapak Cikarang and using descriptive analysis methods, calculating respondents' responses, and testing hypotheses using t-test and f-test and coefficient of determination analysis. and significant to the performance of employees at PT. Borwita Citra Prima – Bukalapak Cikarang.

Abstract

This study analyzed the financial performance conditions of the region and human development indexes (HDI); relationship of regional financial performance to the human development index (HDI) of Jambi Province. The data analysis method used in this study is a descriptive, quantitative, and qualitative method that is ecplanatory with a library research approach, this study uses secondary data in the period 2010-2019. The data source in the research was obtained from the realization report of the JambiVinnsi Provincial ApBD and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Jambi Province as well as other agencies and literature relevant to this research. The data analysis tools used to answer regional financial performance are models of analysis of fiscal decentralization degrees, regional financial dependence, regional independence, PAD effectiveness and PAD efficiency and to look at the influence and relationship of financial performance on human development indexes used multiple regression models and person correlation models. The results showed that the financial performance of the Jambi Provincial Government was included in the low category, this was indicated from the DDF level with sufficient criteria, KKD with very high criteria, KMD with very lack of criteria, and Shopping Compatibility in sufficient criteria. Furthermore, the ratio of fiscal decentralization degrees and direct spending compatibility has a positive and significant effect on provincial HDI, while on the ratio of regional financial dependence, pad effectiveness and efficiency of PAD Jambi Province has no significant effect on HDI in Jambi Province. as well as regional financial independence, direct spending compatibility and degrees of fiscal decentralization are strongly related to HDI while regional independence is weakly related to HDI.

Abstract

Abstract. The teacher is a key element in the education system, especially in schools because of the teacher's role in transforming knowledge in education. Therefore, schools can improve teacher performance in order to achieve predetermined educational goals. This article will analyze the influence of psychological capital and person organization fit on teacher performance by mediating organizational commitment. This research uses quantitative analysis. The population in this study were 108 teachers of Junior High School in Bantarbolang District. Analysis of data techniques used regression analysis. The results of the research on model 1 show that psychological capital and person organization fit have a positive effect on organizational. In model 2, psychological capital and organizational commitment have a positive effect on teacher performance while organizational people do not. The results of the mediation test show that organizational influence does not mediate the effect of psychological capital on teacher performance, but organizational commitment mediates.

Abstract

Non-formal education is one type of education organized by the community. Outside of school activities, this education prioritizes the real conditions that exist in the community, what the community needs under certain conditions, can be used as a reference for the implementation of non-formal education. Moral development can be applied in formal and non-formal education to create intelligent, polite, and dignified human resources who are able to compete with other countries. Character education can create a winning mentality for future generations. Teachers and parents must be able to teach them how to behave properly. One example of Non-Formal education is tutoring or Bimbel at PEC (Practical Education Center) located in Bekasi City which instills students' moral behavior and has a vision to shape the character of students with noble, professional, independent and outstanding character. The purpose of this study is to understand concepts, theories related to moral education and human resources, to find out what are the obstacles in building student character formation, and to find out the attitudes needed to shape students' personalities so that they can become better individuals to improve their character. the quality of human resources with character. The teacher's role in learning is closely related to providing students' learning motivation in delivering subject matter. So that teachers are required to change knowledge to students and create a memorable learning process.

Abstract

Entering the digital era that changes the pattern of life, the use of technology has become commonplace and is a daily necessity in carrying out activities including the business world. The development and mastery of digital marketing is one of the most effective product marketing strategies in the current digitalization era. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy through digital marketing by MSMEs, the influence of digital marketing on MSMEs, as well as the form of guidance from the Probolinggo Regency Cooperatives and Micro Businesses towards MSMEs. The method that the researcher uses is descriptive qualitative research with the research subject being MSMEs in Kraksaan District Probolinggo Regency who will provide research data through interviews using purposive sampling technique. The results show that digital marketing is very influential and has the potential to be an opportunity to make profits. In addition to providing an increase in product sales, it can also save on promotional costs. Digital marketing also teaches business actors to continue to follow the direction of the times so they are not left behind.

Abstract

This research was conducted on members of the National Police in the Tanjung Jabung Barat Resort Police, which can be seen from the ability of human resources or officers who are able to complete work related to all activities in the organization and public services, including all activities that exist in the ranks of members of the National Police in the resort police (Polres) Tanjung Jabung Barat. This study uses descriptive and verificative analysis method, descriptive analysis used to describe respondent characteristics and research variables without conducting testing. The verificative analysis is used to determine the magnitude of the influence between independent variables on dependent variables. This study uses census method that is all members of the National Police in the resort police (Polres) Tanjung Jabung Barat, in addition to the data used in this study is the primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires provided and have been filled by each member of the Police in the resort police (Polres) Tanjung Jabung Barat. The data analysis technique used is path analysis, with the help of SPSS software program version 22.0. The results of this study show that the free variables of performance-based budgets and infrastructures positively and significantly affect motivation and have a positive impact on the performance of members of the National Police in the resort police (Polres) Tanjung Jabung Barat, this proves that with the increasing budget-based performance and infrastructure of members of the National Police in the resort police (Polres) Tanjung Jabung Barat, it will also increase the motivation of members that will have an impact on improving the performance of police members in the resort police (Polres) Tanjung Jabung Barat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of training to job satisfaction; the effect of compensation to job satisfaction; the effect of training to employee performance; the effect of compensation to employee performance; the effect of training to employee performance through job satisfaction; the effect of compensation to employee performance through job satisfaction. This research was located in Gowa Regency involving employees of PT Anugrah Harapan Nusantara. The sampling technique used Saturated Sampling method. Data analysis used in this research were descriptive analysis, inferensial analysis, and mediation analysis. The analysis tool in this research was the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with SmartPLS 3.2.8 software, and the mediation analysis used the Bootstrapping. The results of the analysis on hypothesis testing in this study indicate that training has a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction; compensation has a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction; training has a positive and significant effect to employee performance; compensation has a positive and significant effect to employee performance. The results of the bootstraping test on mediation analysis show that training has a positive but not significant effect to employee performance through job satisfaction; compensation has a positive and significant effect to employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The Regional Revenue Agency of Labuhanbatu Regency can improve employee performance by increasing an important component of management, namely human resources (HR), which includes affiliation motivation and affective commitment. Affiliation motivation and affective commitment can be decisive if the drive to achieve organizational success is implemented with a strong belief to follow all organizational values. This study aims to analyze the effect of affiliation motivation and affective commitment on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency of Labuhanbatu Regency. The population in this study amounted to 90 people. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, so the sample size in this study was 90 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire/questionnaire. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y=1,838+0,363X1+0,812X2. In the partial test (t test) the regression coefficient of the affiliated motivation variable (X1) obtained a t value of 2.416 > t table 1.987 which means that the affiliated motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable with a significant value of 0.018 < 0.05. The regression coefficient for the affective commitment variable (X2) obtained a t-count value of 5.394 > t-table 1.987, which means that the affective commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the F test obtained that the Fcount value of 119,959 > Ftable 3.10 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the affiliation motivation variable and affective commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the affiliation motivation variable and affective commitment have an influence of 73.4% on the employee performance variable, while the remaining 26.6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Human resource management is a part of management or in other words it can be said that human resource management is a field of management that specifically studies human relationships and roles in organizations. Human resource management focuses its discussion on regulating the role of humans in realizing optimal goals. It is clear that human resource management regulates human labor in such a way that organizational goals are realized. Training must be job-specific. Related training by increasing the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform certain job. The term training is used to refer to any process skills or abilities and abilities of employees, so that they are more well adapted to the work environment they are involved in. Training is a process of teaching certain knowledge and skills and attitudes so that employees are increasingly skilled and able to carry out their responsibilities with the better, according to the standard .Performance is how an employee carry out his work or for his work. The Kerinci District Land Office has the task of assisting The Regent carries out government affairs and co-administration tasks in the land and spatial planning sector, and part of the privileges assigned to the land and spatial planning sector. The Kerinci Regency Land Office was first established in 1990, located at JL. Prof. Dr. Sri Sudewi Maschun Sofwan,SH, Koto Renah Village, but in 2019 the Kerinci District Land Office created a new office in the Sebukar Village area, Silihat Laut District The results of the estimation of the effect of training (X) on performance (Y) using the Software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 20, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 0.286 + 0.560X In other words, the regression equation above can be said that the regression coefficient of the training variable has a positive influence on employee performance at the Kerinci District Land Office. There is a significant effect of training on employee performance at the Kerinci Regency Land Office, as evidenced by the t count of 43,587> t table of 3,180. From the estimation results 0.631 or 63.1 percent of training (X) is able to explain the Y variable (performance) by 63.1%. Meanwhile 36.9% was explained by other variables not included in the model. Not only education and training affect performance, but there are other variables of 36.9 percent that affect performance.
